Tired of the corporate and soulless treatment from the larger tire dealers I decided to make a change. Find a local shop and break a 20 year tradition of going to the same tired and lifeless store was my main goal. Earlier this year I achieved this. Tire Pros, its in the name. Kind, courteous, professional and genuinely nice people work here. Its comforting to know that from here on out they will be the people I purchase my tires from. Great service and great prices! I was headed to Les Schwab but Im glad I stopped here. I saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars on my tires and they have a great warranty! Just had my first tire rotation there and I was in and out in minutes. They do brakes and alignment too.

On my way to Seattle from Oregon for Christmas the alert for under inflated tire came on. This shop did a quick tire repair! Seemed like I arrived at the North Pole and Santa’s elves went straight to work. They were very friendly and accommodating especially with my greyhound.

The guys here are great. Anytime Ive needed help, such as today when my low tire pressure light came on, they always check all four tires. Today to my relief, they found no nails, screws or anything that caused the low tire pressure. All 4 tires were equally low, air was put in and I was on my way. Ive had tire repairs done here as did my late husband. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is as good if not better than the big tire names. I highly recommend Hazel Dell Tire Pros.

Absolutely fantastic service and great prices. I know there are less expensive tire shops around, but after almost 30 years of coming to this place, Ive experienced first hand how great they are at keeping their word and providing above par services. You really do get what you pay for.Like I said- almost 30 years. Though I could go somewhere else and get cheaper products and services, I wont go anywhere else.Dont trust your vehicle and the lives in it to the lowest bidder.

Taking care of your car when youre not a car person or dont know the right questions to ask can be overwhelming. But Ive never felt that way during my experiences with Hazel Dell Tire Pros. Ive partnered with them when purchasing new tires and brakes for my vehicle, and I know that I can trust them to take good care of my car. But its more than just providing a service, they take good care of their customers too. When they didnt have my tires in stock they drove that same day to their warehouse to pick some up for me so I could leave for my trip. When my brakes needed to be replaced they drove to my place of work and picked up my car/dropped it back off for me. I appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond and compassionate service. Thanks for always taking excellent care of me and my car!

These guys are great, support your local business!I had my boat trailer tires replaced by these guys with professionalism and in a very quick turn around time. The day I’m leaving for a trip I take the boat to work and someone pointed out the huge bulge on the inner sidewall of my tire. I work in hazel dell and they immediately took me in and got the two new tires replaced (both we’re getting to end of life) and finished before I was even planning to leave town. Went in ask for new tires and alignment and all I got was new tires that were unbalanced and factory defective. Tires I had were in decent shape. This is the second vehicle they done this to in the last 4 years. Last time it was my work truck that had bad wheel bearings. Did they spend the tires to make sure they spun nope. So once again they put brand new tires on a vehicle that was totally screwed and ate the tires up. I have them do my brakes, less than a month later I had a break caliper seize up and my gas mileage dropped in half. These guys will put rubber on anything without inspecting what theyre putting them on. They told me that my rims on a 91 Mazda were perfectly in balanced by themselves. They did not put any weights whatsoever Ive been to three shops now and they all agree that they were not balanced. So for $500 I got $300 worth of tires that wont last 6 months. So totally done with this place. Luckily they do carry warranties and there are other locations. Going to find the regional manager and have him look at them. Should be spilled tire poors. Theyre definitely not tire pros. More like tired rookies

Stopped in yesterday to get a quote on 4 tires and an alignment. They got me in right away and were very very nice. They are Covid friendly, meaning they are following the states guidelines. I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!!!

They met me as I drove up. Assessed the flat tire in my trunk and showed me threadbare on the sidewall. They replaced within a couple minutes. I asked if the other 3 will need to be replaced “not necessarily, bring your other car back and we’ll check.” I came back with the flat spare tire in my trunk this time. “No need to replace the other tires. Let us fill the spare—probably just needed air.” They checked the torque on the tire I changed. Just fabulous service!!!!

Not bad. Pretty quick with the alignment. But they left the alignment heads on both passenger side wheels. I left and someone on the road told me that they were on my rims. About $108 out the door for a four wheel alignment.

Servuce was good, other than the fact that the dude ONLY talked to my husband, despite the fact that its my car & I was the one making the perchance. And if I tried to say something, hed look at me & then turn to my husband & answer the question to him.

I needed to get my winter wheels taken off and regular wheels put back on. I called the big name tire store in Hazel Dell and was quoted more than I expected to do it, plus they werent sure when they would be able to do it. Went to Hazel Dell Tire Pros and they got me right in, and were super quick, friendly and very professional. The waiting area is nice and they didnt mind my crazy 5 year old wanting to watch everything they were doing in the shop. They also found a huge screw in the winter tires and patched it right up! The bonus is that it cost a third of what the big chain store quoted me! Very very pleased. I will definitely be recommending them!

They were very quick about patching up my tire. They did the patch for free. Only 30 minutes from dropping my car off, to having them call me to let me know my car was done.

Showed up to their shop because my front drivers side tire was low on air (Brand new tires), turns out there was a nail in it. They tried to scam me by telling me they couldn’t fix it and said I needed to buy new tires. They quoted me for 4 tires, thinking I would fall for it. I wasn’t happy about that, so I drove down the street to les schwab and they happily fixed my tire, free of charge, without trying to scam me! Very disappointed because I’ve been going to Hazel Dell tire factory for years.

Called around to a few places in outer SE Portland area before giving these guys a call. Not only did they have the least expensive price, but these reviews convinced me I’d be in good and honest hands.I was.My ‘96 Geo Metro was happy with brand new tires, and they fit on my Civic too so I switched them over perfectly fine—even with a rim transfer! Would definitely recommend giving these guys a call. They get the job done.Good luck!

Not only did they quickly attend to my needs but they also pointed out that Discount Tire actually installed the wheel lugs backwards on my wheels when I purchased my new tires there a few months back. Make this your tire store! This crew will take good care of your rig. They are happy to earn your business and will make sure theyll find you the right tires at the best price. Ive also used them for alignment service and they were right on.

I had something going weird with tires or the joints and things. They figured it needed alignment but discovered all tires were worn low and two of them had bulges ready to blow. I chose to replace all for $380. I drive a lot for work so I feel this was good timing and greatful I didnt have them blow while out far away!

We came in to get new tires. The customer service was excellent. We had some parts on our truck that needed to be replaced and thank goodness the crew is aware and know what they are doing, we could have gotten in an accident if they hadnt been so good at what they do. Everyone was professional. Pricing was good and took great care of us.

I have never been treated better at any place of business. I came in to have tires mounted and the guys jumped to it and had them done in 10 minutes. I will be definately be back.

$25 to mount and balance one tire is almost double from any shop around. Why would I burn money for nothing? Maybe they do that as fast as pit stop F1? You may want to try. Not me. Plenty of alternatives around.

40 +Years of Experience for us with this company ! It is a friendly place to go and have your tires rotated, balanced, and or replaced. Recently we have purchased tires for our cars, helped the kids and grand-kids with their purchase and never have we been treated better. They even beat the other stores price. Every time I get in my car I trust my life to those tires on the ground and I am glad to have their recommendation and assistance in that choice. Came in to look for a rim and possible tire/tires and told him I was interested in used but was just checking prices. Said he didnt have anything at all and to go to the used shop down the street. Said he had no rims at all....
