I am pretty disappointed. I bought a used canopy for my Toyota Tacoma and the canopy place gave me a coupon for Maaco. Was supposed to be a 299.99 perfect factory color match with a 4 year warranty. When I went in to have it done they told me those coupons were about 8 years old (there is no date on them anywhere) and that the price is normally now 499.99 (because the price of paint has went up) but they would honor my coupon and give it to me for 399.99 which was a hundred dollars more than the coupon stated. Based on their long established name in this area, I decided to go ahead and get the job done anyway. I picked it up today in a bit of a hurry on my way to work, paid (450.00 with tax) and signed the normal out the door, you left with your canopy statement (wish I hadnt) At first I thought it was just the light but the paint color is very OBVIOUSLY a lighter white than my truck, regardless of what they say the color code is, it doesnt match my truck. Some white spray left on the black rubber around the door and windows, where it was masked though minimal, very easy to notice, also around the canopy brand emblem it looks chipped where the paint should meet the emblem. Even from the back you can tell the color doesnt match. Unfortunately the way my brain works, this is going to be about all I see when I look at my truck now. Also the warranty now is only 3 years which would be fine if it looked great. ugh. Can post pics and almost want to but Im trying to be nice here.

Got my bumper paint matched, it was A little bit pricey, but was a good color match. small amount of orange peel but other then that it got the job done well

Glenn did my estimate at Maaco. He was helpful, did a quick, small repair for me when I arrived. He was mindful of my choices when making the estimate as my car had been stolen and recovered with damages. At the time I only carried state minimum insurance, so I will pay out of pocket expenses myself. That being said, he was happy help. I received a reasonable quote, to repair existing parts and get it back on the road. Over all I was impressed with the services Maaco offered, and the team. I would encourage anyone needing this type of service to go to Maaco.

We had taken a truck here to have some minor rust damage to the roof repaired on it. Glenn, Matt and Tim provided great customer service and work making the truck look brand new again! They even got the truck done in a timely manner even in the middle of the snow storm! When we went to pick up the truck, we asked if they might be able to spot buff out a couple of other scratches (not part of the original job) and Matt jumped right on it! Would highly recommend these guys and their pricing was very reasonable! Great work thank you!!!

Stopped by this Maaco to have them look at some minor cosmetic issues I wanted to address before selling my car, without breaking the bank. They agreed to fix the issues for a very reasonable price, and it was ready the same day. They didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary fixes when I explained what I needed. They did a fantastic job. Id highly recommend this shop, and will be coming here in the future for any body or paint issues.

People often joke about Mako because they used to offer a $200 paint job. This paint job is now $500 I think but, I have taken my car is there on many occasions and they have done a superb job. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anybody. However, have found that they are not the cheapest in town anymore. Maybe you get what you pay for

I was the unfortunate victim of a hit and run. I know nothing about cars or places to repair them so I just tried to find the place with the best reviews. Decided to give this Maaco a try. Dropped my car off with Glen. Repair only took a couple days and I picked it up today. It looks AMAZING. One of the female employees (I didn’t get her name but she was super sweet) there even cleaned the inside of my car because she could tell I have kiddos. They went WAY above and beyond. There are places much closer to me that I can get repair work done, but I won’t be going anywhere else. Even though the insurance company paid for it, they were still $100+ cheaper than anywhere else I had gotten a quote. I have a few more cosmetic things I’d like to have fixed on my car and so I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend this Maaco.

Painted my front bumper for $277. They did a good enough job for a cheap car like my Nissan Versa but paint and clear coat quality was not good at the bottom part of the bumper with a big run on the bottom as well. Overall it was an OK job.

My Teenage Daughter’s front bumper was just about to fall off and cause her to wreck. I took her and the car into Maaco with no appointment and explained the situation, the Manager took one look at it, called his crew out and they fixed it in 10 mins....didn’t even charge. Now if that’s not great service, I don’t know what is. Customer for LIFE....

I went in to get a quote on a black and white Crown Victoria, to have painted all one color. Starting with the $499 special I knew there would be more cost for the prep work like sanding and priming and so on. I know 5 other people that had other Maaco shops do the exact same work and labor to their unprepared Crown Victorias for $1000, start to finish.So starting with $499 special and all other labor I was quoted $1600 from two employees and that would only be for painting the white parts black, NOT THE WHOLE CAR!I found this to be a huge rip off...

I brought my car in last weekend for a broken window regulator (the driver-side window wouldn’t roll up) and Tim, the owner of Maaco, was seriously the best! They had it fixed it so quickly and at a very reasonable price. They even polished my headlights for me when they realized that they were a little clouded over. I will always take my car here for repair work since they are all so nice, honest, and quick! Highly recommend!

Maaco in Vancouver WA did an excellent job of repairing my new Jeep Cherokee. In addition, the experience of working with Maaco was very gratifying. The employees who did the work were first rate as were Ryan and Glenn at the front desk. Ryans estimate was reasonable and accurate. Both men were very courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend Maaco to anyone needing body and/or paint work.

The only issue for me was the short staffing at the front desk. Cliff was trying to check me in while being on the phone almost all the time. It made me wait and also made it hard for him to get my data enterEd. He was very apologetic and it all turned out ok, but not great customer service.

Second car repainted at Vancouver location. There was a small amount if peeling on back door after six months but they repainted the faulty area with no questions asked, and at no charge.

I spoke to Tim about my girlfriends truck I wanted to get freshly painted for our 1 year anniversary and I couldnt have asked for better service. He did the best he possibly could for me and gave the best advice for my needs and how much I wanted to spend. Answered all my questions thoroughly with much respect. Thanks Tim! You get what you pay for here. I got a new bumper which was already prepped, payed ~$250 to get it painted. Came out nice and after 3 months no issues so far. Mightve been a shade too bright but definitely works. What I really liked was the employees, they were all very friendly.

Staff was very knowledgeable and informative.

They do great work and this is my second vehicle Ive taken there. Very polite and listen to what you have to say.

Took in my husbands 1971 Camaro and they did an awesome job! They took it all the way down to metal and laid down a really nice coat of paint...and they did it for thousands less than other shops round the area. Couldnt be happier! You can tell that the guys there all really take pride in their work. If you are not looking for a full blown restoration but want a good quality paint job for your driver, this is the place. I would refer anyone there!

The group of guys there were phenomenal! They had the best price and match my vehicles paint PERFECT!! I mentioned one other part(door moulding) I had to work on myself and they grinded off and cleaned the back of it so when I was ready to install it, I would just have to wipe it down! They also told me what product I would need to put the moulding back on!! Now whenever anyone has asked about body work I send them to the Maaco on Andresen! They were friendly, professional, and my car looks like it did before the accident!! Thank you guys!

Just had my 87 Nissan Pickup painted and I cant believe how good it turned out. It is a 25 year old truck that looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! (Well, after I get my new bumpers it will). Glenn and Tim were super to deal with. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I followed all of their guidelines for getting the best results (which they emailed me ahead of time), taking my time to clean everything and remove as much as possible like mirrors and lights, etc. As a result, I got a pretty inexpensive paint job that looks like a custom restore. Oh.. and they also got me a good price on replacing the windshield. Dropped off on Friday and done on Tuesday, fast! These guys are setting a high standard for other paint shops to live up to. A man named Glen was supposed to be here at noon today to give an estimate. No call. No show. And when I called the local store, they told me they were closed for the day. Their hours say they are open until 5pm. It is now 3:30pm.

I have seen you guys for my rear end and you guys did an amazing and fast job on that accident and now you guys totally redid my front! AMAZING! Outstanding paint job. Maaco removed all door dings,scratches and rust. New base and clear coat made my 2002 Toyota Tacoma look new again. I am very pleased.

Service was exceptional. Employees were professional, friendly and made no attempt to upgrade our requested work to a more expensive job. The minor repairs plus paint job were completed in the 5 days as was estimated & the final product exceeded our expectations. In Longview, WA the same work would have cost us a minimum of $4000. We felt that was way too much for a 92 Honda Civic (More than the car is worth). We will not hesitate to return to Maaco, Vancouver.

I have had Maaco work on 3 different vehicles. A 2002 SUV Lexus, a 1997 Jeep Wrangler, and a 1980 C3 corvette. The Lexus was a real bender. It needed the back door, rear quarter, and rear bumper all repaired and repainted. Budget was an issue so they helped me source like NEW tail lights to save money. The paint laid out so fantastic I could not tell where they taped it off. The paint was a perfect match to factory!! Up next was a custom paint job on my custom gun metal grey, matte finished Jeep Wrangler. This one of one Jeep is my baby and Tim/ Matty made my green heap of a Jeep into one bad to the bone 4x4 rig! The custom matte paint hides tree scratches so well! Finally, my 1980 vette is dang near perfect and is a top notch car. I am having them do some final touch ups to make it a “right and tight” car. You simply can’t beat the quality for the price! When I’m doubt, give them a visit. Time and time again they’ve always gone above and beyond.Some side notes about me. I have been featured in a local magazine for my detailing business while in high school, then proceeded to secure a detailing position at Sunset Porsche and Audi in Portland, received an honorable mention at a WSU car show inside the basketball stadium, and have COUNTLESS experiences with cars that have been painted at this shop. The painter knows his craft, and coming from a very knowledgeable detailer, they do killer work.

Came in for a simple rock chip repair. Had very minor rust around it so was prepared to pay for the repair. Matty was super helpful! He fixed it right there in a matter of minutes! I was in and out in 10-15 mins for the entire process! And better yet the price was more reasonable than you could possibly imagine!!!

Amazing, amazing, amazing service! Had a spare tire dangling off after a bad repair job from a different shop and Glenn, Steve, and Matt were able to fix the problem right away! They were able to remove the tire, even though some of the parts were still broken, and get me safely on my way. They even helped me fix the position of the exhaust that had been damaged by the dangling tire and wrapped up the tire so it wouldnt stain my trunk. I was throughly impressed and I wish I had come to this shop in the first place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Reasonable & friendly service! I recently took our car in to have a dent repaired at Vancouver Maaco. When I initially went in, they estimated how much it would be (which was very reasonable considering the research I did) & then worked with me on when to get it done. I had my husband take it in for me & he called to let me know how it was going. My husband told me not only did they restore the bumper to a like new status, but it was less than what was quoted! I was absolutely elated! I would highly recommend their service if you need a dent repaired.

The staff and shop personnel were very professional and courteous. They inspected the damage with me present and we discussed the alternatives and processes associated with each. Estimates were proferred for me. Once I made my decision we set a date to start work. The crew performed the body work and painting to my satisfaction. The only delay was waiting for an OEM part to arrive. I am very satisfied with the end product.

This is the BEST experience I have ever had with any sort of repair shop! Not only am I lucky because they are close to my house, but Tim and his team have now helped my husband and myself multiple times with our multiple vehicles and every single time they get it done when they say it will be done, they call when they say theyre going to call, and they have saved us tons of money! I am unfortunately about to go back in again next week because my poor car is apparently a magnet that people want to hit, but Im not even worried about getting it repaired because I know Tim Ciri and his team will take good care of me! I had my suburban in the shop after a collision with a deer. I chose Maaco after reading reviews on Google... And after a quick turn around I had my car back looking brand new. They were friendly, listened to what I wanted, let me choose my options and explained the process in detail. Im happy that I chose to trust these reviews and go with the highest rated shop. Id also like to add that Ive had my car back for two months and didnt have to return it for any issues.

Matt, Tim and Glen totally rocked my repairs and how they took care of me during the whole process! I came in nervous and upset and they took the time to explain everything, answer every question and communicated with me in a timely manner and made my car look like it did before the accident, they worked with my deductible and I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to work with, thank you guys!

I was originally in there for a Collision repair with my gf and got my copy of the order which said 0 deductible even though I was supposed to pay something like 750 dollars. I asked glen is this right? He said yeah you dont have to pay anything. Next week glen gives a call and said we had to pay the deductible even though the paperwork that was givin to us said 0. Glenn took an extra 50 bucks off for the issue. Thanks Glenn! Glenn was just going off what the paper work said, so I know its not his fault.I know this was an honest mistake but I still dont feel obligated to pay that 700 because the paperwork says 0, for the deductible, but I did it anyways. Sorry guys I gotta drop some stars for that.

I cant speak for the quality of work, but do not get a phone quote. I drove a very long distance to come here because they had the best price. Once I got there in person, all the sudden the price went up $300. I was very clear as to what i wanted over the phone. Wasnt even a mention that something could change. Wasted my day off and a half a tank of fuel. I wouldnt recommend this bait and switch place to anyone.

Ive had great experiences at multiple Maaco locations. I had an estimate done for a smallish dent in my front bumper; they said about $100. I wanted to check the price with another place who tried to charge me $900 for a completely unnecessary replacement. Im VERY thankful Maaco doesnt rip people off!

Took in our 2006 Cadillac CTS for a full paint job. We picked up the car yesterday. It needed 2 new bumpers and as we were driving down the freeway noticed the back bumper was not bolted on all the way. After further inspection it came to my attention there was white paint overspray on the black rims and in the trunk was more parts that were not re-installed.The paint job so far looks great: the service guy was super nice and knowledgeable. Not sure I would recommend this establishment to someone that didn’t know how to fix their own vehicles.As of now I have a call into them about wheels. Will follow up on how the situation is handled.

From meeting the friendly guy, giving me a estimate on my broken passenger side mirror, on a Saturday morning, to the two guys who switched out the mirror, a couple of Saturdays later, I was treated with a professional and upbeat matter.In fact, the original estimate was lowered when they found a used mirror in a wrecking yard!So, major kudos to the guys at the Vancouver, Wa Maaco, working on Saturday, getting the job done!!

I went into Leifs and got an estimate for a ding I had in the back of my car. The guy was very polite but started out telling me that the insurance that I had was going to have to cover it. Oh, this part will cost you $900 and the other part will cost you $600. After he finished up with the estimate he gave me a breakdown that totaled $2320.00. I didnt believe that it was going to cost that much so I went literally 2 blocks north to Maaco... For the same job the guy walked me through every thing, gave me a few discounts and then gave me an estimate for $400 + tax.

I went down to Maaco to get an estimate on some damge done to my bumper in a wreck I got into last year. I talked to Glenn, who did the estimate for free. Do not use this joke of a auto body shop I spent 3700 to get some work done on my 2012 camaro they painted trunk rear bumper left and right Quarter panel And hood they never blended In to other Panels who doesn’t blend Looks terrible And They wont even Fix it The owner Tim is a joke as well Contacted the corporate office they have a done anything So Disputed the charges was paid with credit card And Made a Complaint with better Business bureau stay away from these scammers and terrrible paint job again STAY AWAY from This place

Although there are other Maaco shops closer to my home in Oregon City, i took my 2009 Camry to this Vancouver Maaco at the recommendation of a friend who had used their services several times and said they did an excellent job. My front bumper scrape was repaired and painted in two days. I was so impressed to find they had hand cut with an X-acto knife the expensive plexi rock/bug shield that I had added to my car at purchase in order to save as much of it for me as possible before repainting the damaged area of my bumper. They were reasonable and provided excellent customer service and work.

Took my 92 toyota truck to have the front fenders and hood repainted due to an accident.. got a great deal! if you want a good job then take the bumpers and lights and trim off yourself! the paint matched the rest of the truck almost perfectly. also it only took 2 days! If you think you got a bad deal from this place then get a quote from any othe body shop and youll be right back!

Had to remove a few scratches from my new car, responded immediately, they did not even charge me saying that it was a very small job. Very friendly and quick service.

After initially getting my new, unpainted bumper painted to match my car, it was the wrong color and didnt match. It took plenty of arguing to finally get them to repaint it to match. It looked a lot better this time but still isnt a perfect match but i just took it as a loss. Flash forward to now, 6 months later, and the paint is peeling off and they wont do anything about it. This people show poor professionalism and shotty business practices. Dont go here
