Did what they said they’d do….cost what the said it would cost…started when they they said it would start….ended when they said it would end. This was my first experience with South Atlanta Audi and I was very pleased. Special shout out to Tony, my service manager, for a very pleasant, professional experience. Buying a new car, especially when it’s unexpected, is always stressful and never fun but my experience at Audi South Atlanta with Sean Bishop was the complete opposite! I never felt stressed or pressure to make a decision, and that’s rare especially as a female. Sean was patient, listened to what I wanted and needed, and worked with me to get the best deal on my new 2021 Audi Q5! Everyone from Sean, to management, to my finance team Kelly was absolutely wonderful and truly made me feel like I was part of a family, and not just a customer. I cannot recommend Audi South Atlanta enough! When you go, make sure you ask for Sean!

About 6 months ago I bought a Q8 from Audi south Atlanta. I loved the car and the experience. With a BIG life change, I have been traveling so much, I never drove it. It was too much car! I spoke to Brayan and told him my issue at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. By 7:30pm the same night, he had delivered a new Q3 to my home. Smaller car, smaller payment— a true win win.This was the BEST service and easiest deal I have ever done!!! If you ever are in the market for an Audi— this is the place to go. I’ll never buy anywhere else.
This place is a fraud, rob me of my hard earned money. Charged me for a oil change and didn’t put oil back in my car or change oil filter, manager had the nerve to say, how do he know that I didn’t go home and let the oil out of my own car, this is the same day of the oil change car read basically no oil, this place takes advantage of women, don’t bring your car here unless you want to be ripped off
A couple weeks ago I booked a flight to Atlanta passing 3 closer Audi dealers to pick up a rare S5 Cabriolet off the showroom floor, for my wife’s birthday. Sean treated me better than I could ever imagine from a sales associate. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car (and I’ve bought a lot) Too many to list but I’ll narrow down the high points. 1) No harassment from Sean after my initial inquiry by phone, and no pushy, condescending or cliche sales pitches. 2) Eager, honest, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of the vehicle 3) Sean was available and patient to my annoying texts, emails and constant questions about the car 4) Audi South Atlanta Could’ve charged me well over MSRP because of the scarcity of this car, but instead I was informed of a very generous Costco member discount that I had no clue existed. 5) Sean literally picked me up at chaotic ATL airport and had me at the dealership right as they opened the doors as the staff greeted me with hospitality and refreshments. 6) All paperwork was prepared and ready for me to hand over my check and sign, as Sean was aware I had to get back on the interstate to be home in time for my son’s game. 7) Vehicle was detailed immaculately and filled with gas waiting for me in the showroom, ribbon on hood, with the top down. 8) Sean gave a brief tutorial of the technology items and helped pair my phone to Apple CarPlay. 9) Sean followed up around 3pm to make sure I made it on time and congratulate me again and urge me to call or text anytime with questions. 10) Last but not least, we just received a $300 check from Audi for an “overpayment” they had caught and refunded me. Now tell me, WHO ELSE WOULD DO THAT??? I could go on all day, but I’ll close by saying the owner and staff of Audi South Atlanta should be proud to have such an outstanding professional representing their product during such an uncertain and difficult time with the current automotive industry. I’ve use Audi South since I Purchased my Q5 in 2018. My service technician Robert Gill has always assisted with my care and I can’t say enough great things about him. He is such a genuine and caring person that really listens and addresses any concerns or questions I have. I always request Robert because I know my vehicle will be I good hands. My car is running great and as always with the cleaning team looking great every time I leave the service department. I am a happy customer and I highly recommend Audi South!

Worst experience from a service department! Please avoid bringing your expensive Audi vehicle here for service. Please advise the better business bureau conversation between myself and Audi South Atlanta. Took my vehicle here for service and a couple days later my engine is shot and vehicle is a total loss.

Don and the service team did a fantastic job of managing my expectations. Don suggested the service could take up to 90 minutes, but the service was completed in roughly 30 minutes! Who doesn’t appreciate a job being completed ahead of schedule?!I took the opportunity of being at the dealership to ask a question about my navigation system. Richard, from the sales team, masterfully explained the nav system and several additional features of my vehicle. Richard was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he spent acquainting me features I had not yet used and did not know were available in my vehicle. He also provided a link to the Audi website which provides a series of short tutorials which augments the owner manual to explain many of the systems built into an Audi.My limited interactions with the Audi sales and service teams has been stellar. I highly recommend this dealership for quality of the facility and the staff.
Customer service was poor. Did not feel like a Audi Dealership. I usually go to Audi North Atlanta/ Peachtree Industrial and everyone hospitable not flat and annoyed. Car was also damaged/ scratched while under their care. Every Audi dealership takes photos before accepting vehicle of any damages to assure vehicles return as received. “James Hall” Service Director says that not the purpose of photos, its just something they do… What? Makes no sense! Then says he cant tell from photos if scratches were there prior because images are blurry! Why take blurry photos that will not benefit the customer nor clear Audi of any damages? Another excuse that doesn’t make since!Photos do not show damage on my vehicle when being checked in, but there is definitely damage to my vehicle when I arrived to pick it up..Awaiting Service Director review of cameras throughout Audi Dealership to verify the need to repair my car! Yes i f@&$&”! upset!

I brought my Daughter’s vehicle in for a tire repair. The tire could not be repaired so a replacement tire had to be ordered. The Assistant Service Manager Bruce Scott was Outstanding. He kept me apprised of everything. The tire was not in stock and was on backorder at Goodyear but a replacement was found. Bruce was diligent at finding the correct tire replacement which would not create an undue noise levels. He called and let me know the status of everything. I was very pleased with the service Bruce provided.
This place wowed me. I ended up having to work from here for the day because I drove from out of town. Everyone was so courteous, informative, and cared about my vehicle and experience. My service advisor was Bruce. He was great! WiFi worked out excellent for me all day and there were Starbucks coffee and snacks available.

Terrible service, they attempted to charge for warranty ad blue top off which is a curiosity provided by the Diesel gate warranty. I advised the service writer of this and I was debated. I left the dealership and traveled home. I then had to call Audi warranty about the issue. While on the phone with the Audi warranty rep and the dealership, the issue was still debated by the dealership. The warranty rep had to walk them through how to find the bulletin #AWA1714 where the service is clear in writing. After pushback from the service team they eventually acknowledged the claim. I spoke with the service manager about being reimbursed for this wasted time, travel, and fuel. He stated no. An email has been sent to corporate on their practices. Staff needs to be educated on warranty items. Charging for items that should be warranty is a issue.

Arrived for my 20K service appointment on my A4 today; was warmly greeted by Terrell Dowdell, who promptly proceeded to get my car logged in and on to service. He suggested a few services without being pushy, was very professional and very easy to interact with. Within an hour, he said the service was complete, explained all that was done, and provided me with a mult-point inspection report. All in all, a very pleasant, stress-free experience, exactly how I like it to be. Well done.
I could not have had a better experience! I don’t live in Atlanta but was driving through when I got an alternator message from the car. From my original panic phone call to rolling out with my car fixed, Bruce Scott and the entire service department were excellent! I highly recommend Audi South!
I had a terrific experience at Audi South Atlanta. My service agent, Terrell, did a great job assessing my needs and providing me with options. I had a hard deadline for my service because I had to pick up my children from school. Terrell ensured that my maintenance would be completed on time. The work was actually completed 30 minutes early and I made it to the school early! The facility is top notch. The Starbucks coffee was complimentary. The wifi was very fast, allowing me to remain productive with work while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend!
I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced.This was suppose be a service that takes no more than 2 hours. Upon arriving I realized they scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. I dropped my car off on Wed. and was told my vehicle would be ready by Friday. I didnt receive my car back until a week and a half later. My car broke down after driving a few miles from the dealership. I had never had any issues with my car and only brought it in to be serviced. They tried to charge an additional $700 for repairs. The overall experience was horrible and stressful. I will never take my car there again.
Was not completely satified with the communication during the repairs. I had to initiate any communication. When I called I always had to leave a voicemail. I was informed of the repairs by a automated text and not the service consultant. Given the type of repairs I would have thought they would call and discuss the repairs.I am sure the repair tech is good at what he does and the car is in good working order now.Just disappointed in the communication during the 2 weeks the car was in the shopUnderstand they are busy but communication is key to keep customers informed and aware of their cars status. Customer should not have to ask for updatesI will not be back by choice. Even though this is the most convenient Audi service shopJeff

Tony the service advisor was excellent. Having the ability to schedule a Saturday appointment made my visit for service very efficient. Audi of South Atlanta was far better to deal with than my prior negative experiences at Audi of Montgomery (no service availability for more than 60 days) and Sonic of Birmingham, where the service advisor tried to upsell my wife on services that were not needed, in addition to being rude and condescending to her. Service was great! Terrell took care of me and my RS5 with the utmost professionalism and kindness. My car was preowned and did not come with AudiCare. He explained the cost savings I would receive and saved my more than $1,300 dollars. The waiting areas were immaculate, with free coffee and snacks. I would highly recommend Audi South Atlanta to any Audi owner, especially if you live further away in south GA.

At first, we were hesitant to go to any dealership. When we walked in, we were not overwhelmed with salespeople, we had time to look and then Sean came and asked if we needed help. I purchased my first Audi with the help of Sean Bishop at Audi South Atlanta. Sean was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and helped me to order the perfect car for myself and my family. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the Audi models and their available options. He was always quick to respond to my emails, phone calls, and texts. He kept me updated throughout the process of the car being built until it was delivered. When we arrived to pickup the car he was so helpful in explaining different things about the car and setting the car up for us. We traded in a GMC for an Audi so Sean had a lot of teaching to do! The trade in process of my prior vehicle was quick and fair. Kelly worked with us with the financing and the warranty selections. She was very knowledgeable about the financing options and all of the differences in the warranties. She has been very responsive with her communication as well. Sean & Kelly made the process as easy and as quick as they possibly could. We love our car and we hope our experience with the service department over the next few years will be as great as the buying experience was.

Very Professional and courteous staff!!! My only criticism is that it is hard to get someone on the phone regarding servicing. I actually had to drive up there a day before my appointment because I could never get someone in the phone to get pricing. Nonetheless I will continue business with them.

Very friendly, customer service. Repair details are sent via emails and/or text messages. Cost estimates are up front, including its diagnosis fee. The experience was low stress, considering natural anxiety associated with auto repairs. For these reasons, I have been an Audi fan for 18 years.
Josh was very nice service but car wasn’t ready when told that it was. Entire service not completed when I arrived to pick up causing additional hour of wait time. One issue was not resolved at all and I was asked to return it with video evidence to show frequency even though problem was replicated by service tech.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Audi South. I worked with Justin from top to bottom. He was extremely professional, was genuinely concerned with our needs and actual person; not solely focused on the sale. I contacted him in vacation (not knowing he was gone) and he happily took the call! Thats going beyond, in my opinion. I cant say that i would even answer the phone if i was on vacation. We were way upside down on the Mercedes we were trading and, in the end, Richard (finance) was able to help us make a good deal on a brand new 2019 A4 for my wife. She loves the car, i love the deal, Justin made some money, Audi South sold a car. Everybody wins! I will definitely do business here again.

Checking back in as promised with a recent experience. Upon a small miscommunication (non-specific to the dealership as a whole), the Audi Team made sure I left with a good experience. The Butler Family Audi South Atlanta feels like a family atmosphere. General Manager Chris made sure there was efficient service and takes time to connect with customers. Bruce, Rob, the wonderful desk clerk in the front, plus many others makes this feel more than an average car buying experience.Bottom line:They remain the selected Audi choice when Im not in California

Although it was made very plain to me that my SUV had more issues than anyone wanted to be bothered with on a Saturday, because only 3 techs were in attendance, I was greatly accommodated. I rested in the lounge as a system diagnostic was done. In slightly over 2 hours, info was given to me about what needed to be done. There were no sugar coats about pricing, and there is not an issue behind my check engine light that will not be fixed in the near future. No price is too steep... No work this place does is less than quality!

The service guy was nice, but the overall experience wasn’t what I would expect for an Audi dealership. The workers inside didn’t even speak as they walk around back and forth all day. They washed the car and it looked worst then it was when I brought it. The location is only 5-10 minute drive from my house is why I decided to go there. I will go to North Audi for service the next time 45 minutes away. I’ll take the drive.
We had the best experience from the very beginning of email conversations to arrival where my salesperson had a back up due to being on vacation even after communicating with me on his day off! The new salesperson was just as helpful and the manager as well as the finance manager we’re all amazing! I could not ask for a better experience in buying my new-to-me vehicle!
If I can give negative zero rating I would. My husband brought my 2019 Q5 diagnostic recently. The issue was the rumble the car developed after coming back from the 30k service maintenance. The once quiet cabin was replaced by constant rumble. They quoted me $1500 for 4 new tires which my husband said no way. We brought it somewhere else for tire replacement. Even with new tires the rumble remains. My husband brought it back to Audi and this time they said it can’t be duplicated. Mind you, the tech drove the car previous visit with my husband and heard the same noise which the tech said shouldn’t be heard in the cabin if it’s due to road condition. On this recent visit the service manager, Tony, lied to his teeth that the noise can’t be duplicated. I’m beyond disappointed at this point and considering other car dealership for new car and service care. Did I tell you that I’m their first sale when they open this dealership in 2017? This is my 2nd Q5. I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT YOUR AUDI SERVICED!!! NEVER AGAIN>>>FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME YOU WILL SEE OUR Q7. IF there were a ZERO score I would put that. First I talked to the service guy. While I was waiting upstairs, I saw a manager, and talked to him. He talked to my husband on the phone, and my husband told him to do what needed to be done for the oil to be changed. I get the bill and for $464.69, it equates to a VERY expensive oil change, plus resetting the light for an 85,000 mile check up. My husband had our Audi completely serviced in Omaha, NE. Apparently, this dealership does not look into records for your Audi, and charged us for things that didnt need to be done. HONESTY is NOT one of the qualities in this dealership. After moving to the south, I have learned a saying that I will finish up this review with. BLESS YOUR HEART. Enjoy the payment you received, as you just lost any possibility of working on our Audi again!

WOW! I cant say enough how please I was with the customer service provided to me by Keenan and Alec. keenan was patient enough to answer all my questions to help me make the best decision for me. Not just sale me a car. Im not found of the car buying process. The salesmen bombard and pressure you to purchase any car they can get you in. Not to mention the hours of time spent at the dealership to get you financed. None of that was my experience! They worked with my schedule and we handled as much as we could through email. Keenan kept me updated on the process and notified me when I could come and pick up my car. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle and want to be treated as the only customer that matters, you should start here. They are great! I will definitely be back to purchase my next car. This was my 2nd time go to this dearlship for services and both times I have been extremely disappointed!! This past experience I went to pick my car up after getting oil change, and my windshield was split down the middle. I immediately told the representative, they said & did nothing!!
