My experience with the “New” Services Manager Sean was awesome.Sean went over and above not only to make sure my concerns with my BMW 535i was solved but to make sure that I was good while waiting.Thanks to the “New” Services Manager Sean and his Technician Saul I was In and Out less than 2 hours….and to top it off received an car wash.If you’re having any kind of problems with your BMW vehicles please call Atlanta South BMW in Union City, Ga and asked to speak with the Services Manager Sean, he will definitely take care of your vehicle’s situation, treat you with the ultimate respect and makes you feel comfortable while waiting.

My car receives very good care every time. Usually in and out in a couple of hrs. Last visit my car stayed 4 days waiting on an ordered part, not a problem. Only issue i had was getting in touch with the service member who was assigned to me. Eventually had to ask for someone else to get my questions answered.

Took my new used car to the service department to see what could be wrong with it. They found several issues. The warranty company fixed the issues. My process was smooth because I emailed the service rep for updates. This is not a place where you just drop your car off. You have to stay in contact with them. I would recommend emailing the service person.

So thankful for the incredibly helpful, responsive, dedicated crew at BMW of South Atlanta! We do not reside near this dealership. My wife, me and our pup made last minute plans to go see her mother on the gulf coast for Labor Day. We were on 85 south in terribly heavy holiday traffic and the A/C stopped working, the alternator quit charging, etc. I popped the hood and found the V-Belt was shredded on our 2014 X1. The odds were against us, 4pm on a Friday, Labor Day Weekend, and The service bay was full. I called several franchise shops in the area but nobody was willing to assist. I called Chris in the Service Department at South Atlanta BMW. He ushered me directly into the Bay. He was upfront and let me know the car may not be repaired tonight depending on parts availability. However, Sergio jumped right in and inspected the vehicle, took it in the garage, and made the necessary repairs. These guys took exceptional care of us. They stayed late to get us back on the road that evening. We are so extremely grateful for everyone we talked to and worked with. We even got a good laugh… just before leaving Chris said “ I apologize but we will not be able to wash the vehicle tonight.” These guys went the extra mile. To them it was just another day at the office!👍🏼👍🏼“Ultimate Driving Experience, in the Ultimate Driving Machine, At the Ultimate Dealership!”

Awful - STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK. These guys are just terrible. Called to get a new set of tires, had a slow leak in one and mentioned that. The woman who answered the phone asked me if I’d called the parts department to see if they are available. Why, as a BMW customer, am I supposed to check on parts?! She put me through, to do their job, I left a message. That was over a week ago. I needed tires then. I’m done with this terrible dealership. I went somewhere else, I’ll never be back. Second time I’ve had this issue with them. I will drive to the other side of Atlanta when I replace me car. You have to earn business, they’ve lost mine.

I was able to get an appointment right away. My concerns were addressed and I was given a clear update on the status of my vehicle. Justin and I discussed in great deal what services I needed to have done. My services were completed in the same day. I was happy with my service time and the overall communication and customer service provided.

I’m in my 2013 X3 BMW with 110,000 miles on it and I break down on I-75 near Atlanta airport. Oil pressure light came on and pulled to shoulder. Everything on car locked down.I had car towed to BMW Union City where I had bought it 7 years earlier. Initial analysis cost $165. Advised that additional analysis needed that will cost $1700. Repairs will cost even more once diagnosed. Salesperson gets involved and offers alternative solution…get $1000 trade in on my car and pay sticker price for new car- no negotiation…take it or leave it. Stuck between rock and hard place No customer loyalty and no help here. BMW, no confidence. BMW Union City, NO HELP! I feel dirty after dealing with these folks.

Once you agree to an appointment at this dealership, the will worry the hell out of you.I had an appointment to go there on a Friday. I decided not to go and let them know. I got a text message the next week reminding me of my appointment on the following Friday. I DIDNT agree to that appointment. I text the sales representative and he said he couldnt get me the monthly payment that I wanted.THEN, I get another message a few days later wanting to know how the appointment went.I mean really, if you tell me that you cant help me, why do you keep texting me?

Sales person Leroy was good but the sales manager was not. Leroy came to me, showed the car, tried his best to get me a deal. Then walks to the manager and asks about a price discount, comes out saying that the manager is going to decrease x$ and i was ok with it, but then in a minute the manager comes out and says sorry that my employee gave you the offer but we cannot give you the promised discount( which was given just one min before). Forward 3 days later, the assistant calls me and tells me that the manager wants to talk to me but i politely declined. I will take my business elsewhere. I wish i could give you 5 stars Leroy for the friendliness but google allows only one rating.

I had a great experience recently. My I drive informed me that I needed oil change and brake fluid flush, but due the inspection by the technician he determined that I needed to replace my bushings. This was a Blessing since I was preparing for a road trip.Thank God for my technician as well as my Service Brandon Fitzgerald. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Very pleasant experience which is important especially when you’re spending your hard earned money. As ya’ll know- BMW stands for Bring Money With you, but the damage wasn’t too bad.

My service rep did his job without trying to add services I didn’t need. Overall, It was a great experience compared to other BMW dealerships I’ve been to in the past.

Alfred is my service guy and when I tell you he’s awesome it’s literally an understatement. BMW in union city is forever booked up with appointments but Alfred always go over and beyond to get me in and out. I’ve never had any complaints, the coffee is great, and the wait isn’t bad…..

I had an appointment with a salesperson at BMW of South Atlanta, however, he apparently was not in. I spoke with another salesperson, and communicated that I wanted to test drive an X6, and he shared that I could not drive an X6 without a credit application on file. I know this is not factual, as I have test drove multiple luxury vehicles, and have never had to submit a credit application. In fact, I purchased a Jaguar F PACE at Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover, and did not submit a credit application to test drive the vehicle. Ultimately, I am confident that my inability to test drive the X6, resulted from some form of profiling.

Coming to the dealership today to purchase 2 BMWs, texted and emailed to verify if one, in particular, was there— got the runaround from two salespeople who could not locate the car, even after I provided the email from the dealership showing the vehicle and stock number. One rep stated that was his email address but he didn’t send it. Another asked me if I was at the right dealership, even after showing him the email with the dealership’s name and the sales rep’s name 🤦🏽‍♀️ 10 minutes later I walked outside, while waiting outside I received a call from a third sales rep asking if I was still outside waiting. I replied “yes”, she didn’t say if the car was there or not, so we decided to leave. Then she calls and says “ I have the keys but you pulled off, have a good day “ and hangs up. What service !!! 😂😂😂

My battery in my 328i is charging at 50%. The battery is still under warranty. However, BMW of South Atlanta will not replace the battery until they check it out. No problem, I set an appointment and take off work, but they dont tell you that you have to pay for the diagnostic test to tell them what module is turning the car on and pulling the juice when the car is turned off. If they already know that a module is pulling the juice, they probably know which module it is, and thats a malfunction that I should not have to pay for. Instead of replacing the battery/adjusting the module, they give me a print out for $5,000 worth of work unrelated to the battery. They cant honor the warranty without trying to get you to spend more money. Where is the customer service BMW of South Atlanta?

I purchased a used 2020 X5 not knowing the windows had illegal tint on them. My car was towed because the car was considered unsafe to drivebecause the windshield was completely tinted. I was left with a tow bill of $259. Please have tint inspected before buying used vehicles.

We had a fantastic experience at BMW South Atlanta (Sons Auto Group). We visited other dealerships, but no one was as polite, professional and helpful as the team at Sons Auto Group. We worked with John Crespo specifically and he really made a difference. John went out of his way on multiple occasions to accommodate us and really helped us make an informed decision without any pressure. It was obvious to us that John is simply just a great person who cares about helping people find their right BMW.Tyler (the BMW Genius) was also great to work with! He was not only patient, but actually showed his enjoyment with educating us about BMWs.There were a few other people that we worked with along the way and each of them were professional and helpful. The consistency from each of the team members really showed that its a part of the culture there and not just a fluke. Anyone looking at BMWs should definitely stop by the Sons Auto Group!

Had to go in for service late on a Saturday afternoon just a hour before they closed without an appointment due to a sudden mechanical problem. The service advisor (Sheldon) was juggling 2 other customers, but still found time to check my car in. He then helped me find a rental car at a local outlet. My car was done on Monday and fixed at a very fair price.

They do excellent work. It appears their attention to detail is slipping. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. i got there about 7:25 ad there were no lights on and the doors were locked. The lights didnt come until after 7:30 and the doors didnt open until 7:35. Its a small point, but I was there on time and they were not ready.

I just purchased my very first car a 2014 BMW 328i and took it here to be serviced a few days afterwards. I called Brandon and he got me in when the schedule online said that I couldnt get in that day. After about an hour and some odd minutes my oil change and vehicle diagnostic was DONE!!!!. It may not seem like a big deal but I was hoping and praying nothing was wrong. And nothing was. Brandon was awesome and he really helped me alot. Thanks so much. I have mixed feelings about this particular dealership mainly due to past experiences I’ve had with some of the staff, some of the inconsistencies and the lies… several years ago I even put in a complaint with the manager who never did return my phone calls… I do try to stick with one advisor if I am going in… That advisor is Bryce… I feel that he is trying to make an effort to assist the customers and give them as much Customer service as possible…If it wasn’t for him quite frankly, I probably wouldn’t even step foot in that dealership.

Took my vehicle here because of noise and power. When I first got there the service advisor said nothing is wrong with the car after hooking it up to machine. I told him I was a mechanic opinion. So the said it was an leak and they have to get the part. They had my car for over 2 weeks. Then text me and said that did not fix the issue so I would have to pay more for a pump that would fix the issue. So I said ok and had to wait another week. Then they contacted me back and said that didn’t work. I still had to pay for the service envelope though they didn’t fix the issue. Never going back here again.

Update: 4/5/2021 - It has been over a month since still without closing the loop. I have attempted to contact TAGS and TITLE concerning status and a month later I still have not received my temp tag nor have I received a status on issuance of tags. I have even offered two of my employees to assist. For anyone dealing with tags (maybe just out of state), you will be forwarded to a mailbox that is full and the precan response by the GM VM always states that he is out of the office for the day. Not sure where this is going but hopefully they can get someone consistent in the office to close the loop on this matter - ASAP.Old PostI have reached out to the dealership on numerous occasions to get the status of my tags that have been well over 4 months. I have sent emails to tag and title no response; I have called the finance manager - no response. Just interested in the status. If you live out of state I would not even work this dealership because the companies follow up services is very bad.

I have not been having a great experience with this dealership. I am in the market for a new car so I contacted the dealership online and they asked me to do a finance application after doing so, I had to beg someone to give me a call about my application the next day I kept calling and everything was going to voicemail so I decided to drive an hour and 30 minutes away AFTER WORK to get an answer just to find out that I was approved but the vehicle I put the application in for was sold. I wasn’t too upset about it but I was disappointed that I had to drive just to get a hold of someone, Judith she was extremely nice and apologetic and asked me if I had another vehicle in mind and I said yes and she told me she would call me the next day about it. It has been 3 days later and I still have not received a call. I really hate that I let this dealership check my credit because I don’t believe I want to go further with this process. They have shown me that they do not value other’s time. So if you don’t live close by and can’t visit the dealership to make a purchase, I certainly do not recommend.

I wish more online services were as good as BMW of South Atlantas They back up every product with complete confidence! I had received a damaged radiator obviously damaged by the carrier - I called them as soon as i tried to install it and they immediately sent me a new one! Giving me the piece of mind that allowed me to get my like new and immaculate -2008 BMW 535i back on the road quickly!! I took my car in for an alignment, brake inspection, oil change and radio repair. I was greeted by Jeff who immediately exceeded my expectations. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money. I later found out it was a user error on my behalf regarding the radio. The entire staff was extremely helpful and exemplified a helpful attitude. I did experience a long wait but they made it worth my while when the bill came. The salesman Damien is the rudest salesman I’ve ever come in contact with, I mean how do you have a job in customer service but have no customer service. I will not be renewing my service contract at BMW South Atlanta because of poor workmanship on several different occasions. Recently they left the cap off after changing my oil. Instead of cleaning my oil soaked engine compartment, they only wiped it down with a rag. Now it constantly smells like burning oil and is potentially a fire hazard. Ill pay someone to steam clean it for me. Thanks for nothing BMW.

Just purchased a new X5 Loaded. The sales person was awesome!! I originally came in for a X3, coming from a Mercedes GLA 250. I am so happy with the X5, its much bigger, LOVE the safety features, interior lights and e performance!! I got a great price I am comfortable paying with GAP insurance and package for maintenance. Finance was very informative on where I am with payments based on my credit and where I can be in 12-18 months and I like that they were not just concerned with my payments they wanted to get me the best deal and financing through them can keep me in a newer version. I am just overall excited and happy I made the choice to go to BMW of South Atlanta!

The staff was courteous. All aspects of my service visit was very organized. Joshua kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. The waiting area was clean, quite and spacious. I will definitely use BMW of South Atlanta to service my vehicle again.

Horrible customer svc by phone and not much better in person.Definitely not my first place to bring my BMW since they didnt know where my car was for 4 days and probably wont be doing business with them again. the fact that I spoke to three different people told them the exact same thing and then they did the opposite of that and tried to add extra stuff on for me to pay really did piss me off. I purchased a brand new battery before I took my vehicle in and then they took my battery out and then charge me $297 for their battery. They also wanted to charge me $500 for tires but I already have purchased my own tires and a diagnostic is $165 yet somehow I got charged $635 for a diagnostic was not happy with this place at all should have just took my car back to BMW of Decatur where Ive been taking it for years just thought cuz I lived on this side of town it would be better for me boy was I wrong

After waiting about five minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff, I was informed the part I called to see if was in stock just so happened to go out of stock within the hour that I originally asked. But, I always come here and have a great experience. So, this one mishap wont stop me from coming back.

6/08/21 Took my car in for a scheduled appointment on a Tuesday for maintenance. Never heard back from any advisor. I had another appointment the next day for my other bmw, inquired about the status of 1st bmw dropped off previous day, advisor stated they must of not got to it because vehicle was assigned to him and he was off. I called later that day Wednesday no response, called multiple times on Thursday no response left message, called Friday left message no response, mailboxes full. Nice people, terrible service. My car has literally been taken hostage with zero feedback as to why or a returned call. No excuses on this type of neglect.6/23/21 After 2 weeks finally got my car back. Never heard back from Robert Fowler as his digital response from review claimed. Digital transformation is only as good as human touch. Cant replace experience and follow through. Thank you to Bryce who incidentally got pulled in and did his best to resolve.

I recently visited this beautifully remodeled dealership😍 the visit was only for business! The staff was friendly & pleasant. The customers looked comfortable in the inviting waiting area! Huge flat screens to watch! There were light refreshments available while you wait for your vehicle being serviced🤗 dunkin donuts, coffee, individually wrapped snacks, etc. I hope you receive great service if you take your BMW in for maintenance✌

I’m so upset. I was sold my dream car, a Bmw X6 less then 2 months ago and the vehicle already has a major problem with the transmission. I brought it back to BMW to see if they could fix it and they vaguely told me they would “see” and if the problem is too expensive they will not fix it. My car has been with them over a week and I came up here to see what was going on because they haven’t called to update me or anything. I get up here and they haven’t even touched it. I put a huge down payment on this car and they will not give it back. Unprofessional and messy business. I do NOT recommend at all.
