I bought my car in about 3 weeks ago because the transmission problems. I met Justin Walker who is a sales manager who helped me trade in my car and get a new car. Getting to this point has been a little rocky but!!!Mr. John Abate has done an amazing job taking care of my wife and I. He has went out of his way to make sure that there was a vehicle for us to drive while our vehicle is being serviced! I would highly recommend infinity of South Atlanta! This was the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. I did all of the financing with the salesman over the phone so the only thing I had to do when I arrived at the dealership was test drive and sign paperwork. I ended up getting a 2017 Dodge Challenger R/T on the lot and they gave me an incredible value on my trade in. The salesman that I worked with, Justin, was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Definitely a great dealer.
I recently purchased a Qx30 Infiniti, I really enjoyed it !When I first arrived to to the dealership to test drive the vehicle the sales rep was alil pushy .She got in the vehicle with me, on the test drive,and started asking me questions about my credit, down payment etc .I did let her know that this did make me uncomfortable,and I wasn’t going to purchases here because of that .I decided to give her another chance .The finance manager was phenomenal,very helpful thanks Mr Jackson !This location is clean, professional and I will definitely purchase again!
Purchased a Infiniti Q60 from this dealership Sales person Rita and Tia Howard started with Rita messing up with simple instructions on updating my phone number due to security freeze, also marking up the vehicle price without my knowledge. Than to make matters worse sale me car practically new and after 3 weeks Its already in the shop CERTIFIED PREOWNED! ! So who certified this vehicle in the service department ? You guys at South Atlanta did not thoroughly look at this vehicle clearly, I have the receipts to prove it! To fix the car 7 -8k..with other services being needed. I took my car to Nalley Infiniti to be service since their service department is incompetent.Deeply disappointed in Tia who came from Nalley Infiniti and sold me a Q50 It too had some issues. Luckily it wasnt engine issues. Tia is normally good with her sales and knowing products, but in this case was out to just sale a car in my eyes..Telling me to file a complaint with Infiniti corporate should of been let me find out what I can do, maybe swap you out into another vehicle or buy the junk back...at the end of the day you guys are the face of Inifinti. I thought the old reviews were lies now I see they were true. NO MORE INFINITI from me and I will make sure the CEO hears about this !!! Dont bother calling me unless its buying the car back.
I visited Infiniti South on Monday October 25th to see the new 2022 QX60. The suv wasnt there so I asked to see the QX50 that was in front of the door. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was impressed. I knew they had a used QX50 (2 vehicles) on property with low miles and at a better price. I requested to see the vehicle twice. The sales lady responded by saying lets go inside to look at it online. She even brought the Manager in to try to convince me to buy a vehicle not present on property. The manager told me she just sold a QX50. I informed her there were two on property. Disappointed because the focus wasnt on me as a return customer (Infiniti owner). I asked to see a used vehicle and my request was ignored. The primary focus was on trying to create a sense of urgency to sale me a vehicle (2022 QX60) that wasnt present for me to see.

I recently purchased a vehicle from infinity south.. the sales manager Keith promised me that would fix a chip in my window.. after I purchased, Keith would not make good on his word, so I called the general manager Richard. Richard act like he was upset at Keith, and he would make sure it got fixed.. Richard sent a window company to my house to look at .. the window company stated it needed replaced.. Richard said they would take care of it, but him more sales manager Keith has called me back or made arrangements to fix.. my next step is a call to owner, and then attorney… not a company of their word.. do not buy from here!!

This was getting ready to be a negative review but Daniel Miller, Service Manager MORE than made up for it and saved the day. Ive been coming here to get my car serviced since I purchased it almost 5 years ago and while Ive always had a decent experience, there was a terrible mix-up today and I had almost decided to never return. I spoke with Daniel and he went over, around, and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of... even offering to come and get my car if necessary. It ended up not being necessary but I am more than pleased. Thank you Daniel! You deserve a raise and ALL the recognition 😊!
My experience with purchasing my Volkswagen Eos was awesome. Justin Walker did as he said he would. I was asked all the questions on the phone. The most excited part was that I had to only go in an sign the paper work. Like I said Justin Walker was the bomb. I was there in and out in less than two hours test drive and all. Worst service experience in ever I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday morning 9/26 had an appt for wed 9/29 8:00am I was traveling out of town for vacation so I dropped my vehicle off and out my keys in the drop box. I am flying back to Atlanta from St. Thomas wed I called while at the airport to check the status of the service and the rep says they have me down for a missed appointment. I specifically called before I left the state I ask a rep can I drop my car off and then leave it and she said that was fine and I can put my keys in the Dropbox. Now to find out that was a lie and when my flight lands 6:40 they will be closed so my vehicle was up there for no reason. And you can never get a service advisor on the like this place customer service is by far the worse I have come across from a major dealership. The service advisor don’t return calls voice messages let alone answer the phone. Avoid this dealership at al costs just drive to Marietta Infiniti instead. Major inconvenience and nobody cares when you call. I would give 0 stars but that is not an option also will be filing a complaint thru the BBB as well.
A friend of the family who is a young female, purchase a used vehicle from here 2 days ago. The transmission began overheating not two hours after she left the lot. She was sitting at a drive-through when it occurred. The car went into limp mode when she left. That did not allow her to go over 12 miles per hour without the car wanting to stall. She called me and I advised her to pull the car over, turn it off and restart it. She did so after allowing it to sit for a few minutes. The car drove her home fine and back to the dealership the next morning without any issues. The people here refuse to help her. The only way she ended up getting out of the deal was to either downsize from the Audi S4 to a Nissan or pay $4,000 more then the $5,000 he had already put in for a vehicle that they said was $4,000 more. What they didnt know was that the financing contract was not finalized and when she called them they gave her the ability to cancel the contract. They told her to come get her $5,000 the next day in the form of a check that she can pick up whenever. She has been waiting for that check since this morning and it is now 4:28 p.m. they said no she has to wait for the boss. I have already found her a new car for a lot less at a dealership in Marietta. However I dont think she will be making that appointment today. I would have advised anybody to steer clear of this place. They will take advantage of you. And I believe the owner (John Abete) is the biggest culprit. He tried not to even give her the money back. And kept 300 dollars and told her oh well about it.
Not 100% satisfied with my purchase of used vehicle. Granted As-Is, I took it for a check after purchase. A $2000 job to gave AC Compressor replaced. There had to have been knowledge. This or things like this should have been communicated. I asked multiple times for through check and report print out. Also advised them of the issue reported by servicing at another Infiniti dealership. Not happy with my purchasd due to this.

I was driving down on a road trip, heading to Florida but stopped in Georgia to rest and my vehicle did not start the following morning. My vehicle was then towed to the dealer on 7/21/21 and on 7/22/21 I was told by the service advisor Carson that due to the vehicle being low on oil the engine had locked. I found this highly unlikely and politely asked him to revisit it because there were no oil lights or abnormal sounds when parking the vehicle. I asked if the tech could take the belt off because I had an issue with the compressed pulley smoking ok the drive down and it may have seized up. He never got back to me and was poor on communication. The only time I heard from him was the first initial and everything other update was done via the multipoint inspection email. Due to the lack of communication I paid the evaluation because $22,000 to fix my vehicle was a substantial amount. I had to get my vehicle towed to Florida which cost me $800 and a one way rental car that was $300 and got it evaluated by another dealer who checked the oil and found that it was not low and took off the belt, (which I asked the Infiniti dealer in Georgia to do) and was able to start the vehicle up on the first try. The compressor pulley was stopping the engine from starting. Had they done their due diligence I would of gladly done the repair but instead I’m out of $1300 due to a misdiagnosis. I forgot to add that I had to purchase a new car when I got back to Florida due to them telling me I needed a 22k engine.
Dominic is an awesome sale guy. Not once did he rush me, he very polite and knowledgeable about the deal. He did take his time and show me how to use the features in my vechile. Worst customer service cant never get service agent on the phone...then the service agent thomas burnette only likes to text cant return calls....took car there on fri for tire replacement...thomas said they dont have my tire size...he never looked...i get there and go to service dept and order tire in 5 mins...so that tells me the agent never attempted to order the special size tire....he def needs custimer service training

Would definitely recommend others to come to Infiniti of south Atlanta the staff was very professional. I went in to have my 2015 checked out for a p0720 code and price the cost to fix it and ended up trading the car in and leaving with a new vehicle all thanks to mr walker. And I must also say the manager mr Mathews and finance director mr Jackson played a big part in convincing me in getting a new vehicle something that I would enjoy, so I’ll definitely will be recommending this location to my friends and family.

It’s a shame that you can’t schedule a appointment with them even when you try to give them a second chance. Last time i went there for a oil change and tire rotation and was there for over four hours. I had to ask for my car after seeing sitting for over a hour and they wrote on the ticket that my services was done in which they didn’t even rotate my tires.
They were super friendly as well as negotiable. Everyone there was over the top amazing.
No follow up or communication. Had my car all day the two times it took it to be worked on. Both times I had to call multiple times and ask for the manager before someone called me back. The second time they had it all day and didnt even get it to the back. I ended up leaving it overnight. It was determined I needed a wiper motor and I was told they would order it and it would be shipped overnight. I waited a week and then called and texted. The service consultant responded to the text they have it. I text back can we schedule an appointment to have it installed and no response. After waiting 2 days called and asked for a manager who said consultant was having personal issues and scheduled me the next morning at 7:30am. Didnt bother to ask what day was convenient. Anyway I took it in and a different manager was there and he said they were short handed because they lost people, 2 different explanations. Had to call several times to find out if my car was ready. So I will never go back, gave them a second chance and they blew it.
I had my vehicle serviced at the South Atlanta location today, I’ve had my vehicle serviced here for the last four years. When I purchased my vehicle at this location I was given lifetime oil and filter changes included as part of the maintenance program. I have not had a problem with this policy until today. The service manager, Joe Pitt, informed me that I could no longer receive this ‘benefit’ because I would not allow them to change the brakes on my vehicle. At times I take my vehicle to my local maintenance guy for pricey vehicle maintenance, to offset the costs of expensive dealership maintenance. I informed Mr. Pitts that I’ve never heard of this policy and I’ve never had a problem in the past. He then left the office to retrieve my contract and could not locate in my contract where I signed a form stating that if I did not allow the dealership to do all maintenance that this would forfeit my lifetime free oil change. When he couldn’t find the form he ‘manufactured’ one and had the audacity to ask me to sign it. When I refused he stormed out of the office. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate to deal with this matter. I’m very disappointed with this location. This is my third vehicle I’ve purchased here and I will not purchase another car from this dealership.
My experience up until this week was average at best. This week was horrible and unacceptable. I took my QX56 In for a routine oil change. I also asked about some other issues. I was told to drop off the truck Sunday and they will let me know. Monday night after 5pm I get a call, the issues I had brought up had not ALL been looked at yet. But the one issue would cost me $900. Tuesday morning I call and I’m informed the person I was assigned Roxanne wasn’t in. I still haven’t been informed what’s going on with my truck, how much or even if I would be charged for a diagnostic. I asked Dan to please check the items I brought the truck in for two days ago now, and let me know what’s going on. Wednesday nothing. Thursday Roxanne tells me the one item that SHE quoted me at was now $1100. Plus finally the cost of the other issues. A diagnostic cost still not mentioned. I tell Roxanne let me try and gather the funds for these issues. I call back Friday and it goes to voicemail. I call Saturday morning and I’m told for JUST my oil change and 3 diagnostics it’s $479! Why wasn’t everything checked at once when originally asked, why did I need 3 diagnostics s when the issues I had SHOULD be checked with the so call all point inspection given with any oil change!!? I feel like this dealership is trying to price gouge to make up for losses in 2020. It’s ridiculous to treat people like this and be poor at customers service simultaneously. I will be reporting Infiniti of South Atlanta to the BBB and leaving negative reviews on all social media platforms.
Great Customer service. My service advisor, Carson is a class act. He is so personal and knowledge. He takes the time to explain exactly what your vehicle needs and he do with a smile. The area where you drop off your vehicle is clean and neat. I will highly recommend. Carson is the best.

I came to have a simple oil change, I arrive at 10:45 for my 11:00 appointment. Thomas was supposed to be my representative for the visit. I waited on Thomas for an hour, no Thomas. So I went and asked was my car ready I was told let me find Thomas to see the status. Waited another 30 minutes still no Thomas. So I went and asked again this time an agent checked Thomas desk and my paperwork was still sitting on Thomas desk. So the agent sent someone else to take care of me. This is now 2 hours later. So in total I sat and waited 2 and a half hours. What kind of since did that make for a oil change. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to get a free car wash. Heck to the no.
First time getting my vehicle serviced at Infiniti S. Atl. Made an appt for 10am for oil change and tire rotation. TWO hours later I went to check on my vehicle only to find out that they never put my service in the system. They checked me in and never put my service in their system!!! Carson Gaither, the guy who was suppose to handle me (two hrs prior to me asking) did apologize and said it would be another hr. to get it changed (lol wow). This was the absolute worst service I’ve experienced. Asked for the service manager… still waiting to speak with him 15 minutes later….
We went to Infiniti of S. Atlanta with a check in hand, was looking at a vehicle, and Khadijah Florence approached us. She asked if we wanted to drive the truck, and quickly gave us the keys. It was exactly what we were looking for, so we told her our bottom-line, non negotiable price, she went to speak with the Finance Manager, and we were driving away in 1.5 hours. I absolutely love, love, love, love the way she does business. She is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, no non-sense, AND did not have us waiting around all day....we will definitely purchase from her again. Go see Khadijah!

Ive left several messages...no return call...my son purchased a 2018 Infinity with bad tires....unacceptable....he was quoted a monthly car note of $460...it went up to $650....he put $8,000 down on his car...if this doesnt get corrected I can never refer this dealership to anyone! Good afternoon,If I could give a negative 0 I would! Let me see where, to begin with, this unprofessional service that I just experienced. This company started to waste my time on Saturday, 11/21/2020. A salesman or finance person or manager I dont know what his title is, but his name is Rodney Myers. I dealt with a Man name Dominic Gordon first, and then Rodney called me about a car that sparked my interest. I advised Rodney I didnt want to pay a certain amount a month, but he spoke to my husband and agreed to come out take the car with me, and if I like the car, I can complete the deal and sign papers on Monday. So I went out there on Saturday with my friend to pick up the vehicle. Still, Dominic came out and said, lets test drive; I stated, why am I test driving the car with you if Im going to take the car home?However, Dominic was lost to the lies that Rodney Myers told me. He went back inside to hear what Rodney agreed with us about taking the car. Dominic comes back out and says, okay, he said that is fine, but I need to test drive it to show you how the features work. So I said okay and drove off in the car comes back, and Rodney has some figures stating that I cant drive off with the vehicle unless we complete a deal. Okay, that was the first big lie to waste my precious time. First of all, it took me 45 minutes to get out there to be given misinformation. So with all that said, he comes back with some figures higher than what he said over the phone; well, I got up, told them to give me my car key that I was going to make the trade with, and left. Now you come calling me Monday morning saying that you can get me in the car with a deal that I agreed to. While I was in route there and sitting in bumper to bumper traffic close there, I received a call from Dominic stating that they sold the car to a person who would pay $3,000 more than what I was paying. I thought that was so unprofessional and irritating. I called back and spoke to Rodney for him to be even more annoying with his lies. How can you sell a car that I agreed to over the phone? And they ran my husbands credit and had me send them his ID everything, and they said the deal was a go-to hear that it was sold and goodbye. I have always had an Infiniti, but lately, I have gotten horrible service with them. I am moving on to another brand. I want to let everyone know that we pay too much money for these cars to be treated disrespectfully and like our time is not valuable. We deserve stellar customer service. You send me all these emails stating thank you for being an excellent customer but hire these idiots that dont care about people to sell your vehicles. Im DONE!
Dominic was my salesperson . And he really made buying the car special. He explained everything. If there is something I am missing its because I was air headed during the conversation. He really took his time exploring the many possibilities with my purchase. Dominic thank you so much
I worked with Roxanne Chin. I was under my own misunderstanding that my leased vehicle had maintenance coverage for the term of my lease. Roxanne informed me that she did not see that in the system, but would do some research. Upon completion of my vehicles service Roxanne showed me my 12 month service agreement which had expired, but she would still honored it. I did not expect this at all as it was clearly my own misunderstanding. But Roxanne was very understanding of the fact that when we sign these numerous papers during the buying or leasing process we tend to hear and sign things differently. Roxanne also got me a loaner car even though it did not show in the system I requested one. Roxanne was pleasant, courteous, and kind throughout the service of my vehicle. Definitely recommend her.I would also like to point out Cordell in sales. While waiting for my vehicles service I walked the lot and Cordell approached and asked if I was being helped and if I had any questions on anything. While I informed him I wasn’t in the market for a vehicle we ended up talking about raising our kids and life challenges. It was refreshing to not feel pressured by someone in sales to buy.
I like the professionalism and patience that the sales rep initially showed I did not like how I was forced to accept emissions and tag fees even though I was trading in a car and had a tag that still was available to transfer to the car that I bought from them. The emission fee should’ve been waived the car was too new to have emissions. Also didn’t like the two front tire tread was worn down and the sales person insisted that it was in good measurements when it was visibly wasn’t.

Booked an appointment online 4 days in advance and they didn’t confirm it saying I had to call to confirm my appointment in advance which didn’t sound right especially if I booking online. Appointment system is atrocious.
