A lot of changes have happened in the service department over the past several months. There are a few growing pains to be worked through, still. I found the manager Daniel has a listening ear and is focused in building the customer service provided. I feel that it is worth giving them a 2nd chance. My actual repairs have been great. I love the complementary multi point inspection. I will be back.

Yesterday I was not at all pleased with the low level of customer service that I received. I checked in on time for a 9:00 appointment and by 11:00 I had not received any feedback or updates. When I texted back to request an update I never received a straight forward response nor did I get a face-to-face conversation with my service representative. I finally had to make contact with the owner, John, before positive actions were taken. Thank you again, John.

This was the first time that I had a bad experience at this dealership. For starters, I was told it would take 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Ok, Fine. My consultant then comes to me with a list of 120k mile services that need to be done. I let him know that I didn’t come prepared to pay for extra services but would reschedule for later. He goes on to tell me that I will be kicked off of the free oil change list if I don’t get services done. I was horrified!! I told him that I felt forced to get services that I wasn’t prepared to pay for that day. He said that management is now making them do it. So I agreed to do one of the services on the list which he said would not extend my wait time because it was just a quick filter change and the technician completing the oil change could do the filter change. Needless to say, my service took almost 4 hours and not 1.5 as promised. As I checked out (and paid for the additional services) I said to him, “Next time don’t lie to me. Give me the correct wait time when I ask so I can make adjustments to my schedule.”I have never experienced anything like this during my previous oil changes or vehicle service appointments.I let him know that I was disappointed with management and the way they threatened to “kick” customers out of a certain program if they didn’t purchase services worth hundreds of dollars to remain in the program. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

As far as my experience Carson who was my service representative was awesome. He has the quality I look for when doing business. Stacy who was the person servicing my car was awesome as well. I have been with this dealership for18yrs and Stacy has been working on my vehicle’s that long. As far as the family feel that was one of my reasons for coming to this dealership is gone. Just no a good feeling when you pull up. Very corporate now. Not good. If it wasn’t for Carson and Stacy I would be gone. Hope they never leave.

After driving all the way from new york to Atlanta i was desperately trying to find a reliable shop to take care of my repairs, after going to a few other shops and getting the runaround for almost a-month i finally called the south Atlanta infinity and it was amazing finally i found people that knew what they were doing and treated a black customer like i mattered. Mr Daniel Miller invited me to his office, he got me into a loaner and got my car in the shop immediately he sent me updates about working with the warranty company and the parts shop my entire experience was amazing and i will definitely be going there for all my future infinity repairs! My loaner was so amazing i am now thinking about upgrading to a newer Infinity. Thank you infinity of south Atlanta and thank you Daniel for over the top customer service .

I had an 8 am appointment for which I arrived early. I was the second car in line and my vehicle wasn’t pulled in until we’ll after 8 am. My vehicle takes 6 quarts of oil, and I was charged for the standard amount of $49.95 for the oil change plus an additional $49.90 for all 6 quarts of oil instead of for the one additional quart. This location is the closest to me, but rest assured I’ll drive across town the next time.

It was a challenge getting to talk to someone from service initially but once I did, they did a great job. Entire team was great. They cant control how busy they may be but they can control how they service clients once its your turn. Daniel was great, I cant remember receptionist name but she was also awesome. They handled my issue, professionally, timely and a with impeccable customer service.

I will never go there again. I had a scheduled appointment which took three weeks to get. When I checked in I was asked if I would be waiting or drop off. I said drop off. The tech told me that they were busy and short staffed but should be able to get with me late afternoon. Two days later and my car had still not been looked at. We were told that it still may be several days until it could be looked at and then another week at least for repairs. If we had been told this initially we would have never taken it there. We have since taken it to Infiniti of Roswell were we were in the same day we called. If I could give this business zero stars I would.

I brought my car in because my seat would move backwards but not always forward. I was charged $169.00 for them to jiggle the button and tell me that its working but if it stops working again, bring it back in. This is EXACTLY what I told them!!I will NEVER go back to this dealership for ANY type of maintenance issues or prevention!

I was scheduled for appointment in regards to a recall on my QX30 on September 1, 2021@9am. I took car in for recall to find out a later that the part needed was not available. My question is why schedule a customer for service to show up and not have the part. Also, went to pickup vehicle next day after telling representative I needed vehicle back because I was going out of time. Representative told me that he would be there until 6:00pm and if I couldn’t be there he would leave at with front desk whom would be there until 8:00. Arrived after 6:00pm to pickup keys at front desk and keys were no where to be found. After about 20 minutes keys were located. No work completed on vehicle just a waste of customers time. Very disappointed with service 😕

I dropped my car off Sunday evening for Monday afternoon appointment. I never received a status on my car even after leaving multiple messages. The service advisors voice mail boxes were full so I couldnt leave them messages. My appointment was for regular maintenance for oil change and tire rotation. I finally received a telephone call with message at 5:30 pm Monday but the message didnt provide me a status of my vehicle. I called Tuesday morning and spoke to Carson who is typically my service advisor but for some reason wasnt during this visit. He relayed my message to another service advisor who called me and informed me that my cat was ready. He said they completed the oil change but couldnt perform the tire rotation because of cracked lug nuts. He said they sent me a status text, I advised him that I never received one. The advisor quoted me $450 for lug replacement, I definitely was not paying that. I picked my car up, the next day I took my car to another establishment and got new lug nuts for $65. Infiniti South Atlanta must do better. Ive been patronizing them for 6 years and have seen a decline in service for the last 2 years

I made an appointment at 10am for 40000 mile service. I arrived at 9:30am. My car was not pulled around to the back until 1 hour later. My inspection report did not come back until 12 noon. I was then told I needed brakes which would be an additional 2 hours. It is now 2:30 and I’m still without my vehicle and I have been here for 5 hours. I saw a car like mine sitting out side nearly and hour after I confirmed getting my brakes repaired-now I know it was mine. I don’t know the point of making an appointment, I should have came whenever. Don’t come to this service department unless you mind spending your whole day there. Not to mention every person that came before and after me has come and gone. And I have my 9 year old daughter with me. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I received a letter frim them to get a complimentary oil change, tire rotation and car wash. I tried calling to set an appointment and couldn’t never get through. I took a day off just to take my car up there early in the morning to get my oil change and it took the whole day. No one contacted me to let me know my truck was done and no one was answering the phone. I went back up there on my own and was told that my complimentary oil change was void because my truck use synthetic oil bu they the one’s who sent me the letter. Over all terrible service.

Scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and brakes. Estimate stated tires and brakes were unnecessary and will inspect at next service. When I picked up the car near closing time, my tires weren’t rotated as they had charged me for and was told they did. When I showed him I knew more about cars than he thought he ran to help another customer and then the manager took over. The service guy said the service tech noted it but HE missed it. When the estimate clearly stated no tires were needed. He said they didn’t rotate my tires cause I needed tires. My tires had a good amount of thread and I confirmed at another location and they rotated my tires as requested. No tires are needed. The only thing I could think of is they didn’t want to do it that close to closing time. I’m my book, this is stealing. I WILL NEVER DEAL AT THIS dealership and I urge others to be aware or don’t give them your business Lied to and stole from isn’t cool.

I had an appointment I set online for an oil change. My associate came and asked me what I was getting done to my car after I set up the appointment for an oil change. Nonetheless, it took over 2 hours for them to service my car.They give a car wash with your services…Well when I got my car back, it had dirty water dripping & smeared on the car, the back of it was still completely dirty & in the inside, my driver side wasn’t vacuumed. The wheels were still dusty & the front looked like they took a dirty cloth & wiped it around. So after waiting 2hrs, I sent it back. Waited another 40 mins, get my car back & all they did was wipe the dirty water off. Inside was still dirty the back wasn’t even washed. Huge disappointment!!! I would’ve sent it back again but I had been there since 11am & had another appt at 3pm that I would’ve been late for had I did that.When I purchased the vehicle, they did a horrible job washing it then. Oil change took too long & my car wash was horrendous. They wasted a lot of my time. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

After waiting since May this year 2021 to get my rims done over on my car that was damage by the car wash 2 years ago. Left a very mad taste dealing with the services department. I told Karson about it back in May been getting the ran around about my rims that I didnt damage. Im not pleased at all of what I been dealing with for 3 months. I made an appointment with a service advisor, Carson. I never saw you once I arrived and later was told he’d left and hadn’t been seen for a while. I tried calling and texting him with the information provided and got no response. My car had been ready for at least 30 minutes but I had to wait for the next service advisor to finish with his customer to get the car because Carson was still no where to be found. They ended up comp’ing the service because I’d been there for 2 hours without any updates. I’m giving it 3 stars because of Don Miller (I think that’s he’s name) and the 2 people who where there to check cars in and out. They were really nice. Also, I’ve been there before and never had this issue so I have very disappointed with the service from Carson.

Everyone was friendly and did their best to provide good customer service. The gentlemen assigned to supervise my car service was newly hired by Infiniti. However, he clearly was not a novice. He was on his game and provided excellent customer service. I appreciated that he was mindful of the importance of wearing his mask. Some of us are at higher risk for Covid than others. It is nice to know that some people go to the extra trouble to make it easier for immune compromised and elderly to transact business without being fearful of exposure to Covid. I also shopped for a trade while I was at the dealership. Though we didnt make a deal, again everyone was super nice. Considering how hot it was on the lot yesterday, Im amazed at the dedication to customer service that was shown by everyone.

Excellent customer care and exceeded my expectations. They did from and rear brakes for me and the final price was lower than the original quote. You don’t see that often. But my service advise was knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond and pampered my car. I appreciate the wash, vacuum and tire shine they placed on the car before I picked it up and after the repairs had completed. I’ll use Infiniti of S Atlanta for all of my services needed on this car.

I always get great service when I come here, but be prepared to wait a while. An oil change can take anywhere from 2-3 hours or more depending on the day. This is one of my favorite locations and they always provide quality service.

I did not receive the usual Infiniti service that I’ve grown accustomed to. This was my first time at Atlanta South and will not return. My services history has been with the Marietta location. My battery died and I had my car towed to the closest Infiniti location from my house. Infiniti Atlanta South did not meet my expectation. My car was towed on aThursday, whereby I received a call from an associate to inquire about my car. The associate listened to my concern and told me that my car would not be looked at that day, but on next morning (after 3p). This was the most professional portion of the entire experience. I and my husband spent the next 3 days making frustrating attempts to reach someone to give us info about my car. Several promises were made to have someone call us back did not happen. At one point, my husband asked not to be sent to another person that was not available and he ended up speaking to someone that stated my car was being worked on and my husband told him that was not true because we had not given approval for services to be performed. The young man said that he would check and call him back. My husband said that he would wait on the phone. He returned to the phone and confirmed the car had not been evaluated but that it would be and we would receive a notification. This was Monday. By 4:16pm, I received an email with a service quote followed by a texted link with the quote. I approved the recommended repairs. I sent back an email requesting the healthcare workers discount. My car was ready on Tuesday with no courtesy discount. I paid for the service online. My brakes need to be tightened but I will go to Marietta to take of.

I dropped my vehicle off at 1:30 which was my appointment time. I requested to wait however I was picked up after about 15 minutes of waiting. I called after no call and spoke with Carson whoTold me that Thomas was my sales repAnd the system said my vehicle was ready. This was at 4:30. I had someone to bring me to pick up my vehicle and I checked my texts to see if I missed a call of if I received a text that my vehicle was done. I saw a text that it was done and was being washed and would be done shortly. (The text came thru about 3:30). Once I arrive I had to wait over 30 minutes to pay the rep. He drove my vehicle in the back as I waiting another 20 minutes. Finally Thomas drove my vehicle up dripping with smudged dirt and windows smeared with dirty water. I said something to the rep and he was nonchalant. I had to go and said never mind. The rep walked off unapologetically! It was a very unprofessional service. The worst I have ever had at a dealership. I would not recommend Union City Infinity service department to anyone. The extra drive north is so worth the service and professionalism. I will never take my vehicle there again! Service took over 3 1/2 hours with addition wait time of 20 minutes to hardly wash. This was all for a stay and wait appointment!

I have never received such poor treatment and unprofessional, poor customer service in my life! And I cant begin to even justify their actions. I have an Infiniti platinum plan that covers my oil changes nationwide. I informed them at the time of dropping my vehicle off and again when they texted the invoice. They still charged me!!! Even after Nalley Infiniti provided them verbally and by fax and email a copy of my plan. They still insisted that I did not have this coverage and that it was dealer specific and stated if I didnt pay the $117 that they would keep my car until Monday until they could call and verify that I had coverage. Unbelievable!!! I am truly disgusted by the actions and treatment by Sid in service and the general manager and will be reporting them up the chain!

I was driving down on a road trip, heading to Florida but stopped in Georgia to rest and my vehicle did not start the following morning. My vehicle was then towed to the dealer on 7/21/21 and on 7/22/21 I was told by the service advisor Carson that due to the vehicle being low on oil the engine had locked. I found this highly unlikely and politely asked him to revisit it because there were no oil lights or abnormal sounds when parking the vehicle. I asked if the tech could take the belt off because I had an issue with the compressed pulley smoking ok the drive down and it may have seized up. He never got back to me and was poor on communication. The only time I heard from him was the first initial and everything other update was done via the multipoint inspection email. Due to the lack of communication I paid the evaluation because $22,000 to fix my vehicle was a substantial amount. I had to get my vehicle towed to Florida which cost me $800 and got it evaluated by another dealer who checked the oil and found that it was not low and took off the belt, (which I asked the Infiniti dealer in Georgia to do) and was able to start the vehicle up on the first try. The compressor pulley was stopping the engine from starting. Had they done their due diligence I would of gladly done the repair but instead I’m out of $1000 due to a misdiagnosis

I bought my vehicle in to replace the battery. They broke my front windshield and wiper blades. I paid 260 to just change a battery and this happened. Theu didnt offer me a loaner or anything. Im very disappointed. Ive being going to them for over 10 years!!

Both Carson and Roxanne are the best. My oil change was scheduled for 8:30am but I got off of work at 6:30am and just went straight to the shop. Carson greeted me there and took care of me before my appointment time. I finished up with my actual advisor Roxanne who is always pleasant. I have no complaints. The service received was done correctly and timely. The customer representative was professional and personable. My only complaint is my car was left dirty on the inside. I put down new car mats the day before. When I left there were dirty foot prints on my mats in passenger areas and I have not had any passengers. I have a light color interior and there were dirty marks on the dash, doors, seat, and visor. Now I have to have my interior detailed. If my car were not left dirty inside for me to clean I would have given a higher rating.

Scheduling the service is easy online. Follow up was great. The breakdown happens at the end when checking to see if My vehicle was ready for pick up. I called twice and was put into a voicemail system both times. Fortunately when I arrived, my vehicle was ready. The checkout process needs improvement. You have to wait to see your service rep to check out rather than just being able to go to a cashier’s desk, pay for your car, and drive out. If customers are ahead of you, waiting to see the same person, that can take an unusual amount of time. There have been times I have had to wait 30 minutes just to pay for my car, get my keys and drive out. My service rep, Roxanne, was great overall.

Made an appointment for 10am. Got to my appointment on time and waited for 3hrs. After 3hours of waiting, i asked for my car. I was told it was being detailed so i waited another 30min. After that time frame, i asked for my car and when i received it...it wasnt washed! At this point, im not sure if the oil change was completed. Poor customer service! As for the lies..dont know why it was necessary.

Was overcharged for replacement battery, have a 2019 QX60 original battery was replaced when I asked the service advisor about pro-rating the battery, I was told that due to the mileage on my vehicle that the battery could not be prorated which is untrue because a battery is warranted for months and not mileage.

Brought my car in for service on a late Saturday morning, the service area was empty and intake was a breeze. The guys were nice and knowledgeable. I waited an hour and a half for the services, I had a tire rotation, an oil change, and they installed something for me. I was really disappointed with the wash, I had bird poop on the sunroof but it was still there after the wash. It was shoddy work but otherwise I was satisfied.

I was greeted with a smile and kind words, then was asked how may I assist you today. I told the gentleman that I came for a 50K service. He said ok may I have your keys, showed me to the waiting room and took my car for service. My experience is and was pleasant. When I checked out my car was cleaned and I asked if the 50 K service was completed. I was not aware of what that entailed, but an oil change was the service for the day and I went on my way.

Had a 1:30pm appointment for an Oil Change which includes a multi point inspection, and a courtesy car wash and vacuum if you choose. After 2 hours my car had not been serviced... I texted my service guy and went to his office to see what the hold up was. He asked me to give him 5 minutes...a half hour passed and I received a text apologizing for the day and was told there would be no charge for the oil change. I told him i’d waive the car wash and vacuum because I needed to pick up my son. When I checked out, he apologized for the inconvenience. Although I appreciated not having to pay, a 3 hour oil change is unacceptable, and this is not the first time this has happened. It occurred prior to the pandemic as well. I am seriously thinking of taking my vehicle to Marietta in the future, it’s a further drive for me, but I’d been told their service dept is pretty efficient.

I am totally disappointed with the master technician. I had 2 brand new tires on the front of my vehicle, but when I left they placed one of the new tires on the front driver side and the other new tire on the rear driver side. Unbeknownst to me until I got to PepBoys to purchase 2 more tires for the rear. No one brought this to my attention nor explained why. I feel this is soo unprofessional. I expect much better service. Ny advisor, Carsen was great as usual.

So many people try to talk others out of going to their respective car dealerships for routine and necessary services on their automobiles. The service department at Infiniti of South Atlanta is unmatched and I would have it no other way! No matter WHAT, I trust them with my car, I trust that the job will be done right, and they are always mindful of my time, my safety, and ensuring I get what’s necessary — not just simply adding things to do for the sake of creating a massive bill. This has been my Infiniti home for the last 13-14 years. I guess it’s safe to say that we’re practically family.

The service associate was very professional but the repair was not complete. This repair was not covered under warranty. I paid...next time I used the vehicle, same problem. 4+ hours wasted, time away from office, travel time etc. I called back to schedule service again. There is nobody in a leadership position available on a Friday and 1:30pm. Very unhelpful receptionist and rude. I should have went with my instincts and stayed with Mercedes and BMW.

There was a water leak coming from the sunroof. Water dripping near my gear pedals. Car was moist front and back. They repaired the problem got rid of all the moisture. Did an excellent job.

I am thrilled to have my car back and it runs really well. When I brought my vehicle to the dealership, it was on a truck bed. I had to have it towed in because it wouldn’t start and would not go anywhere. The check engine light was also on. Roxanne is the agent I always work with when I come to get my oil changes, and she’s always very pleasant and helpful. The dealership was nice enough to book me a Lyft ride home. Once the shop diagnosed the issue, Roxanne provided the work order and quote. Shortly after, she realized the part was on back order so it was hard retrieving it as fast as we’d expected. She worked very hard to get the part so that the mechanic could move forward with the repair. Throughout the process, Roxanne followed up and kept me posted about the status of the parts and my car. It took about a week. When my vehicle was ready, she booked another Lyft ride so that I could pick it up. It was a good feeling driving out of the lot after being heartbroken that my car wasn’t functioning as it should. Driving off, it felt just like the day I bought my car. As a matter of fact, I bought my car from this dealership and this is the first time I’ve experienced an issue with my certified used car. I purchased my 2013 G37 in March 2018 at approx 75,000 miles. The point that I want to make is that, this is a dealership you can trust. Thank you Roxanne for all of your help.

The service here made me want to move back to Virginia where professionalism isn’t expected because it’s genuinely given without a doubt.The attitudes of this establishment were running very high when entering and calling this establishment. I arrived and was told someone will be with me in just a moment to confirm the issues, well an hour and a half later, I was still left waiting in the car. I then asked the car attendant how much longer before my issues were going to be confirmed before and he said someone will give me a call once to confirm the issues if I needed to leave, which I did. Two plus hours later I received a text saying click the link to review results of inspection and the report did not address any of the issues I told the car attendant so I called to no availability of the person who was supposed to come out and call to confirm the issues several times. I waited a few hours and texted the number back asking if they had figured out the issues and this rude person, Thomas, texted back in all caps “YES ITS FIXED...” and so on. He was very rude! When I went to pick up the vehicle he was still very dismissive of me and the issues of car because the car was running. Lastly, there was something taken out of my car and I’ve been trying to call to get it back without having to make that long drive and he still hasn’t called myself or my husband back.Our issue: when returning to our car at the airport it wouldn’t turn on and key fob didn’t work. this was the closest dealership versus us driving back to the Atlanta dealership or home to Roswell.
