Horrible!! I’m lost for word. I received my car back the way it wasn’t. My front of my engine has been took apart. Fluids leaking out when the tow truck arrived. Water pump took apart, radiator fan, alternator, timing chain, timing belt, tensioner pulley all took apart. Returned the wrong Key Fob without the key that opens my driver door. They took my gear cable apart also. Don’t appreciate

WHATEVER YOU DO-- Never ever eve take your car to be serviced here. Go to another one. Ive had a nightmare experience. In their defense, theyve fired the guy who was helping me, which is probably whats contributing to this headache. I understand theyre probably working with limited staff. Thats fair. But unfortunately for me it has been a pain. Theyve had my car for over a month but when I came to pick it up, and had paid $600... I cranked the car and noticed the service light was still on. I went back inside to tell them, and we discovered that my car had not been fixed. The part was still sitting on the technicians desk. They did offer to repair whatever else was wrong for free (which was NICE of them)... however, they had to keep my car for another weekend. Its now monday, and they wont answer to find out if its okay for me to come and pick up my car. They dont answer the phone when you call which can make an not so great experience, a horrible experience.
CAUTION: This dealership will rip you off on your trade in. They told us the most they could give us on our trade was 18k when their own website said our trade in value was 23k. Now they have the vehicle we traded for sale on their lot for $26,999.00. They are dishonest and they definitely ripped us off!
I was shopping for a truck last week and called several Ram dealers. Some dealers either didn’t return my calls or were too busy to answer questions.Union City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram took the time to answer my questions and made the car buying process super easy. I worked with Joel, Jim and James. All of them were friendly and courteous. They were fair about both the price of my trade and the price of their vehicle. I don’t plan on trading my truck in for a while but when I do, I know where I’m going!

Poor service. I had a alternator put in my vehicle at this dealership it took 8 days way to long. Soon as I got my vehicle the next day the check engine light came on. I went back to the dealer and was informed it would cost 150$ to put my on the machine. They did use a hand held device to check my vehicle. I was told it was nothing they did. I put in plug and a ignition coil and the problem still exist. The lack of customer Service and professionalism I would not recommend this dealership
Horrible service. I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler that I took for its first oil change. The techs scratched my left fender, it appears they sat the oil pan or tool box on my fender during service!!!! Oil handprints on the hood and center console. I should have known better than to come here. I initially wanted to purchase my Jeep from here but was told upfront that there would be a 2k over-charge because of the vehicle shortage (what a joke)…drove all the way to TN for a fair price. It’s a shame you can’t get good service in your own neighborhood 🤦🏽♂️
The staff was friendly and quick. They answered all of my questions and made feel comfortable and not pressured to purchase or experience a test drive. I was greeted at the door and given directions to the parts department. There I was assisted with my purchase. I will return for both small maintenance purchases and larger vehicle purchases.

Once they finally got around to diagnosing my vehicles problem, they quickly resolved it. And, the price was agreeable. So, if I ever require service from a dealership for my vehicle in the future, they will be my first choice.
First, If you drop off your work vehicle for service just be prepared for anything in the vehicle to be stolen. When you ask the service desk/manager about your stolen propery they will have no answer or options beside well we are not responsible if our techs/lot people steal your property. Second, the communication from the service advisers might be the worst Ive ever dealt with. You call and ask for an eta on the repair, they say they will call you back and never do. I would suggest a nicer location like Newnan where they actually care about customer service and dont blatantly steal for you.
This is by no means is an exaggeration but this location probably has the worst service center in the state of Georgia. If they actually honor the online appointment you made to at least be seen in a timely manner then they could definitely make you further regret your time and money wasted with them by providing you the most inept, inefficient, and piss-poor service that they can scrap together. I probably should’ve taken heed when the salesman that sold me my GC said that “you have to be patient with the service department at times”. Not even Job could provide the kind patience or temperament this bunch requires. My advice to unassuming customers is to spend your money where the service makes it worth the costs. I guarantee you it won’t be with this bunch.

If you want to be charged for repairs that you dont need, or repairs that are not performed on your vehicle, go to Union City DJCR Service Department. I was charged $500 for an air condition recharge and evac on 06/15/21. I returned to service department on 07/28,with complaints of my air not cooling, unless on the highest fan setting. on 07/29, I went to follow-up on status of my vehicle, being that my calls were unanswered, and was told that I needed the same exact recharge and evac, that was paid for on 06/15. Once I brought it to the service managers attention, his reply was, my tech made a mistake. How are mistakes possible, when diagnostics are ran by the dealership. The service manager was very condescending, nonchalant, and downright RUDE. I assured him that I would not be coming back, and his reply was, fine, you complain all the time anyway.Who would not complain about being charged for services that were paid in full, to be on your next visit, that you need the same thing. A $500.00 mistake is unacceptable coming from a dealership housing supposed Certified Technicians, it is repulsive. Hence, the only way the diagnostic test could have produced the said results, is if the repair was not performed on 06/15 or the service department is charging customers for repairs which are not needed.
Either dishonest or irresponsible about informing people about what a vehicle is equipped with. Shady on pulling your credit, committing to a finance rate, then trying to charge you a higher rate shortly after(bait and switch). I am a business owner. In fact, I own a used car lot. I was going to purchase an $80,000 tow truck from these guys. I waited and corresponded from early October until after Thanksgiving, waiting for the truck to come in. They dinged my credit for nothing after trying to gouge me on the rate they had prior committed to. The truck came in with different features than that which I requested and waited for (the whole reason why I waited two months and didnt buy what they had in stock was to get what I want). They dont deserve a penny of my money for the way they treat people. I would never treat my customers that way. This $80,000 will be spent with another more professional dealership that listens to their customer and values their time. Beware!
I had an excellent experience with this company. My Salesman Santos Escarbar was great and patience with me. I test drove the SUV I wanted and he made it happen for me. The manager was also nice and he worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. The finance lady Leslie Puckett was also helping to get my numbers together. The staff was great. I didnt have no problem with getting things done. I was there at 10am and I left at 2pm. This was a fast move. I will refer people to this dealership. Keep up the good work. God bless you all.
Well I waited a month before posting my review. I have to say this has been the most stressful vehicle purchase I have ever made. When I arrived to the dealership I was rushed from the time I arrived until the time I left. I didn’t feel like I was a priority to them. I am not sure the car was serviced before I picked it up. As soon as I got into the car the check engine light was on, as well as contact the dealer message regarding an oil change. There was also a crack in the windshield, when I brought this up to my salesman he said these cars are sold as is. I get that they are sold as is, but shouldn’t they go thru an inspection? I have called the dealership several times regarding my plates. I was told they would send the paperwork to my local tag office since I live in another state. I visited my local tag office yesterday and they do not have any paperwork for my car. I called and spoke with my salesman and he said he would look into it. I also called and left a message for someone to look into this matter as well. I have also been trying to get a hold of Kelli regarding my ESP and GAP. She will not return phone calls or emails. Save yourself some headache. Purchase elsewhere, where you are treated like family and not just a number to keep their high volume.
Dodge dealership in Union City has the worst customer service in the service department I have ever seen I dropped my car off at 9:00 just for a oil change the salesperson recommended other things I said yes sure lets do them time passes and passes by for I know it it was 3:00 p.m. no call from the dealership about my car no update whatsoever I go up there my car is sitting towards the left hand side just sitting there I go then it take the people 30 minutes to find out where is my car I see it though but Im waiting on them to tell me when my car and whats the update with my car come to find out they never did no work to my car but a oil change no call no apology just had me sitting and waiting with no car all day so my car was at the dealership for 6 hours just for oil change and they face expressions and they attitude about my car was ridiculous studying them apologizing and making me feel like a customer they made me feel like I should have never took my car to that dealership never when I go back to that dealership I recommend whoever read this to never go back to that dealership the service is ridiculous how can you come in happy and leave out sad and mad all the time never would I go back I have bought multiple cars at this location I have always had semi great service until you go to the car service department thats when everything go left so if you having a good day do not go to Dodge dealership in Union City 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😠
I purchased my last two cars from this dealership. The first sales experience was great, but while traveling down the highway w/ a college student from my hometown, my 2012 Dodge Challenger comes to an abrupt stop while in the middle of HWY 520. The scariest part about this is that a 18-wheeler was right on my tail. There was no sudden slow down; my vehicle just stopped! All of the lights came on and it jerked as if I had pulled up the emergency brake. The 18-wheeler swerved into the other lane to keep from plowing into me. Thank God nobody was in the other lane. I called my dealership to tell them about the problem. They instructed me to call roadside assistance. My car was still under warranty, and they would not provide me a loaner vehicle. I had to call Roadside Assistance, in the middle of nowhere. My car was towed to Columbus, and no rental was available until after the second day. I was NEVER compensated for the rental or missing work.Im forgiving, so I tried this company once again, and experienced the worst. While going to assist w/ and donate to the tornado victims in my hometown area, I was traveling from Atlanta to Albany, when all of a sudden my brand new Dodge Challenger turns into a smoke bomb on the highway. I pulled over in the nearest parking lot and called the dealership. The customer service rep had the worst attitude, and she repeatedly disconnected my call, what seemed to be purposely. It was close to closing time! After continuously calling back, holding and being disconnected, I made one last attempt to call the service department directly. Someone answered, and when I explained what occurred, he tried to blame me. A guy pulled over, asked me to pop my hood, but he would not touch my vehicle for warranty purposes. The irony is that he was a recently retired mechanic for Chrysler, and that prompted him to pull over. I opened the hood and he IMMEDIATELY said that my oil filter was not put on properly. I got an oil change right before getting on the road that day. I think it was my first or second oil change. Being that it was a state of emergency for the area that I was in, it was hard to find a rental, I wasnt offered a loaner vehicle and I was out of work again. The company would not compensate me for the days of work that I missed due to their error, refused to respond to my emails and attempted to blame me for the incident. They sent a tow truck to tow my car, while I was left stranded in the Albany area, because let me remind you, tornadoes had destroyed this area. Several of items that I had to donate to the tornado victims were destroyed due to smoke damage and smelled like burnt oil. Others, I was unable to deliver as promised due to lack of transportation. I was never compensated. I wanted a different vehicle, but they refused! I only have pictures from the last incident. The images from the first incident is in my old phone, and it was destroyed.
Do Not Do Business with This Dealership!I visited Don Jackson auto today after seeing a used car on their website yesterday for a car priced at $9,995. I refreshed the price this morning to make sure before leaving for the dealership.The salesman, Austin, was polite and friendly. I drove the car and liked it. Austin took my information and returned with the paperwork. Magically, the list price had increased by $1,500, to $11,495. I asked if that was a mistake and was told that the earlier price was a mistake and that it had only been online for five minutes. This was a complete lie!I was told that it was just too bad, so I left the dealership. Austins boss, Chuck, called me to discuss the situation and again claimed that it was a mistake. I pointed out that he and Austin lied about how long the price was listed and he had no explanation for the lie. Instead, he offered to sell me the car for $12,600 out the door, including a $895 fee for docs. This is another shady move. The only fees required are taxes and other required fees by the government. The dealers website even says that.I asked Chuck to honor the price and he repeatedly refused to do so. In fact, he even refused to give me his last name for some reason.This was a classic case of bait-and-switch, which is unethical and illegal.I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate government agencies. In the meantime, I cannot stress strongly enough that no one should do business with a dealership that practices such shady tactics.Im posting this under my real name. Recent visit to this car dealership to get car service 5/2021. Poor customer service and the lack of enthusiasm to communicate effectively with the customer. Reached out to service manger and never received a follow up call. I will take my business else where and will advise my friends and family to do the same.
We found this dealership while searching for a specific car, year, model, color and trim, luckily they had one available just 3 days before x-mas, we arrived around 4pm, Dustin the sales agent was phenomenal, test drive the car, for about 15 minutes, the purchasing process was extremely fast, simple and convenient, that included the great service as well from the financial guy. We headed out of the dealership with a new car probably by 6pm, even though it was crowded (probably because of the holidays) but the team at this location was just doing their work and straight to the point, NO BS at all, no wasted time, HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY Customer. Will definitely return for our next car!
The longest wait time ever. I been here since 7:30 and still waiting on my car. You would think I was getting a new engine put in it but I’m getting a tune up. It’s now 12:06 and I’m still waiting. When other ppl are leaving before me. Not to mention the waiting room only holds like 7 ppl so I’m outside with my kids. Not to mention I’m 8 months pregnant and been standing outside. The whole point was to come early and get out on time. Don’t come here if you have kids or can’t stand for a long period. Make sure your whole schedule is empty for that day.
I take my vehicle to the dealership because they know what it needs to run its best. However when I needed to get my oil pressure switch they price they charged me excessively for the labor and used a short cut method. Im not stupid but I wont bring any of my vehicles here again!

The service here was quick, precise, and informative. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the customers. My Consultant Chelsey was very diligent in finding all the answers to my MANY questions. They have some top tier mechanics working to keep my car running for as long as possible. I give them 5stars from the friendly staff to the actually work that is being done by the mechanics.

I recently visited this location on (1/11/2021) to get a recall fixed on my 2014 Jeep Patriot & Chelsey took care of my needs & concerns she did it with great attitude & sincerity...she deserves more than 5 stars because the type of customer service she gave is scarce & few & much needed in today’s society!!! I commend Chelsey over & over again for being my sunshine on a cloudy day!! This lady deserves a raise!
Marina its the touristic and weekend rentals, all the big stores, hair saloon are anchored in M3z. Though if you drive 75km further you will have the feeling you moves from country to country!!!! Its all about a strict private access to the residential area, pools, private day party, and already raving, and ladies outfits, they do miracles, theybxober themselves with max 80xm clothes.
Jenifer and Brian are amazing. They help me out from beginning to end, and did not let me pay anything extra that I did not have to pay for anything extra. They also kept me up to date with the status of my truck. When i come back i will only deal with them two every time i come back. Thank you for your awesome hospitality and care for my vehicle.
The service department is HORRIBLE! They had my vehicle for 5 days and not even a diagnosis. Not one phone call from them to let me know the status of my vehicle. The very definition of incompetence.
I only gave two starts because of Brian the service Manager other than that it would be one. Ever since the new company took over at Don Jackson in Union City they have been garbage. Service to cars is not what it use to be. 1. Customers no longer matter your money has more value than you do 2. Sales managers act as GMs to get rid of customers with complaints or concerns. I wouldnt recommend taking your car here even on a good day.
Mistakenly charged me for warranty work. $976 work of work. I had to figure out that it was warranty work. When I brought it to their attention they gave me the run around for me to get my refund.
OK, I looked at their website to get the online price for the new Gladiator. Austin called me, and offered to drive it to my house for a test drive. Seriously?! OK, that was cool as hell. He brought it straint into my driveway and me and the whole family got to go for a nice test drive near our home. While he was here and it became obvious I was not going to let the Gladiator leave, he got all my info and by the time I went down to Union City to buy it, I was only in the dealership for about 15-20 minutes. By FAR. the easiest and most comfortable car buying experience I ever had! Thank you Austin, Joel and the whole team at Don Jackson! I love my new Jeep!

After searching for a car I find an add for a car, even got CERTIFICATE from TRUECAR stating it was real and I had 7 days to accept. So I sell my car, do what I can to get ready to purchase the car. CONTACTED the dealership via email. A salesman named Big Carl H. emails me and says hell get right back to me. Guess what? No FURTHER contact !This is a clear case for bait and switch! They advertised a car price and then raised it $7,000. ! This is not their first time doing this. After a review search its clear this is a dishonest tactic they have done before ! True car is aware of this scammer and continues to advertise for them. Avoid this dealer and BEWARE, Don JACKSON has other DEALERSHIPS! I have been told to manager and owner are fully aware of this practice and ignore it! Do yourself a favor and find another car dealership !

He greeted me asked me what brought me in today & then pointed me to the waiting room. It was a good experience. I am due for another oil change now and look forward to working with him again. Really great experience here. I went in on Christmas Eve very annoyed just after experiencing a total loss. Salesman met me in the parking lot, I told him what I wanted and I was done with in 2 hours. He got me the exact truck that I wanted at a great rate.
Absolutely terrible. I purchased a Promaster from this dealership in 2017. The van had a safety recall on the fan. So I made the appointment for the dealership. Took the van. The van now has fuses blowing and no explanation from the dealership. You can’t even get anyone on the phone. Terrible place.
Unfortunately I am unable to give a great review. Although my daughter loves the car, the purchasing experience can use an overhaul. I do understand the in & outs of selling a car but customer satisfaction & good recommendations for future buyers should be top priority. To fix my overall disappointment about my purchase I feel that any car that leaves your lot should reflect your business standards of excellence. Well it didnt in my case, which could have been an exceptional review for your dealership but yet we are here. A single hubcap to complete my purchase as well as removal of ants that were present in the car. Remember your brand is a reputation of what you sell & I shouldnt have been allowed to leave your dealership with 3 hubcaps on a newly purchased vehicle that has your company name attached to the temporary tag. Further more I had to have the car detailed to remove the infestation of ants that I advised of and was told it would be taken care of prior to the car being picked up. Overall you may have gotten a sale of a car that you all claimed to have lost money on but now the lack of care exhibited on the dealerships behalf of providing an exceptional car buying experience is now reflected in this review. Trust me reviews & word of mouth matters to a companys success.
I had a big service due this time. Didnt know how many hours it would take when I took it in and I needed to leave by 4PM. Jennifer found a tech that could do the job right away and he got me through it in time. Ive always had wonderful service with this dealership, but this was above and beyond. And my car loves it, too.
Going to Don Jackson (South) was the best automotive buying experience my family has ever had! From the salesman Felix and the rest of the team involved such as delivery from David and warranty and financing from Kevin, they never missed a beat and went the extra mile. Could not be happier with my 2020 Ram Rebel but moreover the overall experience. If we could rate more than 5 stars we would!!
Not only do I LOVE my 2013 Fiat 500c, everybody I know whos seen it loves it, too! John and the Team at Don Jackson Chrysler (etc.) treated me so fabulously and were so accommodating that I would drive 2 hours all the way back down to Union City from Dalton to purchase my next car... but, meanwhile, Im hoping THIS great little Fiat will be with me a loooong time!

Customer service was exceptional on my first visit to dealership since Covid began. The clerk that assisted on 9.12.20 was very knowlesgable of several questions i had. I expected th wait a while for oil change. It was comforting to see that we were directed to several sitting areas to wait comfortably. Also my car was ready much sooner than anticiped. I live in Douglasvile Ga and purchaed car at this location however one of the reasons I retutn is because of the customer service.

The interaction I had at this dealership was the worst car buying experience Ive had at a dealership in my 20 years of car ownership.After finding a deal that they had online and verifying the price with a salesperson. We started the finance process and was told five minutes after getting approved that the car was not fit to sell, was sent to auction, and it was no longer in the lot.A day later the car was still showing as listed.Dont waste your time driving to or even attempting to do business with this dishonest dealership.Any good deals you may find are likely a bait and switch attic to get you in the door.Hopefully boone else falls into the same situation as me, but is more than likely they will get many more people using this tactic.

I was apprehensive to go to Don Jackson for my oil change but since their dealership is closer now that I moved, I figure I try them out for an oil change and a checkup. Lazaro Prats was the awesome Service provider I met. Due to Covid, I explained to him my car hasn’t been used as much and I wanted a very thorough inspection. They came back to me with all the things I already knew were concerns and despite being Saturday, I was not there longer than Lazaro advises me. I appreciate the time and honesty of the entire Don Jackson team. Five Stars!
My husband and I got our vehicle towed to Don Jackson on September 30th to get a diagnostic test done for my air suspension because the front of my truck was sitting low and the driver rear was ride highly was low. We also was getting a error message on the dash. Our vehicle sat up there almost a month before we was told what they thought was the issue which they said it was the air ride suspension pump. I had been calling up there almost every week to see did they figure out what was the issue and thats when Autumn Stevens finally told me that almost a month later. Once she told me that I had informed her that we already got the air ride suspension pump changed and the air suspension strut and we have not drove it since then because the ride height was not right. Once I told her that she told me well the mechanic Charles Ray says thats TO START OFF WITH but that should be the issue . Okay fine order the part, us thinking that would solve the issue because it sat almost a month on top of that you guys suppose to be doing a DIAGNOSTIC which suppose to let me know whats the problem with my vehicle, not were just going to keep trying different things out & MAYBE this will fix the problem. Dont make since at all. I spoke with Brian about the issue because at this point I been without a vehicle for almost a month not because of me, but because theyre trying to figure whats wrong, then we had to wait on the part to arrive so I asked him for a rental (which I had to pay for even though the price was discounted) but why though? I explained to Him how upset I was because this is just not right. I went to get the rental and he told me my truck should be ready by that following Tuesday! Okay fine Im just ready to get back in my truck because at that point it was almost two months without my truck. I returned the vehicle because they were done installing the air ride suspension pump ( vehicle still not working) & my total was coming out to be over $2,000, which the part was only $500 the labor cost is not adding up at all . Autumn & Brian told me Charles said now the passenger side air ride strut and lines was leaking(which that strut been changed before by someone else) & if I would have got the changed by them then my total would have came to about $5800. I asked Autumn could I get a print out of my diagnostic so I can see what was the reason they told me to change the pump and Why now they telling me other things wrong. She told me oh they dont do print outs of the diagnostic, so Im thinking like so how do he know what needs to be done . On top of that when he did the diagnostic he should have known then what was going on not lets just try different things, so I honestly dont think a diagnostic was done. I spoke with Scott (the manager) and explained to him what was going on, he acted like he didnt know where Autumn was getting the numbers from as to why my total was coming out to be $2300. To make a long story short he didnt solve anything he basically tried to get me to sell my vehicle and get another one. This whole situation has been so stressful and us losing out on $2335 and still our truck is not able to be driven and the same problem is wrong with it from when we got it towed to them. Now the truck has been towed back home & when we got it towed back home the towing guy couldn’t even get it to crank.On top of that before we took it in on September 30th we had a appointment to take it to them before that to get nitrogen filled in the tanks/ lines which was right after we let someone else change the pump and strut the first time and when we went to pick the truck up it was still sitting low,(ride height) once I went into service Im like its still sitting low & Autumn told me they put nitrogen in the TIRES instead of the tank....are you serious. This place is horrible! WE ARE without a working truck.
Great experience from start to finish! As a first time car buyer I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Dustin made everything easy! He worked with me over the course of several days and never seemed irritated. He was all smiles and made sure my car was perfect before driving it off! Best place to buy a used car with mold growing in your trunk! Best place to buy if you want your car to smell funky! That’s your typical dealership that only cares about getting money in their pocket and doing 0 follow up after sale is complete. More over they completely ignore your emails and you will never be able to reach their manager. Good job Patrick. I bought a used vehicle and I get it - it’s sold as is. 2 weeks later I found out my car has two issues. 1) one day I opened the trunk and saw mold on the left side. I addressed that issues to my salesman and he gave me the number of his manager. After calling and emailing Patrick I got 0 response from him.2) Almost at the same time I found another issue with my car. One of my rear doors doesn’t open from the inside. I addressed this issue to the same salesman and his manager and no one ever called me back or emailed. I hope this dealership understands that customer service doesn’t end when you sold the car. If you don’t go above and beyond with your customer service you always lose long term. That’s exactly what’s going to happen. Im going to buy another used and new vehicle (both dodges) within next 5 years and will never consider this place simply based on my previous experience.
Brett was an exceptional salesperson. He LISTENED to what I wanted and had the perfect car ready when I arrived. All of the paperwork was ready for me to review and sign too. Leslie, the Finance Manager, was very inviting and thorough. She got me the BEST rates and a low car note. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency. This was, by far, my best car buying experience ever.

The staff is not friendly .The management seems not to care about customer service. In order to talk to a service representative you have to email them, if not they wont answer the phone or call you back. Very poor experience.
I wanted to give an update on my experience, once I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was able to speak to the manager. They seemed very empathetic as well as receptive and willing to correct their customer service.
The worst experience. They don’t call back. I felt like they didn’t even want to do business with me. I had 10,000.00 for a down payment told them about to 2500.00-3000. To leave room to negotiate but never call back or negotiated. Darius blocked my husband number. Said they couldn’t do nothing, maybe in a couple of month when we finally call them. Went to another dealership and was approved. Wow!!

I came for an EXPRESS oil change. Please explain to me why does it take over 5 hours to do that ??!! And only after I said something about it, was told it’ll be ready in 20 mins. I hate this place! Wasted my time!! I’m doing coming to the dealership. If you don’t care about your time this is the place for you
The salesman was Austin (didnt get his last name). Because I live in Albany Ga (2hr drive to Union City), Austin, and I did all price negotiation over the phone and or text. Once we agree on the price, the rest was smoother than butter. I drive to the car lot, did a test drive, fill out the paperwork, did a quick visit with the finance guy, arranged to have my 2017 Ram 1500 Express driven to my front door, and I was on my way back to Albany. If I was at the dealership for 2 hours, it didnt feel like it. I love the fact that everything was right to the point no BS, no bait and switch, and most importantly, no used car salesperson lies. I will be a while before I need another car or truck, but I will be sending family and friends to Austin (Don Jacksons). Thanks Austin best experience Ive had buy a used vehicle.
Well I just bought another vehicle from Don Jackson out of Union City. I bought a Ram Mega Cab around eight years ago from them. It was a great experience at that time. I actually was looking forward to working with them again on the purchase of my new Gladiator. The great thing about my purchase of the Gladiator is that I use the same representative as I did when I purchased my Ram mega cab. Patrick was awesome then and he is awesome now. I will definitely buy my next vehicle through Don Jackson. Hopefully Patrick will still be with them.Todd
They sold me a battery for my key of my Ram, but didnt have the tools to open the key to replace the battery. They also charged me $6 for the battery. I went to an Infinite dealer a week earlier to have the battery in the key of my M35 replaced and they had the tools to open the key......and replaced the battery free of charge.
I had it excellent experience with Don Jackson vehicle I borrowed a used Jeep I have no problems they are very friendly the gentleman that took care of me was very friendly welcomed me with open arms as well as the person I had to pay in the gentleman that sits up in the booth also was excellent so yes I did recommend a couple of my family members to visit Don Jackson thank you for the service
Took my vehicle to get a couple of things fixed. They keep it for a entire week. I ask for a rental no rental was giving to me. When i finally got my vehicle back after a week there. The same problem started happening again took it back this time they kept it for a couple of hours to get the check engine light off. To make a long story short after all that back and forth to the dealership my suv is still doing the same exact thing we took it up there to get fixed. $800 gone down the drain. (Oh yeah not mention i spoke with two mangers still no help.) Never again going back there very bad experience.
Despite my urgings to take her vehicle to another dealership for servicing due to the many negative reviews that Ive seen for Don Jackson, my 80-year-old Mother made arrangements for the vehicle to be serviced there again. A number of snafus came into play while trying to schedule a service appointment that should have only taken about 20 minutes or so. She ended up having to stay at the dealership on yesterday for close to seven hours with no substantial feedback as to why everything was taking so long and why it appeared that so many customers who came in after her were being processed expeditiously. I was livid about the way that she was being treated and went up to the dealership myself to assess the situation and to try and troubleshoot it.I am very grateful to Brian, the parts manager, for his intervention and willingness to make things right despite the fact that he, himself, had clearly had to deal with a number of stressful work scenarios over the course of the work day. He took ownership of what happened, made it right, and facilitated a timely departure for my Mother after we spoke.Life is complex, especially with everything thats going on in the world right now, so we cant always expect to have trouble-free business experiences, but we do have a rightful expectation to be treated with dignity and respect, and Brian did just that.Thanks again, Brian. Your leadership and integrity turned what began as a strong distaste for your dealership into one that compels us to throw more business your way. You are much appreciated.
I found a vehicle on their website. Sent in an email and request to be contacted. Was immediately contacted by their website team as well as one of their sales persons, Phillip Malone III. I still have the voicemail from Phillip in which he acknowledges my inquiry about the Vehicle as well as the price. I tried to call him back but was put on hold forever so I hung up and emailed him. After three emails, he finally responds via email and states “the price is what is listed.” He stated that since I inquired about them accepting offers.I went back to their website and I couldn’t find the vehicle that I was looking at. I also couldn’t find it on the other websites where it was previously listed. I then sent their website person who contacted me an email expressing my concerns about the vehicle that I had inquired about last evening. No response. I also sent an email to the sales person Phillip. No response. I searched everywhere and the truck was taken off of every site including being removed from their inventory. However, I found it today.They removed the vehicle from all websites where it was previously listed and then re-listed it, 2001 Ford F-250 that was Previously listed for $10,900 - under $11K, only to see them re-list it at $13,995 with a comment that they “reduced” the price to $13,995. They actually raised the price $3000 immediately after I emailed them and spoke to Phillip Malone III about this vehicle. I wondered why no one would respond to my calls or emails after the initial contact that they made with me. They never responded back because they’re Very Disingenuous. Stay clear of these scam artists! I have all of the emails and the voicemails to prove all of this.
We are in a pamdemic and i have bought 3 trucks from the Chrysler dealership and after 3 and never had a missed I payment ir late they tried to get over on me by low balling my trade in and requiring me to put down 5000. Instead of saying this is a loyal customer to us let put him in a truck because he pays on time and always come back. Thats a shame and a disgrace that sone people are money hungry instead of helping there loyal customers.

Exceptional car buying experience. This was the quickest, most painless vehicle purchase I have ever had. Dustin, and the rest of the crew were straight forward, friendly, and efficient. In my experience, the financing stage of the purchase is usually the longest. I was in and out of the his office in 10 minutes. I highly recommend Don Jackson to find what youre looking for and for a great deal on a new vehicle.
Customer service is bad. Cars were line up ready to be services they open at 8am but didn’t open until 8:20am. I went inside to explain my problem with my car no one was there. When I finally saw someone. He was on his cell phone laughing and talking like he didn’t see all these cars line up outside. So ask him how long he says the internet is done with Attitude. Ok so no one going to come out and inform the customers about what’s going.
Service writer Jennifer was wonderful. She listened carefully and acted on my Jeep Gladiator issues and followed up in a timely manor. Bad experience. They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and they said they charged me $2800 when I said no they charged me $560 for parking when they keep my vehicle for 3 weeks. No recommended

Ive been to Don Jackson a total of three times, including my last visit with Internet Sales Manager, Lexi Adams. She has by far been the best expert at finding the perfect Jeep Cherokee (2014 V6) for me. I originally went in to check out a model I saw online but before I could even tell her about my test drive, Lexi had already found me a much more suitable option that fit me perfectly. I really enjoyed experiencing her kindness and efficiency with walking me through finalizing the paperwork and having the Jeep detailed the best it could be for me. Horrible experience! Waited 3 hours and roughly 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I really didnt get started on until after 3 hours. Definitely have to find another place!! No one really seems to give a damn!!
Alex and Stacey were incredible. I pulled into the dealership, parked and in less than 30 seconds they were there to assist me. Incredible service to a customer. Never had that happen before at other dealerships. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable and willing to work with me. The car I bought, a 2019 Dodge Challenger SXT was a birthday present I bought for my wife. She loves it. The entire deal was seamless. Both Alex and Stacey were very cordial, polite and went out of their way to make the deal work so I could take it home to my wife, complete with a birthday present bow before my wife got home from work. Outstanding job. I highly recommend these two sales people to anyone searching for a new car. I rate 5 stars on their work.
My experience with Don Jackson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat was amazing. I didnt intend to get a car at all yesterday but it was the greatest experience Ive ever had thus far. Chandler in auto service directed me to a wonderful salesman by the name of Kelvin Sheed. Kelvin involved me heavily in the buying process as well as made it a more personable interaction as opposed to a transaction which put me at ease. I was able to get the car that I wanted for me and my family and drive off that same day with no hassle. the team is amazing, friendly, and courteous. I recommend anyone to purchase a car here most definitely and I will definitely be a lifelong customer.
