The diagnostic work performed was horrible and the tried replacing a tire that has over 60% life left in it. Plus no follow up from them on the issues that they weren’t able to diagnose the first go around. The only communication I ever received was through text message. This was after calling multiple times and being on hold for hours and asking for a callback when I finally was able to talk to anyone.

Had the hood latch recall performed. Job was done in a timely manner, car was inspected with no problems found and returned to me cleaned. This car has served me well so far, but my next purchase, which will not be for a while will be another brand (no reflection on this dealership).

Purchased a truck here last month and I was told that they were doing a full inspection to fix any issues before I drove off. Here we are a month later and my brakes are scrubbing, tires are so bad that they spin out at every light, and my rear blinker has gone out twice (probably a wiring issue). When I went back to the dealership today, I was told that I will have to pay for all repairs out of pocket and that the truck also has 3 active recalls on it that we’re not stated or fixed before the sale.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. Lazaro was very disrespectful and unhelpful. The service manager only made excuses for the disrespect and the reason why I had to bring the car back after unanswered calls after leaving the dealership and then returning back and having to wait for 2 hours to tell me the fuse was blown. I’m giving a one star only because my car was sparkling clean when it was returned back to me.

This is the 1st time ever I put a bad review to anybody, but this place got me out of my patience. Unprofessional and very slow service. Communication is on a very low level. I came there to do oil change and tire rotation. It took them 3 hrs and still didnt get everything done. I started asking about the status of my vehicle, only that helped to speed up the process. They charged me for both orders, but actually the tire rotation was never done. I called them back for multiple times trying to get somebody to help, but all I got: let me transfer you to somebody and that somebody never answered. So I wasted half a day and got charged for what never was done. And its not about money, I just dont want them to treat other people same way. I dont recommend this place for any repairs and/or even sales department was not great either, I tried to find out some details about trade in, and they didnt know what they were doing, good example of unprofessionalism...

My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews prior to visiting this location. Never have I ever experienced anything so ridiculous. Holes in the upholstery, lock mechanisms failing on the vehicle, unprofessional customer service representatives, no gas in the vehicle. Less than 3 months after the purchase, Im having the brakes and possibly the rotors replaced due to squealing of the brakes and grooves on the rotors. Lack of communication....the list goes on and on. Services promised to be rendered, no follow through at all. One star is one too many.

Took my car there to get a diagnostic done which took them 4 days then when I got my car back my battery was dead and I had to change the accelerator because the battery wasnt keeping charge anymore which was never an issue before. It didnt even show up on the diagnostic so what happen? What did they do to my car? After they run the diagnostic the only issue I had was a mass airflow sensor which they try to charge me $995 to fix. Nobody informed me about what was going on with my car. I had to visit Nissan every time to check on my car. No one picks up the phone when I called or I was told to leave a voicemail and they never got back to me.

I brought my car there on Monday 10/18/21 I spent over 1,000.00 to get work done. I had a bad tire sensor and I bought another one from you all and had it replaced, the sensor light came back on the next morning, 10/19/21. I tried several times to call and let you all know but no one would answer the phone, I left several messages for someone to call me back, no one did. So the next day 10/20/21 I came back out there and they were so annoyed at me because I asked to speak with a manager after they told me they couldnt do anything about it. As of today 10/21/21 I have the called the manager Warren Ali 4 times he has not answered and has not returned my call as I has left messages on his phone also. I have been a Nissan customer for over 30 years, have purchased several vehicles from Nissan, this is the worst service I have ever received. Thanks

This has been the worse service experience I’ve made in my 49 years of life. I got here 10:03am for a 10:00am appointment to have four new tires and an alignment. At not point did anyone communicate the status of my service. Each time I spoke to someone, it was me taking the initiative just to hear, “it will be 15 more minutes!” Needless to say, it’s 2:43 pm and my car is still not ready! This Nissan dealership is the epitome of the worse! Save yourself the frustration and hours of time by getting your car serviced elsewhere.

The finance department is shady. I was lied to on several occasions. Had to call corporate & had them listen in on the B.S. they were telling Me. Corporate was quiet for a few minutes & made a comment which then they did what was asked. The 800# asked if I wanted to file a complaint. My new truck will be taken to another store for all things needed.... My truck is da Stuff 🤣🤭.... Want one I suggest any other dealers....

It took them two days just to look at my car and then tell me they were unsure what repair was needed. Although it seems I picked the correct service, it was a gamble and the fact that I had to wait two days for an uncertain diagnostic was unacceptable. That’s two days I didn’t have a car when the service itself didn’t even require more than a few hours for completion. It’s not like I was a walk in I had an appointment almost a week in advance. The representative who helped me was professional when I was in the shop. Perhaps the only good thing I can say about the experience, it was stressful the whole way through. Time will tell if any issues arise.

My experience from my recent visit by far surpassed any visit that I had previously all because of Collin. Collin made sure to make me feel welcomed and as an important customer. He made sure that I felt like more than just car. He called to let me know of what was left on my service plan, when my car was ready, and to make sure that I have received the notifications about my car. Collin did an outstanding job and had excellent customer service. Collin was working under Lamarques name but I explained that I wanted to give him a outstanding recognition for himself. I will be visiting Collin again in the future for my car services.Also I think Collin needs a raise and that everyone should model his behavior when it comes down to customer service.He definitely deserves a raise!!! Customer service is weak. The persons greeting me usually seem aggravated and are not always very friendly, initially. There seems to be a lack of knowledge as well. I will admit, I came from a smaller city with a smaller dealership and the technicians knew me. My technician did give me the healthcare workers discount that was online. I was appreciative of that! But the price was still outrageous $186 for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change!

Recently purchased a Nissan Versa. Set appointment via your website and was able to submit all paperwork. Internet sales (Lateefa and Miriam) were persistent when I missed a few appointments, which is good salesmanship. I made it on 9/16/2021. Customer service has always been very important to me. We never know what another individual is going through. One of our most valuable assets especially in the metro Atlanta area is our automobiles. So whether we are purchasing or having our autos serviced, a kind word or showing general concern helps tremendously to ease anxiety. Needs lots of work with their CUSTOMER SERVICE in the service department. I dropped my car off on my way to work 9 :15 am, and the service advisor said he would call me when the car is ready!! Of course that never happened, I called 3 times trying to reach him and was put on hold each time for long periods.. finally I was told that he would call me back.. Didnt happen, so I just went up there 5 hrs after I dropped it off and still had to wait for my car... I only got an oil change!!

Terrible. I wish I could give a zero.I chose a new truck online with an agreed upon MSRP. Other dealerships added demand fees or market fees to MSRP. I dont have a problem with that, so long as you tell me and not waste my time as I am not interested in above MSRP. I spoke not once, not twice, but three times to Nissan South Union City (due to the hour long drive it was going to take to get there each way) regarding this fee. I was assured the price I see online was the price I would pay. No demand fee, no marketing fee. I would pay the price I was emailed.After I got there and test drove the vehicle I was told there would be a demand fee added to MSRP. Hmmm.... Apparently I was given bad information (but not to worry they would talk to her). Regardless, the manager made crystal clear they would not honor the price I was emailed!So.... either they straight up lied to me, use some shady bait and switch tactics or are poorly managed/incompetent. Either way there are plenty of other reputable Nissan dealerships with integrity.I will be contacting Nissan corporate tomorrow and sending them the email I received. This has damaged the Nissan brand and this dealership needs to be held accountable.

I would like to start off with, is that I never write reviews; but given with what I have experienced I felt I needed to share. The bottom line is their ability to communicate is non existent. They don’t ever answer a call, your always sent to voicemail mail. When you try to get answers as to when your parts are in, or when will your car be complete, nothing. I would say they strive to provide the worst customer experience in their service department. Nothing against Nissan, may be ok to buy a car there; but I would take your car to another dealership for warranty or service work. This is the last time I bring my car here.

ECM/TCM Update, everything went well. Customer service was not up to par. I was left sitting in my car with no sense of direction as to who/when/if somebody was helping me. Then after 30 minutes I was met with a laughing face being told I could have “been left” but nobody gave me any direction whatsoever. The service itself was good though and my car was fixed with no problems.

I had a appointment at 10:30am today. My service representative didnt meet me, I met with another representative. I waited 2 1/2 hrs for a oil change. My representative did not come and let me know that my car was finished. I had to go to a different representative to see if my car was done. I have magnetic signs on my car and one was missing so I called my representative which I finally got in contact with. My original representative was unprofessional, rude, had me on hold waiting for an answer then when he came back on line he hung up on me and I never received an answer to my missing sign. I will have to take my business to another dealership. I dont recommend this dealership.

One average and two bad experiences here, have moved on in search of other dealerships. Have had issues with the maintenance team fixing a recall issue, leaving half the fuses in the car unplugged, and then giving us a big hassle when we brought it back to get fixed. Have had issues with the sales team, who informed me they wanted to make an offer on my used car, and then treating me like some random person they were doing a favor for to even consider it when I came in to hear them out. Bad technical service, bad customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere for your car purchase or maintenance needs.

I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The app said my car was in service. Then it said Pending authorization for over 45 minutes!! No one contacted me to authorize anything. I took it upon myself to see why it was taking so long. Come to find out my car was ready but they noticed I needed front wiper blades and it will take another 45 minutes. I said no way! I would have gotten the wiper blades if I was notified before hand. Plus, it does not take 45 minutes to change wiper blades. Ill change my own wipers. On top of that, my car does not drive as smooth as it did before the tire rotation. Ill drive it some more to confirm. I left this place very upset!!

I selected Union City Nissan dealership because of the reviews of working with people that had all kinds of credit. I started the process online, so I could get the process started before going to the dealership. The online process was simple and all the instructions were easy to follow. The Administration team was very responsive and AWESOME! I received a call right away about my inquiry and my appointment was scheduled. The team communicated throughout the process of submitting my documentation. I hate the care buying process, so the initial service was good, so I felt comfortable with keeping my appointment.My appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning, so I went to dealership with the purpose of getting pre-qualified and start the process of me buying a new vehicle. I have some issues on my credit, but I was confident that I could be helped based on the reviews online. I was welcomed by several Salespersons when I arrived at the dealership. My information was pulled and the guy took my information the finance team. Maybe 15-minutes after sitting there, the Finance Manager came out and I asked that I wait until Monday, because there were lenders that were not open for him to talk to a live person. I was a little skeptical, because most lenders are open on Saturdays because is a big car buying day for most people. So, I asked point blank- ‘CAN YOU HELP ME?’ And they assured me that ‘YES’ we can help you. I get my situation may be difficult, so I am always honest and upfront, so there are no surprises. Fast-forward to Monday- and no one contacted me.Did I mention that ‘I hate the car buying process and the games?’ LOL

Service on the car is good enough but the customer service is terrible. They will not communicate with you, and they talk to you like you are bothering them. You have to beg somebody to help you even when you have an appointment. If you have a question about the service they suggest, which you get in an email after you drop off the car, no one answers the phone so you have to go up there and again beg someone to talk to you. They will give you an approximate day/time of expected completion but after two days past that day/time and nobody calls to tell you it will take longer than expected and when you call them to check the status, the receptionist can’t tell you and of course the service advisors are not available. Then I forgot after paying that I had a coupon and asked if it can be used and the lady laughed and said “your order is closed out. Not “let me see what I can do…” or “let me talk to the manager…” Needless to say, I won’t be back.

My appointment was scheduled at 9:15. I arrived early and there were 3 service advisors and no one approached me. Finally someone came and helped and said my advisor will call me with an update shortly. No one called for 2:30 hours while I waited at the dealership. I had to go to the service counter to ask what was wrong with my vehicle to get a response and an answer. 1 hr later they told me they are working on it and will give me an answer. Finally 4 hours later I received my vehicle and they told me what was wrong. I came in with a check engine light and an appointment but it took 4 hrs to do a reset on my car. I am happy they fixed the problem but why have an appointment if I have to wait 4 hours to get a simple diagnostic check. Not the best customer service in the service department.

I had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday at 11am. I arrived around 10:40am. When I drove into the facility, I waited about 3 to 5 minutes in my car, nobody acknowledge me, so I got out my car and walk to the customer service rep and ask if anyone could assist me (mind you in my eyes he seems as if he wasn’t busy) he then tell me to just wait by my car and someone will be with me shortly. As I waited, I’m assuming the that the guy who approach me was the manager, and ask if anyone check my car in, and if I had an appointment. He walk off to the guy who I asked first if anyone could help. He video my car, and check me in, I received a text saying I can check the status of my car, via text message, somehow that didn’t work. After waiting for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an scheduled appointment is not customer satisfaction! What’s the point of scheduling an appointment and you still waiting as if you didn’t have one. Nissan Union City y’all have to do better with scheduling your appointments

I went in to have my car service. I know it was time for an oil change and rotation of the tires. Once a multi inspection was done and I was told service was need in other areas I approved to have those services done. I was pleased with the results. This was your run of the mill dealership. I will say that the salesman that facilitated this purchase was awesome. Want there to purchase car for my sister. She found her car her self but the car listed was not offered. So the pulled the display midle off the rack as it was the same vehicle. But price was totally different than what would have been listed. Classic bait and switch BS they like to pull. Luckily I was tired and talked her into to something comparable that she absolutely loves now. Price was a little less than fair but reasonable. This felt like a training lot As belive I did all the selling and buying that day 😅. Go here if you definitely already know what you want to purchase!

Honestly, I was very doubtful and disappointed upon arrival. I was dealing with a repeat repair that I’ve had done annually since I purchased my vehicle. After waiting an hour at a local gas stop to be towed I arrived at Nissan with no expectation at all I was anger! My service advisor was determined to assist and that’s exactly what he did. He reassured me I’ll have my vehicle back within 30 mins and probably an hour later I was leaving with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you!

Came in for an alignment and oil change. Had to ask for an alignment report. The report was reflected that the front passenger wheel was still misaligned. No explanation was given. This is not a thorough service. I also have an issue with my security light coming on and off on the dash. I was told it was an issue with my key fob even though the current key fob seemed to work fine. I replaced the key fob at $400. I still have the security light coming on and off so I basically spent almost $400 for no reason with no result and Nissan basically shrugged its shoulders. Ill start taking my vehicle services elsewhere.

I had great customer service before I purchased the car. I was always able to reach people, all my phone calls were answered or returned promptly, and they seemed great, but all that changed after I purchased the car and had an issue. My phone calls stop being answered, no reply to emails or text, and worst of all, I had to drive 12hrs and pay for a hotel room to pick up the second key. Management said they would pay for my hotel room for my trouble. Its been over 30 days, and I havent gotten a penny. Ive never been treated, or handled like this before by any company.

Waiting time for diagnostic tests was ridiculous. Got there at 8:45am. Didnt find out anything until around 2:00pm. So much for my day due to poor notification . Lost money not being able to work plus repair cost of truck.

This was my first time coming to this service department, it wasnt a bad experience. Just seems that the service department was short staffed so some people were getting restless my appointment was at 9:45am I didnt get my car until 4:45pm. But my vehicle had not been serviced for a while.

I waited 6 hours for a tire rotation and balance. My appointment was at 10am and I didn’t leave until 4pm. The sad part is I cleared my schedule for the day because I knew I was going to be there all day. I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised but I wasn’t. I’ve purchased 3 cars from this location and I kept coming back because of my sales person. I recently found out that he is no longer there so when it’s time for me to get another car I will probably go elsewhere.

I came in to view a used vehicle. Although I didnt purchase that vehicle there I left feeling like I was very well treated by the salesman and manager. A very fair trade in amount was offered for my current vehicle. They made my visit comfortable and I recommended them to my daughter who is beginig her car shopping.

My visit started a little shaky. I arrived and no one greeted or acknowledged me. There was two people in the technician area. They raised and lowered the stall door and walked away, engaged in a conversation. A gentlemen walked in from the rear door after a minute or so asked if I had been helped. He identified himself as Lazard Prats. He was very courteous and apologized for the treatment. He provided excellent serviced. He truly redeemed my experience.

I wish I could only give half a star! Where do I begin:- Horrible customer service- Only 1 bathroom for both men and women(was not serviced/cleaned)- Waited almost 4hrs just for an oil change- People working there acted as if you are bothering them if you have a question.- Vehicle was sitting done for 1hr before someone said they were done.- Didn’t explain other services needed before being done. Didn’t want to wait an extra 2hrs after the 3.5hrs I already wasted.- No sense of apology for the long wait- Vehicle not properly cleaned as complimentary wash.- Overpriced parts / labor for simple thingsDon’t take your car to this place!!

My transmission went out which was under warrant. It took a whole week. For them too call and even tell me about my car. Then for them too finally call me. Too tell me that something else was wrong with my car. That didnt cover the warranty. A wheel alignment too be exact. Soo paid 350 for the wheel alignment!!! Which they didnt do. Even my car charger stop working. Which do too my health issue requires me too use my cigarette lighter port. I called this Monday to complain about the situation and no one has called me back. I have to make sure my car dont go off the road while driving to the places I need to go to!!!!
