I had a scheduled appointment for 2:00 PM. I arrived to the service department at 1:45 PM. Was instructed to wait inside my vehicle and someone will assist me. A lady walked up ask did I have an appointment and when I said yes she stated someone will be with me shortly. Waited 45 minutes and still no service advisor helped me. As I sat in my car the service advisor where eating, talking amongst each other. They finally helped the lady in front of me and once they moved her vehicle I left. I always take my car to Toyota South, Since I live right by the dealership I decided to give them a try again. I should’ve just went with my gut feeling I’ve had bad experiences with this dealership in the past that’s why I took my business somewhere else. Don’t waste your time with this service department very unprofessional you don’t even acknowledge your customers at all.

I needed some transmission fluid for a 2004 Rx330 and the lady at the parts counter said she couldnt look it up so I went too Lexus and they handed me some fluid with Toyota on the bottle smh
I went in because of an oil & filter coupon I received from them in the mail. I also wanted to find out the reason my church engine light was on. I was told that the reason my check engine light was on is because I needed a new battery(the battery light never came on). I was never provided any proof. I decided to wait. The next day my battery was checked at Advanced Auto Parts and I was provided proof that it was a good battery. I am giving stars for how kind the service rep was to me, the coupon, the oil change, new filter & the amount of time I was there compared to the number of people in front of me. However, its only 3 because I feel like I could have been taken advantage of if I purchased a new $100+ battery.
Since 1994, I have always owned Toyotas because their reliability, comfort and handling. I also have always serviced my vehicles at Toyota until last month. I have a 2008 Toyota Sequoia. My vehicle is well maintained but my check engine light came on last month. Naturally, I brought it to the dealership. My service advisor Gabriel told me that I needed over $1500 worth of work. He stated that I had a leak. The more questions that I asked the faster he spoke. I explained to him that it is impossible for me to have a leak because I park in my garage and I would see it. Needless to say, I did not get my car repaired there.I took it to a very reputable auto repair shop, Quantum Mechanics in Decatur. They were fair, honest and warranty their work. I paid less than a third, less than $500 to have my vehicle repaired. I will never step foot in Nalleys Toyota service department. Their dishonesty is criminal and should not be tolerated or supported.
Arrived before 11:30 for my noon appointment. Didnt get checked in until almost 12:30. All staff members were super courteous. And my oil change was done in good time and I was on my way.
