Ive been coming to this location for sometime now for my routine maintenance on my Ford Fusion. I had an appointment yesterday for 1 o’clock. I arrived to be told it will take 4-5hours for a oil change. The associate told me to come back tomorrow morning at 6:30am and they will quickly get me in. Here it’s today and I came in on time to wait 4hrs. I went to check on the car and still no one has started to service it! Other clients came in later than me for the same service and was out in 30mins. The disrespect of my time was greatly unappreciated. I work 6days a week and this was my day off, in which I wasted 4 hours of it. So I just left. I’m a strong believer in respecting people time and setting the customer’s expectation! Today, this location has failed me in doing so.
I wish I could give a zero star review. I went to get a simple oil change and tire rotation on 9/3/21. After a horrible check in process, a three and a half hour wait and after approaching several employees, including the supervisor on duty, Mike, I finally got the keys to my vehicle. We took a short trip for the weekend and as soon as we got on the road I noticed my right tire shaking horribly and my change oil light came on. After having a family member look at my vehicle, it appears no oil change was ever done!! Moreover I’m sure my car’s alignment is messed up. I called to file a complaint and be customer service rep asked I leave a voicemail for the on duty supervisor. That was four days ago! I still haven’t gotten a call back! Save yourself! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!
I am extremely happy! The quality of service was outstanding. Mavis Kelly is the best. She and her team went over and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted. They made my trade in process very simple. I appreciate you guys and yes, I’d scream to the moon and beyond referring auto nation Ford union city to anyone looking to buy, sell, or trade. Brought my truck in on Friday August 27th for an oil change. It was scheduled a few days prior so this was by no means a last minute trip. My advisor Mr. Dodd is not at fault for this whatsoever. He did a great job of being attentive and explaining everything to me. I got my truck back and drove it normally as I usually do. My wife drives it today (Sept. 1st) and the truck starts to sputter and gives her a couple warnings on the dash. She parks the truck in a different spot on the driveway and there is oil everywhere.I finally get home later in the day today to see oil all over my driveway and going into the street. I get underneath and do the 1/4 turn fasteners that hold the diaper on and see that my oil drain plug is only 2 to 3 threads in. I can not drive it to the dealership because when I check the dipstick I have 0 oil. I call them today at approx. 6:00pm and the gentleman who picked up said service department without giving a name. I told him my issue and that my wife also needs a vehicle because we have to get my son to work and I am gone at work myself so we can not just have 1 vehicle. He stated, Well we can get a wrecker over there tomorrow. I ask about some sort of loaner vehicle and I am told we dont do that anymore before they hang up. I will never go back to this dealership or any Autonation Dealership and will tell everyone I know not to go to an Autonation Dealership.
Charlie Eddie is a good salesman. He made us feel very comfortable and made the buying experience good. The car itself that we purchased; a used Ford fusion has some noticeable problems;1. The ceiling material is hanging down in multiple places inside the car2. The full functionality of the radio does not work3. A crack in the window (which they will repair)Overall my college son likes the car. However, there could have been more detail given to the car and the functionality of this vehicle. We expected a little more from a car sold at a reputable ford dealership.
AutoNation emailed me to complete a review. I made an appointment 1 week in advance for an oil change at 8am. At 10:15 AM I looked at Google and saw several bad reviews for just this thing. I attempted to find the GM as is asked by Ford, they were not on site. They directed me to their Service Dir, who apologized and said they were busy. I asked to have my truck returned since I had been on-site for 2.5 hours already. I left and went to AutoQuick in Newnan and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.Pay attention to your labor, if you don’t have people on the clock to do the work be honest with the customer and tell them to go elsewhere. Everyone is challenged these days, people will understand. Don’t let them sit for 2+ Hours and provide zero feedback when you’re unable to do the work.
This place sold my sister a car with multiple problems and refused to fix it or even try to make it right. From the manager who is a bold face liar, to the scummy sales team with every excuse in the book. Would not recommend these crooks to anyone.
I recently took my Ford F-150 in to get it serviced for brakes, an oil change, and wheel balancing. James Briggs, who is the service advisor, always services my truck outstanding well! Despite a nationwide shortage of motor vehicles, we were able to find and purchase a Ford truck at AutoNation Ford in Union City. The service provided by our salesperson Jay Wiggins was top notch. Above and beyond the service which weve received at Lexus and Acura dealers weve experienced when purchasing our other vehicles. Lots information and assistance without any pressure, and Jay was relentless in his search to find the truck we wanted. Very pleased with the truck and Jays persistence in helping us acquire it. He was also very patient and thorough in helping us learn and program the on board computers and radio, etc.
Arrived for the first time to get my car fixed, I had to approach someone in service who then looked up who my appointment was with, they told me the name and that they would page him. What they never told me was that guy wasnt even there yet. So I sat waiting in my car for 20 minutes until a young associate I believe named Alex stepped in and told me that guy wasnt here but he could check me in. It took him only a few quick minutes to get the job done. He was also the person to call a week later to tell me that the recall item had been fixed and when I arrived to pick up my car he recognized me and got my car driven up and paperwork handled. Im not sure why a recall item should take over a week to fix, cant imagine how long a real issue would take. Alex turned this into a very positive experience.
Immune service Rep name was Joe he was amazing!!!! The best service I have ever had at Ford. He went above and beyond what I excepted. He took immediate action to help me with my vehicle. I can’t thank him for enough for his 10 star service!!! Mr Robert was also amazing he took me home and brought me back to the dealership to get my vehicle once it was ready and stayed to make sure I could get my vehicle back as planned. I always have great experiences at Ford but these gentlemen went beyond just service they made me feel like family and not just a customer!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
I took my 08 Ford Escape to Auto Nation for an issue with the steering wheel. The check process was easy and fairly quick. Mr. Briggs was my assigned service advisor and he was very professional and personable. They provided the diagnosis and gave me an estimate on when the repairs would be completed. In addition, they informed of an open recall item and took care of that item as well at no cost to me! Yay! Also, the repairs came with a 2 year warranty. Now, that cant be beat!Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend them for any mechanical issues.

Car was under warranty took them 2.5 weeks to complete. I have the platinum warranty rental car was not offered. They were dropped my car off at the wrong house gas tank on fumes, police called me that’s how I found my car. Customer service follow up is horrible. Attention to details really lacks here.Covid-19 is an excuse to an extent but goodness.

BEWARE of this dealership.16 year old son is so disappointed because they wouldn’t fix the truck and had to return it!!!We bought a 2007 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner for our son. The catalytic converter was cut off of it on the unsecured dealer lot. Was out for replacement part for 1.5-2 weeks. Finally received the vehicle after “inspection” and detail. Fog lights wouldn’t work. Radio wouldn’t work because the antenna was broke off at the base. Right turn signal bulb was out. Here’s the big issue..When you got the truck up to 30 mph, it felt like you were driving over a rumble strip.The dealership left the previous owners information in the glove box so I called them. They traded the truck because they didn’t want to repair/replace the transmission. There is no way the dealership didn’t know about the faulty transmission when they drove it halfway to meet us to bring us the truck.We took it to our local shop and they said something was going on in the transmission. They could start taking it apart and trying to troubleshoot but it probably would be more cost effective to replace it. We were within the 250 miles and 5 day warranty. I contacted the General Manager, Used Car manager and Salesman. They REFUSED to fix the transmission. They said they wouldn’t make enough money on the truck after having to replace the catalytic converter and fix the transmission. They said they were sending it to the auction.We bought a truck expecting it to be in good working condition and it wasn’t, nor would they make it right so my son wouldn’t have to give it back.Now, I see it’s for sale on their website again at a higher price!! The color is Indigo Ink.
I was meet with a friendly smile, and fist bump. I explained my problem and was then told there was a 2-3 day backlog before they could even do the diagnosis. I didnt have that kind of time, so I went else where. The other place could give me the diagnosis, but couldnt fix the problem, and suggested I take it to the dealer. So I came back to the dealer, and was able to get back in my spot from before. Yes it took longer, but the did a great job, and I have a 2 yr warranty on that part. Great Job James and his team!!
I love joe every time I come he’s helping me found a bubble on my tire that I didn’t even know about thank god he did excellent customer service now the wait with an appointment is absolutely ridiculous got there with an appointment at 10:20 didn’t leave until 230 for an oil change if it wasn’t for the customer service team I wouldn’t even come back
Overall Im extremely satisfied with the service I received at Autonation Ford Union City. I brought in my new Ford Ranger I purchased at another dealership for warranty work. They took my truck in the same day I called for an appointment and fixed it to my satisfaction. My service advisor, Drake, was a personable and nice guy and kept me updated throughout the process. I will continue to use this dealership for all my future service needs.

Purchased a 2017 Ford F 150 June 16, 2021. Drove for a week and started noticing a shimmering/vibration. Took it back to dealership to get a diagnosis and the truck has been sitting at the dealer for the past few weeks. Got one update about the problem and nothing else. Called and left a few messages for Charlie and James still no call back. Making payments on something I haven’t been able to enjoy is not what I’m going to settle for.Still waiting…….If I don’t call to check status I don’t get any answers. It’s now October I’m just now getting the truck back..
Would avoid at all costs. Salesman was fine. Inventory specialist got an attitude when we said there werent any new trucks fitting our budget. They tried selling me a used vehicle when I explicitly said I wanted a new one in a certain price range.This dealership seems to rely on predatory tactics.
While driving to work, I had an unexpected tire failure on my Ford Explorer. I managed to get to AutoNation Ford in Union City, where I was greeted & told that the tire needed to be replaced. I decided to have a set put on, instead of the 1. They had replacement tires in stock [same Goodyear tires that were on it]. After about an hours wait, I was back on my way. Even though I didnt have an appointment, the team worked me into line. I am ever so appreciative for their safety standards regarding sanitation, in addition to their prompt & professional services. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I will NEVER take my car to Ford again !! Ever I got my car back in the worst condition then when I sent it in. I been taking my car to Ford for years I never had a problem ever. I took my car to Ford for a coolant leak … my car was riding fine once I got it back I was on the highway driving home my car started slowing down & wouldn’t go over 40 mph while I’m in the far left lane in traffic. I made it home called Ford they didn’t answer as usual. Basically I paid over 2000 dollars & my car is messed up not driveable when I spoke to Charlie or James whoever it was on the phone when my car was ready to get picked up he said on the phone oh your car is ready to get picked up & it’s riding really good. This is the second time I took my car up there & this time it was for the Cadillac converter. Long story short my car was sitting at Ford for over a month & i got it back in the worst condition ever. I had to buy me a new car.

I end up getting a free oil change which is cool but not what I wanted. I booked an reservation online for an oil change at a set price but the problem came when it was time to pay for my service. They tried to charge me three times the price on the reservation. I talked to the guy and we both got a little frustrated but it ended up working itself out.
My sales Associate Cynthia treated me with dignity and respect!! She took her time in making sure that she throughly gave me the best competitive deals and vehicles but most importantly what stuck out for me is that she was very knowledgeable and with years of experience on selling cars as well!! Terrible, had a truck we were looking at already and a scheduled time. Truck was not pulled up at time of our appointment, and when we did finally get to look at it, it was filthy. I explained I would rather drive the 1 1/2 hours home and have it detailed there as to not take longer than needed at the dealership and they assured me they could get it cleaned while we filled out paperwork and such. It took 6 hours to get out of there because they kept having to go back and fix things I had said no to and we discussed. Pretty sure it was just them wasting time for the truck to get detailed.When we finally get to the finance part the guy is new (not mad at him at all), but when he needed help and asked for some while I’m sitting there with a crying baby and toddler (after 5 1/2 hours at this point) they say “you need to learn on your own”.Then when we go to leave and finally get the truck back we find it smells extremely strong of chemicals and it’s still a mediocre detail job. Extremely unprofessional and after I demanded to be reimbursed for an actual detailing service like I have originally requested they agreed but have yet to respond to my emails with the receipt.Would NOT recommend.
I came in to have a tire replaced and also purchased an extended warranty. I received outstanding service from the service department, from Edward Wiggins and Star. The customer service was superlative. Star provided me with a sense of auto security while I prepare to travel.

I’ve had the most issues from a car i just purchased recently .Customer service was horrible & they charged me to fix something that they should have fixed for free since i just cashed out on my car little over a month ago . I went to have my daughters car serviced for an oil change. When we got home that day noticed one of her wheel coverings was missing. I tried to call the the service department but was unable to speak with someone (disappointing). Im sure it was not put back on properly & now she is out of a wheel cover. Really an inconvenience & more money to be spent to buy a new one because of negligence.

Very impressed with the service department at Auto nation. I had a check engine light come on in my F350. I went to several dealerships that told me it would be at least a week before they could get a diesel tech to look at it. When I went to auto nation, they got me right in and corrected the issue within 3 hours. The technician also kept me informed of what he found and what he was going to do. From now on, I will always take my vehicle to Auto Nation.
I was granted an appointment on 08/20 on my F150 that I purchased from Autonation, and my truck is still in the shop. The service department hardly ever answer the phone, and when they do they just state someone will get back with you. This is going on the 3rd week with me not having my vehicle, and the service team has an attitude as if Im getting on their nerves about asking when will my vehicle be ready. The service manager actually gave me a call and was very professional with following up, but I havent heard from him since he told me the cost of the water pump repair.

With all the rain in the area, it has been difficult to see that I now have an oil leak from having an oil change from auto nation. Not happy with the service especially now I have to have the leak repaired.

The process of purchasing my car was fairly easy. The salesman was not pushy and answered all my questions. I had a great salesman. He even took the time and looked at other cars at other dealerships I had planned to visit. By doing this, he saved me from purchasing vehicles which had been in Michigan for a couple of years. Even though I was paying cash, the paperwork portion of the purchase took a longer time than expected. I suggested they provide a coupon for lunch/dinner as a kind of compensation for purchasing from them. (This didnt fly...lol)
I am so grateful to finally get the Recall done on my vehicle after going to two different Ford Dealer ships who told me the computer to wouldnt work on vehicle to do reprogramming of modular. The new manager Charlie Filkins and his assistance James Briggs did a magnificent job in resolving the Recall Call problem and was able to fixed my car in a coupler of hours. They were very, very professional in their job, very courteous and provided a way back home and a ways back to dealer ship once they finished the Recall. I wish there is so way they can know about the magnificent job they did for my vehicle.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. It seemed okay at first. We found a car online, made our appointment, and arrived on time. The car looked good and my daughter loved it. We drove it around on the lot which should have been my first clue something was not on the up and up. After some discussion the price was adjusted, and we paid our deposit. I was told that I could pick the car up Monday after it was cleaned and inspected.Why was it even advertised if it was not road worthy and ready to go?Two weeks later my daughter still doesnt have a car, and no one is upfront and honest. I have been talked down too and told over and over that everyone wants this car, that service is backed up, that service is not well staffed, that tomorrow it will be ready. The finale happened with an email of a different car that said what do I think about this one. I think that this is a mess.The one I purchased needs work, and they cant find the part (a front end assembly I was told) for a 2005 Altima. Really? It took 2 weeks and a lot of lies and wasting of my time to get to this. Now, it is would I like to drive again to the dealer for a refund. I am very disgusted that my daughters first dealer experience highlights all the bad. I expected better from a Ford dealer or any dealer for that matter.

Drove my car from dekalb county all the way to autonation in union city to look at a Ford Mustang GTWent through the process of appraisal to see what I would be offered for my 2011 Acura TL Sh-AWD they offer me 2.5k and I refuse the offer to infact sell my car privately so I could get more money to put down towards the mustang GT. After refusing the trade in and not agreeing with the estimated range of apr I decide to take a business card for when I come back. As I’m leaving to go to my parents place of work I notice a sound that was coming from the front of my car as I was driving it sounded like something was loose or had been tampered with I paid it no mind but the longer I drove my car the more unsettling it seemed so I called the agent that helped me and told him that there was something wrong with my car that I know for a fact was not wrong with it before someone else got into my car he said the guy that test drove it would call me back which he did not do so I drove back up to the lot and tried to explain what was going on but the person that test drove my car decided to be a smart mouth about the situation insisting that the lights on my dash where lit up like a Christmas tree and insisted on telling me what I already knew about my car trying to dismiss my concerns so I talk to the manager who basically did the same thing in a nicer less arrogant way so he offers to have a mechanic go for a ride with me which says Mechanically he doesn’t see anything wrong with the car (great guy by the way) so I decided to leave and chalked it up to me just being a little worried about my car but as I was driving back home with my mother who I recently picked up from work I notice the sound had gotten louder and my car was shaking like a stripper which as all Acura owners know is not a trait of the smooth ride that is usually incorporated in the brand unless something is wrong when I drove to the dealership my car was smooth and fine so why when I’m returning home is my car shaking like a earthquake even my mother who has driven in my car many times said it was making a weird noise and shaking which has never happened before I agree that this dealership has some predatory tactics up there sleeves so if you’re a younger crowd do not go alone and do not let the “appraise” your car without watching some of them are sneaky and my lawyer will be inspecting my car soon

Communication with any of the techs in the Service Department is horrible. No one ever answers the phone and if you leave a message you never get a call back. I recently had the worst experience there when I had to take my car in for a recall. I was told my car would be there for 2-3 days, but a part had to be ordered and no one even called to let me know this and my car ended up being there for an entire week. It was extremely difficult to get thru to anyone to give me an update on my car. I finally talked to the Service Manager and he’s the only helpful person working in the service department. Will probably not return.

I went on Labor Day initially to purchase a used truck that was advertised online. Upon arrival, they mentioned someone had took the keys home with them so I couldn’t even see the inside. I came back the next day, test drove it, and wanted to move ahead with purchase.Salesman (David Toor) told me the truck hadn’t been certified yet so it needed to go through that first. The truck was still dirty and full of the old owners belongings so I asked if the could clean it as well. I went ahead and told him that the sunroof, AC motor, and rear window didn’t work so if they could get that fixed. David talked to his sales manager Charles and they agreed to fix it. I mentioned I really needed the truck so if they could let me know when it’s done it would be great.David took copies of debit card (cash purchase) and my drivers license and I also signed a form. I told them I would leave a deposit on it, and he said they would run it.Today June 9th, he still hadn’t reached out to me so I called in. They mentioned he was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for a while. I decided to walk in the dealer and ask what was the status of the truck. Sales manager told me they had actually sold the truck already. I was completely bummed out about this. How can a dealer sale a truck I had put down a deposit for already?! They mentioned they actually never ran my card, and someone decided to buy the truck as is. (David said they were so proud of their certification process and bragged about it, but how can a dealer sale a truck with all those issues getting addressed?)This experience with Autonation Union City has been completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend doing business with them. I put my trust into them thinking they were “certifying” the truck and doing repairs, that I was waiting on their call and missed out on other potential trucks I could’ve bought in the market. They will never get my business in the future.

Charlie was extremely helpful and let us test drive the vehicle and truly take our time to make sure we were making the best purchase for our family. Overall extremely happy with our purchase and the entire staff was excellent. You can tell everyone that works at this location respects each other and respects their costumers. I would never purchase a car from this store.The service was very poor.I purchase a car and after 3 days the car wasn’t driving, I called CW the manager to explain what was happening after explaining,he told me he would call me back, they never did, so I called CW,he dealt with the situation very poorly and act as if my car wasn’t important, they finally towed the car to the Nissan service department in Cobb, I was out of a car for 3days,they didn’t offer a rental or anything..Told CW I wanted a refund because I no longer wanted the car, that’s when he started acting nice because I wanted my money back.However I really like the car and the Service department told me the car was fix so I kept it.. A month after I started having issues again I called the store for CW to put me through to his line the phone rang without and answer, the redirected to a sales associate, they told me he’s in a meeting I left my name and number for him to return my call no one did. I called again the day after,the I ask to be put through to him,they kept redirecting my call.After about 30mins that’s when he finally pick the line up. I would never recommend anyone to this location to buy nee or used cars.
Always a great selection when it comes to vehicles & friendly customer service not a better place out there when searching for vehicles such as SUV sedans & so forth I would highly recommend AutoNation Ford Mercury or whatever AutoNation owns in Union City & Beyond God bless all take care & remember enjoy riding & purchasing Vehicles out there!! The experience was okay but getting a hold of you people after you purchase a car is ridiculous. You got to do better. Your establishment fails horribly at that.
Dropped my vehicle off on 4-6-21 because of a stuttering issue when driving. They told me it was the torque converter. I payed two car notes and almost a third before I got it back on 6-1-21. I drove it before I picked it up and everything seemed fine.today is 6-2-21 and same issue is back it surges and stutters. This is rediculous I would never recommend this dealer.
They do a pretty good job, I was helped by Mr. Briggs and he’s very understanding and he got me on my way in no time

He kept me updated throughout the whole entire process. His communication skills are on point! I usually hate going to get service done. Having a issue with a car is already bad enough. Easy to make appointments for car service. Service staff was very helpful, even when I had to come back to have a sensor reset. Recommend coming to Auto Nation in Union City, Ga.
I am happy to leave a 5 star review for this business. I recently had my vehicle serviced there. The service advisor was friendly, professional and patient. He recommended services that were needed for my vehicle and explained, in detail, what each service was. He also helped me with up front pricing that helped me select the best options for my budget. My vehicle was serviced in the time quoted and was returned to me in excellent condition. I will also say that my vehicle drives like its brand new again. I highly recommend this dealership service center for your vehicle needs.I will also say that I discovered this dealership after another shop (chain business that does oil changes) messed up my vehicle during an oil change by not putting the oil filter on correctly. AutoNation found the problem, performed numerous diagnostics to ensure that no engine damage had occurred and, kept me informed step by step of what they had found and what they were doing. I appreciate this kind of constant contact. And, the price they charged for the work they did was fair and reasonable. They built that trust relationship with the first visit, which is why I returned to them for my other vehicle needs.Great shop, highly recommend!!
Very good experience with Joseph Dodd. He listened and understood my problem even though it was an issue created early on by Auto Nation. Resolved current problem and was able to get emission done.
Bought my 14 fusion here in 19. Overall okay experience, unsure if Id return only because I was not told about the extent of a prior accident on my vehicle. Recently had water pump replacement under their extended warranty and that was good. Only downside is warranty work takes a long time.
