This was the second time that I was helped by Tom, and his service is great! He came out to look at the car I brought in and understood that we were only coming for one thing. But later on called to inform us about something regarding the vehicle and let us know that we had options. I explained my budget to him and he was very understanding and was able to get me my service under budget, plus the extra service that the vehicle ended up needing. Tom made my visit at PepBoys pleasant and easy.
Auto parts Store/ Homeless Encampment - Advance Auto Parts will soon take over. Ive bought items from them in the past (batteries, brake pads) at decent prices. I cant comment on their service department but what I can comment on is the fact that there are two RVs in their parking lot with guys that are collecting trash and making the place look like a dump.
Because its closed for parts, only available for tire services at all locations as per upper ownership. It would have nice to see some kind of announcement from corporate, rather then go to 3 stores for auto parts, and find they are no longer in that business. Only tires and oil changes. In response to the owner answer, I guess we will have to wait and see where the remaining pep boys stores are going to be located.
Extremely disappointing. Went for a simple oil change, with a midmorning appointment, and after waiting more than 5 hours for them to start, finally had to leave because I didnt have 6 or 7 hours to waste on a task that shouldve taken 2 at the very most. Wasting my whole day, and still not getting it done, after getting up early on the one day I couldve slept in, made it all the more frustrating. Whats the point of taking the time to schedule an appointment if it means absolutely nothing?

This place seems sketchy. Ordered 4 tires from Amazon to be put on my car and I made an appointment for Saturday morning. I show up and theres only 3 tires. They say they only got 3 but they signed for 4. So maybe theyll bring it by the end of the day. I call an hour before they close and I ask the guy if my tire showed up and instead of taking 30 seconds to check he puts me on hold for over 7 minutes until I hang up. I call back and nobody answers. The one guy I talked to when I showed up for my appointment was nice but he seemed new.

After reaching the site they said either I need to reschedule the appointment or I need to drop the vehicle and collect it late in the evening as they were busy for that day. I was not informed about this when I booked the appointment . Very bad customer service. I won’t go to this center again.

Came in to replace a bad battery, which it still have warrenty. The guy who handed it to me had a bad attitude, that piss me off. What kind of customer service is that. And the worst thing is that the new battery he gave me, just found out it was leaking. Like really. As much as i like coming here for parts, the customer service sucks. You can see in the pictures that battery is leaking, see corrosion building on the metal parts.

I came in an hour before my appointment, and it was super busy! I needed new tires, and Erica helped me find the best deal for my car. Rafael L. installed the tires, and did an alignment. Brian made sure I got everything I wanted, and charged me for the service. Right after I came in, I heard the service writers tell people over the phone that the next appointments were next week! I was very lucky and very grateful to get in and get everything taken care of so thoroughly.

Benito is the guy with the most expertise there. I bought a kit for an Infiniti G35 sport sedan the 4-door one. He gave me a great deal four front rotors and front brake pads. We had an issue at the shop where the rotors werent the exact same ones. I learned from that mistake. He proceded to refund my money. This time around I decided to bring in my rotors and comparing side to side. Recommend this
My complaints are really geared towards their staffing. I know there are matrices for how many people to have on the shift. But they are always under staffed. I have not had an unprofessional employee engagement. They are usually pretty knowledgeable and helpful when you get someone. It is just difficult to get in front of someone. There alignments prices are fair, they usually have parts that the other two places dont it is just difficult to get in front of someone who can look parts up.Please hire more service technicians, more people to look up parts, and someone to staff the register at all times.
I recently tried having my friend in the area go to this establishment to press out and back in, two ball joints from a 99 ford f150 2wd vehicle. The gentleman I spoke to stated that it would be $60 a piece for removal and replacement. I then asked him how much the hourly rate is. The Advisor then stated that is was $156 per hour. This job is rated as a 0.2 hour job per joint after removal of the control arm in which my friend is taking care of. I mentioned that the fee for 0.4 worth of work calculated by there hourly rate should be around $65.00 I asked if he could work with me on that price in which he followed up with saying that his pricing is correct in whatever it shows in the system is what he must charge. I simply clarified that the BAR looks into the matter of average time and hourly charge. if this doesnt match the pricing that is being stated then it is an incorrect labor rate. He then followed up with you got to do what you got to do, unless you have documents that can prove that then I cant do anything this is sad. I once worked for this reputable company and now Im glad I resigned, this is not how you treat your customers. I suggest you go to a location that is honest and willing to work with the customer rather than trying to strong arm them for $120 on a less than half hour job.
I just got a wheel alignment done on my 350z here and Im very happy with the results! This location is a great place to get your various fluids and other necessities too. Ive always had a great experience with the staff.
Its good place for car maintenance and also have good deals .. but long wait time and their system is not updated .. if you get the same day appointment, they should update how much time it will take but communication is not there and customer just waiting and waiting..

Ive only been to this store 5-6 times and only once made a purchase. The issue is the limited selection that this place has for ordinary car stuff -- license plate frames, car wash brushes, tire inflators, etc. They seem to have a HUGE inventory of other car parts for repair and the repair shop seems to do brisk business, so my rating of 3-stars is more about the floor store products, which are, as noted previously, fairly limited.
Got pulled over for a burnt License Plate light and needed a quick fix. Mauricio was very professional and timely with his response to my needs and showed me a number of options. David was extremely helpful and personable considering the tools I needed to even get the lights out of the car. Even took the time to get out the tight bulbs from the socket. Very wonderful gentlemen and would be the reason I come back to this Pep Boys, especially after a fairly poor experience at the one in San Carlos - Redwood City.
Dont bother to come in, with or without an appointment, unless you are the 1st appointment of the day. They only have one technician to do the repairs. So he will get to you when he gets to you. Having the appointment is pointless. I call the day before and was told to bring the car in the morning of the next day. To make sure I will be taken care off, I scheduled an appointment online @ 11am 3/6/2020. Showed up at 9:30am. I waited. By 10:20am, they told me, kindly, again, that they only have one technician. Technician will not be able to look or repair my car for another 2 hours. So even if you have an appointment at 11am, they may be able to look at my car @ around 1pm, if I am lucky. I left at 10:20am

Ive had my car serviced here twice, and every time I do, it seems like the service takes a long time. I made an appointment both times and it still took half the day to get my oil changed. My rating reflects middle of the road service.
Their service is good but their appointment scheduling is worst. They only prefer usual oil change, tail light replacement, tire change kinda repairs. If you go with any other issue like a below bumper hanging etc, they don’t do it. I’ve tried twice or more but very pathetic. Also, the service advisor further delayed my vehicle delivery by making a normal oil change while I chose specifically synthetic oil change when I booked my appointment. The waiting room also doesn’t have convenient mobile charger options.

Went in for an oil change with a free tire rotation with an appointment 6 hours later I was done but pep boys did not perform the tire rotation and by the way these people does not know the concept of appointment but lets get back to the tire rotation not being done their reason was the best tires has to be in the back and my vehicle is front wheel drive, but these wanna be mechanics with basic knowledge are bunch of idiots, how do you expect the tires to get even with out rotating them, 100 % of the vehicles that will go to pep boys will have less thread in the front from turning and braking than the back unless your doing Burn outs with your rear wheel drive car so they are falsely advertising free tire rotation because they will never do it with their dumb ass reasoning of the more thread tires has to be in the back. So Pep Boys rather have you not have control in the front And braking power for the sake of fish tailing, unless you jerk the wheel so hard on a front wheel drive or going over 100 miles per hour and jerk it then thats when a front wheel drive will likely to fish tail thats coming from experience and at that point THATS ON THE DRIVER and get this pep boys claims that is a law when I googled it there no such law nothing but court cases that people try to sue because those people cant drive and second pep boys instructed me to reach out to the bar Automotive association to get more information and I said fine give me the number, guess what the mechanic and the Rep inside did not know the number or where to get it from but their so quick to tell you to reach out to them big FAIL . So I asked them when do you suggest I rotate my tires mechanic best answers was buy 2 new tires thats when pep boys will rotate the tires, so i talked to real mechanic from Ford Honda Mitsubishi Acura and local cops and highway patrol they all said THEY NEVER HEARD OF SUCH LAW . so to sum it up Pep Boys employees and their mechanic are dumb asses only good for oil changes, even then I would have done the oil change myself but just didnt had the time but never again zero star for these people.
Shelves were a disappointment. Empty, disarray open packages. Employees standing around. Zero help. Headlight bulbs for a F150. Literally the best selling vehicle in the world and nope not in stock. I see another possible Amazon victim in the near future.
Ordered several items online that werent available for shipping, was sent an email stating items where ready for pickup within an hour of purchase. Went to the store, Daisy (MGR) told me items werent ready and that the items where being transferred from a different location and should arrive early afternoon. Came back later in the day, system was down thankfully not for that long (15 min). One star for being sent a ready for pickup when clearly it wasnt ready, which took time out of my day inconveniently and wasted gas. Another important note is if a customer orders items to be picked up, the items should be set aside and marked accordingly. The associate had to locate an item in the store inventory when I got there. This is bad because people could buy the products and leave you dry if youre not able to pick items up for a day or so, which is also inconvenient especially when ordering online items should be considered already taken but not at Pepboys, inventory update issues. If it werent for the deal I would of shopped somewhere else. Ive always had a bad experience from the union city location. These are some reasons why some or a majority of people prefer items to be shipped to a desired establishment.
Great experience. Needed a headlight replaced. Went to Pep Boys without an appointment. They took my car in right away and before I could finish my cup of (really good) coffee, my headlight was replaced.
Horrible customer service. I set up an appointment for an oil change and a diagnostic for my car. I dropped the car off and waited for their phone call. After six hours, I finally had to call the service department to check on the status of my car. I was told, We are looking at it now. When I pressed Pedro to tell me what that comment meant, he finally admitted that they never even serviced my car and that they would try to get to it within the next hour. It had been there all day, with an early morning appointment. I picked up my car and left their shop. They lied to me about the status of my car and failed to even address the scheduled appointment. Extremely poor customer service.
I moved to Hayward 5 years ago and I have been coming here ever since. Its always hard to find a good mechanic and someone you can trust with your vehicle and I can honestly say these guys are the best! From my truck to my car they have never steered me wrong. Where did David and Melanie go? I always come here despite poor reviews because David and Melanie are great. They always let me know costs up front, never try to get me to agree to unnecessary up sales, and since I only have one car and have to wait while my services are being performed, they always get me in and out as fast as possible.This last month, I have been in three times to try and get an oil change and my front brakes done. Both of my afternoon appointments I arrived on time for, and was told it would be a long wait because they were short on staff and behind on getting things done. I finally made an appointment for today in their first time slot, figuring they wouldnt start out behind. First, the woman said that it would still be hours because they had to finish several jobs from yesterday. I said I had an appointment, and she told me appointment times dont matter, because they still take walk-ins and they go in order of people arriving. I asked why bother with appointments if they arent going to honor them, and she said it was just a time for people to drop off their vehicles and nothing more. Well, I have been putting off these jobs long enough that now they NEED to get done, so I said Ill just have to wait. Then she told me that I would have to pay for a brake inspection (which I had already done at this exact location when I had my tires put on). Then she told me I didnt even have an appointment and might be here all day. I took my keys and left. I will not be returning to this location.

The experience really depends on who you talk to. At first, seemed great because they have long hours and offer a lot of parts and services.However, beyond that, they’re not much for the customer as they first appear to be.My personal experience has to do with booking a suspension inspection. I received installation services at the Newark location on Saturday, but experienced issues shortly after picking up my car. They were already closed by that time, so I called this location on Sunday because Newark was closed. I spoke to two different people and received two confirmations that I could receive a suspension inspection service at ANY location because I bought the parts with Pep Boys.The original plan was to drop my car off Friday evening to have service done then and through Saturday morning; however, the suspension problems were getting worse, so I opted to bring my car in a day earlier. I called to see if this would work, and got yet another confirmation that this was ok.I come in to drop off my car today (Thursday), and get the roundabout from the manager because I apparently have to get the inspection at the store I had the initial service at. The warrenty is valid at any Pep Boys, but he refused to take in my car. One of the people I spoke to (and got confirmation from) was right there, and didn’t say a word.I then had to drive to Newark and use the late night key drop off because of this.This location is a waste of time.
Excellent and very professional service. Melanie and Miguel were incredibly helpful and were able to get me in and mount four new tires within the hour. I have been using Pep Boys for the past 15 years for tires and basic auto services on all of my vehicles. This particular location deserves special recognition, as I was working with very limited time, and they were able to accommodate me without issue.
I would have given 5 stars had I not waited for 1 hour for a battery install. They started 30 minutes after my appointment time. Staff was helpful in saving me money diagnosing my battery needed a recharge saving me $200.
Total waste of time at Pep Boys. 1st I went in at 8am, they argued with me that I have to pay for a 69.99 diagnostic 1st. Then I got customer service on the line because at no part of the add does it state or imply that there would be a fee for this and then they said the diagnostic is 39.99. Okay, so then they take 4 hours to do a diagnostic to tell me that the clutch replacement is in fact 704 plus other stuff taking it over 1,000. And they wouldnt be able to do it today. Total waste of time. They couldnt even explain why they were including additional labor that should of been included and they couldnt even show me a car that they could do it for at the advertised price of 499.99 to replace a clutch. Price gougers and thieves. Manager didnt even want to come in and talk to me or explain it himself. At least other shops were able to give me an accurate price up front without lying to make excuses for their unadvertised price hikes! Also, I was there right at 8am, they opened the door for employees at 8am, relocked the door and didnt open the door for customers for another 5 minutes.

The detail department has an amazing selection! Great place to go for high end products like surf city garage as well as 3M, griots garage, chemical guys, and top of the line meguiars products! Also the products are not overpriced and they have really good microfiber cloths on the cheap!

Avoid this place if possible. I made an appointment at 11 am for a 1 pm appointment the same day. I dropped off my car, they said it would be a 2 hour wait. I left and came back in 2 hours and the gentlemen told me the lady went to lunch so it would take another hour and a half.Not professional at all. They could have at least called me that this lady was going on lunch and it was going to take more time. I ended up leaving and taking my car to a different business. If you want to waste your time this is the place to go. Not recommending pep boys to anyone I know.

The people here are knowledgeable but theres always a long wait. I dont shop here very often due to that. I think they need to RI engineer the purchasing process. However the store is very well stocked and have lots of aftermarket choices from my vehicle.
I had an appointment, even got a call the day before to confirm it (which I did), and got there 5 minutes early at 9:55 am. They said they were backed up with appointments, and wouldnt be done until about 12:30... Okay, while I was a little upset with that since I had an appointment, I understand if they are just giving honest and realistic time frames. So I sit there in the waiting area... 12:30 comes and goes, and I havent heard any update. I go to check with the service desk at 12:45 and find out they havent even STARTED work on my car... And apparently didnt seem to realize that I had an appointment (not sure how that was possible). Needless to say I turned into an a-hole immediately. Finally, FINALLY at 2:00pm, FOUR HOURS LATER, I got my car returned. To put it lightly: I am never going back to this or any other pep boys location. Never again. Thanks for wasting my whole day with your poor garage management. Youve managed to poison an entire chain in my mind.
Came for oil change in 11.25 am. Had appointment for noon. Now is 2.55 pm and my car still parked outside without any changes. Hope they will be done oil change today before store will closed......Now 4 pm. All still the same. No one working in the garage.

Went on a Friday in the middle of the day without an appointment. Pep Boys customer service rep Savin was able to assist me and get me checked in within 5 minutes of arrival. He went to look at my car to be sure he understood my request. After service was complete Davis ( tech) went over what was done with me and answered any questions I had about service. I walked in frazzled and frustrated and walked out happy. Thank you Pep Boys!
Brought my car in for a front end alignment, they lied and said they cant do it unless I buy new back tires (completely unrelated parts). I have a masters in engineering and called them out on their lie and they changed it to being required by California law. I asked them to cite the law and they changed to saying its company policy. I asked them to show me that written policy and they said they dont show policies to customers. I asked for my keys back and left in an unsafe vehicle instead of getting a simple job done.

This morning at 8:30 I called to ask if they had time to do a brake check. I was told over the phone that they were slow and then it would only take a couple hours. Around 1:30 PM I called to check on the status of my vehicle and they told me that it was just going up on the lift for them to look. After I was told that they were not busy and could get me in and out it took them eight hours to check my brakes and put new rotors and pads on. Top of all this everyone that I talk to was very rude and never would give me a straight answer all they would do was make excuses. I would not recommend to take your car here for any service unless you were willing to wait all day or a minimum of two hours.

Customer service is an unknown term at this shop. If you want a shop that wont care about you or your car come here. To start I made an appointment through the website at 8 am for an oil change, an oil change folks. When I showed up at 5 min to 8, there was no one there. Apparently the counter guy got pulled into the shop to work. When I told him I had an appointment, he argued with me saying that he doesnt have anything listed. Told him i set the appointment online and showed him my email confirmation. He goes well thats a web appointment and I dont have it so you are just a walk-in. He then proceeded to tell me he wont be able to get to my car for an hour and asked with no great care do you still want the oil change?. So save your time and money and just go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service!! (EVIE)Im a lyft driver and I came in for an oil change, 3hr total wait time. Which I feel could of been totally avoided. She took an extended lunch. When she returned, I went to the counter to ask how much longer. I stood at the counter in front of her for 5mins, stepped away for a second and came back. Not a single acknowledgement. The least she could of did was look up and say Ill be right you, give me a minute to finish this up. But absolutely nothing!! I finally interrupted her to ask, which I shouldnt have to do and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. Wow!!On the other hand, Daniel was awesome. (5 stars)! He checked in with me with updates after my encounter with Evie. I believe he saw me turning green...
They will erase transactions in their computer so keep the receipts because read the numbers off to corporate and they will get them every time. Literally erased my battery two weeks after I bought it. Found out because my other vehicle battery should be on warranty but they act like I have NEVER walked in the store and bought absolutely nothing from here ever before. I had to be like ok you don’t see the first battery but what about the one I just bought. Corporate accused me of not telling the truth until she told me what to read her off the receipt. She told me that transaction was cancelled and I did not buy the battery but I got a paid receipt in my hand. Corporate can fix whatever they do IF YOU GOT YOUR RECEIPT. Must have receipt because they deleted my rewards account.

Ive worked in retain before and my managers would often say give your customer an experience so positive they get excited to refer other to you. Well here at pepboys they definitely inspire a review! I made a 10am appointment to find out why my engine light came on. Its 1:30 And I had to ask if it was ready, they never came to me or called to say we know why. So Ive been waiting for 3.5hours for a response that was simply might I add.I defintiley do not recommend going here. If you want to wait around for nothing heres your spot but I would definitely recommend or dealer or literally anywhere else! They also have quite the attitude here. I listened to a conversation between employees (and they werent shy about it) as they complained about a customer that was upset about waiting for her car. Save your money and time and go anywhere else!!!!!If I could have given 0 stars I would have because this experience was absolutley horrible!!!
Came in to find a specific headlight bulb. Mind you it was for a commercial vehicle (Volvo tractor). The guy at the counter was just not having a good day I guess being behind the counter. He was not helpful rude and pointed me to the aisle with headlight bulbs. Wont shop here again! OReilly Auto parts actually have a system to lookup commercial vehicle compatible parts and can help you find it in what aisle. If they dont have it in stock, they guide you which store location does have it in stock.

Just got home from a flat tire fix. The team at Pep Boys - U.C. were awesome -- Dan, the humorous service representative, quickly checked me in and Dinh, the technician, expertly took care of the patch; he even carefully rewrapped the wheel lock key in its tiny bag and placed the hook-and-loop fastener strip over it (exactly as my wife had last left it). I didnt have an appointment but was customer #2 this morning. They had me out in about an hour. I know certain folks may insist thats too long of a wait, but Id much rather the job be done correctly. Cant/shouldnt rush safety. The sign outside reads Pep Boys, not NASCAR Pit Stop. Thank you, Pep Boys - U.C. for the terrific service! :o)
Service with a non smile.I understand if you are busy, but to almost growl at a customer asking questions is very bad customer support.Not to mention, cant even tell an estimate time of getting serviced, a shrug and “i dont know” usually doesnt help.
I thought I was not going to have a good Valentines Day, thought I was going to have to miss work because I needed a new alternator.I was trying to figure out how I could get to work maybe borrowing someones car but luckily Amor the mechanic listened to me and felt my frustration so he told me he could do it real quick. He replaced my alternator in 20 min and I made it to work. I have to say what a great customer service. I had a good day after all thanks Amor.

My sister-in-law had a 2:00 appointment to have two of her tires looked at because one had a slow leak and the other one developed bubbles on the side wall. We walked in the store, three people at the counter, we walk over to the service counter, we wait, we wait. My sister-in-law walkes over to the front counter and ask if she can get someone to wait on her, it appears we were annoying them. A gentleman finally comes out and then dissapears without saying anything to us. Finally comes out and ask What are you here for my sister-in-law responds I have a 2:00 appointment. To make a long story short their customer service is horrible! How are you working at a vehicle service counter and make the statement Im not a mechanic so I dont know. If it wasnt for the fact the she purchased her tires there she would not go back. Once again horrible service.
Turns out we should be done in an hour and a half to two hours actually means well be done with the OTHER cars and start on yours two and a half hours after your appointment. All this for a tire change that any one decent tech could do in 20 minutes.
The service and tire consultants are the worst at customer service here. Always a stress/ problem or long unnecessary waits. Had an employee say one minute, we will be right with you. Then 5 mins later got in front of me in line to buy his drink. SmhAlso, had a tire fixed. Right after I left, I noticed it wasnt at the proper PSI. Put air in, it didnt hold. Had to return next day because there was a leak. Did I mention I use my car for work? Two days lost waiting forever for them to service.Dont go here unless you have tons of time to lose or really love incomplete auto work.

Wasnt a huge fan when Evie came along some women with messed up caked on make up ull see her, shes a rude Bit#* with nothing better to do then be Rude at work was so quick to tell me no, rolled eyes, couldnt even take down my number to call me after repairs to pick up car, if the sales manager,Jeff, didnt come along to save the day and help me out I would have taken my business somewhere else, hands down. Hope Evie loses her job since clearly she doesnt wanna be there or is a good face for the company customer service wise and beauty lol
I came here for oil change after I got an appointment day before, I had to wait very long time for oil change. Not recommended

Thanks for making PEP boys a no fly zone for me and my family. Hopefully you will grow up soon and care more about the place that puts money in your pocket.

So I made a cold call. I’m needing a tie rod, brake and shock Insoection. I tell the tec I’m ready to book appointment as soon as Inspection is done. Service tec says sure. Leave truck here. He says 2hrs. So I decide to wait. 12:30pm ~ 5:30pm. I get a call while I’m still in the waiting room.says sorry can’t get to the Inspection today. I was ready to spend $3000. He says I can leave the car overnight and they can do the Insoection the next day. I am a traveling pipeliner so I rely on places like Pep Boys to get me through in a pinch. This by far is the worst Pep Boys experience I’ve ever expirenced.I should’ve read the reviews. Save your time..... congrats. I will steer clear of Pep boys in the bay thanks to this poor performance. The store Manger should be held responsible. I mean just look at the review... so save your automated response in how you guys care because u don’t! I’ll take my $3k to a reputable mechanic that wants the work.
The store its pretty good. But you can find most of the parts online for a lot cheaper.
They started going up on the price of services they was doing on my car, and they was not able to put my information displays like it was when I came there.

Good staff and good selection of automotive parts and reasonable knowledge of different vehicles. I usually go snow chain shopping and for Armor All.
This guy that help me gave me all the discount that I can get. It doesnt happened all the time but when it does you will save a bunch of money.

Edit:I came back to this store, since 2 of my BOSCH battery died which i got from this store. I thought id never come back here since the last incidence. The guy helped me out was Very, Very Polite and Professional. He insisted to check the battery, and explained the procedure that will go through, and told me it will be about 10 min for each battery. The person did it right away, and was exactly on time to tell me the results for each battery. They were both dead and made an exchange right off the bat.I was in and out with-in 30 min including the battery check for 2 batteries. I didnt get his name but his Cashier # was 416055 from the receipts that I got from the exchange. This tall and bearded man needs a raise. It is very rare to see a person this polite and professional in Hayward California, and said his sorry that the battery I bought from them were both bad (sounded like he really care). Its not even his fault.I added 2 + stars from the review before, because this gentleman was a great staff and he made me feel safe to go back to shop from them again.Thank you sir, for a great customer service.Post from a year ago:So my car got drained battery, and realised it was already almost 4 years old. I ordered a battery online, and paid online for the in-store pickup, and got email right away saying your in store pickup is ready. I took uber since my car was dead. I knew ubering back would take another 10 min for the ride to come. I made reservation for uber, said it will come in 11 min. I thought it was enough time since the guy at pepboys told me he would go get it. waited 10 min, I thought the battery would come any min, so i asked uber guy to wait 3 min for me, i will pay extra tip. waited 5 min, battery never came. I canceled uber paying $2. I waited more than 40min total until the other employee who was so much more helpful helped me out, she actually found the battery in store front. The guy at the back was still looking for my battery, never came back. I would have given 1 star, but the other 2 people who helped me afterward were very nice, Ill give extra star. Horrible experience.
Took my car in at 10am for 2 tires got out of there at 5pm worst place to go for any car repair met a woman there she had a appointment at 11am for oil change and brakes at 530 pm it still was on the rack not even 1/2 done NEVER go there Ill be calling cooperate. No one there wanted to be there even the employees NEVER GO THERE
