I moved from Texas to the Tulsa area. While I was house shopping, I needed a place to put my stuff, so I chose this location. I had 5 climate controlled storage units. I made a couple stops back while staying in the extended stay to retrieve and drop off some things and found that the so called climate control was more like an oven. When I moved out on June 18, it was at least 90 in there. It was better to be outside in the sun loading the truck rather than being inside. To make matters worse, the doors stopped working while I was inside, locking my dad, myself, and a couple ladies inside the building. Both myself and one of the ladies tried to call the front office only to get the automated voice recording. We were to the point we were either going to call the fire department or break the door so we could get out. Luckily my dad found out that the doors had jammed a bit. After talking with one of the staff, it was a known issue for a while. So why not fix it? Personally, I feel as though I was ripped off paying all that money for units that werent really climate controlled and a building that wasnt really working properly. Ive had climate controlled units at a UHaul place in Texas where the temps were between 75 and 78 all the time. And they had a loading dock, and working doors.The only plus is that the staff were nice and friendly, but I really didnt pay to talk with staff. I would have rather had units that were actually bearable to be inside and property that worked. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone looking for a climate controlled building and be aware that there is a potential that you may get locked in. It wasnt worth the money.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! This weekend I rented a van from this location and after driving 45mins to OKC from Tulsa the coolant light came on and the van started smoking a lot. I had to pull over on the side of the turnpike and call roadside assistance. I waited 4 hours in the rain for a solution to get me to my location finally after calling the CEO, whose number is listed online, I finally got to speak to a manager of roadside assistance and they towed the van to OKC. The call center agents were rude and unhelpful. The only person to help was Priscilla the manager at the call center, who got the vehicle towed right away and even offered to get me an uber and a moving company for my troubles. I called David, the GM, who only had excuses at first and was rude to get a refund, he only offered the refund after threatening to call the CEO again. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They dont properly service their vehicles and customer service sucks.

I have tried to contact store for other services and all i get is automated response or sent to the reservation service.....total bs put other contact number not everyone needs a uhaul

I had a trailer hitch installed today. Got to hang around the store a bit (almost a fly on the wall) and hear how they work. EVERYONE WAS SUPER NICE.I do have to give a shout out to Bernie (sp?). She was exceptional in her customer service. Gave insight to people for troubleshooting and other options. She gets an A+from me, and this store has a loyal customer.

I would love to be able to give a minus 5 stars to this U-Haul location...I am quoted a price and they refuse to honor it, and quite frankly they were very unprofessional and downright nasty and rude about it! Tried to give a nickel to them so that I would not receive 98 cents back and they could not even comply with that...GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR MOVING VEHICLE!!!

Thank goodness it was my free month for using U-Haul. This place has mice. I lost many items to mice chewing on them. Tried two different times to talk to the people in the office and both times they treated me like I was just bothering them. They said they have pest control boxes but who knows how old the stuff is. Would not do anything to help us. We had to find another place to rent and told them that and they said there was no other places in town who were as good. This was not true. We went to Public Storage and were treated wonderfully and the place is clean and no mice. Will not use U-Haul again.

This is my go to for any of my U-Haul needs!! They are fast, friendly and always are super helpful. I did have an issue with one rental but that came through and did what needed to be done to make things right. Hands down, best one in this area.

One of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. An employee named Aspen was awesome, she was very helpful and genuinely happy to help customers. She definitely make the hassle of moving a lot less stressful. I will highly recommend this location.

Guys here are awesome!!. I was told to pick up the truck at 3:15 and that is exactly when I got the truck. No drama, no hassle, and the price was super reasonable. Thanks to them I was able to get my bed from Bartlesville and finally have a good nights rest 😊😊😊

I will never use this uhaul again although it is the closest location to me. I have used them on two separate occasions. The first was in July of last year. I needed a 10x10 storage unit. When i went to complete my reservation and get my lock and keys they informed me they no longer had a 10x10 but they were giving me 2 5x5s. They messed up on the billing multiple times so I kept getting free months and that is why I never got too upset. This last week changed all that. I completed my reservation on a Friday. I originally stated I needed a 24 hour accessible unit and AFTER I was done with everything he said, do you need to always be able to access 24 hours or just the day I was moving in? I only needed for the day of move in as I was getting in town around 6:30 pm. I did as he instructed and called to remind them less than one hour before they closed and he said they would leave the door open for me. Much to my surprise, everything was locked. No way for me to move anything in and I was in a work truck that needed to be used for deliveries in town the next morning. I talked to the GM Marvin and he was no help either. His advice to me was to unload the truck I was in and load it into one of their trucks in the parking lot that they have unlocked. Then the next day go unload a second truck into the storage rental. The first time I used them I was in the rental for almost 6 months and because of the multiple errors I only paid for 1.5 months. Twice used...many, many errors from them. Never again

Excellent assortment of moving supplies. Ive rented trucks, pickups, and dollies. Everything was clean and ready at the scheduled time. Staff was always helpful.

Rented a truck that had barely any gas in it 1/8 full when it was suppose to have a quarter tank and requires when I return it to have a quarter tank. So I had to pay for gas I didnt use. After not agreeing to the price because of the gas, they charged me anyway. Stay away from this place.

I always visit here whenever I or friends have need for relocation. Even without booking ahead I got the capacity of vehicle I needed recently. Workers were very cooperative and pleasant.

I called this location directly to schedule to rent a trailer. They said they would put me down for the trailer but it wouldnt be available until 2pm. I told them I needed it earlier and that 2pm wouldnt work. They said someone from the district scheduling office would call me. The scheduling office called and gave me the next size larger trailer for the same price. When I got to Uhaul I was the next person in line, the person in front of me finished and Marvin (general manager) helped the person behind me because he was returning a truck. It took forever then after I left I noticed they had charged the higher price, but they did change it to the lower price when I returned the trailer. It was just a hassle and I think its rude to help someone retuning before the next person in line. If they are going to do that they need a separate line for returns. If he had partially helped that customer before I entered he should have explained that. The trailer worked well for my needs and seemed to pull smoothly.

Awful option for rentals. They put a hold on my card that after 2 weeks is still pending; I paid in full the day of. Oh and good luck getting through to talk to somebody. After a collective 2 hours of hold music, I got through to someone, but she put me on hold again without notice and I was unable to get back through. Find another rental Service and save a headache.

Ive been to many Uhaul facilities and this one is by far the most organized and well run. Ive rented from them a few times now and it has always been a good experience. Do Not go to the one in Broken Arrow on Kenosha though-horrible experience

Rented a uhaul today. Driving from Tulsa to okc. One way rental. They completely screwed up the reservation. When we tried to return the truck in okc, they had the wrong mileage. We rented the truck at 1,400 miles on it and when we returned the truck they said it was supposed to have 50,000 miles on it. None of this makes sense! We have a physical contract that says we are supposed to return the truck with 1/4 gas and we returned it with more than what was required. And now they said we might owe them money for gas because in the system it says its supposed to be 11/16 full. The okc branch is trying to fix it, but here I am 45 mins into it and we are still sitting at the okc branch waiting to return a truck with more gas than we rented it and apparently turned back time on the odometer and we still CANT return the truck...

The customer service representative there she was awesome even tho we had some issues due to uhaul ahe helped us out with a few things.

I called to see if I can rent a Dolly without a debit or credit card. They checked for me and said yes at the call center. Upon arriving at the 51st store. I was told they wont rent me one because I didnt use a credit or debit card to reserve one online even tho they had many dollies available. Wasted a lot of my time and rude!

FAST friendly service. We got caught up in hurricane Harvey and they helped us out no questions asked.
