I had a wonderful experience today at this location! Precious was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with helping me today! She was also pretty funny and made the experience easy peasy! I recommend this location if you wanna get in and out with out the hassle and if you wanna feel more at home!

As an out-of-state renter, I found this location to be reliable and safe. The management is professional and detail-oriented. Any questions I had were handled efficiently, and any issues that arose on their end were taken up with me ASAP and resolved swiftly. I started renting with the previous ownership, before it became Extra Space Storage, and the manager has been a constant asset through the changeover. I cant thank her enough.

Im probably one of the worst customers because Im so busy in my life that I forget to pay my storage unit so they have to call me to get payment every 2 to 3 months. Theyve been amazing at working with me and not auctioning off my stuff. Brenda has been amazing at working with me when I needed a week or 2 extra to pay off past due balances as well.

Since they have taken over ownership (since no notice) they got rid of good employees and theres one that is ok but have one that is very rude and is never in the office, acting like you put her out of she has to come to office for anything even 20 mins after calling number on the door. (Which during biz hours someone should be ready to go to office especially if they put their number on the door and they have a golf cart to take them. Anyway they also have raised late fees and prices and have took possession of units. The last owners were very caring and worked with anyone if they were behind. So no telling how many lost their things. 😔

The storage was clean and the customer service is great. Super friendly and easy to talk to staff. But the price is high, you can easily find the same size for cheaper price. I saved almost $90 for the same size down the road.

Great staff easy to get in and out but big trucks beware and depending on the trailer and your driving skills I would checkout how to get in and out of where your unit is before driving in there.

I can’t say enough good about this business! Robin is freaking awesome and always goes out of her way to help. Actually all the staff does the same. Storage is clean, well lit and I like the location. The price is right for the unit size as well! Would recommend to anyone needing storage.

Debited my dads account for a month due when we were not on ach debit. Then when my dad calls she cant talk to him because he is not on the lease, but she wants to charge his cc without mine or his permission. Thats an unlawful transaction. The unit was not his but his cc was used the first month and I paid the third month on mine. Robin took it upon herself to charge his credit card when I had already called and explained my situation regarding paying and getting the remainder of my belongings. She stated she would turn me over to collections. I told her to do what she had to do. Few days later she illegally charged my dads credit card. Again, it is illegal to debit or charge a credit card without verbal or written consent. Thanks to Discover they have stopped payment being made until further investigation. She now needs to take matters up with me, the lease holder.

This place is awesome. I have basically worked with Robin and let me tell you I couldnt be happier. They are super understanding and will tell you everything very upfront. The place is nice and well kept. I totally recommend coming here

I rented a 10 X 20 storage from Secure Place Storage in September 2015. I have be more than happy with every aspect of my rental. I will continue my rent for quite sometime into the future as it is so easy and convenient for me.Robin and Staff as always treated me great, worth it to me to see a pleasant face when I arrive to visit my storage unit. You will not be disappointed. Most storage units have been update as of late.I urge you to visit and see for yourself if you are in need of a storage unit. Such a wonderful staff, caring and so helpful!! They go above and beyond to help people out. We moved in units when is was so hot and they showed great concern. Wanted to make sure we had water and to know to come cool off in office if we needed. The unit prices were so very reasonable. I would drive for miles to use them if I ever need to use storage again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Ive been a member since 2011, and have had my unit broken into and had to prove it since the security thought I did it myself ... after looking into the issue, I was one of many. I was briefly given a reduction in my monthly fees. Not a good experience all the way around...I live out of state and was picking up some things on my way out which never happened. Communication on the issue was sub par, I had to contact them...Document, take pictures, catalog your items and check the status of your belongings as much as you can...regardless of the facility.

I could not be happier leaving my belongings in storage here. I reserved a unit online a day ahead of time and was able to move in the next day. Robin walked me through the whole process, showed me to the unit, and made me feel very at ease. She was incredible friendly and definitely knew her stuff and showed me that they were there to help and how much they care about keeping my stuff safe.The pricing is the best in town, but you dont have to sacrifice quality or safety. Highly recommend.
