Video Revolution has converted many old family movies (mostly reel-to-reel) so that they can be seen and enjoyed by new generations. And the cost is reasonable! Highly recommended!

High end products, knowledgeable team, great installers! Joel helped me pick out my entertainment system 4 years ago and I could not be happy with it. I did have my first problem this year with my TV. I called the store and Joel had someone at my house the next day. I am very pleased with the work that they did for me. I brought in a small Mini video cassette from a video camera and they transferred the video cassette into a DVD. The dvd played wonderfully and I will use them again as well as refer my friends and family to them.

Honest and Trustworthy ! I wanted to get an exterior TV antenna mounted on my roof so I could cut the cable. Tom came out to the house, took some measurements, looked at the neighbors roof lines, and then he told me not to waste my money on a new antenna. If youre here looking for a hi-fi/surround system, TV installation, etc. these are your guys. But if youre there to just buy a cable or adaptor, be prepared to be treated like dirt. Its obvious that theyre upset because theyre only getting $10 out of you and not $10,000. God forbid I dont need a new surround system or a $25,000 TV. Sorry lads I dont want to take out a second mortgage for a home theatre setup, and sorry I aint made of money. I always without fail come out of this place more frustrated than when I went in, even when I get what I need. I only come here because theyve got parts and connectors hard to find elsewhere on short notice. If you just need a cable, avoid this place if you can get it at Best Buy or Amazon or something. But if you cant wait and cant find it there, theyre worth a shot.

We had a great experience with video revolution! They came to our house for an estimate. They helped us discern what we needed to make our speaker system work then they came and installed it exactly as they had estimated. We are really happy with the end result! Interesting place. Thoroughly loved walking around every corner and seeing something interesting. I was able to find a particular product in their close out room for a great price.Sales person behind the counter was a straight shooter, to the point type of person. So when I was looking for this particular product, it was sad to hear him say it was a dying product w barley no demand for this type of media anymore.Definitely check this place out for stereo & tv needs.

They fixed my Samsung 43 TV and I can honestly say they fixed my TV cheaper than anyone else priced it for! They are very cordial and nice people! Check video revolution when you need repairs on your Television! You wont regret it your decision!!

EXPENSIVE to come out for 2 minutes to see the bar on my 75 Samsung could not be repaired by Video Revolution. I could have taken a picture of the problem and sent it to them if they would have allowed it and spared me $119.00 for less than 2 min visit. Robbery!! Basically, thats all he did was look at the tv and say its not repairable, apologized and left.

Dropped a speaker off for repair (A child in my wife’s class had broken the volume/input selector knob off) I was told 7-10 days to expect a call to see if the issue could be fixed. After 7 days I called for an update, they said they couldn’t access my information. I wait till the ten day mark call again and am treated quite poorly over the phone. So after two weeks of hearing nothing I stop by the store and ask for an update and am told they speaker is non functioning. It was working when I dropped it off so I was concerned. I then had to inform them that the whole reason it was in for repair was because the input selector/volume knob had been broken off. They had no idea how the speaker they were trying to repair worked. That was highly concerning to me. So I took my speaker back and hope they didn’t damage it further than it was.

They worked very hard to help me locate an unique TV cart. Appreciate it!

Beware!!!! If I could rate this place zero I would. What a JOKE! Worst communication ever. They had my home sub woofer for my entertainment center from 01-21-17 to 06-26-17 (thats right almost half a year)..... when I dropped off I was told it would be a few weeks before I got called for an estimate. I was called like they said a few weeks later and I was told it would be $350.00 and couple of weeks before they got parts. I figured it would be end of February before it was done. Months past and never received any type of follow up call. I didnt feel like I had to call I felt that it would be kind of pushy and I wanted it to be fixed right. Months into this ordeal I ran into an employee of theres 2 different times asking about my sub. He said he would check into it for me and both times I was never called. It wasnt until 06-21-17 that I got a phone call letting me know it was ready. I asked what they were going to do for me because I was very dissatisfied The service manager started giving me a speech about how they had issues getting parts (At no time was I notified about this issue) so then I asked to see what kind of discount he would give me and he said $50.00..... that was an insult! At this rate he shouldve just charged me for the parts which were about $100.00.When I went to go pick up the sub I told him I would pay $250.00 and be satisfied or just charge me the $350.00 and I would be on my way. He said he couldnt charge the$250.00 because he had way too much in it already.... that was a stupid mistake! I paid the $350.00 and left. Think what pissed me off the most was that the receipt even shows it was done 05-19-17. WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS Ron!

If you want great after the sale customer service, which you will inevitably need, I would come here over the big box stores in a heartbeat. They actually know what about the products they sale and how to get the best out of the products. I couldnt be happier with video revolution. I will definitely buy all my home audio and video equipment from here!

They have some video connections that are hard to find in Tulsa now that there are no more Radio Shacks. They were very helpful in trying to find the connections I needed. You can probably find less expensive connectors online, but if you need help and dont want to wait, these guys are great. I recommend that you try them out.

Kind of pricey to convert VHS to disk but only place I could find. Also took their time in doing it.

The worst customer service ever. My bad experience with them is not simply a one-time occurrence. They werent just having a bad day. Its in the foundation of their values that they do not value the customer, but only think in terms of profit. These are amateur video guys that consider themselves professionals, but they do not conduct themselves professionally. Ive done business with them for decades because I dont know where else to go for DVD duplication. Unfortunately, they are one of the only games in town when you need tape-to-DVD transfers or DVD duplication. More often than not, it has been an unsatisfactory experience. They take forever. They communicate poorly with the customer. And the customers opinion is not valued. Rather, your opinion is an annoyance to them and they wont think twice about telling you that youre not welcome there should you give them any direct negative feedback on their performance. This is truly a last resort to do with business with Video Revolution.

I cant say enough good things about Video Revolution. We recently moved to a new house and the den was a long way away from where the Internet and cable came in. Now, I have long been a fan of TIVO and their latest technology works off the internet. I have Linksys wireless preferring that over Cox Cable wireless. I contacted VR about running a network drop to the living room. Cole & Marcus came out and got everything working smoothly without having to wire a new network run. I plan to purchase a new TV next week and it will be from VR! Great service.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their products and services, and the installation techs were very professional. They even told the ATT guy that we didnt need half the stuff he was trying to sell us!

I wish I had more money to spend in this place. I only wish they had more computer stuff like laptops and tablets. They have all the networking stuff you need like access points, cables, and routers just not the computers or devices themselves. They do have an 80 Flexible TV there that is about as thick as a sheet of paper! The resident genius in the back talks to you like your actually a person, which is a breath of fresh air, and has helped me solve several seemingly impossible problems just by answering a few questions. You can tell its a tech place. Nothing like Best Buy or Circuit City was.

These guys have a great selection and they know their stuff. Graham was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He was able to explain all of the differences between each of the televisions and help me to understand the pros and cons of each. If your looking for a new high end tv this is the place to get it.

Ended up buying a few extras including a sound bar for our new tv and a clearance sound bar for our old Sony. First time there, looking for a DVD player. The cheapest one they showed me was $69.00. But after I browsed around I found some on a shelf wrapped in tape, that said $29.00. Didnt inquire about them. They did have the flattest L.G.t v.. It was beautiful and beautifully priced at $9,999.

Terrible customer service experience. Called to see about having something very important converted to another video format. I was informed that only one guy does that and he isnt in today. Seems someone else should know how to do this. They offered no real solution to my issue.

Was told the cost to fix my tv would be cheap. Got the estimate to fix it and it was almost as much as what I paid for the tv new. 239 dollars to replace the main boat thats a 40 dollar part...200 for labor? Stay away

Went in there with the intention of buying a Sony Smart TV for a bedroom. I had previously made several purchases from them in the past with no problem. IMHO the sales clerk was so abusive, condescending and sarcastic in the way he talked to me, I listened to all the nonsense he spewed (i.e. needed to buy a $250 piece of furniture from them for the Smart TV to work properly, needed a screen size larger than what was necessary, etc.) and left as fast as I could get out of there. I bought the Sony Smart TV elsewhere. I wont ever set foot in this store again.

The worst customer service!!!I rented a projector screen and as Im leaving in my car a guy(who refused to give me his name) comes out yelling at me saying I broke his screen. So I go back in the store and ask him what is broke. He shows me a piece of plastic that will not screw in because its cracked. When I tell it was that way when I got it he basically calls me a liar. This is no way to treat a customer.

I took an old open reel to reel Sansui to them for repair, they were able to isolate the issue and repairing a timely manner. I expected them to tell me they didnt work on old vintage equipment. I was surprised when they told me that they could repair it. Two weeks later working like new. Fair repair price.

Video Revolution has been in business a long time. I used them years ago for tv repair and video camera repair. I recently took in a CD stereo for repair. This time the service was a tad slower than years back. They may have even forgotten about my item because it wasnt even looked at until I called about it. The store is a good place to compare televisions. They have more models on display than any other store in Tulsa. The prices are competitive. I like the fact that I can have an electronics item fixed at the same place I bought it. I am not comfortable with mailing electronics for repair. One suggestion I have for them is to have a few chairs up front for waiting customers. An elderly lady came in looking like the walk from her vehicle to the store wore her out. With a handful of customers already standing at the desk, if there hadnt been a box there for her to sit on she may have passed out.

This place is kind of a relic that the big box stores killed years ago. However, most big boxes are dead and Video Revolution is still here. They have to repair services, but that is something you do not want. Just buy a new TV. Video Revolution will be happy to sell you one. Major props to this place for recycling my broken tv for free.

Took in my Yamaha amp Id bought in 1981. They fixed everything and it sounds great!

1st, I just wanted to say I really hate to leave a non-positive feedback, but I think its fair and possibly help their management to improve their business.I left my high-end receiver there to get a diagnose & an estimate. After over 30 days, I pretty much got my receiver back with absolutely no information. I had to make at least 2 phone calls every week. Nobody really knew what the status of my unit. I kept getting promised a callback but NEVER once got a callback. Kept getting different names for a person handling my unit. Finally after many calls, they told me the unit has to be sent away for repair, and itd cost $150 for shipping and repair charge will be whatever! Anyhow, I wish they would tell me that they couldnt diagnose my unit after 10 days, so I can get it fixed somewhere else. It was a bit frustrating after over 30 days, and going back to square one again...

These guys are the best! It takes a long time to get the job done, but it will be done right. They took my video projector when nobody else would and ordered parts from China. When I dropped it THE DAY I PICKED IT UP (facepalm) they fixed it again the next day for free! Thats what I call real customer service. They are the real deal, they know their stuff, and they can fix anything! So grateful to have a resource like this in town.
