Needs a good cleaning. Floors are dirty. Trash cans needed to be emptied.

Im giving it a 2 star due to grocery pickup. Normally when I go into Walmart I have no issues, people are for the most part friendly and nice, helpful, and courteous. However, I have nothing but complaints for grocery pickup. Some of the employees are super great, friendly, courteous, even going above and beyond. Today, was NOT that day. I get it’s 100* out, but DO NOT JUST COME OPENING MY VEHICLE DOORS WITHOUT ANNOUNCING YOURSELF FIRST! When I nicely told the chick not to ever do that again, she caught an attitude with me! Seriously?! And on another note, the fact that a lot of times items I need aren’t there, but if I go into the store I can find them. Idk where they find these people, but the few I have run into out there act like they don’t wanna be there, and just toss my groceries around like they are nothing! Ive had bread smashed to the point I can’t even use it, glass jars places where soon as a door opens it falls out, heavy stuff placed on fruit that by the time I get it home is mush…one guy couldn’t get a hang in my van and so he swung it and tossed it, luckily it was just Mac and cheese, but come on! Have some respect and treat my groceries with some kindness! If San Walton knew what was going on he’d roll over in his grave. Get it together Walmart!

My wife and I shop here weekly. Its always clean and very well stocked. We both love it!

Made a delivery order from this store. Delivery driver Noah was nice. None of my frozen items were delivered. Terrible and annoying to deal with to get a refund. Store is always clean and stocked though.

Only use this place to grab quick bulk items and Im out. Dont like the produce and the meat looks funny

Their debit payment system went down while I was there. Why cant they invest in good service for its customers?

My son was given a TV for a gift on Wednesday (it is now Saturday) but we already have several in the house so we literally have no where to put it... I took the TV back to this location unopened with all original stickers on it and was told they couldnt take it back because it was outside of a 30 day window by 2 days... I explained the situation and she said sorry for ya you are 2 days outside of the window!! I didnt even want cash, my son was trying to put it on a gift card so he could buy a tablet instead... he is 7! She said no way! Not happy! They would not be out anything as we would still be buying product from them and they could resell the unopened TV but customer service just said nope!

First time I went here an employee said Welcome to the best Walmart. I laughed then, but understand why she said it and I totally agee now. The staff have all been friendly to me, the store is stocked and organized well, and it is clean. Nothing else I could ask of them.

Well stocked in most areas. Staff is more concerned about their relief clocking in than other issues. No masks required.

I had bad experience I always buy beer there the old lady by self check out (grocery side) denied me to buy beer I had my Id ready she didn’t even check it and called the manager which she said she couldn’t sell me the beer and kicked me out of the store this is not the first time I bought beer there. The managers name is Mia I called corporate they said she shouldn’t have to kick me out she could of handled it differently I think this is a racial thing!!! The person next to me said it to

Ridiculous, that Walmart Bixby cares so little about customer service. They have given me someone elses pick up order and their credit card readers NEVER work. Which my bank tells me is a frequent complaint they get from clients using walmart all over the nation. And the customer service is horrible each of the SIX times this happened. No longer a customer, Reasors & Target now get my money, though sadly Walmart could care less.

Walmarts always been great and its a one stop shop for me so thats always a bonus ... thanks walmart

Best Wal-Mart Ive seen in years!

My son and I came in for a battery issue. It had been a long hot day and we had to jump his truck afterwards in the heat. We brought the battery in, The guys were great and we appreciate all they did to take care of us. Thank you! I will allways shop at this Walmart!!!

Do not attempt to pick up an order from here! I picked up an order through door dash and I waited over an hour to pick up the order. I understand that they are busy as when I pulled into the store there was only one spot left in the pickup area but when you have someone wait for over an hour for an order that was supposed to be picked up over 30 minutes prior to when they arrive that is absurd!

Good experience as usual. Rarely do I leave empty handed. Christmas coming up. Lots of sales going on.

Awesome place with friendly staff! Kurt the assistant manager on staff 2/13 helped us carry our new tv all thru the store and helped us load it because waiting for a cart would take too long during the snow-apocalypse shopping frenzy

Clean, large store. Its Wal-Mart so you know what to expect. Good location easy to get to. Lots of shopping in the area with a few restaurants as well. Looks like they really push the self check out as they have more self check out locations that they do cashier stands. But whatever... I use them so cant complain too much. Store personnel are friendly and havent had a bad experience. The layout is a little different from what im used to but bot hard to figure out. Will shop here regularly.

Traffic flow is bad in and out of the area. Bought a new primo water cooler and it leaked from day one. Walmart let me return it.... It is apparent that the companies covid response was more about control and loss prevention. Forcing manufacturers into exclusivity agreements and driving prices down to unprofitable levels has an endpoint... and it is not good and apparent.

Very clean and well organized Wamart. The associates and management are very friendly and helpful. The store has a very nice garden center.

Idiots blocked off ALL entrances at least five minutes before their posted closing time (11:00 PM/2300 at time of writing). So much for running in for a quick item.

Super good experience had everything i needed

Half dozen inside visits, another half dozen order pickup. They have improved immensely over the last few months. Everything in my oversized ($200+ orders) orders filled, great quality fruits and vegetables picked repeatedly for pickup, friendly employees. The store has been remodeled and looks a thousand times better. The check in process via app is finally seamless and a breeze.

We love Paul and his team! Our car club Oklahoma Performance Fords works with them every year for the Bob Hurley Ford Toy Drive Benefiting Project Reach. We spent over $2200 on toys this past weekend, and Paul made the transaction and overall experience a joy to be part of. Thanks Wal-mart!

Its a shame that they now have to lock up the printer ink cartridges. Its more of a shame that its hard to get some help in the electronics section so that you can get an ink cartridge.

I cant belive they are still trying to push us to wear mask. As a dasher I am required to scan every item now when picking up and dropping off so I will no longer except Walmart orders on my app. I am also looking for another grocery store to shop at and get my prescriptions at because of there policys

The pharmacist there was extremely helpful and kind. Store was clean and employees were helpful.

I tried to reach customer service twice. The first time; the woman who answered spoke so quickly I didn’t even realize she was directing my call to customer service. Each time the phone rang endlessly until finally on the second try, the call went back to the employee who tried to direct my call and she was very rude. Snapping “what is it you’re trying to do”. I told her I was just trying to page my grandmother who was shopping there, her phone was dead. She at least took my name (but didn’t want to take my phone number) to try and deliver the message otherwise I would have only rated 1 star. The customer service here is dry and unwelcoming.

If it was possible I would score - 5 stars on the bakery! Absolute devastation! I ordered a $70.00 2 tier cake for my sons 21st birthday! Whom came in from Kansas and they did nothing asked of them. I was in tears when my husband brought it home to me. There was no time to redo it. Not to mention the order was with 2 week advance and fully paid for! I cried in front of my guests and son, NOT COOL!!! Sad part if was so ugly I refuse to post pics of it!!!

This is one of the nicer Walmarts in Tulsa. In fact, my boyfriend and I drive out of our way from 91st and Riverside just to go to this location - the one near us on Lewis is awful. I will say their restrooms could use a little love! Other than that, decent place to shop.

Employees are so tired of working here. You can tell they dont like working there. Id rather go to WinCo.

Delivery is horrible, other than doordash cancelling orders and walmart telling you to contact doordash and doorsash demanding you contact walmart (this has happened 2 or 3 times) you are almost guaranteed they will not substitute and cancel the one item you made the whole order for without any type of notification until you have your items delivered. Only to go to the store within an hour and find they have shelves full of the item(s) they graciously decided you no longer need. More hassle than its worth. Buyer beware.

This Walmart is one of the nicer Walmart’s in Tulsa. Still have long check out lines and self check out is a pain. The sad part is that you can do self check out faster than going to a cashier. Oh and if a cashier has a yellow vest beware, they have to get a manager to sell alcohol because the yellow vest mean minor.

The only reason we still go to Walmart is because of Carol in electronics. Carol is awesome! We love her. If you need electronics, she is the best!

Money center wont even cash their own money orders.

Watch your receipts they will over charge you. 10 pouch of muffins they charged 19.98 instead of 4.98. When brought up To management they were rude and snarky saying well it is the big box. It takes 2 seconds to look on Walmart.com to verify the correct price.
