Shopping office supply made easy and truly affordable.Staples: one of very few companies which did Not hike their prices during the pandemic and I was able to buy items like face mask and purell hand sanitizer which was impossible to find and most of all purchase for what was the regular price, something that I had to buy on several occasions from other retailers for 10x to 12x higher than what was sold for before pandemic! Staples was the ONLY COMPANY that offered that for the price was sold regularly as before pandemic.Thank you STAPLES.

Anna, thanks for helping me and all the other customers. I watched you deal with an irritated customer with professionalism. I have to brag about how smoothly you handled her chatter with a smile, then came right over to help me with a smile. Youre a special kind of patient and polite person, and you handled the pressure of the issue the store had with printing an emailed file, that wasnt working. You handled everything. I hope they see this and give you a raise. Its so much tension in Tulsa, and people seem to mistreat others for whatever reason. If I had a business, I would definitely hire you to be the manager.

Went to pick up an online order.Was asked literally six (6) times by the same person if we wanted to purchase a $20 3 year protection plan on a computer chair. Was rude when we said no.She showed us the box and part of the chair was literally busting out of the side of the box. We had her go get us a different one.

The employees here are friendly and helpful. They are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. They offer frequent sales on basic items, like paper. For the new year, they have lots of choices for calendar planners and organizers. Many refills to choose from.

The GM of this store was awesome! Without any issues she exchanged my Office Home and Business 2016 after I had scratched off my product key...very professional and earned 100% of my business. Great store!

I have been a customer here for a while but the last couple times I have come in Ive dealt with Michael and he didnt not seem thrilled to be there or to be helping me. I will be back bc it is so close and the other staff are great but will avoid Michael in the future.

Wonderful crew here, everyone is always helpful. We use them for printing business cards and weve had no complaints, theyre always speedy and the cards come out looking great!

Staples is always helpful in obtaining our business supplies. They offer a 1-hour pickup and its always quick and convenient. The employees at the location are always helpful and kind.

I went in to make copies and send a fax and was almost totally lost on how to use the machine. Luckily the gentleman behind the counter was very informative explained it all to me and kind of stood over my shoulder to make sure I got done what I needed to get done. And for that I am totally thankful, thats why I go to Staples when I need something !

Kara, the young man who was there to help me was very patient, listened to me, he clearly knew I was not computer savvy. Took time to explain and assure me that he knew what to do. Excellent service. D.James

Hey this place is pretty cool not gonna lie.

Didnt have our order, didnt show we had even made an order, so I had to pay for company product myself. When i asked for the warranty bought online, they said the warranty available in store covered different items and cost more. Same product, same location. Did have product and carried it to car

Ron was excellent help. Got my game chair ordered and delivered to my house the next day.

Kyle worked very hard to make me happy & have a wonderful visit he made sure that I found a product better than what I went in looking for for the same price cant ask for better than that( thank you Kyle hope to see you on Sunday).

I was going to give them 2 stars because It was really hard to get help. Then I got out side and 1 of my file boxes was broken that an employee brought to me. But when I took it back into the store the lady at register gave me 20 percent off a bigger one and she really saved the trip for me. Employees like this make the difference. I wish I knew her name. But she knows who she is I want to say a Great Big Thanks. You are awesome.

Sales people were, unattentive, uninformed, andunhelpful. The two items I actually wanted to purchase had no price tags.I left the store frustrated.

What a run-around. I tried to get something copied, which had some tiny print in the corner indicating the network address the document was at before it was printed. The copy center manager claimed those small letters were a copyright, and he could not copy it. After driving 4 miles home to a magnifying glass, I saw the letters were NOT a copyright. I asked for a complaint # to call, and got a number that gave me one ad after another... direct TV, T-mobile, etc. Never got a staples customer service person on the phone. what a joke of a business. Id give zero stars if it was an option.

Almost seems to be under new management. Their selection of furniture and electronics is growing. Staff was helpful, prompt, and friendly. Large ink department.

Im only giving a one because Steven was a great help. As for the sales manager, Ron...his sexual comment to my girlfriend should result in termination, and I hope for his sake he doesnt frequent anywhere that I do...

If you need office stuff and cant wait for shipping this store has nice competent workers and a good manager.

The people working here are really rude, mean and unhelpful. I would never come back to this place again. No wonder why all these stores are going out of business.

Exceptional seevice for the most part

It was nice to have office supplies that i needed at the store. however some of the store associates and sometimes one or two managers are quite creepy in analyzing everyday customers,ive seen them many times watch one or two people in button shirts/ polos nicely dressed and just kept poking at them with asking questions like who they were working for, are u an auditor, we notice you shopping around here often... when those customers were just buying stuff, etc. they are not suspicious characters, just dudes that want to get some inks or something...its like to in the associates mind, you are suspicious of some nature because that person wears a button shirt and is just browsing/ shopping for office supplies/inks, if they shop at this location.if they see u with a cell phone, sometimes they give u that wierd look.i find it very disrespectful, interruptive and i wish they would just leave these customers in peace and mind their own business. maybe i shouldnt come to buy office stuff if im wearing a hoodie in fears i might get kicked out of the store by some store assocaite b/c he/she thinks im a gangbanger or something...now maybe i should figure out what i should wear before i go there so i can shop in peace...i dont need staples associates asking me if i need help every 5 minutes!!!!... i cant focus on what i need to shop when i do.
