Called for days. Showed up twice during the hours they stated they were open. No one there. They just work when they want too! Must be nice.

Tried to use the online interface to schedule an appointment and it was clunky, might just be the user but did try more than once. Finally called and scheduled an appointmentI went to the location that was specified in the appointment and on the door was a note that all appointments were being taken at the other location that was about 5 miles away. I called the number on the door and the customer service representative that answered was very nice and tried to resolve the issue and get me an appointment for the next day. Based on the answers I was getting it was obvious that he was online trying to make an appointment and he seemed to have no idea that the store I was at was closed so he must have been in a call center and not local. It was unfortunate since this location was highly recommend by a team member at my phone store to repair my phone.The quote I was given over the phone was vague at best and I had to ask more than once and was told the tech would be able to provide. I just needed to know what it cost for the glass or the entire display, I expected these to be easily known items as it is with other stores.Rather than waiting a third day, break day, next day appointment, new appointment at different location I was able to call another vendor and got the repair completes same day, for less money and the repair was done with best quality.

We made an appointment on monday and when we got to the tulsa store to drop our xbox off the store was closed. Thought maybe it was just an employee emergency or something like that so we called and made another appointment for thursday to drop off. What would you know when we got to the store, it was closed again! This place is definitely out of business and the # you call to schedule appointments isnt even in this state.... huge disappointment.

Great experience! My sons Nintendo switch wasn’t registering an attached controller. They immediately knew what I was talking about over the phone and quoted me a price to fix it. They delivered the repair much faster than the original quoted timeframe using some creative solutions. My 6 year old was ecstatic to have his switch back so quickly. Will go back if I ever need any devices repaired.

I took a phone in for the first time and I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous service. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!!

Incompetent unprofessional and lazy. Im stating facts, and you guys make your own opinion. I called 5 times during 48 hours this guy never answered or pick up a phone. Finally I was shopping in Walmart decided to stop by, because friend of mine highly recommended this place and it was pretty close. He quoted $225 to fix my phone and 2 days to work on it. After thinking a little bit about it I said forget it. I went down the road to MRPHONE the problem was fixed for $65 AND 30 minutes later. The guy who worked at this place before was great and highly recommended new guy is pretty much worthless.

Had my Google Pixel 4xl repaired for the battery. Looked great but realized months later when battery died again and Google deemed they couldnt cover it because there was unseen water exposure....phone hadnt been put back together properly and when I brought it up they just brushed it off saying even IP68 (rated to withstand 30 minutes submerged at multiple feet) waterproof phones are really just water resistant and it only takes a few drops to ruin a phone. Wouldnt do anything. Youll pay a lot but your devices wont be the quality they were before and if something goes wrong youre just outta luck.

I broke my screen, and not just broke, but SHATTERED. I was working on filing an insurance claim and Angela was AMAZING and helped me call my insurance, worked with me to talk with them, but then the insurance wasnt friendly and made the whole thing a DISASTER. I decided not to file with insurance and they took apart my screen and worked to fix it, but some of the phone features were damaged in the break. When I called to get an update, she was amazingly friendly on the phone. I then requested the broke screen to be put back on so I could file with insurance to get a new phone. She did that. When I went to pick it up, I asked a question about how to turn off find my phone so I could send my phone in and she helped me - but NOT in just giving me instructions. She put on the new screen so I could turn it off on the phone, she went ABOVE and BEYOND what she needed to do. Like - I didnt pay anything when walking out - and she still helped me. If I ever need phone/technology help or fixing - I will be coming back. They for sure have my business for life. Angela - wow!!! Shes awesome and REALLY good at her job and customer service! SOOOO impressed!!!

So I need in my phone fixed late on a Saturday and most of the other phone repair shops we’re all about to close. Ubreakifix were able to fit me in at the end of the day price match the phone repair cost and get me up and running in no time. I will definitely be using them again! Called before heading to this store on 41st. I was told they are open and walk-ins are welcome. I get there and the store is closed. I called back the same number and was told the one on 71st is open, and they confirmed I can walk in.I get to the one on 71st and it is closed - multiple UPS sorry we missed you stickers were all over the door. I called back the same number and was then told they do not have any open locations in Tulsa.

My AIO was dead. Dropped it off Saturday, picked it up Tuesday. Dead HD. Was ready for pick up 2 hours after I gave OK.It booted right away. Ive been having fun ever since.These folks are great!

They cant do what they claim. Took my tablet in for a new screen out with the original one and wont hold a charge plus they said I might need a new motherboard. The touch screen worked before going in now it doesnt

I would not even give this place 1 star rating, but I was forced to in order to post this review on my horrible service that I received. I was a loyal customer up until this week. I have been there many times, and also sent many friends to them. I was sent in by my phone carrier service to have a battery replaced. After waiting 4 hours, and no communication from them, they returned my phone back to me with not only the same old battery in it, but the screen was broken by THEM! I was told that they would not replace it. I was told to file a new claim with my insurance and go from there. This is the WORST customer service. If you break it you fix it, Right??? I would not recommend this store to anyone.

My son’s switch was having problems with his game card reader and headphone jack. He told me he went in there even when busy they took the time to learn and understand everyone’s problem. He took his in and once they got a clear understanding of the problem, they started right away. After 2 weeks and 1 day he got it back fixed. I highly recommend this place if you have any electronics need fixing.

Only reason for 1 star is Zero was not an option. Do not us this business. My wife was on phone for 2 hours to get battery replaced on daughters phone. It only took them Seconds to take money for warranty but took 2 hours once we needed their help on legitimate claim. There name should be called “U Bring to Us We Break”...Took daughters phone in to have battery replaced and they broke screen.. Then here is good part.. they told me their policy is for me to make a claim with my phone insurance..So now we are back on phone for who knows how long to get Screen replaced that they broke. Went in with weak battery left with useless phone.... spread the word.. if they will do it to a 9 year old phone they will do to anyone..

I went in expecting a camera replacement. After inspection, they determined the camera just needed to be set back in place and tightened up. So I only had labor charges. Very pleasant surprise and I appreciate the honesty. Definitely recommend uBreakiFix!

Theyve had our item to replace a broken sensor for two months. They initially told us it would be a few weeks. We called a month ago and they said it was being soldered as we speak and would be ready the next day. Another week goes by. Nothing. We call again. This lady said it was in soldering too. I told her the last person said it would be ready the previous week. She said no one would have told me that insinuating I was lying. That was a month ago. Still no call. And I cant just take it and pick it up, because they are charging a $70 ransom fee that I have to pay if I dont have them fix it before they will even give the broken item back. Its THEFT. FRAUD. Its been two months. Two seconds away from calling my attorney.

They didn’t fix our Xbox one. They had it for 2.5 months and it was so covered in dust when we picked it up, that I doubt they even opened it. They charged up labor and parts yet it still doesn’t work. DO NOT USE THEM.They didn’t call once to let us know anything. I had to call them every 2-3 weeks. HORRIBLE

My phone is fixed and seems to be working fine, so thats 2 stars.However, my whole experience was unpleasant.They asked for my password to test the phone before and after repair, which is understandable. But then somehow, theres a bunch of new apps and games that were still open when I got my phone back.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that it was part of the test. I called this morning, talked to the manager, who said she was the only one who touched my phone, and had no idea where the games came from.. so looks like someone else was messing with the phone while it was there.. it is no big deal, but very unprofessional.

They changed the battery in my s8+. Only gripes are they never notified me when it was ready to pick up, and when I got the phone back it was at 16% battery. I thought they might at least charge it up fully before giving it back.

Took my xbox one x in to have it looked at and was told I would receive a call from them about an hour later. I never received a call, I had to make contact with them every single time I have talked to them. I was told yesterday that it would be ready by end of day and it definitely was not. I called this afternoon to figure out what was going on because at this point I am becoming frustrated and was told that the guy yesterday never even put my work order in so the lady I spoke with said she would give me a discount. She informed me that my xbox would be ready for sure today and when I called 5 hours later I was told they arent done. I then was told they would call me at 6:30 with an update and I had to make contact yet again and was told at that time that it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow at noon. This is a job that takes 45 mins tops and I have been done extremely wrong! I am very displeased. Communication is way off. Need better employees for sure horrible service definitely would not recommend

Alex was very helpful.He helped me out with a small discount as well which was kind of him and I was and still am very grateful. It made it all the more easy to be a customer. He also made the experience more personal and friendly since he noticed my interest in anime. He told me about a local convention that one of my only friends told me about as well that they have right here in Tulsa. So, it was.a nice way to pass the time that wasnt really all that long of a wait. I didnt even wait an hour. Granted I was first in line it was still pleasant. Even the customers were kind enough consider I had been waiting outside sitting on the curb 15 minutes before the store actually opened so the whole experience was just really wonderful. I am new to Tulsa so as a first time customer it was worth the time, money, and the experience. Not just every penny. That and the energy I didnt really spend too much time having to wait so it was worth everything. Its not often I say that because many care more about the buck they might spend rather than the experience. If you want an overall quality level experience and service done then the price is worth it. Even if its expensive and it wasnt really all that expensive if you must know. Id say I got exactly what I paid for which I have said about Apple and not many other places. Apple is far more daunting due to how many people and how big the company and the stores are along with the customers that seem just as daunting. Dont get me wrong. I love Apple and its expensive for a reason but not necessarily for friendliness and the quality experience I had here. Apple might have the quality for the hardware and software that is what you pay for but smaller places have far more more kindness and care less about a sale so obviously. Both the employees and the customers are way nicer. It was a really nice experience for me at lease since having a both of those quality experiences makes up for whatever monetary value that could lessen the value on many levels without the level of kindness here. Id come back here for sure. Some places are not worth going back to even if they do a good job and for a good price if its a horrible experience that can lowers the quality not limited to monetary value. Morale boosts and losses effect people and the status quo. I am happy to say as a first time customer that I did not have to spend time worrying or stressing which makes it worth the money spent for what I did not have to deal with. Id come back to a place for the overall value even if it was out of my way for a journey just because it was pleasant the way some places I dread going to and make excuses to not go to where I dont have to worry about that here. Plus its not far from the mall so why not go here and pop over to the mall or get coffee next door? Its convenient and pleasant. Thats why going out of ones way is sometimes better than taking a short cut that one would probably end up having to go out fo their way anyways. Thank you for the brief but memorable experience. That s why I went above and beyond for this and a yelp I will do this for too. I told myself I would whenI had time and now I do. Thanks again for helping me out. This is the least I can do.

I know this place is new and perhaps they dont have all the bugs worked out, so Ill be generous and give them three stars instead of two.My experience: Shopped around for a repair place to fix the cracked screen/back for my phone. Their price was better than some other places I checked, so I took the phone in for repair. When I took the phone in, I wanted to purchase a factory charging cord, but the clerk could not get it to ring up. He told me he couldnt sell that one, and recommended the generic one instead because he did not know what to charge for the factory version (odd). They fixed the phone, did a good job and gave me a modest discount upon my asking.Fast forward one month - I broke the front screen (again) and went into the store again to inquire about a repair. I told the guy I had just spent over $300 at his store for a repair and I am back as a repeat customer. I politely asked if he could give me a deal on a new front screen, and he told me, we work directly with Samsung and cannot offer any discounts. I told him they took $30-$40 (dont remember which) off my last trip there, and he refused again. I thanked him, went to my car and started calling other places. Repair Army answered the phone and immediately told me they would beat UBreaks price by $50. Who wouldnt drive (or walk) across 71st St. for $50?Getting customers in the store is one thing, and it will keep your doors open for a while - retaining customers through repeat business is your bread and butter however, and will keep you open more than a year or two.(Then they will reply and make it seem like they have never worked on your phone - see my receipt in photos)

Fair warning to anyone trying to update their andoids operating system...went into update from Android 7 to 10. I was very specific about that up front and the guy at the desk said sure no problem. There was an app that I could not download as it was not supported on 7, was very specific about that too. Again he said no problem. Once they finally had it updated I look and it still has android 7. Guy says well Samsung wont let us update your model past 7. Ok. By the way, you still have to pay because Samsung still charges us...ok. I get all that, but why did no one call me and tell me that before you moved forward? Why didnt you tell me that upfront? They had no good answer. Morale of the story, make sure they can actually update your OS before you get swindled out of $90 and end up right back at square one.

I was there today getting my iPhone fixed and it was an hour until closing and they fixed the screen on my phone in 40 minutes. They were very nice and my phone is back to life.

Terrible customer service. Untimely. Horrible communication. Rude.I dropped my phone off on a Saturday. The store called a couple of minutes before they closed and left a voicemail. It was too late to respond. They closed their business on Sunday due to weather but did not call or send any notifications to customers. On Monday, my wife called throughout the day and was placed on hold for long periods of time.The lack of communication and overall common courtesy set a negative tone in the first place. Admittedly, I was agitated with the terrible customer service. I went to pick up the phone on Monday evening. They stated that the phone had water damage and they could not provide a warranty for their work.They provided two options of payment to pick up my phone:Option 1: Pay them $50 to get my phone with no work done. A diagnostic fee per se.Option 2: Pay them $119 for them to replace the charging port but they will not warrant their work AND they needed to erase all data from the phone.Neither option was acceptable as I expected to pick up a repaired phone AND retain my data given their inability to provide a warranty. Naturally, I was unhappy with my options and was attempting to provide my perspective. The issue escalated when Angela asked a coworker to get a Tulsa Police Officer and insinuated that I was going to steal my own phone and not pay for the repair. The truth is Angela was demanding I unlock my phone so she could erase the data. When I powered my phone off and refused to allow her to erase the data, it was then that she wanted to get the police involved. There were police officers outside of the business ushering away the homeless when Angela requested the Police. I stepped outside and got the Police to come back inside to hear the dispute. The Police did not take sides and told me that I could take the business to small claims court to resolve the issue if necessary. TPD, nor myself, understood the business model or demands that the phone had to be tested despite not guaranteeing the work.When I escalated the issue to management, nothing changed. When I requested information regarding store ownership, the evening manager refused.At the end of this debacle, they did erase all data from my phone. They did not warranty their work and theyve asked me not to return to the business-an action Id recommend for everyone reading this comment.I cannot recommend uBreakiFix. I will be taking my business to Phone Doctors. The customer service at this location is shameful. If this business fails, it will be because of rude staff like Angela and their overall inability to communicate. Do business here with caution OR do as others have recommended to me and use Phone Doctors.

Absolutely wonderful! My broken screen was repaired as I waited, the staff are so nice, and they took the time to test their work before returning my phone to me. Outstanding.

They replaced the screen on my galaxy s9 plus. I went to them because they are an authorized repair place for samsung. After I got my phone back I had no cell service and they did a factory reset on it. They blamed Verizon, even though I had great service before I gave the phone to them. Im out $270. Now that I know this can happen, I would never waste money fixing a phone.

My speaker on my iPhone wasn’t working and they got it all fix within 45 minutes and they had part in stock. The store down the street wanted to charge me double.

I took my phone to UBREAKIFIX on 71st St. in Tulsa, OK to repair cracked screen. They said it would take 2-3 hrs total but wound up taking over 10.5hrs to repair. I also had to make 2 trips to Tulsa to get my phone repaired (I live about 1hr away). They replaced the screen but would not give me my phone back unless I replaced some camera parts for an additional $150 or they would remove the new screen and put the cracked screen back on. This is the definition of EXTORTION! Totally scammed me for more $. They had no proof that the camera parts were faulty before they cracked it open. I had no issues with the camera prior to taking the phone into replace the screen. They obviously broke the camera parts then put the blame on me, the customer. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

I would not or do not recommend this place, go somewhere else!I called and was told they could fix my phone, but only had had 1 note 10 plus and in order to ensure I get that and get my phone fixed they needed to set a schedule. I set the schedule and went in 4-5 hours later expecting my phone to be fixed. I get there, drove across town, to find my phone was NOT FIXED, and they had given my parts to another person for another phone. They did not call my wife or contact me, just showed up and they were like SORRY, but we gave your parts to someone else.

I was recently here for an iphone repair and they were very helpful and got the job done quickly. My new screen looks great and I will definitely return!

I made an appointment online for the next day to get my phone screen replaced. A nice gentleman called me the evening before the appointment and told me they had the replacement screen in stock and I could bring it in anytime the next day. When I showed up the next day, after a kind of long check in and diagnostic process, I was told they did not have the screen in stock and they would have to order it and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. I said ok and left. The next week they called me and said they needed a deposit to order the replacement screen. At this point, I said I would find another place to fix it and I did find a same day repair for $10 less. Everyone was kind and courteous but it was such a frustrating experience.

I went there to repair my phone, i paid them for it. I asked if the phon would work, they gave me assurance. Yet the phone didn’t work and they didn’t give me any refund which they promised to give if it didn’t work. They were so rude to me. Don’t trust them

Just had my iPhone 6s battery replaced and the guys were super nice. But when they discovered they didn’t have the right battery in stock, they immediately reached out to another store across town. That store had my battery and they hustled over and picked it up. In less than 90 minutes from start to finish, my old iPhone had a new battery. Will definitely go back if I’m in need of tech repairs!So I went back because my old iPhone 6s wasn’t holding a charging cable any more. I thought I needed to get the charge port replaced, but Will asked if he could clean out the port instead. I was skeptical, but Will took out his tech tweezers and pulled out like 15 little clumps of pocket lint in about a minute and guess what? The charge port now holds any and all charging cables! Charges my new battery faster, too. Took less than 5 minutes total and cost me $0.00. These guys get the highest recommendation from me.
