The guy gave me and my fiancé a flat out rate to get my phone fixed and added extra charges. I went in the store to resolve the issue which was no help at all. He talked quickly while bringing up extra tax that didn’t make since to what we talked about on the phone and in the store. I just left because I knew he wouldn’t help with a dispute they were wrong for. So if you want to be charged extra for phone service and hidden fees then go here. I have already taken the action to speak with their higher up.

Just left the Cell Phone Hospital on 31st, these folks are so knowledgeable, helpful, and polite, I highly recommend them.

My phone was beyond repair according to phone doctors on 71st and memorial, but Alex did everything that he possibly could to get my phone working again...and must I say, I am Very pleased with the results!!!! My husband has had a LG G3 for almost two years now. He uses his headphones a lot, and about 6 months ago the headphone jack started getting worn out causing the headphones to cut in and out if pressure wasnt applied to the connector. So he finally stopped in to see how much it cost, and Jeremy said that it was such an easy fix and inexpensive part that he didnt have to worry about charging my husband. I was impressed with their customer service and generosity! Well only be going to these guys in the future if we have anymore problems.

Friendly noligable people great service

Had my iPhone screen repaired here. They had it fixed within 15 minutes and its been working great. However, I got a glass screen protector from them with a lifetime warranty. The screen protector scratches really easily. Ive gotten it replaced several times already due to the lifetime warranty and every time they act like theyve never seen anything like this happen before yet the screen protector continues to scratch easy.My advice, stick to purchasing a screen replacement from them and not accessories.

I was in need of switching over a SIM card to my daughters new phone I ordered off Amazon. After going to our phone provider and being told they couldnt get it to work (also they were going to charge me a $25 activation fee to move the same SIM card from old phone to new). We went into the cell phone hospital and a nice young man helped us and was able to get the phone working. Sweetest thing was he said no charge. I am sorry I did not get your name but you know who you are so thank you very much you made my little girls day getting her new phone to work!

I walked in around 530pm a gentleman helped me figure out if my inlaws phone was fixable or not. He cleaned it out first to see if that was what was wrong. But the charger port actually had to be replaced. It ended up being pretty cheap. He said come back in an hour and it will be ready. When I came back it was fixed. All 3 guys that were there were extremely nice and friendly to not just me but everyone. Also the store was super clean and smelled oddly great. All stores should smell good like that. Lol. In the future if I ever need anything fixed we will definitely come back here. Thanks again for helping me out.
