I am very impressed with the service I received at DriveTime. All the different staff I dealt with were extremely polite and made sure to assist me in all ways possible. Lynn went through all the vehicle options I had selected and even gave me options of vehicles that I had not even considered. He was very patient with me and answered all questions. The staff treated me with the upmost respect and made sure I was happy with my selection. They even called to follow up to ensure that everything was working properly and asked if there were any issues. DriveTime really made my car buying experience stress free. Wouldnt give it 1 if I didnt have to. Went in with my cousin to try and help her find a car. Chad was nice to begin with. But after they got her approval and brought a different car for her to look at, it went south. I check the oil it was below the low line. My aunt asked about if they would do the oil change. He started raising his voice and saying its fine that their service station would have done it if it needed. And then said its a used car. You do understand that its not new right?. I asked if he wanted to look at it. ( you can clearly see when its low). He said no he didnt have to and repeated the part about their service station. We left. Thats ridiculous!!

Was looking to buy a truck from them and went thru the process my credit is in the low 600s but not insane low and they said yeah Im approved for the truck but the down payment was going to be 20,000 dollars for a 28,000$ pickup and to top it off I was gonna be paying 20% interest that just absolutely insane with 20,000 down I could go buy a half ton truck out right and not have to pay payment

Chad was great to deal with. overall it was a good experience until I took Mt Truck home. check engine light came on took it to their shop and Truck needed an engine. Drivetime did put an engine in. only took almost a month. in meantime payments didnt stop. this was my first month of March and April. now it is May and I have had the Truck in the shop for a 3rd time do to starting issues now. I had a good experience and all but the Truck I bought was not gone over or checked out. Do your homework before you buy. take the vehicle to be inspected before you buy. so glad I purchased the warranty.

After 3 days trying to get them the right verification(100 percent disabled vet, not hard at all!) They told me that the car i was trying to buy went up 3000 dollars since yesterday! The price changes everyday they said. Oh and now of course it went from 0 down to 1500 down. Oh and I paid off a car about 4 months ago through this exact company! I hope all veterans, see this. Everyone else too! Need a car, bad credit? Go somewhere else!

Amazing experience!! Came in on a rush with bad credit (384 to be exact) havent been at my job very long, and wanted no co-signer. Lynn sat me down and got all my info in,which was quick and painless!! He was so nice, Crad I believe his name is, the manager was very nice and respectful. We all joked about being divorced lol I was quick with my choice. A 2012 Chevy Cruz... 3 days later the check engine light came on. There was a host of problems. Called them up, they reminded me of my warranty (read the fine print!!) I decided to take advantage of the 5 business day return program they have. Chad helped me this time. Hes my guy!! Very knowledgeable, very respectable guy. Short and too the point, but not so much so you feel like another check. I told him round about what payments I could handle, and the few donts as far as the car goes. By then I only had about 6 choices but my guy knew exactly what I needed!! The longest part in all this was canceling the first car. Didnt even spend 5 hours in that place between both visits. Ill be coming back next time!!

We found what we wanted online and called the dealership. Filled out a simple pre-approval form, was approved. We test drove and loved it. We had to put a little more money down than expected, but it was well worth it. Our interest rate was much lower than other poor credit options were. We have a great warranty and gap insurance. They had us get in the car to check all the lights and features of the car. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them!

Luis was very knowledgeable on all the details of the sale from start to finish. I’m a sales rep myself so I know what to look for and he did an amazing job! The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours which is amazing compared to the last time I went to a dealership and spent my whole day there. When I purchased my vehicle one of the questions I ask was if the vehicle had been in any accidents. Today I learned that DriveTime lied because I had to replace my whole rear bumper assembly after the paint started peeling off and new paint would not adhere because of the poor repair job done before I had bought the vehicle. Definitely will not be going back to a place that lies.

Never buy a car from here. I have had nothing but problems with the car I purchased here. Literally two months after buying this car I started having problems with my engine. My catalytic converter was bad when they sold me the car but of course it was not covered by their warranty that you spend thousands of dollars on. A few moths pass and my engine went COMPLETELY out!!! I spent so much money which caused me to get behind on EVERYTHING. They finally replaced my engine after making me jump through hoops just to get the warranty that I paid for to cover it. Not even a week after I got the engine replaced with a used engine that the warranty place (Silver Rock) bought from a SALVAGE yard my engine light came back on with more issues, but of course they did not care. My engine was just replaced about 6 months ago and now Im having issues with my transmission. I havent had the car a full two years yet and all of these major problems have happened within the first year. Then they state that my warranty wont cover it. I am definitely going to report this business to the Better Business Bureau because I am literally sick of this non sense. Ive kept my maintenance up when it comes to oil changes and car check up and still this lemon gives me more and more problems. If you wont a reliable car for your family like I needed for me and my daughter DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Im so disappointed because I have never had this happen to me. If you do you get a car from here you will have to come out of more money than the car is worth. Please do your research!
