In April 2019 I purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse with 3000 miles on it. In August of the same year(4 mos. later) I had to bring it in for repair of front exhaust pipe and brackets. 6 DAYS LATER my car was loud again so I had to return to have the same problem fixed. That repair has lasted till 9/29/21 where I had to go in for repair OF SAME PROBLEM FOR THE 3RD TIME IN THE 2YRS THAT IVE OWNED THE VEHICLE!! UNACCEPTABLE! Something is wrong...either with the repair, parts used or design flaw with the truck. I was told the parts had a 2yr warranty and I was 3 months outside that window SO NOW THE THOUSAND DOLLAR REPAIR IS ON ME and noone can tell me why this is happening or what I can have done to fix it. Is this what Im going to have to look forward to moving forward...fixing same issue repeatedly spending about $1000 every year or so?? Absolutely No Way!! Ive decided next time this happens Im getting rid of this vehicle and not giving Chevrolet 66 any more of my business DEFINITELY wont get another chevrolet. Id LOVE to speak with one of your representatives especially if they can do something to help a concerned customer, Sincerely Ronda Shaw.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!! TRUST ME...This is the worst dealership Ive ever been to. Dont, I repeat DO NOT get your car serviced here. For the past year I brought my Chevy here to get fixed and they cant seem to find the problem, Ive paid over $3,000 in one month to fix the issue and here I am a year later with the same problem. Do not go to Don, hes a con artist just like this dealership. He will sell you everything and anything he can. The issue got fixed which is my coolant, I drive it up the road 5 miles and the light came back on. (This had happened two times) So I take it back, Don and his manager Wayne have the audacity to tell me theyd be happy to look at it I just have to pay the diagnostic fee.. It was really funny how Don seemed to already know what the issue was with my car saying that its a sensor!?? Like I said this dealership is a scam.Side note: Ive had 3 other family members since after I brought my vehicle here complain about their service department. Wish I went somewhere else from the start.

As everyone knows, new inventory can be difficult to come by lately; Dealerships across the country are either completely bare, or have but a select few of vehicles. As such, in my shopping experience - A lot of of that scarce inventory has been inflated well-above MSRP.I can honestly say that Jim Norton T-Town Chevrolet is NOT one of those dealers. In fact, they couldnt be any more fair on their pricing or professional in their demeanor.Prior to shopping Jim Norton, I had requested a pre-approval from my credit union. When that was granted, I reached out to the dealership and worked with Dylan!Right out of the gate, he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and motivated to make a deal. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication with my lender and the pre-approval I had was a little short of the agreed upon price. I have electric windows and my back seat window would not stay up so I brought my vehicle in to have the window repaired. They charged me a diagnosis charge which I understand. However they also charged me the full price to pull off the door facing and then make the repair which they obviously had to do to diagnose the problem. When I questioned them I was told they had to hook up meters and run through electrical diagnosis and the repair was another job. That made no sense since it was obviously a mechanical problem. It was clear they were not going to reduce my bill. Next time I will definitely be more careful and ask a lot more questions.

Went in for oil change with coupon and change wipers while youre at it. snow tore mine up. charged me the 29.99 for the oil and 39.14 APIECE for the wiper blades! 78.28 for 2 blades! refused to put my old ones back on. Overall a good experience. Extended warranty and GAP insurance a little more costly than what I researched but still not a bad deal. We went in with a pre-approval and knew the vehicle we wanted. Told them repeatedly not to run our credit anywhere other than the pre-approved lender. But they did anyhow. Were just hoping it wasnt multiple places.gotvtge first letter this morning. Well see if anymore show up. The salesman Dylan was very nice and helpful not a pushy sales person at all.Spoke with management after review and they ensure there was only one other inquiry into my credit. Went for full oil service tire rotation was charged for the hole service only got oil change, the didnt even reset my dash or rotated my tires, but they always have an excuse that they dont have technicians that do oil changes thats y they dont do the hole service, they should let the customer know before getting there car service. I paid for full service not partial

I went with my son to pick out a vehicle. He had saved up enough money for a good down payment, and though he has been working on repairing his credit with an advisor, he still had a low credit score. He had parameters on his price range, mileage and so on given by his advisor, and we expected a fairly high interest rate. Other places either tried to work him into a deal outside those parameters, deals he could not afford, or pretty much said if any of their lenders approved him, we would have to take whatever vehicle they offered, and showed us vehicles to drive that needed repairs, as well as large discrepancies in mileage between the odometer and carfax.Walking up the steps at T-Town Chevy we met salesman Ricky Cortez. He not only listened to what my son was looking for, he presented options without going outside of the price range, and when things got to a point where he needed help to make it happen, he went and got his manager, David Pepe. Between the two of them they did not stop working with us. They found not only a car my son liked, a 2019 car with only 37,000 miles on it, they bent over backwards working on a deal with us that fit well into what was best for my son financially as well as within the economic parameters needed! This is the first time I feel that my son had walked into a dealership and been treated fairly! A couple days later we found some very small cracks on the windshield we had not noticed before. I gave David a call, and he again worked with us to get it fixed.All in all, I feel we were treated with a courtesy and respect other dealerships could learn from! Winter weather mishap and I unfortunately had to give these guys a visit. Don was at the door waiting for me. 19 days later and Don and his team has me back on the road. Delay due to insurance and Don handled that the whole way and even helped me get more than I expected from my insurance company. I am not one to usually leave long reviews but I had to on this one. 5 stars are not enough for Don or T-Town Chevy at all.

I called about a truck that was on the website. I was told they still had it. Salesman “When can you come in?” I said 45 min drive and i will be there. Upon arriving at ttown chevy. I was instantly told they in fact sold the truck a couple days ago but would gladly sell me a truck that was 20k over the cost of the one i was there to look at. If they start with lies and deceptions i will spend my money elswhere. I expected alot more from a Jim Norton owned facility as I have purchased multiple cars/trucks from the other Jim Norton owned dealerships in the Tulsa area.
