Books, everywhere, I love! And Ghibli!!

An excellent bookstore and so much more! Also they have a Starbucks inside as well. So you can sit for a coffee or smoothie and read a nice book.

What a wonderful bookstore they ordered a book for me that I couldnt get at the Tulsa Library and it will be delivered right to my front door how about that for excellent customer service it just cannot be beat. Chow O.G.OUT

Always clean and packed with every book you can imagine! Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Their rewards program is amazing, too.

Took grandsons here. One especially like the fact it was like a library except you could buy books and get a cold drink too!

Barnes & Noble still has a great selection of stuff that you cant usually find in other book stores. I found all types of Japanime items, puzzles, and just unique items. I hope they stay open here for a long time

Hate to give them that because they are one of the few bookstores still open but did not have the first issue of My Hero Acidemia. Had every other issue but not the first. Cant start reading the series without the first issue. I dont want to buy the second and not know how it starts and what if I didnt like the first? No point in having it in my limited storage space. I really wasnt looking for anything else and didnt want to order it. If I wanted to order it I wouldnt have stopped at the store. I would have just ordered it myself.

Store is nice. Their bathrooms though are very very gross. Felt like I was at a random gas station off the freeway 🤢

Scott P was horrible. I bought 2 Pokemon products, and he just rung them up without asking me if I had a membership. I told him before I paid that I had a membership and he then proceeded to lie to me and said that the membership no longer works on collectible cards. I had told him again that I had a membership and he still refused any possibilities of entering in my number. He then proceeded to lie to me again and said that even store employees had to pay full retail on card products.Only reason this rating is as high as it is, is because Janie helped me out and sorted rhe problem with no issues. This store is generally really good, as I come here all the time, but its people like Scott who are just horrible, giving false information to customers and members.Thanks again Janie!!

Worst Barnes and Noble ever! We went in there about 6 months ago and they were so rude it was about 30 minutes to closing and they were like we are closing sorry. With 30 minutes left! So last night my husband wants to go back in so my daughter and I go to Old Navy to do a little shopping. It’s 10 til 9 and we go into Barnes and Noble to get my husband and the lady at the door says we are closing do you need something. I said my husband is in here and she says well we are closing in 10 minutes sorry. ARE YOU KIDDING??? I’ve worked retail before let yourself customers shop little did she know I needed a few books and planned on getting my kids some new books as well, she easily lost out on a $200-300 sale.

Staff is always helpful & friendly, plus its a bookstore & bookstores are always magical & smell like heaven.♡

Wonderful selection of any book you can imagine! Wanted a cookbook and there was an amazing selection!

The employees are friendly and will help you find what youre looking for. But theres no sense of urgency, for example theres a long line when I was checking out and there was only one employee at a register, while I could see three groups of two or more employees just standing around talking. Another thing that some what frustrated me is the fact that Barns and Noble refuses to match prices, even their own online prices. This wouldnt be an issue if they were somewhat close to being competitively priced. If you know exactly what your looking for, save your money and time and buy it online, or shop at a store that will price match.

I mostly go into Barnes & Noble to window shop, so I rarely purchase items. However, Barnes & Noble had a product that Ive been wanting to purchase, and the checkout process went very well.

I really like this location. Can be here for hours. A lot of variety. I’m sure there’s something for everyone. The kids section is set up in a cute and friendly way. It’s a bonus that there’s a Starbucks in here and right there near AMC theaters.

We enjoy Barnes and Nobles cafe. We do a lot of looking a as and typically buy something. The cafe is scaled back fir Covid, but still relaxing and pleasant. The bathrooms are horrific. No paper towels and just plain gross. The bathrooms need gutted and redone. But a good cleaning several times a day would certainly be a big improvement. I’m sure there’s more to be caught in that bathroom than any worries about Covid.

I love the trending section! So many cool board games and collectibles. We buy give or six things every time we walk in for a coffee. This location is a nice one. Would definitely suggest others visit this location.

Dude in the Starbucks here working magic. Drink tasted better than other bucks and it’s the same thing i always get.

Only place I go to pick up the reading material I need. 100% recommend for any and all readers.

Whats not to love. I get inspired to fill every nook of my brain with something new when Im there. Oh and the coffee bar and the customer service is a plus too.

I don’t think the bathrooms have been cleaned since before Covid and as I looked around, that seemed to apply across the board. How hard is it to just maybe get a cleaning crew in for a day? The one thing your store provides is a place where people can go to feel comfortable instead of buying online and I left not wanting to come back.

A haven. Quiet, clean, a zillion books, Starbucks, nice employees. Perfect.

Never been before its really quite inside my kids are loud lol. Starbucks didnt accept my gift card there but it had toys we had to buy atleast a couple lol

This Barnes and Noble itself is fantastic, but the Starbucks inside it is deplorable. The cashier at Barnes and Noble gave us a coupon for Starbucks. Starbucks then told us that they do not accept the coupon. On top of that, although this is a licensed Starbucks facility, they do not accept Starbucks cards. Its money. Why does it matter? The coupon came from this very building, why wont you accept it?

It was a good experience but the bathrooms were so incredibly dirty it was disgusting. Overall I still liked my visit there.

I have always really liked this Barnes and Noble. It is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Too big by half. Despite being able to find nearly any book, game, magazine or music Im interested in, the place is dauntingly crowded with so many choices that I become nearly dizzy. I do like the cafe with its groups of game players, couples bent over a shared article, individuals enjoying expertly brewed and finely served coffee. I also like the ubiquitous staffer pausing to ask whether I need help finding anything and the central information desk where those few obscure titles not in stock, like Hagels Encyclopedia of the Philosophical Sciences or Stieglitzs Camera Work, can be ordered for delivery next week.Still I prefer the smaller intimate book shop around the corner where I can chat with moonlighting librarians between fetching my emails.

Bought my boyfriend a purrito for his birthday. It was this cute burrito wrapping around a cat plushy. He loved it. I also bought a recycled paper journal set. I picked a new science fiction novel to read while the pandemic keeps us home so I can get off my phone. Everyone was wearing masks and the staff were helpful.

Very helpful staff. The organization seems a tad everywhere. Same book in 2 different locations. Definitely ask for help looking. Reasonably priced. Definitely accomidating for the epidemic.

Awesome board games at decent prices

Booksellers are always able to guide you if you need help. They will even order books for you if they arent in stock. Barnes and Noble has the best selection of magazines anywhere around. Their childrens section is extensive as well. The store and the coffee shop are always neat, clean and orderly.

Every time I go in there I feel hipster and vegetarian eyes staring at me like I shouldnt be there.

I love book stores. I have a serious issue with buying books. I want one of each. But I dont just go here to help nurture my book addiction. Oh, no. I buy games and gaming accessories. I spend hours looking a memorabilia. Last time I went I left with a T-shirt, some Funko Pops, some mystery collectable things, and a Chia Frappe from the Starbucks inside the store. I have been to other Barnes and Nobles but this one is my favorite. I think its the associates. I was helped by Raven and he was awesome. I will definitely be back.

They had exactly what I was looking for, plus they have a pretty good sized cd section to browse through I know everyone is going to mp3 now but I still like cds. Lol

The workers were very nice and helpful. I went here for kpop albums and was surprised they had more than I expect and even BT21 things as well. It was less crowded than the other store in town, as well, and easier to find things in. This has become my favorite B&N now.

My fav book store. People who work there help you find the book you are looking for. The store has so many book collection and a cafe. Its amazing!

Books. Need I say more? They did rearrange their layout so things are a little more difficult to find, but not impossible. Clean, organized, great place to find all of your wanted books in one place.

Its a bookstore, certainly not anything intimidating, but still.... its nice to acknowledge the customer. I miss the hell out of Borders.

The cutest big book store. So many wonderful books and things to choose from, everyone is kind and welcoming, I literally want to buy every single book. They also have a coffee bar which is nice for those who prefer it.

Nice relaxing place for a coffee and some books. I have such fond memories here. Its the first place I ever went with my wife. Good place to find some graphic novels and magazines as well as lots of other things. Love it! ♡

Their website said this store had two particular items currently in stock. Drive all the way over there, spend 30 minutes looking for either item and nothing but found same brand but not the right color. I asked a clerk who looks the items up. She says we dont carry that brand... Hmm, I am holding an item with that brand name in my hand, lady. Then she says they dont carry the ones I am seeking. Yet your website says they are literally in stock right now. Ill stick with Books A Million from now on, thank you...

The smell of new books and coffee. Gotta love it. Theyve always been good to me. I love walking through and finding new stuff. Just found a first edition Hellsing Manga on the shelf last time.

Its great for a chain bookstore. Lots of kids science kits and we were looking for that specifically.

This is my FAVORITE store. They always are stocked with the best books available. Their kid section is adorable and it is very family friendly. I visit as often as I can wherever I live. I could spend hours and hours browsing the books and sipping coffee from starbucks. To me, it will always remain my favorite place.

I liked it so much I became a Member! Now I can look down over my magnificent spectacles on all the not-members! This place is the real deal. All the stuff youve heard about bookstores is false yet true when you come here! Are there books? Yes! Are there employees to help find books? Yes, very much so! Are they out to get as much money from you? Yes, definitely! I will be coming back with Member card in hand ready to wheel and deal my dealmaking ability!

So I went up to a center island to find out if they carried a certain book I was looking for. The employee there starts going through her computer, and after a minute, an attractive young woman dressed in black walks up and hands me the book. You definitely dont get that on Amazon.

I love browsing book stores. If my teachers back in school could only see me sitting quietly reading a book (heehee). In love Barnes & Nobles ambiance. A little coffee and a good book. Life is good. ☺
