Two office lady’s refused to give me their names also very Inconsiderate and rude! Do not recommend going here very un professional!!!
Testing centers are fine, typically nice staff but their customer support Is horrendous. Every call will have you on hold for minimum of 25 mins and 75% of the time you will be waiting just for them to hang up on you. Hold prompt also says to email them and you will hear back in 24 which is not true.
Minimum competency tests administrated by zero competency proctors.
Today is my 3rd time calling to ask a question. Day one I was on hold for 26 minutes and hung up, day 2 I was on hold for 58 minutes and a prerecording told me they had closed for the day because it was 5 pm. This am I called back and have been on hold for 34 minutes since 8 am. The same prerecording just told me they were unable to provide services due to heavy call volume. You’d think they’d have an option for a call back at minimum so you don’t have to wait 30-60 minutes to be told you can’t be helped. Or even voicemail. Who has an hour of their day to waste on a phone call during business hours?
Set an appointment for 8:30 to take my test I get there at 8:00 a.m. and the doors are locked and I waited till 9:30 and could not enter the building so I was unable to take my test
Its a testing center for professional certifications & whatnot. Definitely shouldnt be able to cheat in there.
It is just what it is. The ladies who looked after the place were very nice.
Shame I failed the test. Should give you the first retake free or at a reduced price. Staff were helpful in answering questions.

I signed into my online accout to purchase an Exam, schedule a date to test but I was unable to complete the transaction so I called the 800 number and I kept calling the 800 number for 3 hrs staight with the hopes of rectifying the problem. The CSR service is beyond disapointing and the State should switch to a different Test Service Provider or at least allow fair competition. This might help to improve the level of CSR..The Company charges plenty of money for its services and it customers shouldnt have to try this hard to pay for the service.. or lack of service.Oh lets no forget that fact that the phone number listed for the local testing center is answered by what sounds like a fax machine.
