When doing business with Morrison make sure you are a male customer, as he treated me with the utmost disrespect, cursing at me while I simply tried inquiring why what he said would take 2 days ended up being 3 weeks to do a simple task. Upon completion he would not even meet with me to show/explain the actual work he presumably completed. He made me PRE PAY the $1200 in CASH because he was having financial issues! Who does that?!?This is a business that claims “ with a smile” apparently my business was not worthy of such disclaimer. I would not RECOMMEND anyone doing business with this individual

Jim at Morrison Automotive fixed an issue with my truck that four other ships I called were not even willing to look at. He fixed the problem withing an hour and had me in my way at half the price I had estimated it would take. He is truly an honest and very talented repairman and reccomend this shop for any automotive need you have.

I have only great things to say about Jim Morrison. I have told everyone I know about my experience. My husband and I were traveling through Tulsa on our way back to our Winter retreat in Yuma. My husband had to return home to Ohio to have his pacemaker replaced. We developed car trouble in Missouri, a mechanic there fixed the problem. We made it to Tulsa but when we tried to leave in the morning fuel was pouring out of our engine when we started the vehicle. We ended up at Morrison Automotive repair and although Jim had a shop full of vehicles there needing repairs he worked all day, out in the Winter storm of 1/21/20 to help a stranded motorist. When he was done the charges were less than the previous mechanic who really caused the fuel leak. I am thankful that God put me in front of this talented mechanic. I am thankful the fuel leak did not occur while we were driving in the storm the night previous. Jim is looking for a good mechanic to help him, I pray he finds several great ones like himself and that his business grows by leaps and bounds. Thank you for your service Jim.
