Eric did a great job of making me feel comfortable with what tires to choose. Then was able to order them in quickly. I was a little disappointed at checkout that the ticket was incorrect and did not reflect the buy 3 get 1 for $1 tires which took extra time. It also did not reflect the price that was quoted to me in the text sent for the no charge for the wipers which also had to be corrected. So we were there working on getting checked out for 20 minutes or more due to the ticket being wrong. I was pleased that they fixed it but we were in a hurry and that seemed like something that we should not have had to ask for.
This was my first visit to a Nissan in the Tulsa area and it was exceptional! Im from a small town and an used to that level of care. Jackie Cooper Nissan definitely holds onto that and more! We will definitely be back!
Great salesmen. Very friendly and they take care of your every need! This is the 2020 Nissan Kicks SR. I absolutely love it! Its got 4 great cameras, 4 sensors, driver assist settings, lots of storage in back plus the seats fold down completely. Bose speakers in driver headrest. It has good ground clearance and fun to drive. Very safe little SUV but feels like a sedan.

I truly thank Michael for this because I went there with the intentions of looking at a specific 2016 Rogue. When I saw it, I was not excited at all! I bought my 2021 Nissan Rogue in April this year. JC was awesome, super helpful, made sure I had everything I wanted. Paper work was even so much quicker than I thought it’d be. In July I made an appt for my first oil change (I drive a lot of miles). I was a little nervous from my previous experience with a Chevy dealership. My service advisor, Logan, was so nice and they had it done within 45 minutes. I even got a text message while waiting about real time updates. Love the experiences I’ve had here, I will be back!

Loved this dealership, but they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car to fix it while it was under warranty.. After the warranty expired I get a engine light and suddenly they can tell me the Transmission needs to be replaced! (Could have told you this while it was under warranty! Oh wait I did. ) but wont do anything to help the issue as its now out of warranty. Well I guess Im never shopping Nissan again. Nissan Corp - Sorry so sad.. Jackie Cooper Nissan - Sorry So sad. But they told the corp I was a Good Customer yeah because I try and keep my car running, so I brought her into the dealership. Im kind of bummed they want to burn this bridge.My Recommendation Go buy a Toyota and avoid a Nissan, its apparently only filled with heart ache.

Partly recall to replace a small part but the coupon they sent for oil change and service check was not only a bargain but done immediately after the replacement part. Thorough, explained everything and told me the wear on the brake pads needed to be watched!!! I recommend them.

I bought a 2019 Nissan Maxima Platinum. The salesman told me that they do a very thorough service on every vehicle they have and they replace any parts that need replaced. I have one non-heated mirror, sloppy steering, a/c driver seat doesn’t work, and I’m sure I’ll find more. Last time I’ll do business at Jackie Cooper.

They always check out my car completely and then let me know of anything needed and what needs to be done in the near future. They take care of any recall items that are needed also. Our car would not start; it is a Nissan Leaf (electric). Brought it in, and the recharged the small battery and fixed it. They also fixed a flat / leaky tire we had all at NO CHARGE. Plus they washed our car. Really happy with Jackie Cooper Nissan!

I also worked with the manager Eric, who knew that I would probably want to wait for the more premium package to come into stock, based on knowing me for 5 minutes. Went in for oil change, transmission service and brake pads. Got an odd text about the status of my vehicle and started looking for my service advisor, but they checked me out without doing the brakes, so had to take to a different place. I had to remind them about the oil change price advertised, but they said you have to mention it up front. I think the people are very nice, but very disorganized.
I was welcomed by a gentleman who was very kind. I had my two toddlers with me. He showed me to the waiting area where there was snacks and water provided and even a small play area while we waited for an oil change. They got it done so quick, the kids played a bit and had a snack and then it was time to go. Definitely will return for future services.
Jacob the mechanic that worked on my Z that required lots of attention was very knowledgeable and gave me the time I needed to come up with different solutions. The only thing that would have made it above my expectations would that someone would have been more attentive to detail and realized that my car had no hood and could have stowed it in shop or covered the engine bay. Other than that no complaints Shane and Jacob did well, more communication would have been preferred but I’m sure the more I come back the better that line of communication will be. (Also would like to note) that Shane did his best to work with me and tried to understand the shop lingo that Jacob and I were using to help keep records and communication as free and organized as possible both in my opinion did very well respectively.

My wifes Rogue was informing her that her left rear tire was low. The tire pressure sensor was showing 15 and the others were at 34. We called Nissan Service at Jackie Coopers an immediately we were transferred to William. He listened and suggested bringing the vehicle in as soon as possible. Upon arrival my wife said everyone was very friendly and helpful. William got the vehicle in right away.During my wifes visit she couldnt help but notice one particular service advisor going above and beyond with the customers...Her name she believes was Melissa Rivera. Not only did she work well with the customers but also with her staff. My wife said they need to move her up to the sales floor or better yet we need to be talking to her for our business....Within 30 minutes my wifes vehicle was diagnosed and back on the road. Come to find out the Rogue had a small nail in the sidewall. I had the honour and privilege of working with Jordan petrowski. Unfortunately I had totaled my moms car out so she had to get a new car. I was given a time of 3:00 for an appointment for a factory recall installation. I arrived at 3:00 only to be told that they would have to order the part and I would have to return to have it installed. I came back the next morning about 7:45 a different service person told me that the repair would take about 3 hours and that they would give me a ride home (which I appreciated), and they would call me when it was ready. I got that call about 1:00-1:30 that day. I didnt understand 1) why if I had an appointment, they wouldnt have the part on hand, 2) why make an appointment for a 3 hr. repair at the end of the day when everyone would be getting ready to go home. I felt like the appointment process was a waste of time. Lastly, was the free auto appraisal I got and follow up emails after I told the first inquirer I wasnt interested.
A few years ago, my parents bought me a car from another dealership and it was the worst experience for us. I went to have my CVT reprogram and fuel pump recalls done and while they were there they removed my backseats to my vehicle and left my car disaster they did not detail my vehicle when I went there my car was clean when I left and my car was a disaster.

Just like every visit weve had there, the staff was amazing. Friendly, courteous, and considerate of our time. We scheduled through the 800 number for Nissan service and had to set up two appointments. One was for oil and detailing and the other was for two recalls. When we arrived Blaine Baird greeted us and told us he could get it all done with one visit. He explained each recall process and the time it took. He wanted to make sure that not getting the car back the same day or even the next morning was not a problem. We assured him that that was fine, and that was that. Picked up the car the next day with everything complete, and the car looking brand new. I cannot say enough about the detailing crew you have. Best in town! Thats where I take my Honda Pilot to be detailed. Thank you Blaine and the detailing folks for making us feel valued and doing an amazing job.

I got an oil change done this past saturday morning, went to work after, came home later that same day and my car started smoking, one of there workers in the service department forgot to put my oil cap back on, when i tried to escalate the problem they offered me a loaner to have while they fix my car so i wouldnt miss work, then last minute told me because im under 21 it wouldnt be possible, so i found a ride to work they FiXeD my car, brought it to my job, but didnt notify me what was done nor did they feel the need to inform the transporter with anything, no papers to give me or nothing, tried reaching out for answers and all i got was sir the managers arent available can i take a name and number serveral times. Id rather snort a line of coke with perks before going back there or to recommend that place to any one at that, good luck! Ps. OKC nissan dealers are way better then tulsa and broken arrow, they have a little work to do on themselves!

They’re always friendly. This was my first service for oil change. They were fast, communicative and friendly. My car was vacuumed except not under the rugs haha. I found that a tad funny. Maybe I’ll take the rugs out next time ha. So they can at least get the floorboards! But the rugs were as clean as when I bought the car-impressive!I loved and was surprised that it came with a car wash! I’d say exceeded if my floors around the rug had been vacuumed too but still absolutely overall great customer service in service sept. Same when I bought the car the salesman was wonderful. Best buying experience I ever had and this was a very good service experience!

My friend and I were so disappointed with our experience atJackie Nissan. They Don’t have any respect for their promise and customers. We went there last week. We offered 27k for the 29k car and the sales rep said agreed they can have some discount and maybe meet in the middle(28k). Then he went to floor manager -I believe his name is Jordan- Once Jordan sees us he was so risen and told us they dont do any discount. We said ok and left the dealer. The next day sales guy called us again and said they can do something. So we went again, floor manager told us they sell the cars with listed price so no discount. We drove 25 minutes to got there and same response, no discount they sell the car with the listed price.that’s ok to have no discount but why did you call us again and said you can do something. And why are you so tense and rude. Chill up.

I bought a new car and from this dealership because of Nissans warranty. I now have 4K miles and it’s acting up. I was told it would be over two weeks before it could be looked at and that the service manager would give me a call since I was mot happy with the length of time. A warranty isn’t good if you can’t use it. Well it’s been over 72 hours and no call.They seem to want to sell the cars but their follow through after you buy one is horrible!Go somewhere else!!!!!

I dropped my car off for a recall and oil change.. I wasnt told that the recall would take 4 1/2 hours until I dropped car off at 8am.. My car was at dealership the whole day and only when I called at 330 was I informed that the car was taken apart before it was realized the wrong part was ordered. I was without my car all day and will have to take it back. The dealership is not the closest Nissan dealership near me, but I have chosen to continue to take my car to Jackie Cooper

I am so upset I heard great reviews about this place brought my car in to have the tire light looked at 0700 I missed the called 5 mins I called back and never received a call back 1 hr towards closing I decided to go to the dealer since no one was returning my call when I arrived there was nothing done w my vehicle it has just been sitting there for 10 hrs the part needed had to be ordered it would be been nice if that was said on the voicemail if no one was going to return my call I am upset spoke to the manager did not diffuse the situation rather I was given multiple excuses this is another level of unprofessionalism.
