I have used this place for years. There is a new guy in charge now and the service is poor at best. Went in for an oil change and he told me I had all kinds of problems so I made an appointment to take it back in for brakes on the front and to be analyzed. Never heard a word from them all day after dropping it off. Went in late in the dayand he said they never had a chance to pull it in. No excuse other than this. I asked for my keys back and he handed them to me with no explanation or apology. I’m mad!! Never going back. Not ever.

I came in and got 4 brand new tires, Chris was very nice and answered all my questions and I was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend.

Drop car off for front alignment 5 hrs later car havent got started knowing they said it will be done after I got off work. Then got rude and said they will be done before they close.

It was a good experience from start to finish. I first spoke with Jay at the store on 51st street. He was very helpful and he helped me figure out what I wanted and needed. He ordered them, and called me and set me up with a appointment at the store at 129th street. Trent and the associate there were most polite and most helpful. My pickup looks great. Im totally satisfied with the entire transaction. To cap it off, today I received a text message from Jay thanking me for my business and telling me that if you need anything, Im just a phone call away. I LOVE service like that. Like what they did to my truck

Took my car in because it was overheating. When they called me and when I picked it up they told me they replaced the fan but it was not listed on the itemized receipt but they charged me $50 for diagnostics and about $15 for coolant. It was still overheating so I called a few days later about it and they told me to bring it in but couldnt tell me if they put a fan on or jot. I told them it would be Saturday because of my work schedule. I showed up and there was no mechanic. I called again about next Saturday and they couldnt tell me if they would have one or not. I had a friend look and I, in fact, did need a new fan so I had to pay someone else for parts and labor. I dont know if there was a managment or ownership change but when it was Hercules I rarely had issues and the sign still says Hercules out front but the guy working at the desk isnt the same man that was there for years.Update with reply:That is simply not true. NO ONE ever told me NOT to replace the fan. I was told over the phone AND in person that my fan was replaced. I even made a comment that it seemed inexpensive for a fan replacement and the man at the desk said, Yeah. No one ever said anything about something being disconnected. And there is no way you could have deemed it fixed because when my car was stopped or idle, the AC would blow warm or hot air since the fan wasnt working. And it was two weekends in a row that you didnt have a mechanic. I understand people have families but I also have a job that I cant miss to wait around for my car to not get fixed.

I was on a very tight schedule and needed to get a tire repaired within a small time window to still make it to work on time. A couple of other shops werent really able to assist me. Trent at Hercules said they could help me out no problem. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop to others and I will be returning as well.

I had a leveling kit put in and an alignment done, everything was excellent and at a very great price about 220$ less then there competitors and I will be back. Excellent customer service everyone was very friendly and again the price for the service I received blew my mind 👍👍

Tire prices for two 215-60-R16. 40,000 mi was199.70 Gentleman was pleasant on the phone, was closing soon on Saturday and of course closed on Sundays. Didnt purchase tires there!

Went in for brakes and had no idea they did auto repair. I never have a problem with management or technicians. I am always left impressed. 5 star tire shop.

While I was getting my tire changed out I was quoted a total price for a oil change and was told that price was for Mobile 1 synthetic oil. Came in the next day & wasnt informed until after they had already drained my oil that it was going to be almost $90 not the $58-60 I was told originally. Not cool

My car had 2 tires that were busting from the seems, my hybrid also pulled tot he right very hard. They fixed both and other auto repair needs I had. Best in Tulsa by far. I know they go above and beyond.

The staff are courteous. The prices are on par with most places. Quick tire rotation and check-up. They have a 15 point check up that is reasonable, oil, brakes, transmission, fluid levels, quuck change.

These guys will take care of you and your vehicle. If they dont have the right size available for your vehicle, theyll get it in asap. They do good quality work and quickly.

Love this place there staff so kind and polity they work very fast and they do keep there prices, I call to ask for a tire price and when I got there they kept there price not a penny more or less. They where so nice with us that they even let our dog chill inside there air conditioner office.

The absolute worst experience EVER! Weve paid $680 for a break job. It was in worse condition than before it was taken in for repair. We took the vehicle back only to be told that for an additional $500+ they could try something else.... I gave them 1 star only because nothing else was available. Dont waste you time or money on these clowns!

Pat is very fair, offers complimentary services when available, and promptly repairs tire and brake issues. Hes been a destination for my family since 1994, and his staff is trained by him to perform above standards. Used tires, new tires, wheels, brakes, struts, shocks...you name it, they can fix it!

I’ve been to two different locations the one broken arrow and this location in Tulsa, I told them the problems I had in broken arrow with not taking care of my car and yet again a new tire along with new scratches all along the face of my wheel, I drive a 2012 Civic si and my wheels aren’t cheap to replace wouldn’t recommend to anyone that likes to keep there wheels or car good shape.

On a long trip these guys saved the day. Found hard to locate parts fast and put them on cheap. Fast, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Pryor to purchasing tires here I had been getting my tires from Discount Tires, and they had always sold me Road Hazard Warenties for all my new tires. This was not offered here and I did not even think about it till I had a problem with a new tire I purchased only three weeks earlier. I had hit a pot hole and found the tire was not warrented for this.They did offer a small discount on the replacement tire, but I was still out over $100.00 for a new tire that was only three weeks old.I will not purchase tires here again, and will make sure where I purchase I can get the road hazard warrenty.
