Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had to wait over 30 minutes just to hand our car keys over to the tech to get the oil change. Then when they was done someone drove the car around back and never bothered to let us know the car was done even though we was standing right there . Then we had to walk around back to look for our car ( Im disabled) . Ive never gone to a dealership where they didnt at least bring the vehicle to you !!!

Its all about service, after the sale. Keep up the awesome job. Anybody can sell you a car/truck.

I had a couple of interior mishaps due to constant usage of our company vehicle, Pua was able to assist me and make a couple of quick adjustments that made the vehicle brand new again. Great service and would recommend to anyone who needs body/interior work done!

I dont normally leave reviews, but this time I have to. After fighting with my insurance aboit my car being a total loss, I was referred to Chris at Quebedeaux. From the start, they said yes,when everyone else seemed to say no. They took our beloved Chrysler, and made it look better than new. Im beyond picky,and I cant find one complaint. Finished ahead of schedule, kept me informed, and most importantly, looks fantastic ! Thanks for all the hard work, and bringing our baby back to life.

I have used Quebedeaux in the past, so when I was rear ended on Halloween, they were the first place I thought of to get my car repaired. I got in and saw Mr. Robinson. He told me that it would be two days for the insurance to give us the ok to start work. I wait 4 days and had to call him. He told me I gave them the USAAs fax number, so he had to email them and hadnt heard from them.He had my phone number and could have called me. I called the insurance co. I was on the line when they called Quebedeaux. I got a check from the insurance co to pay for my work. Today is Dec. 4th. I have never heard from Quebedeaux. No phone call, nothing. I went somewhere else to get my car fixed. You should too.

Ive had my vehicle with them for 2 weeks so far, and they havent completed the appraisal. They do not return calls and while always sounding rushed, can not deliver a straight answer about whats going on with my vehicle. I wish that Id done more research before choosing them.
