I had my 300c in for body work, I was told they would not do it right or on time. This scared me. Just want to say they had it done in 3 weeks and it looks great. I used Diamondback Collision after I got rear ended in my Escalade Ext. Ramon, picked my up and the rental place, made sure that I got a nice car,and was easy to contact during the process. Even though there was difficulties with the persons insurance company, Ramon kept me in the loop, did not allow her insurance to use refurbished or damaged parts. He battled for me to get quality and safe parts for my vehicle, even though it was more work for him and his techs. The bumper looks beautiful and very happy with the repair. I used Diamondback collision to have my truck repaired and it Was done in a reasonable amount of time. Ramon the owner he can’t move mountains but he will do everything in his power to help you. I recommend going to Ramon to do anything for your cars.

Very happy with the repair on my SUV.. I had damage on the hood, headlight, fog light, bumper, grille, front fender and several scratches down the passenger side from my collision. Now, it looks as though it never happened! The process was seamless and they saved me money by taking care of my deductible. Highly impressed with the quality of the repair and the savings. I brought in my girlfriend’s 2014 Hyundai Elantra after getting rear ended on her way to work. Ramon and his team were very professional along the whole repair process. It was our first time dealing with a car accident and didn’t know what ways to go about it. Ramon dealt with the insurance company entirely for us and we didn’t have to do deal with all the headaches and stress that come with it. The car took 4 days to get repaired and when I went in to pick up the vehicle, I was incredibly happy with the way it came out. Color match was spot on, and it honestly looked a lot better than it did before the accident. I recommend anybody looking to get repairs done on their vehicle to consider Diamondback Collision as your first choice. Ramon and his guys will have your back every step of the way and go out of their way to keep you in the loop of things while the car is there. I will definitely be bringing in any of our cars to him in the future if they ever need repairs. Ramon also went out of his way to stay a little later after they were already closed so I could pick up the car as both me and my girlfriend work 8-5 schedules. That was truly appreciated as he didn’t have to do that and could’ve told me to just come in the next day.

Great shop they are super helpful in getting what you need and fast.

I laid down my Yamaha R1 and they worked with my insurance company to complete the repairs needed and even helped with my deductible. They also took care of a few extras on my bike since they were already in those areas repairing them which was a nice added bonus. Collision centers are usually no fun because it means your life is a little upside down but Diamondback turned my misfortune into a positive experience by giving me back my baby in better condition than when I bought it.

I received a response from the owner, Ramon, and he said this is a retaliation. My father was a painter and left his shady business because of what he did to my husband and I. He is not a mechanic and did not have any hand in the repairs of the vehicle. If this does not show how unprofessional this man is, let his unprofessionalism show how he responds and tries to throw someone else under the bus for his and his mechanics mistakes. Also this car was from the dealership and never had to be repaired prior to our collision. If my review isn’t enough read the other bad reviews and not one response from the owner, but he responded to mine to try to embarrass a previous employee. If there are any hard feelings between an employer and an employee that should be dealt between the two and not a third party who first handily had a horrible experience.Don’t waste your time coming to this shop. Let’s start off with my car value is at about 6,000 at the time of the repairs and Ramon was written a check over 9,000 why waste everyone’s time and just total the car? Secondly he missed 3 deadlines for repairs and we were given a rental that was only covered for 21 days. He was aware of the rental and was able to get an extension but failed to complete the car by the extension so my husband and I had to pay for the rental and advised he was responsible due to missing the 2nd deadline. Took us over 3 weeks to get the money for the rental and that was only after he was caught in his web of lies and admitted the original part he thought was preventing the car from starting wasn’t the actual problem. He tried to lie to me and said the throttle body was the problem, but men at his shop admitted the throttle body was never replaced and the reason the car didn’t start was because a towel was stuffed into the throttle body. He is manipulative because he would try to tell my husband I was attacking him verbally and got very upset when I texted him and told I would be reporting him to the insurance company and to channel 4 for his shady business. After I had threatened him, he finally paid for the rental and practically begged my husband to to tell me to lay off. This happened in February and March of 2019, but let’s fast forward to 5 months, our check engine light never went off, transmission starting going out, the front axel was destroyed and now we’re $2,000 into auto parts because this man didn’t replace everything he should have in the first place. Now a year later we had a mechanic checked our vehicle because the check engine light won’t go off and this man tells us “I’m surprised you ‘re car never caught on fire” due to the HORRIBLE wiring job Ramons shop did. This man will take the insurance money and will not repair your car correctly, do not waste time or energy with this man and you can thank me when your car goes to a legitimate shop and get done correctly the first time

Do not bring your car here for repair! They are running a very shady business! They take your car in, get the insurance money and use it to fix other cars that have been there longer then yours. Then your car will sit there until another car comes in and they get the money from that insurance. I witnessed a customer picking up her car who was screaming at them because of this. Then they did it to me. They picked my car up the middle of November, 2018 and as of today March 8th Im still waiting for them to replace a part! A part that was never even damaged in the first place and I suspect they took it off my car to put on another car. They tell you oh we dont have the part yet, we will call you but they never call you, weeks go by. No communication from them. Last time I was in there they had me leave out of the garage area because channel 4 news was there and they didnt want me to talk to them as I was leaving. Ive NEVER in my life dealt with such an aweful place as this one. Please listen to me if your thinking about using them, Dont do it. Im not a person who likes to leave negative reviews but these people should not be in business. They lie to you and I am certain they have some bad deals going on. The recently changed their name and moved there business and now Im understanding why. They are hiding from all the people they have done wrong. Im going to be contacting channel 4 news to let them know exactly how they treated me. Im a very nice person and I do not like confrontation. I would never intentionally try to harm someones business. These people need to be exposed and if I can save one person from going there that Im glad I posted this.
