Troy always takes great care of us

I just had Troy Edmonds and his team repaint/restore a significant portion of my 2006 Dodge Magnum. I first visited Troy a year ago to receive his thoughts and a formal estimate on doing this work. Almost a year later, I revisited Troy and he agreed to honor the original estimate. The only additional work I had done was some minor damage to my right front quarter panel incurred because I was not paying attention when entering our garage. Troy was very diligent in making sure we had a precise paint match since this was a metal flake paint from the plant. He accomplished that and even took the additional step of having me personally come to the shop and look at the sample to make sure I concurred with his opinion. The end result was nothing short of spectacular. I am somewhat of a perfectionist so Troy went beyond what I would have expected. He did several extra things in terms of readjusting the hood for a better fit and did likewise to the aftermarket headlights. I would highly recommend Troy. The attention to detail is something I have not witnessed for a long time. Mark, Troys assistant was great as well.

Worst experience ever! My motorcycle caught a flat at 730 am, I walked over to the Precision side (the tire shop and Precision shares buildings) and asked if they knew what time they had opened. A guy from previous rudely told me theyre not here and I dont know when theyll get here!. I said okay, this guy seemed busy so I ended up calling the tire shop and the owner said hed he in at 830. I had a few minutes to spare, so since my motorcycle was custom painted, I went back over to Precision Auto Body to ask about repainting my bike and maybe show him a cool design I had in mind. The guy blatanly said read the sign, Im not gonna help you. Then I expressed to him I wanted to see about getting it painted and he replied he doesnt paint bikes, go away! With that attitude, I wouldnt anyone from that establishment touching my bike! Terrible!
