Did a wonderful job on our Highlander that was in an accident. Great customer service, weekly calls to let us know progress. Worked was completed timely on date promised. I had my side view mirror replaced and also my windshield. They received me promptly at my appointment time and completed the work in the time frame I was told. TJ, Jaime. Ernesto, and Stacy were all very friendly and attentive. It’s a very professional operation. Also the waiting area is very nice. I was able to work on my computer and conduct meetings while I waited.

The crew here did a good job with my truck. Was rear ended and needed a bumper replacement. They took care of the things under the bumper and checked the frame also. Handled everything with the other drivers insurance on my behalf. All I did was drop and pick up my baby when finished. They do great work!

Tj, Stacy, Jamie, and Ernesto are amazing. My front end was torn off my car and also front end damage in a accident due to a hit and run and they took on the job and made me lost for words. The job they did with there team is indescribable. It was like a brand new vehicle when they were done at a reasonable price and even got it done 2 days ahead of there quoted date. Hands down best shop in town amazing people and definitely recommend them to anyone to go to and they will take care of you for sure. I wont go anywhere else but there from now on. Took my 2016 Honda to them after it was backed into causing a decent amount of damage to the rear end. I trusted them due to good experiences on maintenance done over the past couple of years. Their collision department was no exception. The staff (Jaime, Stacy, TJ, Ernesto) were friendly during the quoting and drop off process. The office and lounge is clean and comfortable if you have to wait (which I didn’t!) They helped with the rental car and checked in frequently by phone with status updates. Pickup was just as pleasant. My car looks better than new now and was ready a day early. OEM parts were used by my request and you literally cannot tell where there was ever any damage. The paint looks flawless as well. Kudos to everyone there for making the process easy and painless. Keep up the good work.

My Toyota Highlander was rear-ended and the rear bumper had to be evaluated and potentially replaced. The staff at the Collision Center were fantastic. From TJ who wrote the initial estimate and connected me with the insurance company of the hitting driver, through Jamie and Ernesto, who kept me updated via text and phone calls.The bumper was replaced and the 2006 car looks fantastic. It was ready when they said it would be, the work is as if the bumper is the original bumper and never replaced, and the service overall was fantastic.I highly recommend using their service.

TJ and Ernesto were great. They called me to update me throughout the process and made sure I was informed when it came to dealing with my car insurance company. They even researched where I could affordably get the tires I wanted.The quality of work is great. It’s not the cheapest but I have the peace of mind that the work is Toyota certified. Plus they work with you. They were very honest and transparent.

I recently bought a 2018 Toyota Ch-r from Riverview Toyota in Mesa, Az. Upon bringing it home, Tucson, Az. We noticed there were stains on the hood & roof. I was told to get estimates on wet sanding the stains. Because I live in Tucson, I brought it to Precision Toyota. The person I talked to was named T.J. Not only was he informative about the stains, he pointed out that I was missing moulding & that some of the moulding was loose. I cant thank him & both of the Toyota dealerships for going way beyond my expectations. Kudos to you & thank you for your honesty!

Went to Toyota Precision Collision Center to get my door dent fixed and used the insurance I bought for this type of damage to my 4runner. At first there was confusion but TJ was diligent in order to get my insurance covered to work on my door dent. After a couple of days he was able to figure out the insurance and scheduled my for my repair. I appreciate TJs hard work and grateful that he was able to get my situation squared away. He also referred me to a great dent repairer Brendan from Hail Repairer who did a great job in fixing my dent. Flagship of Dealserships *****Let me share a wonderful experience. I have been putting off purchasing a new vehicle for years, I didn’t want to deal with a high pressure salesperson. I went on Super bowl Sunday to avoid talking to a salesperson thinking dealerships were closed. I went to Precision Toyota and they were OPEN and I met a very nice no pressure sales person and purchased a 2021 Tundra, let me say the finance manager was also great.3 days later I was on my way to Sedona for a funeral and a rock cracked my windshield. I called my insurance company and placed a claim, then called Tucson Precision Toyota BODYSHOP and spoke with Jamie on the phone. Jamie was a very charming and a knowledgeable young lady, Jamie started my claim and she work with my insurance company (hassle free for me) and ordered the windshield. Jamie called me when the windshield arrived and set an appointment for my best schedule and to complete the task in 4 hours. I arrived and was greeted by TJ who led the way to checking in my Tundra. I also spoke with a second gentleman I believe his name was Ernesto and he gave me the exact same information, giving me confidence everyone at Precision Toyota was on the same page. I received a call a few hours later my truck was ready for pickup and on time. My Tundra was parked in front and ready to go with a factory glass replacement (you could not tell it didn’t come from the factory the install was that good) Precision Toyota is truly The Flagship for Tucson and a role-model for all dealership(s) not just Toyota. Everyone I’ve dealt with here is awesome!! Their work is impeccable. There was some settling to my hood months after collision work was done and was seen minutes after my call. The hood was readjusted and was on my way to work in minutes. I also had a recent scratch that was buffed out. I can’t say enough about the entire crew!! Great place!!!

Dropped car for repairs yesterday. They called today after going through the damages to give me the cost even though I pay only my deductible. Work should be done in a week. I will give an update then

Had my car worked on here and they did a great job. ~5 years later the paint started to peel but they stood behind their work and completed the work. Great customer service and friendly to work with. Would recommend them

Came in for inspection and estimate was told to give full estimate mechanic would have to remove front tires, bumper and under carriage. What!? Was also told as long as your oil gauge is good and a.c. works its safe to drive. Went elsewhere needless to say, got a actual estimate and needed to replace a plastic piece under car that was hitting the road intermittently.

A completely thorough professional repair of what I thought was a minor rear bumper repair/replacement. They found and repaired hidden damage. They took care of hassles with the other guys insurance. Excellent job; I felt that they really took care of me.

Precision Toyotas collision center is hands down best in Tucson . I have a new Tacoma that had pretty significant driver side body and axle damage. I am beyond pleased with the work that was done. Tbh their paint job looks better than the brand new paint...seriously. Hopefully I wont have to see them again, but if Im ever in another accident I will be back without a doubt. Once again..beautifull work!

I received a free repair. They treated me like family. I went in to find out about repairing my fender that was damaged when I hit the parking lot divider. They fixed the loose fender for me instead of telling me to get a new one at $1,700. I recommend this body shop to everyone. Thank you so much for the great service.

Some of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with my car. Im a broke college student who doesnt know a lot about cars, and my engine under carriage protector was falling off. I took it in and it was apparently missing a few clips. They installed a few clips for free, and it was done in a manner of minutes. They could have easily charged me $40 for some BS service charge, but they were super nice about it. I will 100% be returning and spend my money here in the future.

Toyota Precision Collision has treated me with the utmost respect. I brought my car in there for the third time,and no I dont keep banging my car up.Although other people think its retarded. Toyota Collision has always taken care of my car and me. It comes back prettier that I bring it in. I always leave their very satisfied. Very happy with the knowledge of Toyota Collision and the repairs never had a problem.

This place takes advantage of seniors and ripped off my mother twice. She took her car in for maintenance and ends up paying over $1000 on a new car. They give no reasonable explanation and take advantage of a vulnerable older woman. It is just unconscionable! Shame on them!

I would not recommend Precision Toyota Collision Center, please enjoy :I purchased a Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 brand new from Precision Toyota several years back. I was driving on the road recently and the front passenger coil bucket failed when I hit a large pot hole at speed. I called my insurance company since I have full coverage and they asked me what shop I’d like to use. Since I purchased my truck at Precision Toyota and I have it service there religiously every 5 thousand miles I figured it would make sense to have it taken to the Precision Toyota Collision Center. Well I was wrong… It showed up and I received a call an hour later from my insurance company letting me know that they had looked at it (in less than an hour after it had arrived mind you) and determined it was totaled because it needed a new frame???? That didn’t make sense…. It’s worth 18K+??? To make things even worse my insurance company wanted to take their initial word for it (mind you after literally an hour) and total it for a loss. So I decided to make a call directly to Precision Toyota Collision Center to get more information. I spoke with Jamie who had basically told me that she reviewed the damage with her boss JC and confirmed what my insurance company had said about it needing a new frame... It still didn’t seem right. It was just the coil bucket? So I talked my insurance company into allowing me to get a second opinion from one of their “esurance recommended shops”. Good idea because it turns out it was a relatively easy fix. They replaced the coil bucket, recommended a weld on brace kit to prevent it from failing again and offered me the opportunity to pay a little extra to have the kit done to the driver’s side at the same time. I had my truck back in no time and all is well A+++. I had planned on purchasing a Tundra TRD Pro and trading my Tacoma in the next several years but I won’t be doing that at Precision Toyota, and I also won’t be taking my Tacoma or my wife’s FJ Cruiser to be serviced at Precision Toyota anymore either. I feel they brushed me off even though I’ve been a loyal customer and I almost had my current baby totaled because of their either laziness or incompetence. Boo Hoo!

We broke down by them and they were super nice and brought us watewater for us and our dogs.
