Horrible communication. Straight up. Anytime I wanted info I had to reach out and ask, and they never had it on hand. Staff promised callbacks that never happened and I was lied to multiple times.Speaking of multiple times, the completion date was pushed back at least 3 times. I was given a quote that included 5 days of possession, but they had my car for nearly a month.I came here based on the Google reviews, but if I ever need work done again Ill just go with my insurance companys list of recommended providers.This was such a pain. Not sure what all those weird dots on the front bumper are, either.EDIT: My name is Anthony, not Tony. If I wanted people to call me Tony I would let them know. Also, I didnt say NO communication, I said HORRIBLE communication. Yes, you talked to me, but promised callbacks were not executed and the only text I received was to say an update would be forthcoming, which did not happen.Bottom line, the work was fine, but communication is key. Im sure youve heard the saying, and its true.

They even went as far as ensuring I had a ride home while my vehicle was being repaired and gave me an amazing deal for the price. Although my repairs involved replacing parts of my car, they only took three days and were transparent about how long it would take from the beginning. Worse experience ever. I must have called several times for an estimated I requested and promised each time it would be ready. If that is an indication of professional service to come I am glad I had a chance to find out how Un organized they are before I wasted any money at this shop. Some one elses experience maybe better, but mine was not!

George and his staff are awesome, I took my Trailblazer in for new front and rear bumpers, the work his team did was outstanding. They offered to glue my bumper cover back on instead of replacing it when it was damaged by Mister Car Wash. The gentleman I spoke to was super rode and condescending. They kept telling me they had my car there before (never been there) and pointed out all the other issues with my bumper cover. I know its not perfect, but I didnt rip it half off, the car wash people dented it and broke the brackets. He argued with me that it would keep happening, even though the other side had 1 popped bracket (for over 6 years now) and no car wash had ripped out the bracket. Just fix the metal and replace the cover, jeez....

Javier was uncommunicative and very rude when I attempted several times to ask him for further details about my repairs. He told me never to come back there!! I am 75 years old and respond to ill mannered people in kind. Javier need not worry; I wont go back to Spectrum. The other 2 office workers were personable and business like.There was no bashing of a seat belt adjustment by a prior auto shop as indicated in Spectrums below reply; on the contrary, I appreciated the other auto shops adjustment. Also, because a work item needed to be deleted from the final Spectrum bill, I wanted to confirm the item was in fact deleted before my credit card was run by a busy office clerk. My remarks have been sorely misrepresented by Spectrums office respondent in the below reply in order to discredit a customers unfavorable review.

George was super helpful, as were the gals in the front office. I dropped my car off the same day of the accident and was given a rental all within 10 minutes. Great experience! Dropped my car and was up and running 2 days later. They even washed my car when I came to get it. Talk about above and beyond! The staff was kind, professional and so efficient. They really put my mind at ease after the incident I went through. That was the most important part. I had confidence in them from the first minute. I would definitely recommend Spectrum, insurance claim or not.

Fixed my sons Porsche well.They had it 4 weeks, they told him they had the parts, but somehow kept telling him they were waiting for parts up to the last week they had it. That was our only issue, they were great otherwise.

Brought our car here for a simple fender and front end fix from an accident. Bringing it home on a tow truck with a fried computer and owner Javier has refused to take responsibility and do anything to help. Our car ran perfect going into this shop, also Javier has been unprofessional. Does not answer calls or ever call back, office people make every excuse why he cannot come to the phone. We weren’t told our car was broken, we had to show up at their doors after waiting 2 weeks for a supposed one week fender job, when my husband arrived he found out it was broken down and they “couldn’t figure it out”. After speaking to several local mechanics they all agree computers don’t fry on their own and someone messed something up but the shop won’t do the right thing. Please DO NOT take your car to this place. We have two small children and are now stranded without a vehicle when we brought in a perfectly running car.

If i could leave no stars I would. But alas, i must in order to leave a review. Our car has been there for almost 2 months. No work has been done on it. We call and call and call and no one calls us back. No communication whatsoever. No expectations set whatsoever. We live out by picacho peak so making it in to town when the car is in the shop is very DIFFICULT. BUT this is the only way to get amy answers. We will be looking at picking it up in whatever state it is in and taking it somewhere else.Edit: After calling to see what state the vehicle was in so we could come pick it up, they said, I believe it is in the same state as the day you brought it in.What?! you had it for 2 months?! and did nothing to it?! And Javier needs to learn how to call his customers back. OR (and this is like every job ive ever worked at including call centers and the auto industry) there should be a system for the workers in the back to leave notes for the workers in the front, so that when customers call in regards to their vehicle, the people WHO ANSWER THE PHONES can actually have an answer. a tip...for streamlining your business and providing better service to your customers. Since there are multiple people here with the same issue and all i see are responses to their issues with excuses.

Kristopher Ray was my tech and he took the time to patiently and very professionally explain to me how they would repair my car. He made sure I understood all my options and the details to each one. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon they were going to be able to start on my car and to get the job finished. And it was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Very comprehensive and thorough. I have a beautiful car again.

The staff were professional and polite. I needed paint correction on front bumper and rear bumber needed very deep scratches removed. In addition I needed two badges replaced. The end product paint match and finish were superb. They were very timely (they finished sooner then I was expecting) and did it for hundreds less then I got quoted elsewhere. I have had two separate vehicles worked on by Rodger and he has done a phenomenal job both times. Both vehicles required quite a bit of work but when I got the vehicles back I was stunned. But the quality isnt just amazing the customer service is incredible too. When I dropped off my most recent car Echo offer to give me a ride home, and after a horrible morning in the rain after that car wreck her kindness nearly brought me to tears. I wish the review rating is 1-10, Spectrum Ina Road is a 10. I brought in my BMW for a scratch repair, staff restored it like it was done at a dealer shop. All the staff was very nice and professional . Even the aesthetic of the waiting room was cozy and accommodating (coffee and snacks provided). Extremely happy and satisfied with the staff work. Its always the best feeling knowing that youre supporting local small businesses as well. This body shop is highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst work Ive ever seen for painting. If you want your car to be painted well I would recommend staying as far from here as possible. I had them paint an aftermarket lip for my vehicle less then two months ago and this is what I have to show for it in that time frame. To start off, when I first picked it up, there was noticeable bad orange peel on the front of it. I had come in about a month later after picking up because the paint had started to peel on one side already and spoke to Javier and was told they dont warranty their paint on aftermarket parts. Had I been told this prior I would not have had them paint it in the first place. They charged me $234 for the worst paint job I have ever seen and wanted to do nothing about it to make things right. Stay away from this place. Far, far, away

Javier and his team did a great job repairing my daughter’s 2003 Durango after a recent fender bender. I obtained 3 quotes and Spectrum was the most reasonable. They came in right on budget. Javier was very accommodating, understood the teenager driver, and the age of the vehicle. The repairs look fantastic and the job was done quickly.

I got side-swiped and needed a new side mirror and the fender pulled out because it was blocking the passenger door from opening. Work that I had anticipated would be expensive and take all day was very reasonably priced and took less than an hour! Roger was very helpful and easy to work with. I know where Im going if I need auto body work in the future. Couldnt be more pleased.

THIS IS definitely the place to bring your car whenever you need it worked on. They fixed my car and it looks brand new! They actually know how to work on cars that have interlocks, which is AMAZING. I had originally taken my car to Watson Chevrolet, asked them if they have worked on cars wirh interlocks in the past and they said YES. They said they were %100 certain that they would have no problem with it and that my car would be done the following monday and when Monday came, they called me and told me they were refusing to service my car! I wasted a whole week and a half on a rental that I ended up having to pay $982 for. They cashed my check that my insurance had me bring to them and they didnt even touch my car when I finally went back to pick it up, they also cashed the check I had brought in, WHY?! I dont know. Watson Chevrolet is a joke a huge waste of time and I would never ever recommend that place to anyone! Thank God for Spectrum on Ina! They saved the day, they took my car in immediately. The work looks great, they work fast and have affordable prices, they actually care about your time and they understand the urgency to get things done. My family and I will be coming here from now on. I recommend spectum to EVERYONE!

I, unfortunately, backed into another car going about 2 MPH and put a good sized divot in my bumper. Ive been dreading getting it fixed because the first shop (some name with a 3- digit emergency number in it, wink, wink!) I took it to quoted me over $650, claimed it couldnt be popped out, insisted it be replaced and that it would take several days to fix.After months of this eyesore and putting it off, I found reviews for Spectrum Auto Paint & Collision on Google and saw plenty of positive reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. I came by on a Thursday afternoon, was immediately assisted and received an estimate for half the cost in less than 15 minutes! He also was positive he could repair it without replacing it. He also could have Enterprise rental car come by, pick me up and put me in a rental overnight for $18.95 which is a huge relief since Im single and work a 40+ hour a week job. I brought it the following Monday and had it back Tuesday.The ladies at Spectrum went above and beyond with their customer service. The workmanship (from a laymans eye) is superb. Never could tell I had a mishap! I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know.
