I had a great experience with the staff and service members. I was very pleased at the service and attention to detail on our automobile. The repair to our trunk lid was flawless. I had checked other collision shops, they were not the lowest price but the repair was excellent. Stefani Perez (office manager) gave me a list of excellent Mexican restaurants in the area. UPS has terrible drivers, but Innovation Auto Collision has expertise to get your car fixed. I called them prior to going in, Stefany answered my phone call a quelled the storm in my stomach that I had from my truck and invited me to visit the shop. When Id come to the shop she further helped me through the process of getting my truck fixed by explaining the whole thing. I was told by the insurance company that was paying for my damages that Id have to get several qoutes and with Stefanys help it was reduced to one not because she oversold her familys shop but because she explained everything and took care of everything well. She secured me a rental, most shops will get you a clown car to toot around town in, she went out her way to get me a comparable truck to mine. Like I said she explained everything throughly, even when it came to what are called supplements which are usually things not seen within an initial qoute. I was told the work would take about a week based on the availability of parts and the insurance company. A day after I went in I was told work would be starting the next Monday. They did exactly what they said they were, I went by to check progress and they were moving right along having acquired all the stuff they needed. The day my truck was done they messaged me and told me I could either pick it up or on the following Monday because it was Friday afternoon, they stayed late so I could pick it up. From start to finish this company went out of its way to take care of me. Im very grateful for them and their work and I wouldnt hesitate to suggest them to other people. If you want quality work, people who care about their customers, and things done within a timely manner there is no other shop in my opinion. Thank you Innovation.

I was recently in a small accident and the following day I reach out to the team at Innovation for several reasons. One being it is a local business, two seeing the before and after pictures of restoration vehicles as well as collision vehicles. And three, reading the other reviews making my decision easier. They were very professional as well as beyond fast on the repairs. within 2-3 days my vehicles was complete and we were just waiting on my insurance company to give the okay for me to take my car. for the speed the repairs were done, most would be sceptic because the quality would not be there. Not with Innovation Auto Collision. I am the type where I look for all the small details when it comes to anything and I was looking for flaws. I didnt find anything and beyond satisfied with the overall repairs. I would recommend all and everyone to Innovation despite what their insurance company might say. My insurance referred me else where, someone in their network, but I am glad I didnt go to their recommendations.

These folks are very honest and do great work. The owner is very detail oriented and only uses the best products. They painted my fender flares for my Tundra and came in on their day off (Saturday) to install them because they promised to have them done on a Friday. Most shops would of waited until Monday. Innovation Auto Body is a place I would definitely recommend and would return to again. I went to the shop just to get an estimate for damage and repair cost, due to being rear ended by a tow truck. The staff took the time to take off my bumper and look at what was behind it. Needless to say, there was damage that other places did not see due to not removing my bumper. The staff at Innovation is very kind and very helpful, through the whole process; Stefany kept me informed and up-to-date on my car. She answered any and all questions, and gave amazing customer service that most places do not give. I have my car back as of today and it looks great, back to its original non crumpled self. Innovation did a fantastic job on our 2008 Tundra. The right rear fender panel was badly dented and another shop told us it couldnt be repaired and would have to be replaced (at more than twice the cost Innovation quoted to repair it). It looks as good as new and you absolutely cannot tell that there was ever anything wrong with it. Plus, they got the truck back to us one day sooner than they promised they would, and charged us what they quoted for the job. I wholeheartedly recommend Innovation and would certainly use them again (although I hope I wont need to 🙂).

Let start off by saying how greatly satisfied I was with the shop. I was rear ended and had my rear end bumper falling apart in pieces. Stephanie and her team not only went above and beyond, but they consistently did the job not only on my personal car, but my other family members cars as well. I had a horrible experience with another collision shop for two months waiting on when my car be fixed.I eventually got fed up when they told me they could do nothing about my bumper being “non existent” anymore and telling me to “RIG” my own bumper due to it being no longer available anywhere on the market. So I went to Innovation Collision, Stephanie not only greeted me but she made me feel as though her experienced team would fix the problem and she made sure of that. I was consistently updated through the entire process making me feel at ease and stress free. I even received pictures before, during, and after of the work on my repairs and it looked fantastic. I highly recommend Innovation Auto Repair if you want great customer service, knowledge and experience in the industry.

Best Shop in Town !! I can tell ya I got lots of quotes from lots of shops and Innovation is by far and away, the best for the money. Believe me, there are several other shops who are twice the money if you have it to burn. Innovation is so good, I gave them several high end restoration jobs in a row: starting w/a 76 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, then a Jaguar XJ, and more recently, my 72 Chevelle and the results on each one has been fantastic. Javier is the man. Really knows every aspect of his business. Stefany does a great job of keeping me updated, answering questions, etc. too. Theyre super busy with insurance work, restorations, etc. etc. but well worth it.

For a small business environment they have the upmost professional friendly staff that are willing to work with you at all cost. Their work is exceptional.

This shop changed my life in a very big way. First off, I’m from Michigan and needed to complete this process over the phone, and Stefany was one of the only people willing to make this happen for me. (Not only that but modified and worked with me to stay within my budget being a out of pocket situation) My car runs and looks better than ever before. I can’t express how much appreciation that I have for her and this shop. She kept me informed every step of the way, was so professional yet caring, and all around made my experience as painless as possible. Friendly staff and great service! This is the place you want to take your car to if you want to be treated like a PERSON and not a NUMBER. I was in my first ever accident and went to 3 different shops for an estimate, paying out of pocket, and pretty stressed out. Right off the bat, Steph made me feel like I was talking to a friend. I mentioned that I knew nothing about cars, and where anyone else could have taken advantage of that and charged me for things I didn’t really need, Steph was honest and even went so far as to explain the process to me, which gave me peace of mind. Not only was the work delivered as promised, but everyone in the shop went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. They even cleaned the interior, washed and vacuumed everything, and repaired some of the minor cosmetic damage that they didn’t have to. The team at Innovation really cares about their clientele, and the work they do. I cannot recommend them enough.
