I was treated extremely well in this location. When I was able to get to a representative, they were able to provide me with solutions in a quick and convenient timeframe. They were able to fix the software issue on my phone with ease.

I needed help and I drove to this store with my husband and I was greeted immediately as I walked In. I explained my issues to the man at the store and he immediately helped me solve the issue. The other man at the door was super kind as well. Store clean. Employees all working. Thank you.

I went to my local Verizon cellular sales store to purchase a new phone. I could not get Verizon on the phone due to extremely long wait times. So, I decided to try the store. Bryce was my sales rep. The folks at this store are some good people. They helped me get my new phone filled up with my old stuff on the 5 year old phone. They made sure to do all the work for me. All I had to do is sit and wait and chit chat.

I was able to get a new phone the same day I walked in compared to filing a claim which would require them to mail it to me. All of my stuff was seamlessly transferred to my new phone without me doing much. Bigger phone that is 5 g which is a win for me.

My husband and I finally upgraded from our iPhone 8+. Josh greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us through the entire process. He broke down everything so we could understand it. That was by far the best customer service we have experienced in a long time.

He was by far the best person I have ever dealt with at any cell phone store. His patience with me and knowledge of the phone was amazing. He got my mother and I the best deal we could get. The store had technical difficulty upon arrival, so I had to return in an hour. Seemed a little odd that a phone company, had an IT issue, but upon return I was able to get a new Motorola phone for half the price to replace the Samsung and much less than the apple products. Great phone, camera and increased speed and coverage.My home charger would not match up so I returned the next day, sales person was super and gave me some additional information. Overall good experience

Wow! Ive done many reviews and I really wish I could give higher than 5 stars to this place. I came in to get a warranteed replacement car charger and found out this wasnt a corporate store. The manager stopped me as I was walking out and gave me a brand new high speed premium car charger. He really did not have to do that. What kind professional customer service!

I came in the store to swap over from another carrier. Usually I have always had an awful experience with anything cell phones. Especially swapping service. My sales rep Kalob Yanez was by far the best I have ever dealt with. He answered every question I asked. He was polite and personable. He made the transition easy. Do not go to troy store or the store in enterprise. The workers have they dogs in this store every time I go in there. my baby cant be around no dogs. they make her sick. I drive all the way to enterprise and they no help just plain rude. enterprise will not give me manager number and said that the troy store is fake that they is not Verizon. I google the number to call the store to get manager number and the man tell me they have no manager. my girlfriend got me to leave my piece of mind on here for both stores. I am threw with Verizon.

Our Verizon sales associate Kalob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products we purchased today. The store itself was very easy to use and browse. The set up of the store is immaculate, and easy to use. Kalob is the epitome of customer service.

Store hours are 9am till 8pm.. I was parked in front of the store from 8:55am till 9:17am and still nobody had arrived. Not professional at all.change the hours on your door if you cant make it on time

Found the on site Verizon staff very nice and helpful but customer service and IT people were terrible, keep you on hold for long periods of time and still not being helpful, pass you on to another person that keeps you on hold for long periods of time without resolving your issue. Ive spent at least 6hrs in the store without a good resolution

Worst Customer Service Ever! Major Communication Issues.I went to the Verizon Store in Troy, AL and got 3 new phones on a 2 year contract. When I got the bill in the mail, it didnt have the prices that were offered to me in the store. And the agent did get it confirmed the prices that were given to me by someone in the back office when I was getting the phones. I contacted the store and the agent admitted his mistake and the agent told me I would be informed about how to go about solving the issue. Then when I didnt hear anything for so many days, I tried to call the agent but I would only get his voice message. So I was left with the hassel of solving the issue on my own. I called the store again and asked for the manager and I was informed that they dont have a MANAGER. So I called the Verizon customer service but they said that I would have to talk to the agent that gave me those prices. So I called the agent again but to no avail. So I called the customer service again and explained the issue from the scratch, and eventually they said that the agent made a mistake. They DIDNT honor the prices that were given to me. After much trouble they said they would accept my return and gave me an address to the call center to send to. When I went to the post office they said the address is incorrect. SO I called the customer service AGAIN and said that they will send me a return label to send to a warehouse. That is where I am at, hopefully they will refund the amount that I paid and which they promised.Not using Verizon again, especially not this store.

Everything went well until they promised me an otter box for my new phone I just got because they were out at the time. Had to buy a different one and said I could exchange it when they got one in in a couple of days. They called me the third week said they had one when I got there the next day they had just sold it I called and came by the store for 2 weeks still no otter box. So went to dothan store bought a new one and the lady called them in troy and asked if I could return the one bought there even though it was after the 14 days they said I could. So I went by there and was told I could not return it. I live 60 miles away so it was an inconveince on me.
