Brian and his staff are excellent. I came in to upgrade my phone and ended up getting my fiance her new phone and switched her brothers company over to T-Mobile. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to make sure that you know your new device before leaving the store. These days it is hard to find a provider who takes time with you and they do. I highly recommend Brian and his staff. They have my business for years to come.

Not just SPRINT - but Sprint too of course, but the employees at this store are exceptionally kind. They helped me out after a car accident and only owning my phone for MAYBE 2 weeks tremendously. Due to (unfortunately due to my own events I met every single employee I guess) every employees kindness I made sure to buy all of my family members one device or another that I could afford and 6 other family members started accounts due to my raving. Thanks u guys - u made a difference in my life not just during covid, but a terribly painful time in my life. Ill stay loyal to Sprint for hiring such an amazing team at this store.

Amazing customer service! Big shout to the general manager, Brian. There was another employee, his name was Sean, he was a big help and both of them really went the extra mile to help fix my complicated situation with my SIM card and all. If you have sprint and live around Oakland County, choose this location! 10/10

I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Best customer service Ive ever gotten in a Sprint store, hands down. One employee went to get a speaker I was interested in purchasing out of her vehicle so I could listen to sound quality of her personal device before I bought one.The assistant manager, Sean, while assisting me with my upgrade and transferring data between devices even got me an Iced Cappuccino from next door while I was waiting. They make you feel like more than just a customer, more like a friend or family.Everyone made sure that I not only got the best deal possible, but helped me find the phone best suited to my needs, even if that didnt mean just getting the most expensive phone. I felt like they genuinely had my best interest at heart, and werent just trying to get the biggest sale. Highly recommend choosing this location if you want the best customer service.

It was so hard to get service. I was the only person in the store, there were two people actually working and they both were complaining about a phone call that was taking place as I was there. Dow talking whoever it was that was on the phone and the other that was listening (while ignoring me standing infront of them) was making fun of that person on the phone.. sad, disrespectful.... if you are going to work customer service, then you should not complain and do the best that you can do.

High pressure salesperson ignored what I was interested in buying, talked down about what I wanted and said the product he recommended was better than the rest. Was never interested in selling anything other than one product he wanted, which was opposite of what I requested. He had the phones out and ready to go before I ever agreed to go with that product. Overall an unpleasant experience. Will never go back to that store no matter what.

This store is FANTASTIC. I went in for a new phone yesterday with my husband and was immediately greeted and helped by Frank. Though Frank had a broken rib, he still had a fantastic sense of humor and was incredibly informative. I will continue to use this store exclusively. I went in to switch my family over to Sprint and there was a lovely girl named Deena there who helped me. Not only was she kind, she was patient and showed me how to use my new phone. If you’re looking to switch over to Sprint, definitely go see Deena. She actually seems like she cares.

The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to know what my bill would be every month factoring in taxes etc they were the only place that was able to tell me accurately! I dont know why all these mobile companies dont at least give you an estimate! They also were able to order all my devices for me and setup all my phones ahead of time! Great customer service, highly recommended!

Rudest women I have ever met in my life. Instantly started talking to me like I had no idea what was going on with my phone And treated me terribly the second I walked in. Was even yelling at me because I didn’t understand what backorder meant and when I asked to explain it she got irritated she had to explain it. And kept changing the numbers she was giving me. Terrible experience, nastiest women I’ve ever met.

Amazing!! Went into this store to get help with my phone and ended up having a virus so Joe and Deena helped me get into a new phone for no cost!! They even taught me how to use it and helped me with every question that I had. I recommend this store to everyone, definitely the best in store service youll get!

I have had the worst experience at this store. I have tried to get help from the manager and even the district manager and no one is responding. I did not realize this was a retail store, otherwise I would not have shopped there. When I picked up my phone the employee and the manager were, of course, nice as can be. They even told me if I wanted to complain about sprint on my survey I could complain all I wanted to in the little box however I should rate with all 9s and 10s. Then, when I came back 6 days later to try to swap out being that I was still within the 14 day period I had to do that, Katelyn pointed out the tiniest little scratch to Paul, which initially he did not even see. Neither did I. And because of that they said they could not take my phone back. I asked to exchange and they wouldnt do it. They told me I would lose $700 if they took the phone back. When I walked into a corporate store they told me that I my phone was actually acceptable to return, even after being inspected by an Apple certified technician. The corporate location told me that the retail location did not want to take it back because they take a hit on themselves- as in, returns look bad against their numbers. Also, unfortunately you cannot return a phone from a retail location at a corporate location. I tried to get some more help from Paul and I tried to get him to get me his district manager, Masons information. He refused to give me his phone number and told me to call headquarters. Headquarters referred me back to the store. Then I spoke to both Terry and Kaleyn and they were so rude. They told me that they didnt care about the phone and Katelyn only makes a $5 commission on the phone and that they were not gonna give me the district managers number since Paul wouldnt either. I was able to get Masons email address and I have emailed him twice in the last 10 days. He has failed to respond to me as well. I have been a sprint customer for 14 years and I am now in process of moving my 9 over to Verizon. My bill is typically between $450-$500 a month. I cannot believe they gave me such a hard time about my phone. I previously had an iPhone 6s and went to lease the iPhone 7. There was not much of a difference in the phone at all. I just went back in because I would have preferred to have a different kind of phone. They were automatically on the defense when I went in and found anyway possible to say no to me. What a shame- and what awful service.

Ive been to 4 different stores today and THIS LOCATION is the ONLY store I will EVER visit. They were able to fix my phone although no one else could not even corporate. they have Best customer service, ive ever revived and a very knowledgeable staff! Deena, Ashley & Joe are THE BEST!!!!!!

Awful service, my phone wouldnt start and the guy walked around with it for a half hour then told me the repair center closes at 4pm so they couldnt help me. Then he stated I should go to the apple store to get it fixed. Thank you because Apple was able to replace it. Next time look up my account first and tell me the repair center is closed when I walk in, not after walking around with my phone for 30 minutes. Rude staff, more interested in having conversations among each other then helping customers.

Frank the manager of this store is what customer service should be all about. Great customer service! He took the time and effort to get my new iPhone Xs activated after a week of it not working. I stopped by this Sprint at the last minute on my way home from work to see if there was any new news on the iPhone Xs not working. I usually go to the Sprint location on Hall Rd and M-53 freeway but never again. The techs at that corporate location basically took a look at my issue for 5 minutes and told me to keep coming back and check on the activation. Frank on the other hand spent 2.5 hours typing code after code to see if he could get my phone activated. At the last resort he contacted Sprint directly and they were able to activate my phone. He was so polite and very informative. If you have any issues with your phones go and see Frank. I think this is going to be my new Sprint location that I will go to when I have problems with my phone or account. Thank you Frank for your assistance.

Had an amazing experience at this locatio today. Got two brand new phones and new service for an amazing deal the assistant manager sean helped us out big time. Great guy, very friendly and answered all our questions no matyer how silly. Even put up with our cranky 2 year old. He did everything he could to make sure we got the best deal possible. So i highly recommend this location! His professionalism was outstanding.

They are top notch criminals they took my fiancé 300.00 cash on July 7th and cut my phone off and never posted the money to my account and give us a paper work saying we paid it then they said they never had a person working there by the name of the person on our paper work then they don’t have any record of taken his 300.00 CASHH !!!!!!! Never get to see a manager and when you do they play real stupid like they have no clue about anything then he paid with his business card they charged his card and never put it on my account they are fraud in there

Let me begin to tell you the most displeasureable experience I have ever had as a phone customer. It all started with THIS store and the managers name TERRY K. Terry K got me to upgrade to the FRAMILY plan, even though I only had two members, she said I didnt need the other 5 to get the discount. She said my bill would be 43 for me, and 25 for my friend (excluding phone insurance, taxes). come to find out, my bill was $164 a month! I didnt realize it till two months in (my bill is autopay) and I noticed that my account was heavily overdrawn. Come to find out, she ARBITRARILY added RANDOM IDs of people into my FRAMILY PLAN, and I videotaped the ENTIRE exchange for ALL OF YOUTUBE to see what is going on with SPRINT. She was so excited to save me money that day... but what I really think was going on is she got some Sprint points (a kick back) for all the people she signed up. I have been on the phone for over 12 hours with sprint this past week, 2 suprevisors NEVER called me back, and when you call Sprint, they ship you off to the Philippines where their first firewall exists for people who have an issue.DONT EVER BUY A SPRINT, AND DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH TERRY.BAIT AND SWITCH!
