The Verizon store at Somerset Mall MI, is top notch! I had the pleasure of being helped by Brooke! She was amazing at her job and very courteous, kind, knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this store and location to anyone looking to buy or upgrade their iPhone. Ask for Brooke! She’s the best!

Monique and Brandon were so attentive and provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had an issue that didn’t allow for me to come back to the mall to retrieve the device I purchased, and Monique and Brandon made sure that I got the device conveniently and quickly. It was so kind and went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this store!

Be alert, this third party store put phone protection insurance 20 dollars each month to customer without customer permission. Verizon corporate helped me find out and cancelled it. Verizon corporate said this third party store license might be revoked, as they try to scam loyal Verizon customer 800 dollars to return a new phone purchased for one day. Verizon corporate apologized to me and also compensated me for thethreat from this third party store.

Jessica assisted with transferring contents onto our new devices and also helped handle our trade-ins. She made sure all questions and concerns were answered and was very patient and friendly. Rita has a great gift for customer service and genuinely cares for the people she helps. Verizon needs more people like Rita and should consider having her train others in customer service. I was so confused about my bill and I walked into the store and the associate Rita helped me save 45$ on my bill and also got me a early upgrade to the iPhone 12 for the same amount I pay now. I love when I go into a place and someone makes me feel like home. Rita was just that.

If you wanna return a new phone, while not to trade in, just keep your your old phone, have to pay 800 dollars for breaching the secret comment they put on the receipt that they dont accept reverse the trade in this third party store. Verizon corperate has already criticised this third party store recently.

IPhone 7 stopped working a few days ago and had to take it to apple to get it looked at. They told me I needed to get a new phone so instead of getting it at apple I went upstairs to Verizon and got an even better package deal for upgrading my plan and phone with a discount on accessories. Sierra helped with everything and did not take long at all.

Went into the store and was greeted and helped by a man named Alvin. Alvin was probably the best rep I have ever dealt with when it comes to phones. He was very helpful, kind, and patient, as well as professional. Will be visiting this location for all my Verizon needs.

Came in to upgrade my phone. Somehow forgot my account password so they told me there was nothing they could do. (Thought they could just send a temporary password to my phone or something) so I left, walked to the Apple store and they sent me a temporary password right away no issue. And we’re surprised the Verizon store couldn’t do that. Oh well. I tried to give my business to a smaller store. Ended up at Apple.

Reva was patient and pleasant as she showed us phones for my wife and daughter. She also got me a very good deal on a tablet that I can use at work. Reva ensured that we were ABSOLUTELY satisfied. As a Professional Engineer, I require attention to the details….and Reva covered everything thoroughly. (I rarely give 5 Stars... Reva did a Great Job!)

They have a diverse group of employees and a well maintained corporate culture. Had a fantastic experience here at Christmas! I came in to ask a few questions and Jessica was helping me out. Next thing I know shes got me in a new iPhone 11, with activation and my phone clouded over. It took some time since I didnt know my pin. (Which you can change by the way in the Verizon app.) Im all hooked up with a new device! Helpful and patient with the process. Also got me everything I needed for my phone too!

After going to a few other stores and not getting the help we needed we stopped in at the new Verizon store in Somerset set mall on the third floor next to Macys. First let me say what a huge win for this mall to have a Verizon store. Its about time. Reva did a phenomenal job taking care of us and providing the best service possible. Its hard to find great service today and Reva is a great example of what quality service means. She was able to help us out with a new phone, accessories and even helped transfer all out information on to the new phone. I will definitely be coming back here for all my wireless needs. We actually left the Royal Oak store because service was so poor. (We usually have good luck there.) We went to the Somerset store hoping for better service, and found exactly what we needed! I was in there today with my husband and Reva had given us excellent customer service! We had a issue with my husbands phone and she was very knowledgeable on what to do. Before she has helped us there was another gentlemen who helped us and he was awesome also. As he was helping us and other customers were walking in, Reva was at her computer and she would get up and walk up to the customers and greet them and not sit behind the computer and yell hello! It’s just something I noticed and I thought was really awesome of her. Customers come first and I will definitely be returning to this Verizon store if I ever need anything.

This store is amazing and all of the employees were so nice and knowledge, but Jessica really went way out of her way for me (again) & I cant thank her enough!!! I require a phone at all times. As soon as I talked to Jessica over the phone in panic that my phone stopped working, she told me all of my options & I decided it was just time for an upgrade. She had a new Pixel 4 XL waiting me before I even got there! She explained everything from my new phone, any bill changes, and she only added on the things she knew I wanted (no other person/store has ever done this in the 20+ years Ive been purchasing phones). She even was willing to take the time to set up my new phone completely through my Google backup (since I didnt have a working phone to transfer everything over). She spent all that time with me and she really went way out of her way to help me (just as before when my husband & I switched to Verizon). Apologies this review is so lengthy, but Jessica made everything an easy process and Ive never been more impressed). 5 stars for the excellent service again and thanks again Jessica for everything!

I swung by just to get an idea of costs to upgrade a current line and add a line to my account. I was super impressed how knowledgeable the gentleman were that assisted me. Very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, I didnt make a final purchase due to them not having one item I really needed to get before Christmas. Im glad he was honest and said he couldnt guarantee itll get to them in time. I would have had to pick it up in store when it arrived. Thanks for your help though.

So frustrated. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years. We went into this store last night to get a new iPhone 11. I had $45 in device dollars from Verizon Up (rewards program) available on my app. The rewards page clearly shows instructions of what to do in the store and a bar code for the store to scan. I was told they couldnt do it. I asked more than once to clarify that they couldnt follow the instructions that says in the store and showed them the instructions and barcode. I was told I had to call Verizon directly to have it applied to our account.Well - Ive been passed around to 4 different people and wasted more than an hour on the phone with Verizon because no one seems to be able to credit me $45 for these device dollars....BECAUSE THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HANDLED BY THE STORE!!!!! What a waste - I will not be returning to this store.

Everyone in the store is just amazing Reva is great she gave great customer service. Wait times aren’t long at all. Just all around great people amazing service. Joe was amazing help us also hilarious. Miguel amazing guy just converse while we were going through the process. Naim great service as well and very knowledgeable about the company and plans. Jeff, the store manager did an amazing job setting me up. I had an old iPhone that had died and did not need much in a new phone. Jeff did not push me into anything more than I need. Additionally, he was able to recover my pictures and contact from my old iPhone even though it did not work. I will always come back to this location thanks to Jeff.
