I was very happy with my recent service at Tracy Mazda. I like that they provided a video with a visual inspection and work being done with clear explanations. When I made my appointment I was initially given a 2 hour work time estimation and it ended up taking about 3 hours by the time I was paying, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. They all did a great job, including Steve my service advisor who communicated very well with periodic updates so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on.
Tracy Mazda was Amazing!!! They had exactly what I wanted and worked with me very efficiently. No nonsense and very friendly. I was extremely surprised at how easy the process of leasing a beautiful MAZDA was. Anna was was very detail oriented and she spent a lot of time showing me all the new and techy updates on the car. She made me feel very comfortable and excited about my purchase. She really explained all the features and demonstrated them to me. Then she had me try. I cant say enough about the ease of doing business with them Very professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you Anna and Tracy Mazda!!!

The staff is always friendly and are honest with what your car actually needs instead of just charging you. I live in the Bay Area and I come down to Tracy for a reason. Staff is amazing especially Shannon. It’s always a pleasure.

She helped me keep the out-of-pocket cost reasonable and that was greatly appreciated. The service was performed quickly and she kept me informed about the progress. I purchased my Mazda 3 in 2005 from Tracy Mazda and have had all service for it done at Tracy Mazda. They have ALWAYS taken great care of my car and me. Their customer service is fantastic. Shannon has helped me every time in the last 5 years - she is wonderful!!! My car is in great shape and has needed very little work over the last 16 years, much of that is due to the great care from the Tracy Mazda Service Team. I cannot thank them enough!!!
Literally negotiated a great deal through text message. These folks are flexible and easy to work with. No hassle. Transparent. Ill leave a follow-up review in a month to indicate whether or not the car, delivery, etc is as excellent!

Excellent Service,Shannon was my Service Advisor, she was very helpful and friendly. Appointment was for 3,600 mile oil change. I had a concern, that was checked out right away! The video going over the Multi-Point Inspection was sent to my phone while in waiting area. Awesome Team!
Once again Tracy Mazda shines! Had rear brakes replaced in less time than anticipated. They gave us a loaner so we could go to Costco. Very simple transaction that made our trip so much more pleasant. Both Steve and Shannon are to be commended for their thoughtfulness and enthusiasm.
Living in Tracy, it’s very convenient to have Tracy Mazda in town. People at the service department are very friendly and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable and they will honor coupons from other Mazda service departments out of town. I owned 3 Mazda vehicles so far and like them a lot.

I experienced great service at Tracy Mazda again. The service dept with Shannon and Crystal, dealt with Shannon this time, has always treated me with honesty and respect. This time the mechanic used a video to show me the service diagnoses of my car from bumper to bumper commenting on the condition of the various systems. My car had a lot of miles on it, so this was definitely helpful for me. They gave me a loaner when they knew they would need some time for repair and returned my car with a nice wash. I liked the innovation and service.
I went to the parts counter and received professional and courteous service. They didnt have the fuel injection cleaner that I was looking for, however, they tracked it down for me and referred me to a parts store that had it. The cleaner is a discontinued product and is longer available. It was not easy for them to track down this product for me.I highly recommend this location for your Mazda OE part replacement needs.
Excellent buying experience! I recently purchased a Mazda 6 from Tracy Mazda and was amazed at the level of professionalism they provided. I found the car I wanted on their website and requested that they deliver it to my home. Having never purchased a car like this before, I was a bit concerned but their team went over everything with me in detail and the car was exactly as described. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Tracy Mazda in the future.

Brought my Mazda 6 in for an oil change but also to diagnose a road noise. Steve was great in applying a few discounts which I really appreciate. Overall, they found no major problems and I like that they gave me some recommendations but didn’t try to sell me with unwanted repairs. Thank you guys for your honesty. I’ll be back.

The service was top notch from beginning to end. The service manager, Crystle was very polite and helpful. I really liked the video taken by the Tech, when going over my car.
I purchased my car in September and they went out of the way to help me with purchase. This was awesome sales service. When I bought the car they gave me a free oil change. It took me until June to get it changed. They were so nice when I got there. Shannon was my service advisor and just awesome. I was having an issue with my entertainment system. She went out and checked it out. She had an idea of the issue and checked for the part. They had the part and they got to work. In less than 2 hours I was on my way. They fo something so cool. They shot a video of my engine and under carriage letting me know what was going on. So cool and showed me what was up. All around great service. Would highly recommend going to them for service. Beware of buying a used car from this place. Purchased a used car from their lot in August 2021, a 2015, and it broke down 3 weeks later. Fuel pump, radio, and AC stopped working, it cost me over $1000 to repair. Their used cars are covered for a 30 day powertrain warranty but I was told the fuel pump was not considered a part of the powertrain. I didnt purchase a warranty and I know things happen but I expected more than 3 weeks of use before experiencing issues with even a used car. Beware
My experience at Tracy Mazda was excellent! Scheduling the appointment was easy and service advisors were available at my scheduled time. I was greeted when I walked in and only had to wait for a few minutes before getting started. My service advisor Steve explained everything very thoroughly and completed the paperwork quickly. My service was completed at the exact time I was told it was going to be done and Im a huge fan of that. My favorite part was the video that was sent to me to go over what my car needed to have done. The only thing I wish there had been was a way to get a ride over to Target while I waited.

9/14/2021 re. service to my 2016 Mazda CX-3. Every aspect of the service done to this car including a complete transmission replacement was first-rate. Tracy Mazda Service Adviser Shannon Karbowski kept me informed on a timely basis of every phase of the procedure and was able to have it ready for pick-up ahead of schedule.
Like going to visit family and listening to your family for advice that is always valuable. The staff is truly there to service my needs and when Im there Im always welcome. Even with the masks there is always a smile.

This is a late review but none the less, it is very well warranted! In February, I had my CX-5 serviced at another Mazda dealership (oil change) in Southern California where I live and proceeded to make the almost 500 mile drive up to Discovery Bay to visit family. Upon arriving, my husband called me to state that there was an oil leak in our driveway where I normally park my car. This was disturbing since I had just had my oil changed the previous day. I walked outside to look under my car and sure enough, oil had leaked from my car onto my Dads driveway. I immediately located the nearest Mazda dealership and I am so glad that Tracy Mazda was just that dealership. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day and I am so thankful that Steven Ford was my Service Advisor. Steven handled my car as though it was the only one in for service. Assured me that they would take care of the matter and he did just that. Steven and his tech found that the Southern California dealership did not place the oil plug properly and this caused my car to lose oil as well as spray the engine with oil. The drain plug was tightened, my oil was topped off AND they removed and cleaned my lower splash cover! I cannot thank Steve and the team at Tracy Mazda enough. I felt confident on my drive back to Southern California.

Tracy Mazda is a place to go out of your way for. There are closer dealerships but I’m happy to take my scheduled maintenance here for the prices and most of all service. This was generally positive experience from a dealer and leasing a new car for myself and my partner.There were some delays because the car we were interested in wasnt on the lot and we drove an hour to come see it expressing our interest, and they didnt offer to bring it before we arrived which seemed odd and not the best customer service move.However, everyone was friendly and they took good care to make the experience right. It was a low pressure environment and their rates were a lot more reasonable during this time where a lot of dealers have much higher mark ups just bc they can.
Everyone that I encountered was friendly and very accommodating. The service was professional and proficient.

This is the best dealership service department I have ever done business with. Took my 2021 Mazda CX-5 CE Turbo here for its first service. Steve was my service advisor. They had it done within an hour which is far quicker than other dealerships I have been at. They send you a quick video recap of the service as well. They even installed my locking lug nuts that I purchased online for free when they did the tire rotation. Very professional staff and clean facilities. I will definitely be using Tracy Mazda exclusively for my CX-5 servicing.
I took my vehicle to Tracy Mazda for an issue with the TPS sensors. They said that they would correct the problem an wash and detail my car afterwards. When I dropped off my car, they gave me a loaner SUV. It was really nice a 2021 Mazda CX-5. At that point I was really happy. But, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the TPS sensor issue was resolved and the car was not detailed or washed. It looked worse than when I dropped it off. Also, the vehicle had only a quarter tank of gas. When I brought it in it had a little more than half a tank.
They were very friendly and professional. My trip there was very comfortable. Cant wait to go back.

Excellent customer service. We had a car breakdown at Altamont pass, so we had to tow our car to Tracy. The staff at Mazda was very helpful and accommodating (thanks Mr Steve Ford!). They had the spare parts in stock and got our car up and running quickly. I dont recommend getting your Mazda stranded at Altamont pass, but if you do, bring it here. Theyll take care of you :-)

I’m now taking my used Mazda 3 to Tracy Mazda for service. The past three times the service has been perfect. Both service managers are super friendly and super helpful. The work is always done quickly and usually faster than they even told me up at take. The prices are very fair and I never feel like they’re trying to upsell me anything. I cannot give this dealership a higher recommendation for Mazda repair or service.

Went in today to look at a certified preowned Mazda CX-5. Had a good interaction over the phone to confirm that the car was available. Set up an appointment to look at it. When we arrived the car was ready and out for a test drive. The car was clean inside and out. After the test drive we were able to work out a good deal on our trade-in. There was no pressure to buy a extended warranty or any other services.

I have a 2008 mazdaspeed 3 that was leaking fluid. Even during a busy holiday weekend they took my car in for service. And immediately began diagnosing the problem. All the repairs were done in less than a week but I am most impressed with the communication. I was immediately contacted and informed of any and all updates and progress on my car by my service advisor Crystle. 10/10 great experience.

I have a 2002 Mazda MPV. Tracy Mazda service is taking care of my car since 2005. I did not need to go any other dealer service since then, unless they were fully occupied and I did not have time to wait. I rate them very high both from a technical expertise as well as customer handling skills. I dont have any reasons to go to any other place for getting my car serviced.
I used my mazda coupon and got my oil change quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Great service, great deals. Mazda going upmarket with their vehicles, and so are they with their service. No dealer markups, when everyone including Honda/Kia/Toyota/Hyundai are doing it, and in terms of design, inside and out, they are at almost luxury levels. Engines are great, Bose audio systems are very good, happy owners of a signature model CX9 for the wifee, and a fun to drive mazda 3 hatchback preffered 6 speed manual - a Miata with practicality (save the manuals!). No regrets so far moving from Kia/BMW/Honda vehicles.
