I did extensive research before finally coming across a car that was located at Volkswagen Tracy. I gave them a call and dealt with Alex. He was very easy going. Never once did I feel obligated or pushed into giving him my information. He answered every question and gave me a rough estimate of what my payments were going to be. He was super nice and informative.Once I was set on the car I dealt with Abid, the finance guy. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Once we settled on a final payment, he actually ended up getting us a slightly better deal on the monthly payments. He too was extremely informative and answered every question we had.They even stayed late until we finalized all the paperwork and we were able to negotiate 2 pumpkins into the deal for my kids. I think the best thing about this place is that they were not pushy or rude like other dealers that I had talked to previously. To me, that says a lot about the place. I would 100% recommend them.

Also tried to schedule a maintenance appointment via forms on their website - nobody ever got back to me confirming (or cancelling for that matter) my booked slots.However - they seem to include my email to their spam list and started sending me promos (so Im sure my inquiries did not lost, they just were ignored, but they still use my email from them)So they never really answered me in scope of my needs and interests, just only send me their promos and ads

We initially came in today to just look at cars and see the options we have but Kwanius, if I spelled his name correctly was a very light person to speak to. I ordered the wrong type of oil to service my car, so I called to see if I could purchase the recommended oil from the dealership. They had it and let me know I could come in and pick it up. Maybe because it was around lunch time there was only one person in the parts department, but he was very helpful in taking care of the customers.

Went there yesterday to look at a fairly clean 2014 ram 1500 listed at $22,498. Everything was going smooth until they started run numbers. They took all my credit information and when they came back they gave me an estimated interest that they were basing all the numbers on (Which was 7% by the way). Me and my dad realized something was up and decided to do some quick math. This $22,500 truck quickly turned into a $37000 truck. At this point me and my father left. After we left I got an alert on my phone that a credit report was ran. Overall just a terrible experience

Came down to the dealership in an urgent situation looking for a good, reliable car to move cross - country!
