Bought a used vehicle with the worst & misleading response. I had everything ready, I had my own financing & just need the reassurance if they had the bank institution on there system. Was told yes multiple times they CUDL, I kept asking for if CUDL with my institution.Now the most disgusting experience was with the financed manger was the worst experience ever. “Buddy you are on your own”, we don’t give second keys we where being nice.” Had waist my work day to fix there stupidity of verifying my bank institution was on there CUDL system. The sales manager is an egoistic person. He did not help my bank loan officer get the situation sorted out & give me my loan I initially was approved with my OWN BANK. Buy used & they treat you less. Will never go through with them.

The Quick lane concept is misleading. They claim you will never need an appointment but when I arrived this morning around 9am for an oil change I was told they were all booked up for the day. I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment to which I replied no thank you. I took my business elsewhere. Ive never trusted dealerships in the past. They gave me another reason not to.

One star is not for the Sales Advisor ( Julio) or Floor Manager (Marco). I had bad experience in Finance Department. We bought a car and were present to sign the documents physically. Finance Manager finished all the paperwork in less than 10 minutes( sounds good right!) We received a message saying we missed few signatures ( I dont think it is customers responsibility to check if we did all the signatures. Any ways. We were busy so could not sign the paperwork same day. We received a text from FM saying you guys did not sign the paperwork what is going on?) exactly like this. Probably the did not know how to phrase it correctly. any ways. I called back and spoke to the guy. He is talking to me as if he is doing a favor on me. you guys did not sign the paperwork, if y9u guys don.t want the car we will be happy to take it back Really that was your fault Mr. you did not pay attention when we were there.. Any ways i spoke to Marco all about this he felt sorry for all that happened. I requested Marco if i can talk to Nate ( the acting GM) Marco said he is on phone and will come as soon as he is done. later i was told he stepped out.. Amazing way to handle a customer, just to mention there is a Ford dealership in Lvermore, one in Modesto and one in Stockton If Nate and team thinks they are the only one in the area..I will strongly advise check other options

The dealership is mid-sized, Id call it. Everyone was friendly, no pressure, a real nice car buying experience.Time from arrival, ogling the Bronco, sitting in the Explorer, selecting and test driving the Expy, deal, finance, wash, fuel fill, out the door was about 2 hrs.A great experience. This is a great place to do business. Staff were very friendly and helpful not at all pushing, and they went above and beyond to make a deal work that we were happy with when others would not! The whole experience was pleasant, even after we were LOL done the sales manager and GM came out to talk with us and to make sure we were happy and that all our questions and concerns were addressed. We even got a follow up email to see if we had any questions or conversation and our salesman Juan reached it as well. I have not seen customer service like this in years!! This is how customer service used to be and should be. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Great deal, great customer service like it used to be and staff was very easy to talk to and felt like we knew them like old friends; that’s the atmosphere you get there! Salesman Julio and Marco are amazing!!!! They helped me out sooooo much with my new car! I had to work and find a new car and they went above and beyond to help me while I was working. I met up with them in the morning and then on my lunch break they had everything ready for me to sign so I was in and out. Hassle free! They even dropped off my rental car for me. Had a really great experience buying a car with Juan, James and Essan! My mom was looking for a new car and they helped us pick the one best suited for her needs, for a great price and with wonderful customer service. Juan and James were incredible with her trade-in, which she didnt have at the time of purchase. They came and picked up her old car the next day so she didnt have to drive back to Tracy. Essan went above and beyond when we realized my mother forgot her checkbook. Great time and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I ordered a new van through my Credit Union and they brokered it through Tracy Ford. I worked directly with Tracy Ford on some of the configurations but most of my transaction went through the credit union broker. They will lie to you, go back on their word. They don’t care about the customers. We bought 5 cars with this dealership over the past 2 years. In the negotiation they agreed to fill up the gas tank anytime we came in to get work done on the vehicles. Now they are saying they will no longer do it. It’s been an issue from day one. Besides the gas issue. The cashier is really rude but again I feel like they just like to get over on the customer. Double check the contract and make sure everything they say is in the contract. Don’t take the word of anyone at tracy Ford..

Run, Run and Run... Do not purchase ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will take your money and never get your car registration, its been 5 months and counting still no registration for my car and cant get any info from them on what is going on. One moment is they need a release from the bank (I paid cash for my car) the other is we are not sure what is going on. Take your money to another dealership and dont waste your time.

This dealer is one of the worst when it comes to service follow-thru. I have had my F150 for a few years now and every time it needs service it is very difficult to get the service department to pay attention. I will usually drop my truck off at night for next day service and have to follow-up multiple times throughout the next day to remind them to look at my truck. They forget frequently what I have asked them to do. I wish there was another option for Ford service in Tracy.

I had my Ford Edge Select towed here because it broke down near Yosemite. This car has stranded me 6x in 18 months so far - it is the worst financial investment of my life. (I named the car Christine because the breakdowns have been traumatic, ie: on dark winding highway 140, on Bay Bridge, on an SF hill, with my child, etc etc. )Tracy made my financial situation exponentially worse. Their repair shop diagnosed that the PTU had melted. But when they first repaired it and I got it out of the shop it broke down again in less than 20 minutes (by Livermore). It ultimately took 85 days for them to diagnose the problem, replace the PTU again, and fix the Rear Differential Axle. Yes, the warranty covered this. But warranty does not give you wheels for the interim or pay your monthly car payment while you don’t even have the car. So during those 85 days I had to rent cars (to run my small business and take care of my kid). The rentals, failed attempt to pick up the still-broken car, and warranty copay cost me a total of $3,757.13 out of my own pocket. This money has not been able to be recovered. What would you do? Interested in advice.

Purchasing the vehicle was ok but everything after has been terrible and quite concerning. I purchased a vehicle last week and coordinated with my salesman to bring it back for an exterior touch up and buff. Ive worked at a dealership before and I know this is a one day job. But the day I brought it in I got a text and I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, I said ok cause I know things can get pushed back. Well the next day I have to fight to get an update and when I finally do I was told it was ready to get picked up. Then I get another call, right before Im about to pull in, that its not done and they want to reschedule an actual appointment because apparently my salesman didnt actually set anything up so everything didnt get done? Come to find out when i get home there is SHATTERED GLASS all in the back seat and in my SONS CAR SEAT. I start inspecting and the whole rear door is peppered with glass shavings which can easily have cut someone. I bring the truck back immediately and come to find out the detailer shattered my glass and replaced it without me knowing (hence the extra time they needed my truck to stay). Again Ive worked in the industry and I know things can happened, but to try and hide something like this is plain wrong and terrible business. The exterior detail didnt get done, I should have been informed about the shattered glass, and for it to be released to me with glass everywhere like that? Completely unacceptable coming from a dealership

Joel smith at Tracy Ford is awesome. He reached out to me after I first showed interest in a vehicle through CarGurus. Tracy ford employs professionals not just some guy off the streets. I requested pictures of a van and he sent them via text. He took the time to do that. Other salesmen gave me excuses. 1 dealer said the photographer comes in next week! So with that gesture of sending the photos and answering my questions promptly we decided to work with Tracy ford. This review is on customer service of the service department. I went in on 6/18/2018 to have my oil changed, my brakes looked at, and a strange popping the brakes were making. I made an appointment at 7 a.m. and arrived at 6:45 They didnt open the parking lot until 6:55 which was fine so I pulled up to their door and asked an employee if this door (in the photo) was the one I was supposed to use. To which they responded yes, but that they didnt open until 08:00. I said I had a 07:00 appointment, and they said they were sorry but there were not open until 8. Well they ended up being wrong. No biggie, so I go in drop off my car and wait in the waiting room for 3 hours, with no update. So I go to the counter give them my cell number and let them know I will be headed out for a walk and to call me with updates. So I go see a movie, and receive no information during this entire time. So I call them at 11:41 and am told no one in service is available but that I can leave a message. So I leave my message and go about wasting more time waiting for them. I still get no call and call them back at 12:08 and I get the same story, no one is available but I can leave a message, so I do. Still no call at 2:21 so I call back, and I get the same story, no one is available to take my call but I can leave a message. This time I ask to talk to the service manager, but.... you guessed it, he was unavailable. So I left him a voice mail and the secretary was nice enough to leave him a message on his desk also. So the manager eventually calls me back at 5 PM to let me know they cant figure out what the popping is from and need me to go on a drive with them. Anyways the mechanic was nice, they are nice enough in person and on the phone. But trying to get someone on the phone evidently is not their strong suit.

My experience at Tracy Ford was mixed. To summarize, the sales experience with James was great, but the finance experience was mediocre and typical at best.I live in San Jose and contacted the dealer about the car. James got back to me quickly and we setup an appointment. I was a bit late, but when I got there the car was ready and James was super easy to deal with, answered my questions promptly, and let me take my time inspecting and driving the used Chrysler Pacifica I was looking at. He worked with me on the value of my trade without too many trips to the manager.After wed decided on the price, trade value, down payment, loan interest rate and length, I waited ~30 minutes for the finance guy whose name I cant remember. I should have used this time to get pre-approved for a loan. As soon as I met with him he indicated that my monthly payment would be ~50% higher than what I calculated. I hadnt accounted for tax, registration, and fees, but I didnt expect it to be that much higher. He had assumed I wanted a $4000 warranty on a $15500 car, which is kind of ridiculous. If I had wanted a warranty I would have bought a certified pre-owned car for that amount elsewhere.After a long sales pitch I told him I didnt want the warranty and signed myriad forms stating that. Then he breezed through the numbers and seemed very hesitant to show me specific details of the loan. Feeling worn down, I briefly skimmed each form I signed (even though the finance guy more or less told me not to read them) and got everything done. I didnt have a chance to read the loan itself since it was all signed electronically. James had told me there wouldnt be a prepayment penalty, but upon reviewing the loan I found that there may be a prepayment penalty, which is disappointing.

My Husband and I went to Tracy Ford in hopes to get into a new vehicle with poor credit and Brandon and Essan made it happen. We left with with 2021 NEW F150. Brandon was wonderful while being honest and very attentive. Essan was a miracle worker. He was able to get us a loan and explained all the documents and even got us a warranty that we could afford outside of the loan since out loan was maxed.On top of that, there was a mix up with the check we gave an it was cashed 10 days early! This was a huge issue for us and Essan literally got us a check cut SAME DAY to get it back in our account. That isnt even the best part...When we came in to get the check he let us know he was able to get our interest down by 5% and provide over 7,500 in savings. This was after us being turned down at other dealerships that made us feel worthless.I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to make sure they work with Essan for financing. I received my first assistance from Tony (Sales Consultant) which went great, he got me through the test drive, explained options, and prices on the vehicles, afterwards began processing my paperwork, then he led me into the finance office, introducing me to the Finance Manager Mr. Essan Sahel, whom made everything else work for my vehicle transaction to run smoothly, and to get me in the right financial bracket towards my rate, I was extremely happy that he went over everything, and allowed me to ask any followup questions I had, I must say, so far I am very pleased, with everything during my transaction, Thank you Essan Sahel and Tony Hashimi. Ive been here a lot since buying a 2001 F150 7700 work truck previously owned by Fish and Game. The customer service is great. I especially like Robert who is a great communicator. He always calls when he promises. So far, Ive had them fix my door light switch, emergency brake, coolant leak, and replace a faulty compressor to fix my AC. Everything Ive asked them to do has been fixed right the first time. Costs a little (doesnt any auto repair?), but I like to see things fixed right the first time and have confidence in the quality of the work they do.

I had my new 2015 Mustang delivered at Tracy Ford and the salesman was very uninterested in showing me any features or anything, he just handed new the keys and paperwork.Then I brought my truck in for an oil change at the Quick Lane counter and it took 3 hours. I complained the next time and spoke to a new guy at the Quick Lane counter who explained they were short handed...it happens so I give them the benefit of the doubt and make an appointment, again with Quick Lane, for an oil change on my truck for first thing in the morning. I arrived ten minutes early and they checked me in right away but it still took almost two hours for a simple oil change...with an appointment at the Quick Lane. I decided to give them one more chance and made another early morning appointment for an oil change on my Mustang again with the Quick Lane. I showed up a few minutes early and no one was at the counter. I waited until ten minutes after my appointment time and asked another guy there about my appointment and he told me Quick Lane was closed that day and the advisor was on vacation. So why did they make an appointment for me then? This guy was rude but said they could do the oil change but it would be 3 or 4 hours because appointments really didnt mean anything it just meant they would take me in.First, I have worked in the automotive business for a long time and this is the worst run dealership Ive ever been in or dealt with anywhere in the country. Second, Quick Lane is supposed to be separate from normal service and use different techs to do quick work for customers and not have to wait in line behind big jobs and major work in the service department. Its supposed to help compete with Jiffy Lube type places. Third, an appointment is an appointment, dont make them if you dont plan to honor them. Finally, hire new staff, who care about customers, and vehicles, it will help fix your image. I will take my business elsewhere for now.

I found Tracy Ford to be nothing but unethical, dishonest, high-pressure salesmen. They seem to want to tell you whatever it takes to have you sign and out the door ASAP, even if it is completely fabricated.I worked with Baker, James, Evan, Fabio, and Chris, who sold me a CPO Ford Fiesta with all sorts of problems. They promised to high heaven that, if anything were to go wrong with the car, they would make it right. But in fact, once I stepped foot off the dealership, those promises were null and void -- they literally wouldnt even return my calls.The best part was when the battery died during my test drive. James promised this is a thing that happens all the time and that if the battery was actually bad, they would be happy to test it and fix it. But after all the papers were signed, their battery shop was closed on Sundays -- never mentioned before. Fine, well bring it back -- but they wouldnt even return our phonecalls. I ended up stranded on the side of the road and had to take it into a different dealership to get it fixed.Dont trust anything they say, double check and verify everything, or better yet -- avoid this place. Go buy your car somewhere where they actually care about customer service.

I just recently bought an Explorer at Tracy Ford. I had a wonderful experience! I was so tired and let down by these other dealerships that it was a relief buying my car from Tracy Ford. My salesman was Evan and he was fantastic! Made the process so easy and without any hassling. Absolutely professional and kind. If you buy anything from there make sure you keep the receipt keep your invoice number ... because they magically lose things there . I don’t recommend this place at all .. its just terrible

Tracy ford the worst place to get service done. Never returns your call. I took my F150 for the transmission issue, and it took them 40 days to repair, and the problem is still there. And now Tracy ford refuses to work on my vehicle they couldnt fix in the previous two visits. Now the lemon law will affect, and they refuse to work on my truck—lousy customer service.

I found a Chevrolet Camaro there sent in my online application.. and They said I was approved so I text the salesman about when can we finish the deal he never got back to my text messages and someone else called me from the dealership and they told me to pick up the car at 2:00 the next day. Im driving a long distance from out of town to get there just to be told they sold the car.. I was then told first come first serve I was never told that until I got there . They have no consideration for there out of town customers they just didn’t care.. what they did to me was complete BS!!!! If I could give them a zero I would..

Took in my truck to them, held it for a day and fixed it then said it was still faulty, kept it 1 more day and told me they don’t know the problem so they gotta contact someone elSe. Next morning comes and they call me to tell me the truck is ready and fine. Received it and the same day I got it back the same problem pops up. What kind of mechanics are working there so much for certified mechanics. Now gotta take it again great job Ford.

I bought two cars from Tracy ford and BOTH were sold to me with prior transmission problems I was not aware of prior to my purchases. The finance company takes weeks or months to even get back to you and they never follow through with ANYTHING they promise I will be telling everyone I know to please stay AWAY from Tracy ford ! 2003 Ford F150 was misfiring terribly so we took it to a private shop thinking we would save money over the dealership, we found out the hard way this is not true. The private dealer fixed some parts but still left the truck unchecked when released and it was still misfiring after 1375.00 we were more than annoyed. Then my husband said thats it we are taking it to a Ford Dealer where a Ford certified technician can get this running right again. Tracy Ford got our truck running better than it has in years, with great gas mileage and we were out the door at 750.00. We are pleased and delighted to say, dont waste your time nor money thinking it is cheaper at the off brand private shops, this is the place to be is Tracy Ford!

Darrin went above and beyond for me! Go see him if you want a stress-free, honest, and easy car buying experience! Before I saw him, I called over 5 dealerships and explained my situation, and was given confusing and conflicting answers and felt like the reps did not even want to even try and see what they can do for me-because it would be too much work. Darrin was the only one that assured me that if I gave him a chance to sell me a vehicle, he would go all out to make sure everything was worked out the way I was proposing and I would leave satisfied. I previously had a bad experience at Tracy ford. It when I went in the other day my sales man Donny Knowles changed that. Donny was very understanding and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. After going through multiple salesman that day and none of them knowing what truck I was looking for Donny came to the rescue and knew exactly where it was. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and I would definitely recommend Donny to anyone!! The manager was so awesome as well he was doing everything in his power for me. Sales manager ruined a cash deal. We were shopping hybrid cars for my wife. We had found the Ford Fusion the right choice and was sitting down to discuss option packages & pricing for a 100% cash sale. Then a sales manager started pushing a lease. I tied to ex[lain the the vehicle was a commuter, we had cash and just wanted to buy the car outright. This guy refused to take no for an answer. He insulted our intelligence for not wanting to save our money. After a few minutes of him not leaving and no being said 5 times, we stood up and walked out. I looked a the original salesman and asked him why did he stand there and let that guy ruin his hard work. He was speechless. We left stunned, walked across the street and bought the Hyundai hybrid.

My wife and I dealt with Carl Covington. He is very knowledgeable and he made my wife feel at ease with the new car we were looking at. I dont like car salesmen. His knowledge of the product was evident in the way he let the product sell itself with no pressure. I would highly recommend Carl. Great service, just honestly be super aware of the numbers they give. They tried to finance a car after all my 72 month payments of 425 (30,000k) what they asked the bank and the car originally was supposed to be 20,000 after down payment. Interest was good 4.99 but the amounts didnt corespond to each other.

They been servicing my Ford focus ever since I got it, a year n half ago. They were very good. But in this last 3 oil changed they forgot to put the engine deep stick back in all the way, so the oil splashed all over the engine. This was fixed right away . Thanks to Wayne Maciel for the quick response to that problem. Then they service it two more times. The service includes tire rotation . My problem now is that they rounded all my lug nuts head, that my tire wrench wont even fit on those lug nuts. Talk to Darcey n she promised to fix the problem. Told me she will call as soon as they have the parts. Still waiting. One last thing my focus have a recall regards the gas tank deformation that they have to fix as soon as possible. Its been almost 3 weeks now n Still no parts, no calls at all.

Sadly, we have been loyal Tracy Ford customers since purchasing two used vehicles from them. Recently we experienced a number of issues with our car. To repair this issues, we only use the Tracy Ford service department because we trusted them. After a year of a misdiagnosed alternator issue it turns out the car was sold to is with with two missing bolts from the bottom of the alternator. Upon contacting the service department to discuss this issue we were told that its not our issue. We never removed the alternator during all of the service appointment you had. We took our alternator to another service place to discover that the alternator was a used, after market alternator that doesnt have any issues at all with the exception of the missing bolts. After contacting the service department, we spoke with a rep that told us the wrong information about the measurement of the bolts so we can replace it ourselves. We were told that a manager would have to place the order. That he would do the following week since he was gone for the weekend. Hopefully the parts would be in midweek. And we would have to discuss the matter of payment with a service manager. Thanks for treating your customers with the upmost care and respect.

Manager was the worst ... Waisted 2 hours of our time. Worst manager in sales I have met. People like him drive dealership to shutdown. Was not willing to negotiate any deal. Didnt even ask for competitive price. Stay away from this garbage low standard place where managers rather shake hand to call off deal than sit and negotiate on better terms.

Initially happy with my purchase. My first Ford. Unfortunately my last. Went in trying to get reestablished after getting dragged through some hard times. I needed a good deal. Salesman made me feel like I was getting a discount. 5 weeks after my purchase, the exact same vehicle is $5,000 cheaper. I try to stay positive, thinking good interest rate and Id have a good reliable car for a long time. WRONG! 13 months & 61k miles later my car develops a miss. My local Ford dealer says I have no warranty. I show them the contract for the extended warranty I bought. Turns out the warranty wasnt through Ford but rather from another source. I wasnt given a choice between Ford and non-Ford extended warranty when I bought it. My car has been at the dealer for 2 weeks with only 4 hours labor put into it because theyre having trouble getting things covered by the company providing the warranty. It wont even cover a rental. 320k+ trouble free miles out of my old Cobalt and the new owner is out enjoying it. Never an issue with their services. Should have stuck with and will be going back to Chevy. What a ripoff!... Edit: on my 3rd month without my car! Your shop manager hasnt decided whether to approve the repairs. Absolutely the worst customer service!
