We drove from Los Banos to Tracy just to see a Dodge Grand Caravan. It was a very nice vehicle and at a great price, but Im a big guy, and it was just too small to fit comfortably. Buying a car from Damasca Auto was a good experience thanks to Tony and Mike. None of the high pressure sales push like some other car dealers. They were quick to respond to my questions and concerns and have very fair prices. If I’m in the market for a used car again in the future, Damasca Auto is the place I will come back to.

I had given a very good review, but the 2 mo after buying a car, I have a different opinion. Ive had endless problems with the car I bought. Its spent half of the time in the shop or parked. I left a voicemail and got no reply. I emailed with a list of all the problems and costs and again no response. The car was not safe at all. It shouldnt have been sold. Im now out almost$3000 in repairs in less than 2mo. The least they couldve done was respond to my call or email. I guess once they get your money, you dont matter. I am going to speak to a lawyer this week. Its not legal or is it right to sell a car that is that unsafe.

When I saw a new listing for the Honda CR-V Sunday evening, I immediately got a hold if my daughter who was interested in that model. She gave me the go ahead to test drive it since she was away at college in another city already looking for vehicles there but within a limited time frame so I said if I see a deal, I would let her know. Well, I contacted the dealer that I wanted to test drive it. I received a response early the next day stating if I was available for a test drive so it could be held for me. Of course I was so I mentioned I’d be there upon opening at 11am. When someone finally opened the fence a few minutes after 11, I saw the CR-V right away. As I walked toward it, I was asked if I needed help. I told him who I was & was there to test drive the CR-V. He immediately said that had been sold already. I showed him all the texts I received about it & he got a hold of his partner, speaking in another language & returned with a confirmation that it had been sold & asked if I wanted to look at another vehicle. Not! Should have listened to my husband about the bad reviews so beware from using this dealer to buy! Too bad. If it had driven well, I would have paid in full.

Tried to get financed for a vehicle. As soon as we did they lowered the price. Then they denied it. The worst part was their customer service. As soon as we said we didnt have $9,000 cash and only $3,000 down they changed their whole tune. We just learned not to do business with them or people like them.

Only keeps about 5 cars at a time poorly detailed or washed. Asked to run my credit before I am able to test drive. While test driving a vehicle noticed it needed an alignment and DVD went to black screen within 10 minutes of the drive. Door weather foam came off when opened the door. Throws in a lot of car deodorants to hide the smell. Expect to pay extra $500 in fees not listed on adds. If you’re going to finance, warranty starts at about $2,500.00 Terrible service. Terrible sales man.

No, I dont think you guys understand. We were interested and had a conversation on OfferUp, so I dont know why yall are trying to act like we were the problem. We told you we were interested, and due to the pandemic you only did appointments and its not like we couldve just showed up. We were given a time and a day to meet up, and it WAS WITHIN THAT WEEK, yall over here talking about yOu hAd tWo wEeKs no we didnt. We werent notified or anything. The day before WE were supposed to purchase a car and after we came to an agreement OF A SCHEDULED appointment, your company had sold the car without letting us know. As ststed before, unprofessional and dont understand why youre trying to play victim. I see someone else has had a problem at this same place. As expected. 🤦‍♀️
