Have had progressive hearing loss for 12 years. Been to multiple Audiologist. This HearUSA location is the best. Busy but great service. Highly recommended.
Upon walking in, I was greeted with a smile and a hello. Sign was easy. The wait time wasn’t long. The waiting room was clean. The doctor was nice and appeared to really care. That might be the correct word but I felt comfortable speaking with the Doctor and she listened to my concerns.
Ive been working with this shop since 2004 and theyre the best. Ive never walked away disappointed.
Didnt even have to make an appointment to fix my hearing aids. Just walked in and they fix it on the spot. Plus they changed the filter!

Left message 5 days ago on the phone. Still no response. Office is locked, says call for appt.I Posted on Facebook.Corporate site sent a message in which they asked for our phone number for the branch to phone. Another week passed.I posted on Facebook again.Corporate said they had left message for the location, so now said they would contact regional manager.My husband now has an appointment in 2 days with the location he got his first hearing aid and he had a better experience, although its 73 miles away.Dont look for a good experience with this location.
Great location with easy access in a busy shopping center. Purchased hearing supplies and would recommend this location to others. Great selection, and great service from staff during my visit.
The receptionist was the opposite of receptive. My first impression was that she didnt want customers. She was very disagreeable. The facility was clean but it has a cheap feel. only thing I liked about my experience was the clinician, Michelle. It turned out that Michelle was filling in for someone and normally works in Huntington Beach. I will not go back.
Purchased a $1,500 hearing aid and needed an adjustment. Went into the office and was told I had to make an appointment that they could not accommodate my request as a walk in. I called on Friday to see if I could get an appointment in the morning. Nothing available until the following Monday. It takes about 15 minutes to make an adjustment and they could not squeeze me in. I explained I am working with a very sick client who talks very softly and really need this adjustment. He talks softly and can barely talk and needs me to hear him the first time. Bottom line..... I have to wait until Monday, which means my client has to put up with my problem 3 days until I can get an appointment.
