BE AWARE OF THIS OFFICE IN TORRANCE. The lady claiming the owner of this place will keep charging you $75 per 15 minutes but she starts conversations and charge you for the time she make conversations. She only adjust the left earring aid not the right side. got her money and wants more money to adjust the right side. This office is money hungry

What a fantastic experience! I was looking for a mobile Audiologist to come diagnose an ongoing issue with congestion and slight hearing loss. At first I found an institute in Sherman Oaks that advertised themselves as mobile, but they were hard to deal with, unresponsive and after looking at their reviews im glad i didnt move forward with them. So I searched more on google and found Parker Hearing. Their office staff was very polite and responsive, they accommodated an at-home visit very quickly and their price was waaaayyy less than the other office. Josh showed up on time with all his equipment and was extrremely warm and easy going. Come to find out hes an owner with a ton of experience. Not only did he diagnose and resolve the issue quickly, his bedside manner was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend them if you need an Audiologist.

I called 3 hrs in advance to make an appointment, they took my insurance information and I went in at the time of my appointment. They didnt tell me before hand that if you havent met you deductible you will have to pay for the visit out of pocket. Well the visit was going to be over $320. Apparently they dont bill the insurance and dont want to wait to be paid like everybody else, in my 30 years dealing with medical insurance i have never ran into this. The lady on the other end of the phone trying to tell me how wrong I was and how right she was. I will never go there again, and I hope you dont either.

Josh Parker, M.A. is as ethical, knowledgeable and credible of an Audiologist as you’ll find. Go here for your hearing test, hearing aid adjustments or new devices. The Audiology Staff here will treat you or your loved one like family. Excellent options that will fit your hearing loss and budget.

Very nice and competent staff but they are too busy to give good service to their patients. Every appointment takes a month. My initial visit which I thought was for a hearing test required me to make an appt, wait a month. I had the hearing test and was referred to an MD who cleared me for hearing aids. Another month wait. I ordered hearing aids,. Another month wait. They are wholly understaffed for the number of patients they seem to have.

Nice place in good area. Front desk people were nice. Needs some improvement.
