I am so glad I come to My Hearing Center. I love my hearing aids, and it’s a joy to hear better. Julie is a wonderful to work with. She listens to my concerns, and makes the appropriate adjustments. I go every three months to ensure everything is working as it should.Crystal is great, too. Overall, I enjoy coming to the office, and look forward to it.

The Hearing Center is a very professional office. It was a pleasure seeing Julie Nielsen. Getting my hearing tested was no problem and she fitted my head aids without any issues.

Almost a year ago I had my first appointment with Julie Nielsen, and I look forward to seeing her every three months. Her office is well-run, and she never keeps me waiting. She always finds time for me when I have made some mistake that I need her help to rectify. If you need hearing aids, this is the place to go to.

I received my hearing aids on January 5th. I went into tears because I can hear things I couldnt hear before, like rustling of paper, shuffling of feet, stuff like that. During the week of wearing them I was especially pleased that the hearing aids made things sound clear and not tinny, like they used to back in the day. Music. Wow!!! I can listen to it without feeling the bass under my feet because I turned the volume to 9 instead of 22 (out of 29). I went into a meeting and heard EVERYBODY. I couldnt do that before and was always quiet at meetings. No more of that! They are getting my full attention and response. Bars. I can hear the person in front of me and not make them talk to my ear. Ringing in my ears disappeared. I do not feel like Im going to go crazy anymore. I noticed dialects in people I didnt hear before ( a co-worker is from the south, has a Texan accent. Who knew?!?) Julie, that wonderful person made all of this possible because she asked all the right questions to get me the best hearing aid for me. Can I get a Woo HOO!!! The investment is totally worth it. I feel this is going to change my social life.

Terrible location, drove through neigborhoods.... etc one hour drive from downtown L.A..Arrived 15 minutes late for a one hour appointment and they would not talk to me. Not even a 15 minute overview of products offered.Basically rude. Then an hour drive back to downtown Los Angeles.Oh well, They are not the only people selling hearing aids in Los Angeles!I will not be back
