Great service from the tech that did the alignment. Was willing to make a small change for me and said everything went smoothly because everything was adjustable. Which over all is very nice.

Pulled in 10 minutes before they closed with a screw in our tire on our way out of town to Wendover. They got us in and out in 15 minutes. They were happy to help us and very professional. They wouldnt even except a tip. Great crew!

Excellent service! On my way to work, I came in to have a punctured tire patched but needed a new tire since it was near the sidewall. It started out as one tire replacement, but being my vehicle is AWD, and the other 3 tires were low on tread, he was able to replace all 4 tires in record time and I made it to work on time. I went in to see if somebody could assist me with removing my oil drain plug because it was cross-threaded. They refused said they dont work on anything unless its under the hood, I was recommended to go here cuz all my family gets their tires here not any more.

Horrible. They stripped my lug nuts that locked after we were told they had to the key. Rude when confronted about it and will only fix if I order and pay for them first. If you value your vehicle dont trust them with it they will bully their way right through the locking rims you pay extra for. Then I spend extra money for z rated tires and they still treat the rims and ties like a donut. They are a sad excuse for a franchise that is actually good. Poorly managed and has no respect for customer or thier vehicle.

Had a flat tire while out camping in the middle of nowhere. Managed to get over to Les Schwab on a donut. Turns out that if the flat is repairable they do the service for free. I am from Mid-Missouri and I have never heard of something like this. Really shocked. Friendly staff, service was fast for how busy it was. Tired was patched up and read for road. All for free.

Great place. Great service. They are often pretty busy so if you dont have an appointment expect to wait a bit. They repair most flats free of charge.

After leaving a tire at Big O all day to be repaired I was told they couldn’t repair it. I took it to Les Schwab where I was told not only could they repair it but I could wait for it. They were fast, friendly and didn’t charge me for the tire repair. Would definitely recommend them!!

***NEVER AGAIN***I have ALWAYS loved this location. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands here. I have always suggested this location if asked. This last experience has changed all that. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and had my 16 yr son take it to Les Schwab to get repaired. They were nice enough to do it for free (I thought). The next day the same tire was low again. I just assumed there was another hole that might have been missed. No big deal. I had my son take it back to repair it. Both times I was willing to pay for it. They told my son that it was done. He comes home and the tire was low again! I called the location and spoke to Wade the manager. He didn’t act surprised at all and said to bring it in to be fixed. I advised I was coming from Grantsville and on my way. I got there at 6:02 PM and they had to lock the doors and turn off the lights. I knocked and they let me in and took the keys to repair the tire again. I was talking to Wade and explained the above and then went into the shop to make sure the tire was actually getting repaired. There was NOT any indication that this tire was ever repaired. This was my 3rd time for the same tire!! After the tire was repaired I asked Wade how I could make sure they were actually doing the work that they said they were doing next time. Wade got upset, and told me to get out of the store, and take my business elsewhere!!! I truly believe if I had been a man explaining the above I would have been treated differently. Maybe with a little respect. Wade didn’t care that this was the 3rd time I had the tire there nor did he care which employee did it! It almost seemed like this was normal. And because they did it for free there was nothing to show that I was there.

I was traveling for vacation and the Tooele store opened up at 8 o’clock. They actually got me in before the doors were officially open and had my tires on by 8 o’clock. Great customer service! They answered the phone before work hours to help me find tires. They got my service!

I took my car down and while be it, it was somewhat of a complicated request to change two tires and move two tires, and balance them all. I got my car back with a damaged rim and a damaged tire but they insist they didn’t do it.It’s a pretty good size gash in my tire, and before they started work I walked the technician around my car to explain what I wanted done and I did not see that gash in my tire when I walked him around it looking at all the tires.Once I seen it less than 24 hours later I called them and said I have a damaged tire after I brought it in and they told me that I needed to come down there to show them. When I did they already knew what tire it was but they didn’t tell me that when I picked my car up so it’s pretty interesting that the one tire that is on my car that is a big O tires tire that only needed to be balanced somehow has a big gash in it and a damaged rim.They claim no responsibility for it and didn’t care that I am leaving this review. The manager Wayne has terrible customer service. Basically told me I am unimportant as a customer and my opinion will make no impact.To anyone reading this review, Big O tires is right up the road and always very busy. I will wait for them to be able to do my tires next time as this is unacceptable.

Les Schwab is the best in customer service and tires, no one else comes to your car when you pull in like Schwab! Great prices, great value. Highly recommend, me personally would never take my car anywhere else than Les Schwab. Word to the wise get your tires syped superior handling and performance in wet, snow, ice and dry conditions. I even have my RV tires syped because it works so well!

Went to rotate the tires on my Ford 350 They wouldnt do it without charge me $999 So I took my truck in to Costco for 28 bucks and got an alignment and the tires rotated

My wife brought in two new tires and wheels to have mounted and balanced today. The employees were rude to her, charged her $70 bucks, and there are zero weights on these wheels. Now, I know its possible for a new tire to be perfectly balanced from the factory, but I also know its pretty rare and its never happened to any of the tires Ive bought in the last 40 years, and if both of these tires are perfectly balanced from the factory Id better go buy a lottery ticket right now.We spent quite a bit on the tires for our new truck here a couple years ago and I wasnt real happy with them then, but $70 for two tires to be mounted and not balanced Id rather drive in to Salt Lake when I buy the 39 tires for the Jeep next month. These guys wont get any more of my money.

I found a giant bolt in my rear left tire tonight while driving home from work, got to Les Schwab right as the store was closing, and Richard was able to get the hole fixed and tire back on in under 15 mins!!!! What a great guy!!! What a great crew!!! Thank you so much for staying late and getting me home safe. 😁

Overall service was top notch, worked fast and efficiently. My only complaint was the attention to detail by mounting 2 tires backwards. They where mounted correctly by going by the book on rotation but the sidewall lugs are different on each side. I had let them know the 2 tires where backwards and they corrected it immediately with no issues. Very professional attitude and polite

Worst place Ever. Due to your response, take my car back to the place. The manager (Wade) says that the Owners response is not correct. That they did not add new fluid to the Brakes, that they limited to changing the pieces without adjusting anything else (big Mistake). The technician put the car back to review (without purging the line) said that everything they did is fine and now has a different story about the pads. Something they did not say on Tuesday when the rotors changed.At least they would purged the line to attend to my comment and then I would have believed them. They refused, they say its a lie that they added new liquid and now they ask for more money to repair other stuffs. I will take my car to another mechanic to correct the issue even if it costs me money, but at least I hope they are Honest.Chris, if you really are the owner of that business you should visit them more often, because they say that you are wrong and that you are lying about the service.

I spent $1900 on a set of Nitto Ridge Grappler tires for my truck at Discount Tire in West Valley. A month later I picked up a bolt in the center of the tread of one of the tires. I went in to Discount and they told me they couldn’t repair it because the bolt was too big and they didn’t have plugs big enough to plug and patch it. They told me I would need to spend an additional $475 for a new tire. I told them no, and took it to Les Schwab in Tooele. They patched and repaired it for no cost and I was back on the road in no time flat. Discount has lost a long term customer, and Les Schwab will have my tire business from now on.

The Tooele Les Schwab has done an excellent job for us for the last several years. Theyre honest, up front, quick, and reasonably priced. I wont go anywhere else for tires.

They helped me out in a huge way! My grandpa who is 82 got two flat tires on the west side of the Great Salt Lake in the middle of no where. The manager at this location came through in a big way so I could go save gramps and get him home. Ill be honest I never buy tires from les schwab but they just earned my business and my companys business for the rest of my life. Thank you for your help.

Was in town for my fathers funeral and got a nail in rental vehicle tire. I stopped in to get tire patched and after watching the service advisor wander around the shop for 10 minutes and ignore myself and the woman waiting at the register in front of me finally got greeted. I explained the situation to the advisor and told her that his viewing was in about 2 1/2 hours. She told me Well. too bad. Its going to be at least 5 1/2 hours before we can even look at it. So...and shrugged. I ended up having to go to Walmart to have tire patched. I am a service advisor myself and would never recommend taking a vehicle to Walmart for service so it truly pains me to say that my service experience was MUCH MUCH BETTER at Walmart than at Les Schwab. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

The customer reps are always really nice whenever I go in, and their service usually doesnt take too long. The only thing Id like to see different is if they had the ability to do oil changes, but I understand that their sole focus is on tires. I also understand that adding oil changes would inevitably raise the wait time for services, so I understand their service model.

Great service. I first went to big O tires and they wanted to charge my almost $300 dollars to replace my two front tires then I went to Les Schwab they charged me $85 dollars for two used almost new tires. They find ways to save you money.

I was in and out pretty quickly since I was just getting my tires rotated and a couple of free inspections. They never really went over the results of those inspections with me so I assume everything was in working order.

I pulled up 15 minutes prior to them opening and fully expected to wait. Guy comes out from the garage, asks what he can do for me. I explain I have a leak in one tire. He takes it into the bay, and he’s got me fixed in 15 minutes by the time they are ready to open. I offered a tip, but he graciously declined. Les Schwab has ridiculously awesome service. I will be buying every tire from them for the rest of my life if service continues at this level. I don’t care what kind of sale some other company might have at any given moment. Loyalty goes two ways. They’ve earned mine.

A week before I was about to make a trip to Las Vegas NV I took my vehicle in to have them check out a grinding sound coming from the brakes. They informed me that my journey there on those brakes will be fine and to go ahead, they did mention that after the 500+ mile journey I should check them again but there was plenty of pad on them. I checked them myself to find there was absolutely ZERO pad on the rear and almost down to the metal on the front. Needless to say I fixed the problem and we refrain from trusting my familys safety with this company again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😔 sorry I couldnt give a zero star rating

My husband and I have used Les Schwab for years. I had a slow leak in my tire and dropped in to have them patch it. They patched it cheerfully and didnt charge me. My husband has taken his Jeep in for alignments, tire issues etc and they always have a smile. If you need to have your tire air checked, they will happily do that for you, without you getting out of your car. Customer service is wonderful.

This place does horrible work, will never buy or take my vehicle to this location again. Put the safety of my family and others drivers on the road at risk, should be ashamed of how to go about doing business. My family and extended will not be buying tires from Les Schwab ever again.

Nice waiting area with power outlets and USB blocks to charge your devices. Vending machines take credit and debit cards. Staff was friendly and informative. Tire prices were competitive and included road hazard warranty.

They have always taken great care of me but today they outdid themselves. My wife ran over a screw and her tire was quickly losing pressure. In a panic I drove to my local Les Schwab before they closed. My heart sank when, as I was pulling in, they were closing their doors to close for the night. To my amazement someone ran out to me to ask me what the problem was. When I told him he didnt hesitate to take my keys and take my car in to fix it. They had staff stay after hours for me (which sucks for them but is amazing customer service I will never forget). I cant thank you guys enough. You rock!

I always have a great experience when I come in. I lost my expensive stylus and the lady who checked me in found it for me when I called and held it so I could come back and get it. They also patch nail holes for free in case you were unaware like I was. Ive bought tires here in the past and will again in the future.

They went above and beyond to make me happy. The studs and lug stripped on me, they were the last to touch my tires. I called them, they said do your best to get back there and they can help me. Was able to get the lugs back on and drove to them.they replace all 20 studs and lug at no charge. Justin the assist manager is the bast. I am customer for life.

The guys here are awesome, they really saved me one day when I was replacing the springs on my car and could not get them compressed. They were able to get the old ones off and installed the new ones super fast and for a very reasonable price.Another time we were heading out of town and the main manager was willing to do an air check on our tires, we really appreciated it.

I called Les Schwab after getting a run around from other tire places to get a price on patching a tire. The guy i spoke to told me to bring it in and not worry about the cost. They got me in and out in a very timely manner. I walked in with about 6 minutes till they closed and they did not bat an eye about me walking through the door. I even apologized to them for coming in at that moment in time and they said that they were not sorry I was there and that they love me even though this is my second time to this location. Everybody was very pleasant and professional. I had to have my valve stem fixed on my tire. They also informed me that the sensor on my tire was broken. I was aware of that I told them that it was a costly repair that was not necessary. I talked to the dealership and they said it would be about $200. They told me that it would be about $70 to fix but they did also tell me the approximate maximum price so that if its more than 70 I would not be surprised. Les Schwab is awesome! Every time I have ever gone to any of the locations I have had a wonderful experience!

I have yet to be unimpressed. They are consistent and dependable. They were able to fix the plastic coming off from under my vehicle. When I asked how much I owe, the gentleman said nothing. This is why I keep coming back to them. I am a loyal and grateful customer.

Great service! They know what they are doing! We got parts replaced elsewhere and had problems with them. They fixed the parts that were rattly and loose at no charge to me. I should have brought our car here for the parts the first time. Next time, well come to Les Schwab, and skip the other cheaper places.
