They were fast and friendly. The work they did was more inexpensive then I thought it would be. I would recommend them highly and will be taking my vehicles there from now on.

Took my 05 Dakota in to have them give me an honest opinion on what needed to be done. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and totally honest. The work was a little more then we expected, however the end result was definitely worth it. I feel like I’ve got a new truck now, thanks Evolution, I’ll be using y’all in the future . Do plan in advance with these guys as well, there good so there pretty busy as well !

I brought my car in because hometown auto recommended them. ( I have a power steering leak and oil leak I found out later from a different mechanic ). They told me everything was leaking and it would cost $7,000.00 to fix. I dont know who has that much money lying around after I just bought the car for $8,000.00. I just had them fix the power steering. They supposedly replaced everything. They charged 2,600.00. I found out later by the other mechanic that the power steering pump is still leaking! I do not recommend Evolution Auto to anyone!

In the last year or so that Ive been coming here the homies here have always been fast, fair and honest. Its best to book an appointment ahead of time but theyll get you in soon as they can even without. The receptionist is also knowledgeable about everything and always a friendly face. Highly recommend

They care about their customers and they are honest in the work they do.I called in because my drain plug was frozen and another shop said I would need to replace the oil pan. The other shop referred me to Evolution Auto Repair.They told me the repair could cost $300-$500. Just a rough estimate over the phone based on my description of the work.I took the car in for the work and the repair only cost me $50. They were able to remove the drain plug and change the oil.I realize this circumstance was a little luck, but my point is that this shop is honest. They could have EASILY charged me the higher price and done more work based on my initial expectation, but they didnt.I had a nice little chat with the office manager/owner. Sweet lady.I would recommend taking your cars there for anything. They said they do just about everything except tires.

I have been going to Evolution for years because they are honest, professional and fast. They have had chances to do unnecessary work on my vehicles, but have been honest and only do what is necessary. They almost always complete the work within a day or keep you updated if it wont be done. Use Evolution, you wont be sorry.

Our car lost its electrical in Grantsville while we were visiting from out of town. We had the car towed over to Evolution Auto. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to work our car into their repair schedule, analyze and repair the problem. I would give them 5 stars for courtesy, efficiency and service.

Evolution Auto is a great shop to deal with! They always provide timely quotes, usually have the job done the same day or next day at the longest, and quite often end up coming in under the quoted price. They explain the work that needs to be done and why, and are always friendly and fair. I would highly recommend them!

I had a check engine light come on. All indications for the repair from Autozone was a bill for about $700.00 The folks at Evolution took a look at it and found the real problem which saved me almost $500.00. They also did some other repairs and after I got my truck home I found something they missed. They took me back right way and did the repair at a super price. Ive gone to them several times over the last year or so and they do great honest work. Highly recommended.

All the employees Ive dealt with have been very nice and friendly. They are not pushy at all and I feel their prices are fair. My mom has been going to them for years and has always been happy with them.

Very honest, very fast, very courteous! I had to have my vehicle towed to Evolution on a Wednesday night. They started working on it Thursday morning. It ended up needing quite extensive work done on it, but they still had it completed by Friday morning. I received phone calls updating me on what was going on with it, and as far as cost...Evolution was much lower than even the average cost in this area to have all it needed done. The staff is very friendly, and all of their employees are very knowledgeable of the business. I received a complete, detailed invoice, including graphs showing my vehicles condition before and after the repairs. I definitely recommend Evolution to anyone, whether your repairs are simple or major. They know what they are doing, and they treat everyone with kindness and respect.

I was 900 miles from my home in Arizona. An incomplete job done by another shop in AZ came unraveled and my 4X4 Jeep Cherokee developed a serious oil leak from the internal axle seals in the front differential. Nick, a mechanic here, diagnosed it quickly and accurately over the phone. I brought it in the next day and Nick performed an expert and efficient installation of new seals. He cleaned the differential internals like it was an operating room before re-assembly. Wendy (the Owner/Manager) took excellent care of me by fitting me into their understandably full schedule. The bill was very reasonable. I cannot recommend this mechanic shop highly enough. TRULY EXCELLENT SHOP, SERVICE AND PEOPLE. A++++++++++++++++++++++

I had taken my car to another auto repair place in Tooele. They told me it would take a week to get the correct part in. I waited the week just to find out they said they ordered the wrong part and it would be another week. I took my car into Evolution Auto and dropped it off at 8am by 8:30 they had figured out the problem and by 2pm they had the correct part and it was fixed that day. Since my long time mechanic retired I have struggle to find an honest mechanic. I wont need to look any further. Thank you Evolution Auto Repair!!!

My friend took their car there for noise. They told her she needed a new transmission. Got a second opinion from the dealership and just turned out it was just a wheel bearing. They didnt even remove the skid plate to look at the transmission.About the reply:It was taken to two other dealerships. After the wheel bearing was replace there was zero noise from the transmission. Car works perfect now. Both dealerships confirmed there was nothing wrong with the transmission.

Cant beat the price and always honest about what does and - more importantly - does not need done. Theyve saved me lots of time and money after other shops tried to sell me mandatory repairs that were frivolous and expensive.

Had a safety done and failed. Fair enough. Got it repaired but it still failed. When asking for clarification, the mechanic got frustrated and accused me of arguing. Just left a sour taste. Secretary was nice, mechanics customer service abysmal. Never going there again.Response to owner: It wasnt the analysis that bothered me, it was the attitude. The mechanic had no time for me. He treated me like I was a major bother to him while I was asking for clarification. Again, NOT the diagnosis, the demeanor.

We took our car here for a simple safety inspection and was told that my vehicle failed due to bad lower ball joints. After consulting with 2 other mechanics, we were told that the ball joints were fine but the tie rods needed to be replaced. We replaced the tie rods and took it back for a re-inspection. I informed them of the work that had been done and what the other mechanics said. They still insisted that the ball joints were bad. The ironic thing is that they told us the same thing about our other vechicle, too. Anyway, we took it somewhere else and it passed inspection just fine. So either everyone else is inspecting them incorrectly, or they are. My bet is on them. Nice lady in the front office, otherwise they would have gotten one star from me.

On February 11th 2016 we took our 2006 Chev Tahoe in for a check engine light. The head mechanic called several times telling us what he was doing to figure out the problem. One of his attempts to fix it along with ignition wires and spark plugs was a bottle of injection cleaner that was $89.95, and he didnt even ask us if it was ok. We picked it up the next day Not Fixed but he still charged us $446.90. He told us to bring it back in two weeks to change all 8 of the fuel injectors. We took it to Tisch Automotive the owner said after a half an hour of looking at our Tahoe to take it to a dealer and get the computer setting checked. We did and thats what was wrong. The dealership told us the same thing as Tisch Automotive, each injector can be tested to see which injector is bad. As far as Top choice auto repair they Ripped Us Off and the head mechanic doesnt know enough to be in charge of repairs. Tisch Automotive even said a mechanic should of been able to spot that repair rather quickly, top choice auto repair didnt. Dont Ever take your Car to this garage they do not know what they doing, and they will still charge you for their mistakes.
