I came in on Sunday to get new tires. Ryan, who waited on me always showed how my front brakes should be replaced. He did the job in a timely manner and Havi, helped with the tires.They were both very professional and explained everything do I understood it.

When someone pulls up and says they need an oil change AND emissions and a new tag. RIGHT THEN would be a good time to say you don’t do emissions and registration!!!! NOT after you get my money by doing an oil change. I don’t have time to go to multiple places. I would of liked to know that at the time I asked for those service. Not professional. Lost my future business.

I’ve used jiffy lube ever since I can remember. Mainly I like to drive my trucks or cars in myself, wait then pull out. I don’t like other people in my vehicles, I’m just funny that way. I’ve always did it before, now all of a sudden you’ve changed your policies. Change it back please. Also the prices are a bit high. Other than that the service and the personnel were vary good and friendly.

Went to get an oil change on July 10, the oil chance was fine no problems with that. When I got into my vehicle (my car has black interior) I realized my hands have a lot of grease on them, and grease was all over my car, very unsanitary. Still to this day I have to find areas with my clothing and hands, grease. Give them 2 stars since I shouldn’t have to be dealing with finding grease on my clothing, even after cleaning the main areas my car was touched. I won’t be going back.

I had the best experience with jiffy lube they helped me with everything I needed! Shout out for Mel, Matt R, Timothy M, Javier C, Shane T, Tanner, Brayden they killed it! Made me feel like royalty! Definitely wont go anywhere else for my car needs!

They told me that it might be an hour of waiting.They were finished and had me out of their within30-40 minutes. All of the work was done, and my windowslooked as though I had just purchased them, really clean.The Staff is friendly and very professional....

They tried to convince me that I needed a new radiator cap, and it would be $40 to replace...on top of the $80 they charged for a basic oil change. The look of shock when I told them my radiator cap was new, and I know for a fact I didnt need one was funny. I wont be returning.

They left my dipstick partially open thus blowing oil all over my motor. What do you expect from high school kids

Team was quick and professional, had me in and out with an oil change and a new battery change in under 45 minutes. They were very nice and walked me through each step of their multipoint inspection so I could understand what to check for. Would highly recommend these guys for all your vehicle needs.

Went their because they have a sign free a/c check. So I drove over there asked the kid working to check my air conditioner. He says that there is not any one working who can operate the equipment. So I asked how much and when. 220.00 to recharge an air conditioner. So we just moved from West Jordan, so we went to the Jiffy Lube in Tooele and I was SO IMPRESSED! They were efficient, friendly, personable. Yeah, they were busy so i had to wait a little while for my oil change but I never felt like I was being ignored. I wish I remembered the names of the employees I spoke with so I can give them a shout out, but honestly, they were ALL GREAT!!Ill be back again, thank you!

My dad went to take our family car to get an oil change before our trip out of state. My dad checked to see if the filter was changed and if the oil was drained and changed. It was not, when my dad talked to the manager he would do nothing about it. The manager said there are cameras when my dad asked if they would pull them up to see he denied him that. Wouldn’t even take a look at the oil or anything completely refused to help. Terrible service and people

A different auto repair shop, while doing an inspection, told me my brakes were bad and needed replacing, but I couldnt afford to replace them at that time. Good thing I waited. Took my truck into Jiffy Lube to replace the brakes and they called me later and told me they are good and dont need replacing. They just recommended an optional brake cleaning and tune-up. They could have replaced the brakes and I would have been none the wiser. Really appreciated their honesty.

I went in there today to get a March and May license plate stickers that were worn out. An employee met me half way in the parking lot and asked if he could help me. I said Yes I need a couple month stickers for vehicles and showed him the registrations. He said that he could help me and just needed a card for payment. I said youre going to charge me for them? He said yes. I then told him the should be free and Ill just go to the DMV to get them. He said ok. Jiffy Lube gets the monthly stickers for free. Why are they charging customers for them? The Next time I need my vehicles serviced they will be serviced elsewhere. Will no longer do business with them.

They didnt have any other customers but still, thats a quick oil change for sure.I usually do my own oil changes but havent had the opportunity to get this first one done on this new vehicle yet. I guess Im spoiled in that I can do a synthetic oil change on my vehicles for less than $40 on average if I do it myself. Im not sure how competitive their pricing is, I did have a $10 off coupon but without that code i think their pricing is a bit steep at $65 for a conventional oil change for my vehicle.My truck takes 7 quarts of oil so even at $10/quart for the 2 extra quarts (which would be steep) that makes it about $45, so doing it at home would still be far more cost effective for me.Great service though, friendly and fast.

It is cheaper to go to a dealership than Jiffy Lube to get an oil change ... at Jiffy Lube. Wow! They wanted over $100 to change the oil in my Subaru and then used the scare tactic that if I dont use their magical oil that it will void my warranty. My advice..... Stay as far away from Jiffy Lube as possible. I can almost guarantee they will over fill or under fill and I will have drop marks on my driveway tonight. When I told them I just wanted the oil changed and to not worry about the air filter you would have thought I just kicked them in the nuts. Then, when they realized I wasnt playing the game they made me wait while they did a complete change in a bay that was started 15 minutes after mine. Disrespect! This place is a scam! Stay away.They used to be reputable. Those days are long gone! Especially this location.I was just advised that they accidentally drained my transmission instead of the oil. I got a flat leaving a camp in Tooele. Took them over an hour to check and see if they even had a tire that would fit on my car. They didnt.

Ive gone to the Tooele Jiffy Lube for 4years before moving and sometimes will still go out there for anything I need. Emissions isnt done in Tooele. Sorry guys, that was my mistake and wanted to correct it.

Car leaked and smoked after an oil change. Tried telling me things needed changed, fixed ect. With new tires, I was quoted over $1400 for everything they said my car was in need of. I took it to another business and got work done that needed to be done including tires for less than $800.00

Said they had both fuel filters. Only had one. So they put the old one back on.

I had a great experience there. I was greeted right away and treated with great courtesy. Brinon and Brendon were terrific!

The mechanics there were trying to convince me I needed a new pump for my windshield washer fluid. I argued and asked for management. Thankfully a very intelligent man (Ryan) came out and looked at it and informed me it was only frozen! Thank you so much Ryan for checking into it for me. Great experience! I came in with a problem with an oil leak follow an oil change at grease monkey. Jamon, the manager, did awesome! He found out that my oil pan was striped and helped get my back on the road for my trip! I have had some great experiences and some okay experiences at Jiffy Lube. But this one tops them all. Tooele Jiffy Lube has some great management!

They changed the oil fine, but maybe overfilled it. They reported an engine oil leak, but we dont have an engine oil leak. So they either damaged our engine or overfilled the oil.

Couldnt reset my oil change, plus left the bolt of oil pan and left extra oil on my metal protection. I am NOT going there.

After some difficult moments the team did everything possible to complete the process. The group of guys performing the service were knowledgeable and helpful, discussing all aspects of the service. The most difficult part was knowing how to access my three pack purchase which no one seemed to know how to do. Finally a new team member came to work and quickly accessed my information and completed the process. Kudos to you all.

Called in and asked for two tires and an oil change. If you dont have the tire size needed YOU should probably throw it on the delivery truck that will be out at 1pm today so YOU CAN sell them and make $$$. Dont expect people to call in and then after jump online to rush to order before your truck leaves. Theyll just go somewhere else that just takes what you need and makes it happen. Not doing the ordering for you guys, I told them the size I need over the phone! Terrible customer service on the tire side!

Came in to get an oil change. When I arrived they didnt have any customers. I just wanted my oil changed and asked the gentleman how much? He told me like $45 dollars. I was like cool lets go with that one. Then I showed him wear I had my oil changed last time and he said for high mileage it would be $70 bucks lol!?! No wonder their parking lot is empty.

Went in today to get my registration renewed. They were nice and working really hard, they couldnt help me because I am from out of town and need emissions done, I would go back though for any other services. Great team that is there!

The guys there seem really nice, but it has gotten ridiculously priced, I won’t go back. The Jiffy Lube near my work offers much better coupons. I feel the owner takes advantage of the lack of competition.

Went in for an oil change on Sunday, and the service was amazing. It wasn’t too busy, but even with the crew having little to no customers they still made sure to act professional, and really made sure I was taken care of! They checked an air filter behind my glove box that no other jiffy lube location has ever checked (and it’s definitely about time it gets replaced) Jamon went over everything they were doing to my car with me, and explained it all so well! Out of all the locations and managers I’ve talked to he was the most helpful. I am someone who knows nothing about cars and he really took the time to answer all my questions in detail and make sure I understood everything they reviewed with me! Fastest oil change I’ve ever received at jiffy lube, and the best customer service I’ve received yet! Keep it up!!

Every time we have been here we have been treated so well. We have had to go in quite a few times since weve moved here. These are some great people who have gone above and beyond to help us every time. They also go out of their way to be kind and do extra things that they arent even required to do and the kids love coming with me because of this. I would just like to say thank you and keep it up. This has definitely changed my mind about jiffy lube. We did not like the ones anywhere where we lived before and I swore Id never go to another one. Fantastic workers and work ethics! Went to get our oil changed and found out the people who had done it at another shop previously didnt put it back together right, but these guys got it taken care of for us for free. They were able to fix up our windshield crack and order back tires all in just a little bit of time. Super friendly staff and very helpful in getting things done.

I was a little weirded out by attendant - will not mention Colbys name - telling me not to use JLs computer to find coupons off a $170 oil change but gave me a coupon at completion when I went to pay. I appreciated the help getting the coupon but was weirded out by the behavior - wasnt really rude but definitely was not respectful or professional.

I have always taken care of our vehicle maintenance myself. I have been working a lot and we decided to give jiffy lube in Tooele a shot. Bad, bad mistake.I have never written a bad review about any place. If I cant write something good I dont write anything. UNTIL NOW.My wife took her car here today and specifically instructed them to do nothing but replace the engine oil and engine filter. They proceeded to pull and check every filter, damaging the cabin filter during the process. I talked to the technician on the phone and was informed that the manager had instructed him to do the complete service regardless of what we wanted. To top it off, they were charging us $150. For an oil change?? Are you kidding me??At this point I called the manager. What a joke. The call ended with a few choice words and me hanging up on the ignorant punk.They ended up giving my wife a so called discount and charged her $90!90 bucks for 5 qts of oil and a filter!! My wife ended up replacing the cabin and engine air filter herself at home!We will never go here again. From what we experienced here and after reading some of the other reviews, I am extremely surprised that this place is still in business.

Tooele Utah. It sucks that a Veterans day promotion that is supposed to make you feel good about a company makes you not earner to ever do business with them. A couple days before Veterans day I called to ask if the fully synthetic oil change was going to be an extra cost. The person that answered the phone said just taxes of about $23. I thought they were doing oil changes Sunday when we arrived Sunday we were told it was Monday again we asked if they were doing synthetic for just about$23 more again they confirmed. Monday when taking the car in they asked us if we could do an oil filter for 19.99 we agreed. Then the bill$99 really that is more than dealership on any given day. Let felling taken advantage of. 5 min after leaving smoke is billowing out of the hood (embarrassing). The was a lot of oil spilled. A few weeks later there are spots of oil in the garage. Went back to make sure they tightened everything. I told them of our experience and all they said is I dont know who you talked to. This sucked.

When I got there, I was helped immediately. They explained what my car needed and they started right away. I didnt have to wait long. Im going to say it.....they were done in a jiffy. (Bad joke, I know)

THIS SHOULD BE 0 STARS. This is the worst place in the world to have any thing done there. Even an oil change. I have taken my vehicle there several times and they have messed things up on it. About a 6 months ago they cross threaded my oil cap causing my oil to leak. I went back to them and they denied they did it. Then just last week I took my car there again and they broke off one of my wheel studs on my front tire. Causing me to fail my inspection. They said they could fix it for 180$. I assumed they should fix it for FREE. I ended up taken my car to a reputable mechanic and found out they also cross threaded another two of my bolts on thus causing me to have to replace 3 of the studs. Which cost me 120$. Fill free to take your car to this Jiffy Lube if you want to wait a least 1 hour and have a pressure-filled sales pitch. And to screw your car up in the end!

I will definitely not ever come here again. I went in for an oil change since they were offering $24.99 oil changes. When I was greeted they said it might take a couple minutes since there was a couple cars ahead of me. No big deal. When they finally got to my car they pulled it into the bay and I waited at the shop for my car to be completed. After waiting and hour and a half for my car to get done they pulled me aside and said that my car has about 15 items that need to be replaced. Including spark plugs that need to be replaced every 5,000 miles?!?. After all was said and done I stormed out paying $53 dollars for an oil change. When I confronted them about the $24.99 oil changes they said they were no longer honoring that promo. An hour and 45 minutes for an oil change should never happen to any body. My last visit took maybe 20 minutes tops.

I wont be back. I specifically told them that I needed to register my car when someone came out to greet me. They said it would be about an hour and a half with one person ahead of me, which was fine. When I came back it was parked out front but no one acknowledged me. I asked if it was ready to go and he just looked at me like I was stupid and said hed be with me in a minute and called someone else. Then I was told my inspection failed because when they pulled up on my wiper blade it broke off and wont clip back on. It worked fine before... I asked how much it would cost and agreed to have them replace it. When it was time to pay, the blade was actually double the price of what he told me. Then I was told they probably wouldnt be able to do on-the-spot renewal because it was giving them trouble, and yes, it didnt work. I wish they just would have told me that to begin with, I could have gone elsewhere. And if that all wasnt enough - when I was almost home I noticed my radio wouldnt turn on. It was a huge ordeal of trying to find some code and get it connected again, which I guess happens when someone completely disconnects the battery. The whole experience was ridiculous!

79.00 for an oil change and filter. The price is getting rediciules. What happened to the 25.00 deal. They were friendly and nice but the price is a joke. I will find a new lube shop

I lost the year sticker off my license plate. The lady that came out of my Tooele location, even before I got out of my car, had one back on in 2 minutes and I was on my way. Thanks for the great attitude!

Friendly service, everyone seemed eager to help. I saw there were a few cars in front of me so I asked how long they thought the wait would be as I didnt want to spend my Saturday in the JL Luxury Lounge sipping bitter coffee and watching MASH. They said 45 minutes, I was there 2 hours.Along with an oil change, I had a rock chip repaired through my insurance company. They handed me the phone so my insurance rep could get my go ahead, the rep then called a 3rd party who would collect from the insurance company and this was when we discovered they called the wrong insurance company. They called the correct company and we went through that all over again.Not a horrific experience, oil was changed, the rock chip repaired.

My vehicle was leaking oil 2 weeks after my last oil change. I took it to Erda Auto Shop to fix the leak. Apparently, someone did not tighten my oil filter tight enough during my last oil change. This is the second time this has happened. I should have taken it directly to Jiffy Lube to have them fix the issue but since this happened twice I was reluctant. I got a free oil change voucher in the mail for their mistake, but I would have liked to have had reimbursement for the fix Erda Auto Shop did.

They were quick, and didnt hound me for more things to buy.
