Was told if I was there at 8 am they could mount mount and balance my tires and do an alignment. Truck had wheels installed and sat outside until 11 at which time they pulled it inside. I saw several people come in and ask for an alignment while I was waiting and they got in and out. The service manager didn’t even come talk to me or anything. I finally got my truck a little after noon - so 4 hours later.When I got home my boy asked what happened. I discovered they had banged up two of my rims. They were rusty but still looked good. Now they are all dinged up. If you felt you needed to bang on them, use the proper tool, ie a rubber mallet! Do they not have proper tools? See pictures. I went back to big O and once again waited to talk to the service manager who offered to give me $20 for banging and singing up my rims. I just left I was so angry. I would not recommend these guys at all!!!

Very bad experience, dont even want to give a star.Especially that white hair front desk lady . Bad attitude from the beginning, the way she talked to costumer. The look she give to costumer, the tone she talk to costumer, lack of information, lack of Professional attitude!!!!!! More amazing thing is no body stop that lady to treat costumer badly?! Whole entire team there gave big problem!!!!Will never go there again . And will not recommend any one to go there!!!!!!Only glad is thier were fix rental car . Went for a fix flat tire (easy patch up right) nope didnt even make it home, my mistake taking it back to fix again, went to pick up which took over four hours again ...and said it was not fixable and I need a new tire, when clearly the patch job was screwed up by them and they blamed me for it. Just not experienced workers there, hope they find more experienced employees. I Like big o but this particular one needs to hire more experienced employees, which is a shame because you do want to support your local businesses.

Called ahead to get an alignment and was told to bring it down, theyll take care of it. When I got there they said they cant do it today. I left the truck overnight so they could do it first thing in the morning, I gave them the key and my info. Next day I had to call in the afternoon for an update. They said we did the best we could and I could come get it. No options for fixing the issue. I paid full price for a half aligned vehicle. Limped it home as its not safe to drive. Oh well.

Came in 2 and a 1/2 hours before closing time to have a flat tire checked to be told that they dont have time to check a flat tire. Why? Because they have one tire guy. 1 tire guy at a store that deals in tires. Judging by the other reviews I know youre gonna respond with thanks for the feedback wed love to discuss it. Clearly not concerned with customer feedback. So ridiculous. Losing a lifetime customer.

I have never been more disappointed in a business. I am traveling through, and I had a flat tire. I went into Big O to get a new tire, and the gentleman at the desk asked if I had purchased my tires from them before. I told him no, I needed to get a new tire. He then told me that they were only helping current customers, and that I would have to come back on Monday. Well, I will definitely not be a customer of theirs ever. So I went down the road to Les Schwab and they helped me right away. If you are in Tooele, UT and need tires, don’t go to Big O.

I have been a Les Schwab guy for years. After seeing Big O has a better selection online, I figured I would just go check em out.In 45 minutes I had a new set of tires, out the door and saved hundreds vs what I had been shopping. The salesman was on top of his game and not pushy at all. I will be taking all my future needs straight to them and not even waist my time looking around.The only downside is, now I regret my previous purchases elsewhere.

(Cheapest price after shopping around by quite a bit )I came in to have them installed the next day understanding it would be busy & probably a long wait by the time I had got off work to make it in .He went above & beyond and jumped in to make sure that I didn’t have to wait til the next day . Not only did he squeeze me in but he also did it in a very fast manner. Great tire shop! I got a new set of tires and a leveling kit put on my truck here. The sales representatives were great to work with, the price was right, and they guided me to a high quality tire that best fit what I was looking for. The warrantys, flat repair, and rotate policies are well worth the money. In addition to good customer service, the workmanship of the mechanics was excellent. I was really impressed with how well my truck drove and handled following the job. I would highly recommend this shop and Big O to anyone in the market for tires.

We had not been to Big O for years and decided to try them again because of a tire sale. It was a HUGE mistake. They did not tighten the lug nuts on the tires and if we had driven the car at freeway speeds it could have cause serious injury, to make matters worse when my husband told them about it he got a blank look and a “I don’t care”attitude. He asked for replacement lug nuts and got the runaround.Here is the back story: My son’s car needed new tires and the weather was changing so we found a good deal on all weather tires at Big O. He got a flat tire right before we purchased the new tires and because he is young he ended up driving on the rim and bending it. The technician was able to get the new tire to seal but he told my husband that we should probably order a new rim to be safe. We ordered the new rim and while we were waiting for it to arrive he only drove it to work which is located about a 2 miles from our home. It was only a few days before the tire lost air. We understood the situation and knew that might happen, but when the rim arrived we were not able to drive the car to Big O so my husband had to remove the tire and take it to the shop. When he started to take it off he noticed that some lug nuts were missing and the two that were there were not very tight. We were very concerned because this is a safety issue. He checked the other tires and found a couple of other lug nuts that were barely hand tight. When he went to Big O he approached the guy who had sold him the tires and told him about the situation. The guy just looked at him with a blank look and said “yeah, what do you want me to do about it.” My husband was angry at this point because basically the guy didn’t care that our son was driving a car that the tire could have fallen off of. My husband had the new rim in hand and needed them to transfer the tire to the new rim. The technician told my husband to leave the tire and come back in a couple of hours. My husband gave him 4 hours and went back and had to wait longer, then when they gave him the tire he asked for replacement lug nuts. They said that they didn’t have any and would have to order them. So he left the tire and had to check back in a couple of days. When he went back there was no work order on file and no one knew what he was talking about. The only reason I gave a star is because the front desk lady was working hard to track down the tire and the work order. They finally found the tire but still no lug nuts. A manager came to help because by this time my husband was livid he wasn’t angry at the front desk lady but the other sales guy was telling him that if he didn’t have a work order he may not be able to help him. After more than 30 minutes they located the tire but still no lug nuts. The manager was able to locate some locally and get them there in about 10 minutes. I don’t understand why they could not have been done in the first place? Then after the big ordeal they still charged us for changing the tire and for the lug nuts. Although the fee was not large I think a properly run business would have waived the fee since they took up so much of our time with their negligence. Needless to say we will not be doing business with Big O in Tooele again.

Had a small hole in one tire that they patched up for free. It was a nice surprise that made my day!!

I had a slow leak and wasnt comfortable driving home to West Jordan from Tooele so I stopped by BigO and they fixed my tire and sent me on my way. Great service, had me in and out within 30 minutes.

Been years since i have been there they scuffed one of my wheels and place a jack in a bad location under my car and caused damage when i talked to owner he was very much rude and could care less needless to say i will never go back and ill never send any one to there

Came in to have my tires rotated and oil changed. Was told it would be a 1.5 just for the tires and longer for the oil, I only have one care so I have to sit and wait it has now it has been 3 hours. I have come here in the past and they have been fast and nice it seems they only maybe have one guy changing oil now or something cause people have come in after me and left with completed work. And it must be nice to have people sit and wait but have the extra employees to just sit at the desk! It feels a little frustrating! Not sure what happened I have always liked coming here but I will find another place in the future and I suggest to others to do the same.

I am currently sitting here, waiting for my brakes to be done. Rob, Darion, and Jenny are up front taking wonderful care of each person who walks through the door. Most of the customers know the staff by name and they in return know theirs. I have not seen customer service on this level in a car shop since....well honestly...never. Call small town charm or call it professionalism, but whatever you call it don’t forget to give this crew kudos for a job well done.

I dropped in last week when my tire pressure notification came on. Arnie had me pull right in, found that there was a nail in the tire, and fixed it all within 20 minutes. He was kind and really saved my day!

Big O Tires has been one of my personal favorite shops to take my vehicles to. South Temple used to be my local shop of choice when in Salt Lake, but I am stoked that Big O in Tooele is just as great of a shop. Rob, Darion, and Lori are all awesome and super friendly! Great customer service. They have me impressed with my three visits here, with how quick they get my car in, diagnose the problem, and have it fixed in a reasonable and quick time. I (Hannah) just went to this location today to get new tires put on and an alignment done. Their customer service is fantastic, especially Darian and the ladies up in the front. I used to go to the Riverton location, but since moving to Tooele I decided to try them out. Looks like Ill be coming back next time, its a bonus they are so close to home. Thanks guys!

I am very happy with Big O. I had a nail in my tire and they are the original tires that came on the truck when I bought it brand new. They didnt charge me to fix it. But I buy all my tires there.

Took an atv tire in with a slow leak. They took the tire & said they would fix it right up while I wait. Two hours later as they were closing for the day they asked what I was waiting for. I told them and they gave me back a still dirty tire with a new valve stem. Obviously they didn’t check for anything else being the problem. They had over inflated it by 20 psi and the next morning it was flat again. I won’t be going back. They didn’t charge me but I would have been happy to pay them to actually fix the tire.

The guys at Big-O quickly diagnosed lower ball joint and sway bar bushing issues during an alignment and went out of their way to install the bushings even though they werent available the day they fixed everything else and they didnt charge any more. Big-O made a wheel and alignment customer for life for going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their workmanship.

My family and I have come in on 4 different occasions 3 for oil changes on our vehicles and one for a flat tire recently and we were all met with the same very rude older guy at the front desk. My dad came in first with his car and asked for an oil change and the guy was extremely rude and stated the wait would be over four hours, my dad expressed that he was in no hurry and the guy seemed extremely bothered but obliged. Then I brought in my car a couple weeks later for oil and it was the same man. He stated the wait would be 4 hours again and I said that was ok and then he kept coming up with excuses for why they couldn’t do my oil, I ended up going somewhere else. A few days later my uncle was out visiting and he got a flat tire but it was under warranty at big O and the same guy gave my uncle a ton of attitude for just trying to get his tire repaired, and just last week we tried to get my moms car in to get oil changed and he was sassy with us and told us his car lift to change oil was broken and he looked smug about it. I don’t know what this guys issue is but maybe he shouldn’t be working with customers if he’s going to have issues. We take our cars to the big O in west valley now and we’ve had no issues whatsoever. I normally would never write a review after having a bad employee but this guy has rubbed me wrong on so many different occasions that it’s ridiculous.

Jay was wonderful in helping fix my front brakes. Lori was very courteous, as she closed out my ticket. And Raul was very sincere, providing me a pretty good quote range over the phone.

Had to have tires replaced. They are Michellin tires with a 60,000 mile warranty. The tires only had 30,000. According to Michellin, I just needed to take it to any Michellin dealer. Big O was on their dealer list. Asked about what I needed to do, Rob told me they dont do that here. Since I didnt buy the tires from them. I tried to show him on Michellins site that it said to take it to any dealer, but he didnt care. He said they are not a Michellin dealer, they are Big O. Definitely wont be going there for tires again!

I went in an hour and half before their closing hours for a simple car inspection. Was denied because they didnt want to do any more for the day. Not to mention they are rude, especially the lady with white hair. Gladly never deal with them again!

Went in to have a vibration looked at. Spent 20 minutes in front of the desk while another man was also waiting. Finally someone decides to come up front and just stared at the man in front of him...... No greeting or anything, the man waiting had to speak up to get a response. Then another two associates come in and fumble around the computer and paperwork before even saying a word to me... Still no greeting of any sort.Asked if he could look at my vibration real quick? Said Id have to leave it over night, while theres bays open?Went across the street and had instant customer service and pleasant greetings. Squeezed me in to help me out and rebalanced the tires in no time. Mind you theyre big O tires that were balanced not two months ago by this store. To top it off no charge!Someone needs to sit down an have a talk with your crew and the poor responses youve been receiving lately.

Not sure they actually rotated my tires, I am missing a cover on one tire over the lug nuts and that tire was in the same place when I picked up my truck. Also I told them I needed my truck by a specific time, despite saying they could do that they were LATE! THE BIG O ON 300 W IN SLC IS MUCH BETTER.

Went in for an alignment, after 3 hours I was told they could only partially align the car, however, that was somewhat expected because I have a lot of aftermarket performance suspension parts that need to be seen by a specialist, so thats not the reason for this review.... I have been with Big O for many years and they have always gone above and beyond to help with my disability. Im in a wheelchair and my vehicle sometimes needs special care. They have always been excellent to work with. For example, last year I had to put struts on my 2010 Dodge Caravan and my vehicle does not take a normal Dodge strut, so Jay Miller and Rob Cervant went the extra mile, and they always keep the prices affordable so I can have a Vehicle. Big O in Tooele is the Best!

Went to get an oil change and the guy with the glasses was giving me excuses to why they couldn’t change my oil today I was in no hurry willing to leave my vehicle for a few hours but he still refused to help me out. Bad service if you ask me I’ve gone to other big o tires and they have never given me excuses to not being able to do a simple oil change

They replaced a part on my vehicle, didnt fix it and still charged me. They tried to claim the part was bad and needed to be replaced anyways. This was their excuse to make me pay for a service I did not receive. They were telling me that I had to pay for the part even though they diagnosed the problem and they were wrong, not me. They were telling me that I was still responsible for paying for the part that didnt even fix the problem. After 30 minutes on the phone and calling them on every lie that they could tell me, they finally said come get your money. When I went there they were so rude, unprofessional and didnt even try to be friendly. They did not apologize for their mistake and try and keep my business and make things right. Totally unprofessional and I hope you will read this so you do not have to deal with these crooks. I dont care what Big O in the state of Utah it is, I will never go there again. Lost my business forever.

Luv this place! I have purchased many sets of tires and wheels from them over the years and have always been impressed with their service and professionalism. The owner, Jay, is a super honest guy and always takes the time to answer my questions. I drive all the way from Utah Valley to do business with them and would highly recommend them.

Fuel pump went out on my Pontiac in the middle of the night. Tow driver recommended this place to drop car. Went and got a hotel and returned in the morning. After diagnosis, shop confirmed fuel pump and quoted $349. (I had already gone across the street to OReillys and got quote for pump. $219. (Which means shop paid probably $130) + 1-2 hr. labor, so $349 sounded reasonable.) Job was finished in just over an hour. Went to pay my bill and was charged $349 for pump +$189 labor. Yeah, I got soaked.

I took a tire in to Walmart to get fixed, they said they couldnt fix it and tried to sell me a new set of tires, took it in to Big O the next day and not only did they fix it but they didnt even charge me. I only took off one star because they are always busy so it ends up being a long wait but if you can take the time I would recommend you come here for your tire needs

I picked out a set of snow tires that I read reviews on and they were very good and the price was listed on the web site for this store. Since they werent on hand, they are charging my daughter an extra $20 per tire for shipping. If they arent on hand, the web site should state call store for price, it did on a different tire, but not the ones I felt were the best tire for her application. If you cant put the right price on the web site, that references your store, dont put a price on it at all.

Ive taken our work vehicles here for the last 5 years and Ive always had a good experience. Ive never had them try to sell me something I didnt need. Most of the time they were able to handle my service and repairs the same day. Great service!

I was really impressed by Big O Tires on my last stop there. I had picked up a nail in my tire and it continuously deflated. The staff was friendly and they helped me get it fixed immediately. I would high recommend this store.

A few months ago my wife took in our subaru to check to see if a leak in the tire was fixable. They brought the car into the bay and without taking the tire off or really checking they told her she would need to replace the tires (awd would need to replace all 4) we decided to try elsewhere and surprise the tire was able to be patched and drove for a few months before replacing the tires at a different company. Would not recommend they just want your money not actually help.

I have always been pleased with the outcome of my tire purchases at Big O. If there has been a misunderstanding, I go in or call to speak with someone and they work it out. We have purchased about 4 sets of tires from them in the last 5 years for our work and personal vehicles because of their awesome no interest financing. Rob is always so helpful and knowledgable. I always check with Big O first!

Pretty friendly, but much to be desired. I know they could be tired or dealing with less than worthy customers. Its just the feeling of being pushed through and talked down to thats getting to me. Got my tires ordered and was told to come in the next day, no type of paper or his name just told to come back. I did so and met someone else entirely different that had no idea what I was talking about. To add on to other things I was told that I needed an alignment. They said based on visual inplspection, to me it said that I should pay them to realign my car. Knowing my car Ive been fine on alignment and that the issue they see visually was due to the fact I had a larger tire on my panssengerside and a smaller tire on my driver side. This was done because my car had a flat in the middle of nowhere and I found a tire that would at least fit until I could get new ones. The wear they saw was driving 100 miles or so on that tire. I didnt need a new alignment after all. The look on their faces seemed to be almost moronic at me, assuming I didnt know anything about anything. My car drives fine quiet and in no way in need of an alignment. I guess to say it plainly, know your car, know what you want, consider what they offer, and dont take everything they say as face value. They are in the business of making money.

Was un impressed with the service, drove in and did not receive a written estimate for a E brake repair. called for a quote on a Oil and filter change and was left on hold way to long.

Unbelievably terrible service. Have been working with this location for several months and have been lied to over and over again. Along with them never doing what they say they are going to do. I asked them to fix a problem three times and they pushed it off and wouldn’t do anything until now when it has become a major problem. When this was brought up to the guy who claimed to be the top manager, he told me “I don’t believe you one bit. My technicians would never do that.” And would not take any responsibility for the negligence. After reading other reviews on this location I know this isn’t a one off situation. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. Find a tire shop that will be reliable.

Got here when it opened for tire rotation and oil change. Was told it would take an hour its been 1 1/2 hrs and Ive seen half a dozen people finished ahead of me. You get better customer service from the DMV.

I actually love this Big O. I purchased a tired from last year. By the time I got home I had ran over a nail. They came to my house, took the tire off and fixed it. Then came back a put it back on. That to me is way more than they should have. 👍👊

I am person that I do not like to argue. I have been getting tires from Big O Tires for a long time, not just this store. Never have I had an issue with them. Got new tires today for my car and before I left the place I was checking out the tires see how they looked at the same time looking at the lug nuts and they where all on. On my drive home I heard something knock underneath my car, it may of been a rock I do not know but when I got home I decide to look at my wheels and I noticed that a lug nut was missing. Now when I go back to tell them, they said that it was already missing since before they started changing my tires. At some point could they have told me it was missing? I would of at least decided to get a new set of lug nuts. I did go out for bit to go have breakfast and when I came back I still waited for almost two hours. I guess the excuse would be they were very busy. It was my word against theirs and I was not going to stand there and argue over one lug nut. Now am going to check that all the lug nuts are tight myself. Safety is my concern so check your vehicle.

I went to les Schwab for a free brake check they quoted me almost 1400$ for tie rods, brakes and 2 new front tires and an alignment I called Big O and got a quote for almost 400$ less . I dropped my car off at 8 am on a Saturday and my car was finished within 2.5 hours. I will bring my car here again. They were super friendly and didnt try to rip me off. Thank you guys!
