Went through the drive through (which always takes FOREVER at this location) and ordered four frappacinos. Was handed these watered down, melted messes through the window and was LIVID. The order was wrong anyways. But on what planet does one think “Yes- this is definitely okay to give a paying customer.”??? Threw them out. Extremely disappointed.

They got my order right and the staff was nice, engaging in small talk with me as I wanted for my coffee. The coffee itself was as expected, nothing special but not bad either. I would definitely recommend.
Was starving and ordered the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Thank God it was so tiny. It was the worst breakfast sandwich Ive ever had. I dont think I could have eaten any more.
Every time I order ahead at this Starbucks there’s an issue. Whether they get the order wrong, it not ready at the time it’s supposed to or today where they just didn’t make it at all. I give two stars because at least the baristas have been kind.
I only went here because I had recieved a gift card. Overpriced coffee that you have to wait forever in line for. Ill pass. I thought I would like it because I liked the pike place K cups. Guess I was wrong. I wasnt impressed.

Service was great but second time in a week they have been out of oatmilk at Starbucks although to be fair they were different Starbucks.
This was a great store but in the last two months has had issues. I ordered two Americanos in the drive thru but was given Caramel Machs and charged for them too - it did not even occur to the baristas that they overcharged me significantly. I let it pass because I needed to go and wasn’t confident they could even fix it. As a former Sbux barista myself my impression is that a lot more training is needed because communication is poor and orders are not verified. I’ve bought a few bags of coffee and the barista I usually see at the window didn’t even know the names of the coffees. These were even mobile orders so literally printed for them 😬 Triple check your orders. Finally - and this is a personal pet peeve - why is Sbux still giving plastic stoppers???
Ordered two drinks and got one. orders two cake pops and got one.
A cup of Americano coffee $3.45- but wait, theres more! .50 extra hidden charge if you ask for cane sugar... Nope. You can keep the cane, pass the raw. Just not a fan of a cold cup of coffee, after waiting 24 minutes in line, to not have cream added...

THIS Starbucks location frustrates me. Not only is the line ALWAYS ridiculously long, but then once in the line you are stuck! And what I’m wondering is WHY is this location always out of Nitro and cold brew?! I’ve been through the line at many hours of the day and they are out. Did you not get your shipment, or is something broken? Is this an ordering issue? Does someone not know how to prepare for the day? This needs to be looked into by management.
This is THE SLOWEST starbucks ever. I travel all over and never wait 40mins for a coffee. Yes the line is always insanely long but there can be 3 cars ahead of you and it will be 20+ minutes. You will shut your car off you will wait so long. If youre lucky you might get a full coffee. Most of the time its a 1/4 to a 1/3 empty by the time you get to it.
Just so everyone knows this particular location is known for closing a half an hour early a couple days a week and the baristas will run and hide while leaving everything on in the drive-thru and while four or five or six customers even because its happened to me on multiple occasions including tonight thats why Im leaving a review they will leave all of you just sitting in the line and not even care its absolutely ridiculous and I hope a GM sees this or something
What we ordered was spot on, and the staff was quite professional and pleasant.
Lovely! It was nice and quiet enough to have a conversation without being awkwardly silent. Had a seat in a comfy chair and worked on my planner for next week by myself, but they also have tables or the long table in the center for seating if your having coffee with a group. They also have a little book bin which was super cute!
Came thru the drive thru on a late night run after a troublesome day. My friend I had our order taken by a woman who IMMEDIATELY greeted us with so much cheerfulness, used our names upon greeting, and made the entire encounter FABULOUS. Cordelia says she has been at this location for 2 months and she has the kind of energy that turns any bad day into a good day. By far the best service we’ve ever had at Starbucks and we admittedly have an addiction to pink drinks. I’m purposely leaving this review to make it known that Cordelia single handedly nailed every check mark that an excellent employee could possibly check. Charm, professionalism, kindness, and all around great vibes.

Starbucks adjusted their hours to 11am closing time. Ok fine. But when I show up at 10:50 and the drive thru is blocked already and the door us locked out front then maybe you should either get a better clock or adjust your time to 1050am.

This store has issues. Every time I go here they screw my drinks up. Its not like I order anything complicated, its just a sugar free vanilla ice coffee with skim.

I ordered 2 venti caramel vanilla frappaucinos, the barista gave me two venti vanilla cream frappaucinos. No big deal, so I clarified my order and she re made them. I get out to my car and try them both, they are two vanilla bean frappaucinos. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Best Starbucks out there (and I’ve gone to them all over). John is an outstanding and outgoing barista and he made me smile, I’ll come back just to see him. My drink was also perfect.

This location is always nice to get my morning latte. The staff are cool and polite. They take their time to pay attention to you. I pass other locations just to go to this Starbucks.
I waited in line for over 20 minutes. Only for Starbucks to cut the line off and stop serving people because the shop is closing. There’s a better way to do that. The line didn’t keep going nobody else was getting in line they should’ve continued serving.
May hold the record for slowest Starbucks in Ohio! Maybe they roast the beans individually for each order?
We ordered five drinks and got 3. One of which was wrong. Then two she forgot to make
1st time here and ordered a bagel it was tasty. But took a few to receive it .. and while waiting I noticed other customers with the look of stress waiting for there coffees.so maybe they could speed up for those who had work or school today ..
Seriously 95% of the time my mobile order is never ready and is missing either my drink or my food item. I’m there waiting for a reason. 8-10 workers at one time, 3 just standing there. 10 min later the barista pushing out orders is the only one to finally realize yea I’m still waiting for something. Thanks to her. But only her.
EVERYTIME I come to this location I have to wait an insanely LONG TIME. They are SLOW!!! The cashier that took our order had the audacity to have an attitude! I’ll NEVER go there again

The staff here is great. HOWEVER, their drive through is the worst. They put their drive through a driving portion of the parking lot, and it has their drive through customers going the opposite way of traffic. Creating a very unsafe parking lot. I cannot count the number of times I have almost been hit here, even though I’m following the correct driving pattern and their customers are not. The only solution I can see is to close the drive through at this location. Very disappointed in the lack of planning in building and planning this location.

Good coffee. Great staff. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Horrible location. Getting in and out of this location is a pain. We live about a block away and rarely go there for that reason.
My girlfriend raced over on lunch on a very busy day of work to get a specific tea. It was one of those this is the only thing I can look forward to today. She put in an online order because there was no time to wait. When she got there, they didnt have the drink made and didnt know about the order.OK, fine, no big deal. However, the manager Paige was not only completely unapologetic, but then spoke with her mockingly about asking for a refund (as a matter of principle). Made a bad day even worse. Not cool.

Starbucks is not my favorite coffee. Its very strong with a pungent taste. However they do have teas and delicious goodies to buy. Always clean and a friendly staff.
This is without a doubt the least efficient of all the Toledo area Starbucks locations. Drive thru lines here are almost always at least a 5-7 minute wait. On one occasion I went ordered a cold brew drink in-store and waited about 5 minutes before they informed me they were all out of cold brew.
Conned my wife into buying my coffee so it really was 👍 good.

Nice clean store. Good organized service ( made fresh decaf ) Coffee and snacks were good. Not real familiar with Starbucks but very clinical for a coffee shop. A few more smiles would have been nice. Maybe it was just a long day for everyone.
Very friendly staff and convenient location. The store considerably big compared to the other locations in the area. They even have an outside area as well.

They do not have nitro brew and the fact that theyre open for dine-in is not listed on google. As far as Starbucks goes, it is so-so but preferred compared to Starbucks inside big box stores.

This Starbucks sucks. The last three times Ive gone there, they were out of ingredients for the drinks I ordered. All three different days and all three different drinks. The last time I went, they were out of dragon fruit so I ordered a cold brew coffee. The coffee drink was so diluted, it tasted like dirty water. I would have brought it back but I was heading to work and didnt have time. I couldnt even drink it. Will no longer go to this location.
This is an upgraded Starbucks with the common table in the middle. Most people, however, like to sit at actual tables. I like the concept but maybe half the size of the common table wouldve been sufficient.

Quick, friendly service but drink wasnt made like Ive had many times at other locations.
I’ve sat in the drive thro at this location for 10 minutes plus on regular occasions. A couple times only to receive the wrong drink or a poorly made one. Today was the 2nd and last time I was stuck in the driveway for over 25 minutes. Eventually I got out of my car in the pouring rain to ask the people behind me to back up so I could leave, so I wasn’t any later to my appointment. I will never go to this location again and unless you have nothing but time you probably shouldn’t either.

The Starbucks on Monroe St is always fast, friendly and spot on with the order. From the drive thru to mobile pick up they always get me taken care of quickly and I leave with a smile every time.
They get my order correct only 75% of the time. And when youre a drive through customer that is very inconvenient. I believe they need to improve there accuracy.

Okay experience. I prefer other locations more. my iced caramel macchiato was alright. definitely tasted bitter and possibly had more espresso in it than i wanted. service was rather slow and there was nobody waiting before us. the barista taking our order was super nice but the barista making our order was a different story. I ordered the iced caramel macchiato nonfat and my sister ordered the regular iced caramel macchiato. we had reusable cups and the barista said that she wasn’t sure if we both wanted nonfat, 2% (regular recipe) or what because it was complicated. my coffee tasted like she just wanted us out of there. my sister said hers tasted like chocolate milk, so I don’t see us being back to this location any time soon, or at all, preferably. I don’t care how busy or slow you are—consistent products are the key to good establishments and if I’m spending $5 on a coffee, you better take the time to make sure it’s right and not tell the customer you think the order is complicated. we didn’t ask for extra pumps of whatever or 30 ingredients added to the drink.very disappointed.

I was very unamused here. Walking into the store it is very clean and warm, but the cashier was in a bad mood!!! I told her that I had only been to one other Starbucks before and that other store had more on their menu as I was trying to find the coffee I had prior. She huffed that we’ll all Starbucks are different and that she had no idea what I was referring to. I was even using a gift card my hubby gotten me for Christmas as I was quite impressed with this chain of coffeehouse. With that being said I just ordered in a rush and felt lesser than as I felt too rushed to take my time to ask for help in what to order. Definitely will stick to local coffeehouses after this..and no more asking for this type of gift card.
I love their Carmel Macchiato!! There is none in Fremont OH, though, so do not get as often as when we are at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland OH for appointments.
The worst espresso in town. I go to SIP Coffee to get a real shot of espresso now and their pastries are much better.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Toledo. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. The wait is never longer than 5 minutes, even during peak hours. And they make a damn good iced Americano! Visiting here always brightens my morning, & not just because of the caffeine!
First time Ive been in a while! Now I remember why! Coffee was ok but I dont think its that great for the price. Wish they had some food to eat! A muffin or cookie wont fill me. Lot of yuppie like people sitting around giving the look. Just not my style! I wonder how many of the gift cards I got were regifted!! At least this one has a drive through!!
Love me some Starbucks! This location has a great staff. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because Starbucks in general have very little seating in there shops. Im sure this is intentional, as people sitting around for hours doesnt necessarily make them money. But still.

Asked for dark roast black Coffee no room for cream at the drive thru. Didnt get the dark roast and the cup was not even close to being filled.
When tried to address a concern related to poor service and juggle through rude manager paige, she stated they will not give out starbuck corporate number and she further went on to state that she will continue to have her job at starbucks no matter what i complained to the corporate. Very profession coming from starbucks manager named paige
