First time here seems like a nice place.I ordered a cold brew and it was pretty good.

I love Biggby just not this location the 3x I have been here have all been an issue. Last week I ordered a 24oz iced Vanilla Chai and a 24oz Red Bull Creme freeze... I was given smaller sizes for both and a hot Chai not iced. I politely said thank you and left... Today i ordered a hot vanilla chai and the barista left it in so long that it was scalding hot and burnt tasting. I recommend the location at Sylvania Ave and McCord.

Good experiences at earlier dates. Thats the reason for 2 even. Wondering if hours changed. I know 6am is early to open but at least change the opening time so people can still get their coffee fixes.

Why do you have only 2 people working everytime I come in? Its a Saturday morning at a coffee shop and you have only 2 people working. Oh man it was bad. Maybe invest in better wages to entice people to want to work here. Awful awful awful

Very disappointed was charged for lattes when I ordered Ice coffees, in return associates couldnt refund the difference or give a gift card due to not able to open drawer. No manager in store to help had to wait while they make phone calls, I still walked out over paying for my coffees

Staff kind of unprofessional. No where near as good as the one in Perrysburg but I gave it 4 stars because the coffee is still the same, amazing!

Love Biggby coffee. They have a nice variety of different specialty drinks. Kind of pricey but get their card to get some deals. Got a free peppermint mocha for my birthday. Just sign up inside! Its delicious!

This place was open durign construction which i was so disgustin. there was dust n dirt every place and i was so afraid to catc sometghing from the crew who did not ware masks. i think theyre was dust in my coffee. now the r done building n it looks awful. the brite colors make my migranes act up. i wont be coming hear anymore!

Felt bad for the employee. Seemed like they only had one girl working on a Saturday afternoon. We called in a curbside order and we were in a rush. So when we got there I called in my car make and model so she could bring the order out. She said I’d need to come in to pay, and if I wanted her to take our money and bring us back change (like most Biggby’s do for curbside) that would be another 10 minutes. Call-in orders are not the same as curbside orders. We did that so we wouldn’t have had to go in. Ended up having to leave the coffees there because we just didn’t have the time. I love Biggby, but they need to get some more help instead of putting it all on one person.

I got the cinnamon spice tea latte with coconut milk and it was really good. I liked the fact that I got an actual tea bag.

Wasnt impressed with coffee...didnt eat

For one the place looks like it hasnt been cleaned since the covee started. Secondly the staff for an exception of like 1 are always highly irritated & if there is a line be prepared to wait 25 minutes for your brew while getting treated like you got the covee in the process.. Wont be back.

Used to be more of a starbucks girl till a friend mentioned biggby and now Im a huge fan.Lattes are my absolute favorite.Pumpkin spice latte amazingIf you like mint the mocha mint is greatGinger bread latte is alright.My bf loves the mocha latte.Got my mom hooked on the chia tea latte since she doesnt like coffee.I highly recommend to give it a try prices are great fast service everytime and good workers. Been going 1-2 times a week definitely worth it for me.

Manager doesnt except online coupons. Coffee was clearly ordered with no chocolate syrup topping and both were made with the chocolate syrup topping. I didnt have time to have them remake them.

I love this place but I found a screw partially blended into my frozen drink once which a wild accident I know. But I called the store immediately and the employee told me she would let the manager know. I emailed corporate as well and they apologized and said they would alert management. I never got any call back from management, not even a replacement drink, nothing. It was handled so poorly. This was weeks ago and I’m still upset, and needless to say I have not been back.

Just left there and I regret it. Terrible. Thats allI can say. absolutely terrible only reason why I went there is because star bucks drive through is closed. Please star bucks dont ever force me to drink coffee that taste like syrup and preservatives again.

Tastes excellent but hurts the wallet

Two people were sitting at tables and a single worker was making many drinks, never acknowledged me even to ask to wait a moment and I stood there for 5 minutes to finally leave when I realized I wouldnt be tended to. Ill give them a 2-Star instead of 1 because I trust they make good drinks, but this was downright annoying. Wont be returning.

Its good coffee but had its flaws. First, its overpriced, its more than Starbucks. Second, the quality isnt as good. I ordered the Caramel marvel freeze or Starbucks version of a frap. Half of the mixture froze up and you couldnt sip through the straw any longer. It had a subtle sweet flavor but dont expect to satisfy any sweet tooth.The redeeming quality is in the service. Great people work here. They have a rewards program for those who purchase often as well.

I can ALWAYS get my favorite drink unlike Starbucks who gets rid of everything good in like 1 month or just runs out in general

I was not there, I was nearby, but I guess its a great place, I seen a lot of people in there, I was over at Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A, they have the best chicken ever, and everytime I get the opportunity, I always make sure I go in and get me some of their chicken strips, 👍🤓 yummy!
