Because of covid the dining room is closed, which is understandable. So i went through the drive thru, and wow was i disappointed. The young lady running the window was extremely impatient when we tried to order something that we did not know they were out of at the moment. I asked for a moment so i could choose something else and she proceeded to ask what i want and if im done 3 times within a 1 minute time frame. When she went back through the order to make sure she heard it correctly, it was wrong, so i tried to correct it and then she just told me the total and wouldnt answer me back when i tried to speak again. Long story short i will not be returning to that particular store.

Who doesnt love Krispy Kreme!? This location is new and they have done a nice job. The restaurant itself is pretty small, not many tables available for dine-in. The line is usually pretty long so be prepared to wait. Since so many people are coming and going, the floors and surfaces were a little sticky. Great donuts!
Ordered online 4 dozen donuts to pick up at 7:15 and after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, I had to pull up and wait. My order was placed over 24 hours before pick up. Then they brought me the wrong order. So far total wait is a half hour. Not a happy customer! Absolutely horrible!
Well service was great when they first open back up in Toledo. Today was free coffee and donut day I’m a rewards member. I could only get hot coffee they said and it was terrible!!! There are young un well train people working no customer service smiles or anything. I ordered extra donuts wit my free stuff and they were hard and cold. And I got over charged. I did this stop after work I should have just went home. I am Very very unhappy next time I’ll just go up the street to Kroger’s and get donuts.
Decided to bring a treat for the team this morning, so we pulled in to Krispy Kreme to get donuts for everyone. The drive through line moved quickly and we had our order in no time. Everyone enjoyed the surprise and by the end of the meeting they were all gone. Will be sure to do this again for the next time. Definitely a crowd pleaser!
A painfully long wait… for the wrong donuts. Once I got to the window I was greeted by a rude employee who seemed to not only be rude to the customers, but fellow employees. My drink wasn’t the right size, and I got only 2 correct donuts but when I brought it to their attention, they were rude about messing up my order, so i just took what they gave me and left. I would not recommend.

Sad to say that the holloween donuts I just got there were stale tasting. The broomsticks on the donuts were mushy and the creme filled donuts were very tuff and dry on the outside. Must have been sitting out for a long time.

Very rude employee. When we arrived to order in the drive thru she said Go head. Like what? Ive never experienced rudeness like this at a restaurant. We ordered but waited another 10 minutes in the car with only 1 car ahead of us. I told my lady to just pull off. If they are this rude at the window, I know they arent handling food properly. Im not even from Toledo so they wont have to worry about my business, but judging from the fact that the manager doesnt even respond to any of these bad or good reviews, I can tell they dont care much here. Unfortunate.
BUYER BEWARESo doughnuts are good but way over priced $5.12 for 2 doughnuts and they fit in the palm of my hand. Paid with cash and got shorted $5 in change drove around to get change and took another 5 min to get the $5 back... I will not be back rather go to dunkins

First, the didnt seem to understand my order through the drive throughThen, after 10 minutes I left. No movement in the drive way, no explanation, no one at the window. There were several cars in line.
Donuts good. Service not so good. In drive through about 15 minutes with only one car before me. They were out of two favorites. I asked for 2 of each of 3 donuts. When I got to the window the cashier had one of each. He went back to complete the order using a gloved hand that had just handled money. With Tim Hortons Duncan donuts and a local shop within a mile or so I’ll go elsewhere.
I never have issues with the donuts they are hands down the best. I did have an issue yesterday 7.23.21 though with a worker ordering her lunch over the phone while we stood there waiting to order. The worker proceeded 3 minutes or so later to ask us if we were ready yet. Then took our order while still ordering lunch with air pods in. It was super awkward.
I had a coupon for $5.99 a dozen. Limit 3. Total should have been 17.97. She charged 21.97. I could not get it through to her that she overcharged $4. I told her the limit was 3 and she said she took the discount off twice. Is this what they call new math?

The line was soooo long. I thought that if I went later in the evening that it MIGHT make a difference but naaaaaahhhh 🤭.It was an experience to be able to look through the walls and see how they make the deliciousness. They were all out of all of the specialty flavors. You must get in early, like when they first open early, in order to have all the options. Then you can get what you want.
Had to use the drive thru..no inside service. They got my order wrong. Had to get back in line in the drive thru for them to correct it. They all looked puzzled as if they werent sure which donuts to put in the box.. smh

Asked for a salted Carmel milkshake, received a Carmel latte & was informed that they didn’t have the milkshake anymore (yet it was on the menu screen at the drive-through) all and all we got to change our shake and things are all good now…next time, please inform me of such a change when I ask for the milkshake instead of going through all of this confusion. I tried ordering donuts online to get curbside because it says on here they have it. I purchased 3 dozen donuts that I ended up not receiving because they dont actually do curbside. I asked for my money back as I needed to get to work. They said the refund would take 3 to 5 business days. Its almost been 2 weeks and I still havent gotten my money and Ive tried contacting them many times. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Donuts good. The staff the day I went on this rating were terrible and visited again on 8/15/21 to see if anything changed 2 months later. Nope I think it got worse. Staff does not know how to talk to people. They talk to you like you kicked their grandmas dog. If youre that miserable dont show up.
We love our Krispy Kreme! We biked there and they were closed for inside purchases so we did drive through!! They were so kind to still serve us in the drive through!

If you have zero self control...this place is not for you take it from me, one doughnut turns into six doughnuts really fast. Best doughnuts Ive yet to taste anywhere. The staff has always been great here.
Waited 45 Mins for 4 doughnuts and they messed up with our order. Drive thru only accepts cash which dont make no sense. Most of the people on the line gets frustrated and leaves.
Krispy Kreme is beyond one of the most busiest places to go to but boy is it worth it. Thanks to the staff me, my Wife Imiani McLemore also known as Nodi X and my Mother in law Nichole McLemore managed to come out with the most delicious batch of doughnuts you could ever have. When I walked in I could only see how hard the staff was working but it was like a symphony and youd be surprised at all the smiles on their faces. Thanks Krispy Kreme for allowing the Holy Ghost into your home to be able to share this moment with everyone.
The donuts we DID receive tasted wonderful. The service we received at this particular KK??? Disturbing and unacceptable. Our order was taken by a girl that 1) already seemed to have an attitude, and 2) couldnt correctly understand what we were ordering, probably not if her LIFE depended on it. We tried three separate times to explain it to her, calmly and as clearly as possible. Part of the reason for this was that she kept cutting us off, as if we were moving too slowly for HER!! Are these folks paid bonuses for how fast they move customers through the drive-thru???? Before we could finish ordering, she would interrupt and ask, Is that all? as if she were in a huge hurry. REPEATEDLY!!!! After three rounds of this, my daughter literally had to say to her, Please listen to me carefully. I want a 3 pack, ....and do you know that this girl interrupted her AGAIN, before she could even tell her what she wanted IN the 3 Pack??!!??!! So up to the window we go, and are handed our Original Glazed dozen, our 3 Pack (which we can already see is incorrect), and a single donut in a stapled bag. We assume that whatever is in the bag is to correct our order, and that we were basically scoring a bonus donut for our trouble. WRONG! The donuts we thought were RASPBERRY filled, were LEMON filled (which we didnt discover until we were long gone). I mean, how understanding are we supposed to be? In a situation like this, normally I would contact KK directly. But I thought that this level of incompetence deserved outing on Google. I think this location would benefit from some competition in the form of another KK location a few miles away!
The glazed donuts are spectacular. The customer service is consistently horrible. The employees do not speak clearly and don’t form sentences. The cashier used gloves to take payment and handle donuts. The menu is inconsistent/inaccurate: not carrying that right now, Xxx is replacing that one, out of that. …Too bad, such good donuts.

For the 2021 graduate dozen, I waited in line for a good 45 minutes and then when I got to the window at 8:50 they said that they were closed and when I had questions they ignored me. I was already upset that they closed more than an hour early, but they also didnt let anyone know before hand. And if they closed because they didnt have anymore donuts they couldve just said so. Do better.
It is akrispy kreme so the doughnuts were amazing. Be prepared to wait in line inside around 20 minutes and cars in the drive through are backed up to decor road. If you go after the PNC bank next door closes there is plenty of bnb parking in their lot and you wont get blocked in by the cars in the drive through line.
I went to the Krispy Kreme july 4th 5pm all the employees were rude at this location. I have enjoy this companies donuts for years and was the store makes them fresh and turns the light on so i was excited to try them 8 years later today i got to have them and the donuts were wonderful but the employees could careless

Went around 8pm last night. Employees were not very professional and rude. Donuts were not fresh. With both a Tim Hortons and Dunkin within a mile and a half with better service I wont be coming here again for a long while.
Horrible gave us wrong donuts wanted to argue about it we only ordered 8 donuts charged us for a dozen and just threw in 4 random donuts and walked away from window. Someone needs to check on how this place is being run.
Drive through is extremely slow. It took over 25 minutes to get to the window. When we got to the window employee was not exactly friendly and just tossed any box at us which was not even what we ordered.The doughnuts were worth the wait though!

They just opened so of course it was super busy the line was out in the road. Plus it was hot hours which means they were currently making it fresh as you order. After going inside i waited about 25 mins to get my donuts. While waiting in line they gave samples of coffee and donut holes! It was really fun watching all the donuts being made fresh on the line. I couldn’t wait to get home to eat them. The line was well worth the wait! I’m sure after a few weeks it’ll simmer down, but I’d wait over and over again!

Delicious donuts with great customer service. Went around 6pm and they were out of quite a few flavors. That is to be expected though.
Pros: pretty fast. Workers were pretty efficient.Cons: Got sick from the donuts.We got three specialty donuts through the drive-thru. The order itself was pretty fast and painless. The donuts were cold but whatever, it was later at night.10 minutes after we ate the donuts my wife and I both had upset stomachs.

I was very excited when this place opened up. I was in line, I signed up for the rewards program, I did the works. Every time Ive been by since theyre opening week they have been losing points. Today I was literally the only person in line and still ended up having to wait several minutes in the drive-thru to receive, ultimately, a messed up order. And a drinks cup full of donut holes? Seriously? They are a squished up disaster. If you go do not expect fast, accurate, or reasonable service at this point. Friendly, yes, but thats it.

Placed an order for three dozen donuts on Friday afternoon, to be picked up on Saturday afternoon. We spoke with the manager who took the order. We arrived on Saturday to pick up the order. The staff that was working didnt have any idea about the order. They couldnt even find that there was a preorder made. So we had to settle with standard donuts. Whats worse is that the donuts will did get horrible. We will never return.

Seriously every time I’m here the line barely moves. I don’t mind long lines but if we’re barely moving then I have a problem. Chick fil a will have two miles of lines and still get them out of the drive thru in 10 minutes maximum. Not to mention unless you come in the morning they will most certainly be out of 90% of the menu

They wouldn’t accept any coupons we had, and it took about five to ten minutes to even be addressed in the place. then they got our order wrong and forgot about giving us our shakes. Very disappointing. This place deserves zero stars for their customer service.their food is good, but the service is horrid.
I just don’t understand how this line moves so slow, they never seem to actually have hot doughnuts when the light is on, and how is it even possible for a newly built establishment with new speaker equipment that absolutely no one can hear me well enough to understand my order without me having to scream it 3 times, still have to repeat it at the order window and it still be wrong. It’s a half dozen original glazed and a half dozen chocolate glazed for the Friday promo. The employees looked at me like I had ordered a Whopper when I asked for the chocolate glazed friday doughnuts. First box had to check at the window and it was wrong second box wrong too. We just left.

Entire staff needs an overhaul. No one can hear the speaker drive thru orders- wrong orders-cold donuts- hot and now light means nothing- only a way to get you in the door so they can serve you cold stale donuts. The worst Krispy Kreme experience I’ve ever had- and I’ve had it here 3 different times, months apart- only gets worse with each visit. Corporate, are you awake?

LOVE Krispy Kreme but today I was disappointed, closing time says 11pm on the app and google. Got to the speaker after waiting in line over 20mins for them to say theyre closed at 9:59pm, but still took multiple orders after telling me theyre closed! Yet all the lights were still on showing theyre still open & running for the night. 🙄
First time visit to this store. The customer service is really lacking. I and my son went into the store to pick out doughnuts for his birthday treat. The young lady who waited on us stared off into space as if she wished she were somewhere else. I have had several jobs working in person to person customer serviceand have worked at a doughnut shop in the past. I know that even if I was having a bad day, or a I really dont want to be here type of day, I would put on my game face and remember, these customers who come in pay my wages. No thank you from the young lady after I had paid for the product. To the person who owns this franchise, you have lost a customer.

The donuts were great but the service sucked. They had almost a dozen employees working and they were all standing around talking to eachother and not giving their attention to the customers. This has happened twice. I guess I will start going to dunkin donuts instead.
