Great environment and staff. Convenient location. Drinks are mediocre at best and often taste diluted - poor value for the cost (I have been 4 times and this is consistent).

Love this little coffee house. It has a wonderful loft style atmosphere, great coffee options and a place with books and games to play. There is tons of cozy seating options too. The staff are super friendly and polite. Masks, social distancing and cleaning are performed routinely. As a vegan I really appreciate the amount of plant-based and gluten-free options. The items in the images are all vegan and gluten-free.

Coffee Quest 2021:$2.62 for two shots of espresso over ice with caramel.Espresso shots seemed a little over pulled but the drink was good and they keep a clean space. Service was fast and friendly.

Their cafe latte is really good. Better than St*rbucks.

Very friendly service with a wide selection. 9 PM closing time helps compared to other local coffee shops if you are there to put in some creative work. Pandemic conscious with plenty of space as well as outdoor seating. Bonus points for gender-neutral restrooms, felt great finding an affirming place to be in Toledo. Highly recommend to anyone in Toledo area.

Brew is has a really chill atmosphere with friendly employees. Their drinks are delicious, and so are their bakery items. I like to do my art here once in a while- its a nice little escape!

My first time at this cute coffee shop and Im a fan! They have a huge selection for all of your caffeinated needs. It was slightly overwhelming, so I went with a Staff Favorite, Pumpkin Chai Latte. It is now a customer favorite..my favorite! It was delicious! Brew Coffee Bar has tons of seating, free WiFi, boards games, and a free library. How can you not love this place? Ill be back to try the rest of the menu!

This is by far the best coffee spot in town! I come here almost every day and it is a very welcoming environment with a variety of different blends and methods of brewing. The baristas are friendly and know you by name and always go the extra mile to make your experience amazing. The prices are reasonable and they have many different options for people who are vegan and vegetarian. Definitely stop here if you love a finely brewed cup of coffee! ☕

Decent coffee and service, but I have a feeling they benefit from their location more than anything (most of their customers, and employees are college students.) It has a generic coffee shop atmosphere with many comfy seats and kitsch interior design. All in all a good experience, but nothing really stands out.

Delightful coffee house with a very trendy vibe, generally filled with UT students, but we caught it right at the tale end of their finals week. Good service, delicious pastries, and aromatic coffee.

Servers were great, even making recommendations! Food was a little pricey, but definitely will be back. Try the Vegan Pop Tarts!

Overly crowded. I guess it is great for the college scene but not for me. I respect the coffee choices but the taste of the ethiopian was pretty flat and very thinned out in taste. Not typical for an ethiopian thats for sure.

Passing through town and was lucky enough to find this place! Ordered the Ethiopian pour over and a bagel- both were excellent! Happily drove past six chain coffee shops to get here. Would go out of my way to stop here again!

This place is by far my favorite coffee shop in the Toledo area! The service is fantastic and the drinks are even better!If you are a UT student and need a good study place after class, walk on over to Brew. The setup inside is great for studying (if your fine with a little bit of coffee shop noise).If you havent gotten fancy coffee before, I highly recommend the Wizards Brew or the Carmel Latte.Also, if the world is perhaps in a pandemic, the curb side pickup using their website is easy and convenient.

Im not normally one to drink anything but black coffee, but the Wizards Brew Coffee was great. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the service is fast! Would highly recommend.

I always like to get drinks that are unusual and this place hasnt disappointed either time Ive gone. First was the coffee + oj combo that I was super hesitant about but was very good. Second was an iced banana pancake latte which I love. Havent seen anyone else putting banana flavor in their coffee yet! The shop is chill and staff is super friendly.My only issue is the order area being kind of in a weird spot if youre coming in from the front door. But I feel like all coffee shops have strange areas for ordering and I always end up looking like a super lost newbie the first time I go anywhere.

I loved coming here. Its literally RIGHT on university of Toledos campus. I had the Black Mexican blend. it tasted great and did the job! The staff was great too! Id definitely come here again.

We all enjoyed our food- it was served fast, very good portions, and had excellent flavor. We all got burgers and they were great. Nice menu. Husband really loved his milkshake too.Best part was the service. I wish I captured the servers name, because she was a delight. Very friendly, efficient, and someone who you can tell brings a lot of light and energy into every room shes in. Cant wait to go back to Hecks!

Really excited to be able to come back and get some work done here. Clearly following covid standards and precautions, and its a local coffee shop which I always want to support. They sell whole beans which is great for me, I prefer buying local and they have a deal where you get a free pour over coffee drink with every coffee bean purchase! The beans are sold whole but the baristas offered to grind it for me. Plus, the pour over was great. Youve got a new regular customer with that deal, Ill give ya that!!

I love this local coffee shop. Their coffee is amazing - whether you like it black or like coffee with a lot of flavorings mixed in. The cold brew is my favorite. I particularly like the muffins they have, they always are so soft and delicious. This is a great place to go to study, meet up with friends, or hangout to kill some time.

Coffee here is great, one of the best soy lattes Ive had. Although it could have been a little bit hotter than how they served it. One thing I would have to say though is, stay away from their pastries. Theyre vegan muffin is super dry and their cookies are frozen and need to be microwaved. Seriously frozen food?!?!

Great place to be alone in the crowd or be with a crowd. Can study, have meetings or hang out. Varieties of coffees, fancy teas and desserts. Love to sit here.

I have been patronizing this establishment for years. With the mask mandate I have a medical condition and cant wear the mask, even have a doctors note, and they still refused service. They said I can order for pickup but cannot order for sit down (even though marks arent required while sitting). I will no longer patronize after years of going here and will take my money to a coffee shop that wont refuse my business.

One of the best coffeeshops around. The only complaint I really have is when it comes to heating up some of the food, depending on who is the behind the counter they may heat up for you (and it still ends up kind of cold) or rudely point you the microwave. Its not enough to make me knock down stars because the staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

Brew serves their coffee in actual glasses so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful look of the store. When served your coffee they give you paper straws to use. I highly recommend and highly recommend the maple, bacon donut.

One of the worlds best coffee shops in my opinion, right here on UTs campus. You can tell whoever owns or manages this place really cares about the small details and quality. I was nervous when they changed locations that they would lose that, but they just got better!

New location is great. There are some board games here if youre looking for a break from school work. There are usually a decent amount of people here so if you want to study its ideal to bring headphones if you cant focus with noise around.

The Cappuccino I had was amazing. The flavors were strong and it had an unusual taste to it, which I liked very much. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed and home-like. They also played great music, nothing too mainstream.

Very much a college student hangout and very near the campus of UT, this is my first coffee shop visit upon moving to Toledo and I was definitely adequately welcomed by the very friendly staff. Drinks were good and I like the many possibilities to choose from for regular coffee. To be able to choose between brewing methods and coffees with very specific notes is fresh and very helpful.

It always smells amazing in here with all the flavoring & espresso. Sometimes the baristas take a long time but it’s rare. The lobby is clean, as is the restroom. They also have a decent amount of tables & chairs.

I enjoy Brew’s coffee, late hours, and plentiful tables with outlets. Normally I get their coffee in a mug while staying there or in a to-go cup. However, one day I had my own travel mug with me and asked the barista with the turquoise beanie for the drip coffee in my own mug. They have two size options, short (12 oz) and tall (20 oz). The barista asked me how many oz my mug was, and I checked the bottom to find it was 14 oz. The barista then proceeded to charge me for a tall. I find it extremely strange that someone would charge me for 20 oz of coffee when I directly told them my mug holds 14 oz. I understand if the coffee shop doesn’t want to give me 2 oz of free coffee, but there are several fairer ways to have handled the situation including: 1) charge for a short and just put 12 oz of coffee in my mug, 2) say they don’t put coffee in personal mugs and let me pour the coffee in my mug myself, 3) fill up my personal mug and at least ask if I want the rest of the coffee in a cup if they charge for more. All the other coffee shops I’ve ever been to would automatically charge for the smaller cup if you bring your own mug because you are saving the shop dishes/the cost of the cup. The extra ~50 cents is not a big deal, but it’s the principle that counts, and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I love that they use reusable coffee mugs - very environmentally friendly. They have a great variety of tea, and have almond milk if you cant have dairy. Free wifi, as well. Its a great place to go and study.The only thing I dislike is that they dont have a large variety of food, and their desserts are pretty expensive.

Found this place while needing somewhere to park my body and get some work done while waiting to pick up a friend from the University of Toledo. Great atmosphere, some noise but background. I had some tea (not a coffee drinker), Earl Grey, very good - they serve it in a unique contraption with a sand timer. I was expecting just a paper cup. Not a chain, some beverage options besides coffee and tea but not many. Background music but not very loud, a few others in here. I will be back.
