We stopped in the store yesterday at almost closing time told him what we drive, told him what we was after...he made some suggestions and explained how it would look....then took a small tour in the store as he showed us all the rims that would fit our car. Then even took one out and set it next to the car so we could see what it would look like. Then go back today and had those wheels installed on the car....Wow was he right on the correct wheel and look for our car! The service is top notch...he made us feel at ease during the whole thing! This year the pot holes are worse than I ever seen I hit a pot hole and got two flat tires on my passenger side. I took it to hot wheel city and they were closing the shop. They saw that my tires were flat and I didn’t have anywhere to go and it being night time. They opened the shop back up and fixed my rims. Terrin the manager is a life saver. He is very nice polite and very reasonable with pricing I would recommend them for all your rim and tire needs

Poor customer service. I called to get a quote over the phone for a rim repair, the guy said that he has to take a look at it to quote me, got it! I then asked if I could describe my issue to see if they could even repair it, regardless of price (why go in for a quote if they cant fix it?). He replied with a piss poor attitude saying I dunno, could be $50, $60, $100... I dont know how much it will be. After explaining again, I dont want a quote and that I just want a yeah we should be able to fix it or sorry we cant help you he just kept demanding I bring it in. I will gladly give someone who wants my business my money.

NEVER EVER EVER IN LIFE AGAIN BUY RIMS FROM HERE AGAIN. They put the wrong offset rims on my car and when I addressed the situation all you get is the run around. All they care about is taking your money. BUY FROM MAJESTICS they will treat you better.

Had a bent rim and was advised that they didnt want to work on it because it was chrome and the bend was between the pillars. I asked them if they would balance the full set of wheels that I had brought with me. I went into the office to pay for the balancing and by the time I got back to the work shop the tech had returned 3 tires to my SUV and was taking the last tire off the machine. I was at the payment counter less than 10 minutes. I know that was not enough time to do the job. the tech did not speak any english apparently and ignored me totally. next day I checked the air before putting the tires in my car and found no pressure in one and less than 20 lbs in the others. Their shop was dirty shop was not anything like I saw on the internet adverting their company. It was an uncomfortable experience and I would not ever return, not even for the 60 dollars cash guarantee for a perfect balance I was told about.
